시설이나 장소 등 매우 좋았습니다. 앞에 경전철 공사가 있어서 아침에 일찍 공사소리가 나는 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 바우처에는 현장에서 조식을 신청하면 약 29달러(오스트레일리아)가 청구된다고 하였는데 36달러가 청구되었음을 귀국 후 발견하여 불쾌했고, 부페형식이라고 하였으나 그렇지 않았습니다. 정책이 바뀌었다면 이를 즉시 반영하여 알리는 노력이 필요합니다.

Hotel ini sangat bagus untuk pelancong perniagaan, kerana lokasinya banyak di antara pejabat dan pejabat kerajaan. Sangat dekat (berjalan kaki) mempunyai medan barat yang mempunyai coles dan woolworths. Di dalam hotel tidak mempunyai tempat meletak kenderaan tetapi di depan bangunan terdapat tempat letak kenderaan terbuka yang besar, yang perlu dibayar dari hari Isnin-Jumaat (percuma pada hujung minggu). Negatif - jangan mengharapkan pembersihan bilik pada hujung minggu, pembersih sangat tidak berpengalaman, tidak menukar cadar atau mencuci pinggan saya sehingga saya memintanya. Perkhidmatan kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga sangat terhad.

We had a great stay at the Rydges. We arrived earlier than normal check in time and they accommodated us with little wait time. Room was clean and tidy nice hot showers as were from WA it was -1 when we arrived. No complaints front desk staff were super friendly and helped with and questions we asked regarding places to go and see while here on our short stay. Would stay again, definitely recommend.

I was unsure how my stay was going to be but it was excellent. I stayed for 2 nights in a 4 bed female dorm. You don't get keys or cards you instead download an app called Goki which you just use an email to login to and has all of the doors you need on it. The building is very secure, to enter later at night you need to have the app to unlock it. The room smelt very nice and there was a large window which let in a lot of light. We each got a locker with plugs in, and there was a desk with two chairs. The bunk beds were sturdy and didn't creak. Your bed had a pillow and a nice quilt along with all of the sheets you would need. The bathrooms were very clean and smelt very nice. The common areas were tidy and the laundry room was easy to access and use, as the payment for the machines was also on your phone. The accommodation was right next door to the Canberra centre with many restaurants and shops as well as a five minute walk from the art gallery. For $50 a night it was definitely reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay longer next time!

I was really comfortable in the room and the bath towels were big fluffy and so good. I was really pleased I was given a access code so I could get into the building early in the morning excellent service 👍

Stayed 3 nights in a standard queen room. The room was nice, although a bit dark as I was on the ground floor with a small window facing the hotels covered entrance. The bed was very soft, maybe too soft for some. The bathroom with walk in shower was compact but functional. The hotel is close the main attractions, with free secure onsite parking. Kingston shops are close by with many nice cafes and supermarket. It has a fully mini bar in the room but I found the prices too high, $9 for a bottle of beer, so I Didnt use it. I got a great rate for my stay.

A perfect hotel for a quick stop over in Canberra. Only a few minutes from the highway making easy access to get back to our trip. On arrival we had a lovely warm welcome, the receptionist provided exceptional service. We stayed in room 218, over looking the pool. It was a one bedroom, the living and bedroom both had tvs. Reverse cycle a/c in both rooms. Bed was very comfy and soft. Coffee and tea amenities, with complimentarily cookies! The rooms and bathroom were very clean. Shower pressure was wonderful. Toiletries were a nice touch. The other reviews mention this hotel being more a motel, I don't think that. For the price it was perfect. The only sore point was parking, we arrived late and there was only two car spots left. It is free parking though! We would stay here again for a quick over nighter in the ACT

wonderful stay with beautiful balcony views of city. Upgraded room in clean spacious room. Excellent customer City stay close to everything.

My reception by Naveen and Dorg was cheerful and helpful; they provided clear and good info regarding the hotel, parking, breakfast and meals in the adjoining Labour Club, etc. Our room on the top 9th floor had a good view towards the Lake Ginninderra, although another high rise had partially blocked the view. Our room was an end room, a more spacious upgrade offered to us by Naveen. It was very clean- every nook and cranny- compliments to housekeeping. It was also nice and bright, as was the bathroom. Decor is very modern and up to date. Bed was comfortable and we had good sleeps. The hot breakfast in the Club was of good quality and variety and good value. Parking on level3 and level4 of the carpark was easily accessible.

跟上海的柏悦不一樣，這棟建築最高應該就五六樓，是一百年前就存在了的，外面看着比較普通，裏面是很古典的感覺，給人的整體氛圍是一切都恰到好處不張揚。我入住的外交官套房，浴室的階梯式深泡浴缸很漂亮，就和攜程的圖例是一樣的。客廳的設計和酒店整體的基調很相似，雖然看起來年代很久但是設計放到現在也能打，很有特色。有些酒店是很新的，比如墨爾本的麗思卡爾頓，你可以體驗到最新的設施，有些酒店比如這家柏悦，內部的裝修風格就是很經典，給人的感覺是絕不過時，經久不衰的，哪怕再過50年，有更加新的設施，更多的設計風格問世，這家酒店也有屬於它的吸引人的地方。 説完這些美好的，我來説説一些這個酒店討人厭的地方吧。陽台上的味道實在是太逆天了，我都不知道哪裡來的味道，既不是外面草坪的味道，也不是房間裏的味道，那兩個沙發真的很臟，我是不想坐，我建議你們也別坐。而且陽台非常**，還很矮，給人一種很侷促的感覺，令人非常不舒服。卧室裏是沒有主燈的，就衹有三個小枱燈，全開了也很暗，簡直就是**。還有晚上開了燈三四蟲就開始圍繞在燈上轉了。最逆天的一點，我入住三天兩晚，我遇到了大概至少20個工作人員吧，僅僅一個人對我們笑了一下，其他的人感覺都跟機器人一樣，看到了人就跟沒看到一樣，面無表情地走過，甚至還有人看到我以後跟幾把見到鬼了一樣，這眼神就一下子變得凝重起來，我尋思我就是個打扮正常長相正常的普通成年男性啊？我尋思着如家打掃衞生的清潔員有的時候見到你了心情好了也會笑着對你打個招呼吧？然後我看到一個酒店服務生非常熱情地領着一位看起來是當地人的女性顧客按電梯，哈哈，對於有沒有種族歧視我就持保留意見吧，我看到的東西也不全，不好瞎説哈，衹是如果你們想要得到柏悦級別的服務的話，希望你們看了這篇文章以後可以打個預防針，不要太失望。另外我看到很多人説澳洲酒店是沒有服務的，我在墨爾本麗思卡爾頓從入住到出來遇到的每一個服務生都會笑着和我打招呼，所以我就不多説什麼了吧。 總而言之，酒店整體是有他的特色的，但是服務真的一言難盡，至少我體驗到的是這樣，我希望你們可以得到更好的服務。堪培拉的酒店裡這個也確實是最好的酒店了，沒有什麼別的選擇，價格有的時候就悉尼柏悦的五分之一左右，價格上來説相對別的柏悦絕對是便宜的，但是我建議你們至少在服務方面不要對它抱有太高的期望。

700一晚900一晚，連住兩晚，地理位置挺好的，開車去哪都方便，就是房間陰面潮濕還是咋的一進門有點味兒，廁所穿拖鞋小心地滑，有個小坡。 淋浴頭是頂式的放心，水壓水温夠夠的。廁所鏡子那塊空間和很大，姐妹們化粧完全有地方擺。 mini bar免費，可樂 雪碧 白葡 紅酒 啤酒*2 水 牛奶。 check out 11:00，最晚12:00，和前台説聲就行。 🅿️15🔪一天。酒店和wilson共用一個停車場，入口就在酒店側面（大門方向的環島左拐），入口取票，裏面分only 15min for check in的車位，也有普通車位，馬上辦入住的話直接停在普通的就可以，check in的時候把票給前台刷一下，24h持這張票（同一張！）多次出入即可。 還行吧住的

非常喜歡這家酒店。我們訂的是個套間，可以做飯。馬蓉略久遠，其他設施都會OK。酒店離CBD和center都不遠，出行便利。特別表揚酒店的拖鞋，底下是毛氈的，是我出行最好的拖鞋，沒有之一

This was one of the most memorable experiences we have had. We live in Canberra but wanted to have a staycation for our wedding anniversary. We were greeted on arrival by a very professional and friendly Rupka. He advised that we were lucky to be chosen as “Star” guests. This enabled us to upgrade our free drinks to cocktails, a full a la carte breakfast, and a late checkout. There were also handmade high quality chocolates in our room on arrival. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar area so much we ended up staying there for our anniversary dinner. The room was beautiful. The bed was luxury. The corridors even had bird sounds playing creating a calm atmosphere. The foyer was an architecturally stunning visual. All workers were friendly and welcoming, a sign that they enjoy their jobs and workplace. Special shout out to Rupka who was there again the next day at checkout. Even if you are not chosen to be the “Star” guest, the free welcome drinks, lolly bar, mini bar in room and breakfast are all incredible touches to a wonderful stay. We will be back for another wedding anniversary!

I love Ovolo hotels and am a happy customer. However, this property is not operating at the same standard as it’s other properties. I will not stay here again and I will not recommend it to friends. What’s good; the location, the friendly staff and the restaurant. The food is great. While the bar area has a good vibe it’s range of adult non-alcoholic beverages is very thin (and no, juice and soft drinks are not adult beverages). The gym is also good for a short work out. If the staff weren’t so lovely and helpful I would have rated the hotel as poor. What’s not great. - 2 lifts were not functioning at 100% and there were other small things that just were working as they should (fridge door, phone to bake a few) - Housekeeping is inadequate, although we paid almost $2,000 for 3 nights they only do a mini service every 3 days (and we had to request hand towels and bath mats on arrival). - Parking is $40 a day on top of the room rate. - Check in was complicated because we made the mistake of going to the car park first (don’t do this, pull up out the front and get lift access let’s first) The hotel is great at selling its features but it’s not great at explaining how it operates. The one thing it is terrible at is explaining that ANYONE who has any kind of HEIGHTS PHONIA must not stay here. The internal balconies are terrifying. The external balconies are no better. Do not stay here with young children, if you do keep the balcony doors locked the whole time.

Amenities and facilities are excellent! My friend and I enjoyed our stay. It's just that when we reconfirmed our booking by calling the hotel, the GY agent sounded sleepy or had no energy at all. The one who assisted us during check-in was also serious, but the other lady at the other check-in counter was entirely smiling.

Quite old hotel, more than 50 years old, very tiny room. and wifi signal is very week. You need to get the conference WiFi from reception. But the signal is still quite weak. The breakfast costs $25, and there's not too much food. However, their service attitudeis is quite good and they wish to help you. Although the limitation comes from the hardware.

Great location to War Memorial and central shopping district, however we would not recommend Mecure, Limestone ave. We travel regularly and are Accor members. This property was shabby, some aspects were dated and I would say run down, which was really disappointing for this chain of hotels. I called Duty Manager into the dining room on the first morning as Buffet breakfast on the weekend was entirely depleted with an hour til end of service. Benches of servery were messy, some hot food dried, some dishes empty, some bread selection empty. Dining room appeared unattended by staff upon arrival, tables were left messy for our entire visit, chairs pulled out, food on the floor. It is not pleasant to sit amongst other people's mess. Day two was similar, and when we asked for tea bags the dining room staff member was curt and dismissive. The hot drinks area was dirty and messy, again I had to ask for missing buffet items to be refilled. Further to this, we understand that gardening must be done, but it was very frustrating to have the noisy, smelly petrol driven blower going in the courtyard garden for over an hour on our second morning. This disturbed our rest. A very uncomfortable bed in our king room and a dark brown sofa chair that was rock solid. Hearing housekeeping staff dividing up the left over, unopened cans of alcohol from the newly vacated room next to ours as we stood in clear view in the hallway, did not instill a feeling of professional housekeeping. Dinner in Olims Bistro was very average and very overpriced. All together an uncomfortable and unpleasant five day stay. Badly done Accor Hotels.

We had a fantastic stay, room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. The staff in the breakfast area were fantastic both mornings. The only negative of our stay was the water pressure in the shower wasn't great but it was hot. The location for everything we wanted to do was perfect and a very easy walk to the central city shops.

The location is pretty good with the own transport. Easy assess to the famous tourist attractions and Canberra Centre. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a simple style but provides most of the stuff. Disposal slippers are provided but the toothbrushes and tooth pastes are not at this hotel. The another thing I would like to share that is the bed and pillows are soft to us. A few more kinds of free tea and coffee are also provided in the lounge bar and library on L5 & L6. The room was clean everyday. Kid enjoyed the view in the room there. Overall, we were happy to stay at LNH with what we paid and expected.

Nice location, quite Barton, bars and restaurants around. Close to city. Room is practical, smells good. Overall, we are very satisfied! Highly recommended!

great staff with wealth of local knowledge. everything you could want available while walking in the footsteps of our history.onsite parking, dining,bar leaves you free to explore on foot knowing its all waiting for you at the end of the day

Location in a lovely garden setting was perfect and parking out front of the hotel was easy and convenient. Very quiet at night. Room (Superior King) was large, well set out and had lots of windows. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only negative was that a queen sized doona was on the king bed, which left it a bit on the small side. Bedding and pillows were all excellent of good quality. Staff were friendly,although when we asked for the doona to be replaced with a larger one, we were told upon returning to the hotel later that it had been done. It had not. The main downside of this well-kept and attractive hotel is that there is no food or bar facilities, although they provide links to nearby cafes and other eateries. About 10 to 15 minutes walk takes you to to the main restaurant area of Manuka.
