Excellent apartment hotel in central location if you travel on the Eurostar to Lille. Practical spacious clean and well equipped apartments. 7 of us stayed for one night on outward journey to Lieven and again on return journey before travel back to London. Friendly reception and helpful. Excellent Westfield shopping mall adjacent which is convenient for breakfast supplies and replacing broken suitcases in Primark!

The apartment hotel was friendly, clean and very reasonably priced. It is within walking distance of Lille's Old Town and there are plenty of shops nearby. I felt very comfortable there and slept well. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Lille.

L’hôtel est bien placé, sécurisé, la chambre spacieuse et propre, le personnel accueillant et souriant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est immense avec un large choix, sucré salé et boissons. On a passé un agréable week-end. On y retournera avec grand plaisir. Bonus pour la plage à 20 minutes de marche.

Not the easiest to find but worth it.. It is down a one way side street and you need to go the reception to get code for entrance to underground car park. Although room is fairly baisc it has fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery should you wish to eat in. It is convenient for local atttractions such as the cathedral and water gardens. Having underground secure parking is an added bonus. i

Even without star rating, cute hotel located in the city centre. There is a big parking lot in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean, modern and design and has a wellness feeling to it. The hotel even has a little Japanese sauna. Good value for money.

Logé au 8 ème étage, j' ai été agréablement surpris par la vue et l'appart. Un espace propre et spacieux. L”hôtel” est situé non loin de la gare, du quartier St Leu et des Hortillonnages. A proximité, il ne manque pas de restaurants, bars et autres .. chouette quartier. Merci également pour l'accueil 👍

Cet location est parfaite pour des vacances, juste prendre ses valises sans se surcharger, car l'appartement est très bien équipé. Il se trouve a proximité du centre ville et on peut trouver aussi une grande surface à quelque mètre de celle ci pour les courses. Les personnes qui s'occupe de ses appartements sont des gens professionnels et gentil

Stayed for a couple of nights in Calm Appart Hotel to be able to quickly move around to places by foot. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and a big shopping mall as well as many restaurants. Despite the occasional noise in the streets, it was very easy to ignore it by just closing the windows—isolation seemed to be on point. Another convenience was the parking space in a secured, covered building next to the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only point for improvement would be to have (third) beds that are not on wheels, because it was not very difficult to move the bed despite the wheels' brakes. Our stay was nonetheless a very good experience.

Nice appart hotel with comfortable bed. It was clean and comfortable, with a good size of bed. They had a kettle but it would be nice to have a tea or coffee sachet also, as for two nights we had to buy a whole pack of coffee or tea. Also it was difficult to park at the nearby roads and in general in Amiens. Also it was around 20 minutes walk from the city center.

I stayed here for business for 3 months. It a clean and friendly hotel. It is very central therefore easy to walk anywhere in Lille from it. The staff are so friendly and are always keen to help. I always felt it as an oasis of calm .. despite any chaos outside .. rugby World Cup & braderie.. I would walk in the doors to calm & peace. The gym was basic but adequate for my needs and again I enjoyed the calm of it. I would recommend it whole heartedly and will miss it.
