Facilities: Comprehensive and convenient! Cleanliness: The cleaning staff (Ayi) was very thorough and patient. Environment: You can see the Twin Towers at night, which is very comfortable, and the room layout is good. Service: On the day we arrived, a staff member helped us carry our luggage to our room, which was excellent 👍. The robot delivered our takeout quickly, very convenient! The front desk service was prompt and efficient.

Had a fantastic experience! The breakfast was extensive, and they even offered complimentary afternoon tea or a late-night snack. The service was professional, the room was spotless, and the amenities were very comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect for tourists visiting Nanchang; it's just a few minutes' walk to Wan Shou Palace or Tengwang Pavilion, and you can even see Tengwang Pavilion from the window.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.

From reception to room service, every staff member showed extremely high professionalism and care for guests. Especially Xiaogui at the front desk arranged warm and comfortable rooms and solved problems efficiently, which made me happy. I feel the warmth of home, and the dining experience is equally impressive. The food in the hotel's restaurant is diverse and tastes great. Every stay is a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is located on the west bank of Aixi Lake, tucked away on a road that curves right at the intersection. It offers a tranquil escape from the bustle. The subway station is about a one-kilometer walk away. The food is good, but getting around is a bit of a hassle. The hotel is clearly designed to a star-rated standard, with spacious rooms and relatively new amenities. The sunlit balcony and long sofa are truly pleasant. The large shower is comfortable, and the head doesn't slosh around when the water is running. The bar is stocked with six bottles of water, and thin bathrobes are available. The amenities are very reassuring. The only slight issue with housekeeping is that the bed, pillows, and sofa cushions all have a slightly unpleasant odor. Furthermore, the main lights, except for the bedside lamp, are controlled by a single switch, which switches them all on and off, making the brightness control difficult. Overall, despite the remote location, the lake view hotel offers a good value for the standard room type, which is relatively low-priced. The superior room type, with its bathtub and terrace, is particularly attractive in autumn and winter.

This is a 'five-star' hotel located right next to Bayi Avenue, with a subway entrance just outside the lobby, so the location is pretty excellent. However, perhaps due to its age, the facilities inside are a bit dated and have quite a few issues. What baffled me the most was that the hot water temperature in the room would fluctuate automatically; it would suddenly get scalding hot, then return to normal a few seconds later, repeating this cycle, making you nervous every time you used it. After I reported it, a technician came and, after testing the water, admitted the temperature was inconsistent. However, he explained it as, 'The water supply system has two pumps, each heating water independently and switching automatically; it's probably due to the temperature difference between the two when they switch over,' and offered no solution, which was essentially useless. It's hard to believe this is 'five-star' quality, and the breakfast was also quite mediocre.

This time, I booked the Nanchang Jingxi Hotel for my elderly parents, and they stayed for three days. Overall, their experience was very satisfying. First, let's talk about the location. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff proactively assisted with the check-in process, showing an exceptionally good attitude and speaking very gently. Any issues during their stay were addressed promptly by the front desk, and their attention to detail in service was excellent. Regarding the room, it was quite spacious, so it didn't feel cramped. It was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. In summary, booking the Jingxi Hotel for my family was a very good decision. The location is excellent, the front desk service is warm, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. My parents were very satisfied with their stay over these few days.
