This hotel/apart is very comfortable and available for long stays on Basel. You do not need to pay too much to hotels on Basel, you can stay here. The tram is near the border. Border is located 1-2 min by foot. Room has a kitchen and some goods to make any cook.

We had a delightful family stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and immaculate. The breakfast was good too. Especially we would like to say thank you to Vladimir, who show special care and hospitality to us. A memorable experience for our family.

Room was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys

Harga adalah ok memandangkan ia adalah waktu Krismas dan kakitangan membantu. Bilik yang luas tanpa banyak kemudahan -- kami cuba mencari pengering rambut di dalam bilik hanya untuk mengetahui daripada penyambut tetamu bahawa anda perlu meminjam pengering rambut daripada mereka, dan anda hanya boleh memilikinya selama 2 jam setiap kali. Sila ambil perhatian bahawa tiada perkhidmatan pembersihan bilik disediakan sepanjang penginapan anda melainkan anda sanggup membayar caj tambahan untuk pembersihan.

The location is very convenient for exploring Mulhouse and the surrounding area. It is a few minutes walk to the train station and a one minute walk to the nearest tram stop. The front desk staff are very helpful. The room itself was a bit run-down, but was suitable for a family of four. The floor needs replacing as it has seen better days. Overall though, it is a great place to use as a base when exploring the region.

L’emplacement serait parfait si le quartier n’était pas aussi sale et pas loin des clochards vivant dans la rue avec des bouteilles à la main vide. Le personnel très très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner a 13€ chère car à 10.00 h il n’y avait plus de pain ! Aussi nous avons du demander de refaire des œufs… dommage pour un prix excessif.les tapis dans les couloirs sont sales, il est temps de remettre cet hôtel en ordre !

Friendly staff, check in until late which is helpful when at the mercy of unreliable public transports Clean room with all you'd need for basic cooking over a long weekend, loads of wall sockets, super useful when travelling with loads of gizmos Good location in a walkable distance from the cathedral, town centre, champagne cellars... The train station is not too far either I'd book there again

Value for money. I recommend for a long stay if you are on tight budget. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Much better than expected. You have a cooker, fridge and small kitchen also a wardrobe. Did not try the breakfast so I can't comment Room cleaning is offered for extra charge Staff are attentive to requests Proximity from shops and tourist area
