Booked with breakfast and the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast. Room was a King Suite, big but quite old. Comfortable bed but the fridge was making a loud noise and the water in the bathroom was impossible to stop from dripping.

perkhidmatan yang cemerlang. Kakitangan benar-benar mengambil berat. Membantu dan mesra. Lokasi yang bagus berhampiran dengan lapangan terbang (mereka menawarkan perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma) dan ke pelbagai restoran serta tempat membeli-belah. Malah Walmart berada di seberang jalan. Mengejutkan senyap (penebat bunyi yang baik) dan di dalam bilik saya di tingkat 4 penghawa dingin juga sangat tenang. Bilik besar dengan katil yang selesa. Bilik air yang bagus. Diubah suai. Harga hebat. Dihidangkan sarapan pagi kerana COVID. Pilihan biasa. Kakitangan yang baik. Pasti sangat disyorkan. Saya akan kembali. Nilai luar biasa.

I'm unclear why some poor reviews. We had an excellent experience. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Shout out to Hannah on the early morning shift. She was a gem. We arrived around 5am and she was outstanding finding us a room at that early hour even though they were full. Note: shuttle only runs after 7am, and you must call to get it. We didn't use cause so early. Uber was around $15. Great amenities including complementary breakfast everyday including premade omelets, Greek yogurt, eggs, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, drinks. All day coffee and nice fruit flavored water. Very easy free parking. Walmart, McDonalds, and other convenient establishments walking distance. Not much in terms of sight seeing, but very convenient to airport. Nice free small gym, and free pool (didn't use though looked fine). Comfortable newer rooms with kitchens including microwave, even dishwasher large fridge, and full complement of dishes, utensils. Good free wifi and AC. Overall a great experience despite being very full. Never felt rushed and staff very polite and available.

I had a great stay and the front desk attendee Brandon brown was very accommodating for us. He let us use the conference room when we needed to for storage purposes. The facilities were also very nice and clean. The breakfast was also provided and very tasty. Overall very great experience

The hotel is really close to the airport, very convenient if you have a connection. I would give 5/5 to the hotel but I had an issue with the shuttle, is really hard to know where does the shuttle stops at the airport, there is no information on the hotel's website neither on trip.com. I had to call to the hotel for indications, they only said: go to the pickup point. At the end I had to ask a person working at the airport and he told me were the stop was, but, when the shuttle arrived it didn't stopped and I had to take a $17 Uber.

I read a review that says the elevator is old and the hall way smells a little. Those are not wrong, but the room was okay and the staffs were kind. One cannot expect everything to be the best for this price because it was among the cheapest price around the airport. If you are looking for a quality lodging, you will need to spend more.
