The hotel is really convenient to go the train station of Harbin west (哈尔滨西). Not really for everything else in the city. The room was really spacious and comfy, with a nice view on the train station. In our room in the bathroom door someone punched it and there was a hole (not see through) in the door. The receptionist does not speak English, but still helped us a lot. The room was too hot (at a certain point we opened the window), but for one night just to catch a train it was a deal. We weren't able to locate where to go for the reception in a first moment

Pada petang musim panas yang panas, saya baru keluar kerja dari Xiangfang Wanda. Saya letih dan letih. Apabila saya melihat dia menunggu saya di depan pintu, saya teringat bahawa cinta kami dalam 5 tahun yang lalu kini telah memasuki tempohnya. Berjalan di Wanda Plaza, saya memberitahunya untuk tidak kembali malam ini, dan pergi ke tempat di mana kami bercinta untuk meninjau masa lalu kami bersama. Berjalan ke dalam apartmen Baijia berpegangan tangan, pemilik pangsapuri itu masih begitu cantik dan bersemangat. Apabila saya sampai ke bilik dan melihat perabot yang biasa, ingatan tahun itu terlintas di fikiran saya. Berdiri di koridor dan melihat menara naga dari sudut 5 tahun lalu, dia memberitahu saya dengan air mata. Kata kami berdamai, saya memeluknya erat dan berkata kepadanya bahawa saya cintakan awak dan tidak pernah berubah. Pangsapuri Baijia, biarkan cinta anda kekal selama-lamanya.

This was the perfect place for us while on a first time one week holiday in Harbin. The host was very friendly and accommodating who made us feel at home. The apartment was very cosy and had an amazing wide window view. It was also very quiet and had very warm heating coming up from the floor throughout our stay. The location is very central with 24hour mini marts and two shopping plazas downstairs. Songhei Commercial Plaza also has a supermarket where one can buy fruits, dairy, etc. for daily use. Most importantly, the host was very responsive and treated us very personally, supporting us with our personal issues and plans. Definitely coming back to stay here again.

Always arrived in a rush because of the time limif of my staying and the transport that I have keeps me forgetting to take picts of the room. However, I could tell that the room is spacious for us 2 person. The amenities (1 towel, 1 hair towel, small liquid soap and shampoo) are enough. I remember asking for 1 big towel to the boss and she gave me. The boss also kind and helpful in helping us and answering all of our questions. This is an apartment type of stayinh. For english speaker, in amap or DiDi app the name of this staying translated to Jinri something. Overall, it is a good stay and i stayed here twice for my 5 days trip in Harbin-Snowtown

Great location. However, check in progress was difficult to figure out for foreigners. There is no front desk, so if you’re reading this.. call the number and they will tell you to go to a shop next door. Also the door in our room had no peephole. It was missing and stuffed with paper. The neighbors seemed very loud.. if you’re expecting silence, please look elsewhere. Around 12-3 am they’d seem to be in a verbal fight that almost sounded physical. Either that’s what it was or that’s just part of the culture. However with all that said, I’d give this place another shot if they fixed their peephole and had some silent floors for work and business travelers.

I like this hotel a lott. First is because the staff is so nice even though we don’t speak the same language. They try really hard to accommodate us. Second, the room is really comfortable. They are nice and cozy even without window. I had a good time clean myself up before next destination. And for the price, it’s worth the money. Only the location is quite a distance from the centre but it’s close to all basic services and shops that you need. Even close to the mall and good restaurants. Mind you the hotel is on the 7th floor (if I am not mistaken) so you have to go inside the red building and take the elevator to the hotel lobby.

It’s good for a one night stay from Harbin West station. Though we can ask for more bath towels, but we were just puzzled why only 2 were given when we booked for 4 persons. The room door cannot be locked from the inside. So security is only from the digital lock from the outside. Room Heater was minimal. But enough. Because read from past reviews, Expected service to be better. But Check in and check out service were unfriendly. Perhaps it’s due to the weekend. Location is not near to any malls and eatery, have to take a taxi. Other than these, the Beddings are clean and good. Very Comfortable beds.

We had a great experience at this Heihe hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with a tidy room and public areas. Our room was stylish and comfortable, with modern amenities. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay special and memorable.
