We really enjoyed our stay here , the staff went out of their way to help, were welcoming, friendly and ensured we had a great stay. We were fortunate to get a really lovely room overlooking the Marina area, which we didn't expect, and it did make our 4 night stay even better. It was lovely to look out at night and watch the sun go down, and watch the dive boats, fishing charters, snorkelling and glass bottom boats go out. For Film aficionado's you can see ”The African Queen ” pass by from time to time. The room was really spacious, well maintained ( It is an older building ) but everything worked and was fine. The location is excellent , so many options for pools , bars, restaurants , water sports, many within walking distance. As mentioned in the title , it isn't a 5 star Hotel, it is however an excellent value choice, with super service. It's a hidden gem in the keys for value and opportunity. If the price is right it's a great place to base yourself to access the wonderful Keys,

SECOND TIME AROUND was better than the first time! Baker’s Cay is a hidden gem in the heart of Key Largo. Skip the flight to Jamaica because it’s right in the Keyes! This is our 2nd time at this resort and it was just as exceptional as the first time. Our favorite staff members from our trip last year who make our stay welcoming, relaxing, comfortable and FUN, are all still here! Gregory (valet), Max (beach Concerige), Ainesworth (Jack of all trades) and Justin & Ansley (Calusa Restaurant). This is going to be our annual staycation trip! See y’all next year!

Boleh masak dan makan, not bad

Untuk $200 semalam, saya mempunyai bilik yang berada tidak lebih daripada 500 kaki dari A1A,... bercakap tentang mendengar kereta, trak & motosikal berlalu... Bilik: semasa ia bersih, pasti tidak terpulang kepada Tarikh! Terdapat pita pelekat di sekurang-kurangnya 2 lokasi di dalam bilik mandi; lampu bilik mandi adalah lekapan anjung luar (hanya tanpa lampu pepijat kuning); pintu bilik air dibuka terus ke pintu bilik; jurang antara lantai dan kesesakan pintu pintu bilik adalah tidak masuk akal (boleh digunakan sebagai lampu malam yang terang) - terpaksa meletakkan tuala di bahagian bawah & menggantung satu dari sisi untuk mencuba & menghalang cahaya dan beberapa bunyi jalan raya; unit penghawa dingin dihidupkan setiap 2-7 minit, berjalan selama 1-10 minit, cukup bising; peti ais (yang saya tidak temui sehingga malam Jumaat/pagi Sabtu apabila tiba-tiba bunyi yang sangat boleh didengar bermula dan membangunkan saya - terpaksa mematikannya), tersembunyi di dalam laci almari palsu; cermin solek mengingatkan saya tentang salah satu cermin yang anda lihat di karnival (diherotkan); terdapat jubin lantai sumbing di seluruh bilik; lelaki di kaunter penerimaan tetamu semasa saya mendaftar masuk bukanlah yang anda panggil terlalu mesra; Pengemasan datang dan mengemas katil serta membawa tuala dan peralatan mandian baharu; terdapat ”sarapan kontinental” percuma yang disajikan kedua-dua pagi (kopi & teh, jus botol, Denmark yang dibungkus, yogurt hidangan tunggal, oren); katil adalah selesa; tetapi bantal itu dibuat untuk kanak-kanak (mungkin panjangnya 2 kaki - sekurang-kurangnya terdapat 4 daripadanya supaya anda boleh menyusunnya bersama); dan ada apa dengan cadar pendek katil? Saya telah membuat tempahan dan pembayaran kepada Trip.com, tetapi apabila saya mendaftar masuk lelaki itu berkata saya perlu menjawab beberapa soalan Expedia!?

En réalité un motel, de qualité certes, propre et neuf, mais à 235$ ça fait cher (bon ok on est sur les keys) Avec vue directe sur l’overseas1, mais on entend pas la circulation. Comme la OHwy1 sur Key Largo est quasiment une zone commerciale sur 50km, tous les commerces sont à proximité. Hormis s’il fait déjà nuit et que l’on veut voir les paysages (recommandés) jusqu’à Key west, la question est pourquoi dormir à Key Largo, bien que mythiquement connu ?

I want to inform Hampton Inn and Trip Advisor has the best front desk Reservation Customer Service. On October 11th we signed into your hotel we had an issue with Cheap O air booking reservations. I Thank God that they were there when my family and I had to correct the issue and being a member of Trip Advisor. I normally don't give reviews unless I had a great exceptional experience and it takes me take time to write due to my disabilities. They were so easy and understanding to work with they made me feel very comfortable. I don't meet customer service like O'Lyvia and Juliana that make me feel at ease. Trip Advisor and Hampton Key Largo- should recognize and appreciate O'Lyvia and Juliana for their hard work in which they enjoy doing their job and make it look so easy to do . I am also glad that I am a member of Trip Advisor that truly helped my situation. I felt the need that both companies know the value of t O'Lyia and Juliana whom were very friendly and exceptional easy to work with even with my unseen disabilities . They were so friendly, welcoming with great energy, kind and very professional they are a great asset to your company. The world needs more customer service like them. Thanks Stephanie Ellis
