Facilities: Comprehensive and convenient! Cleanliness: The cleaning staff (Ayi) was very thorough and patient. Environment: You can see the Twin Towers at night, which is very comfortable, and the room layout is good. Service: On the day we arrived, a staff member helped us carry our luggage to our room, which was excellent 👍. The robot delivered our takeout quickly, very convenient! The front desk service was prompt and efficient.

Had a fantastic experience! The breakfast was extensive, and they even offered complimentary afternoon tea or a late-night snack. The service was professional, the room was spotless, and the amenities were very comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect for tourists visiting Nanchang; it's just a few minutes' walk to Wan Shou Palace or Tengwang Pavilion, and you can even see Tengwang Pavilion from the window.

I went out with my friends on May Day. This hotel is close to the train station. There is also a subway to popular attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the lighting is dim, but the room is relatively large, with a living room, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. The only downside is that there are too few plugs, and there are none in the bedroom, which is very inconvenient. I hope it can be improved.

I stayed here on my first day in Nanchang. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and the fact that it's an established five-star hotel. It's only 200 meters from Shengjin Tower and 300 meters from the subway station, making it very easy to get around. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so they're using a temporary lobby, but the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. I stayed for two nights and found it super convenient to get to the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Hall, Wanshou Palace, and Tengwang Pavilion—they were just two subway stops away. Downstairs, there are also local restaurants serving authentic Jiangxi cuisine, as well as lamb spine hotpot and spicy crayfish, among other delicious options. It was really convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. It's just a shame I forgot to take photos during my two-day stay.

The hotel lobby is stylish, the room is warmly decorated, the facilities are complete, the bedding is brand new, the breakfast is rich, and the meal is full. During the Spring Festival, the popularity is high, the occupancy rate is high, and the breakfast has to be turned over. The hotel has a gym and laundry service. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there are questions and answers. Overall, Nanchang Kaimei Grand Hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

This is a 'five-star' hotel located right next to Bayi Avenue, with a subway entrance just outside the lobby, so the location is pretty excellent. However, perhaps due to its age, the facilities inside are a bit dated and have quite a few issues. What baffled me the most was that the hot water temperature in the room would fluctuate automatically; it would suddenly get scalding hot, then return to normal a few seconds later, repeating this cycle, making you nervous every time you used it. After I reported it, a technician came and, after testing the water, admitted the temperature was inconsistent. However, he explained it as, 'The water supply system has two pumps, each heating water independently and switching automatically; it's probably due to the temperature difference between the two when they switch over,' and offered no solution, which was essentially useless. It's hard to believe this is 'five-star' quality, and the breakfast was also quite mediocre.

This time, I booked the Nanchang Jingxi Hotel for my elderly parents, and they stayed for three days. Overall, their experience was very satisfying. First, let's talk about the location. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff proactively assisted with the check-in process, showing an exceptionally good attitude and speaking very gently. Any issues during their stay were addressed promptly by the front desk, and their attention to detail in service was excellent. Regarding the room, it was quite spacious, so it didn't feel cramped. It was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. In summary, booking the Jingxi Hotel for my family was a very good decision. The location is excellent, the front desk service is warm, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. My parents were very satisfied with their stay over these few days.

The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and people didn't want to get up when they lay down.
