Hello, I visited Frankfurt, Germany for a business trip and stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately, I was not in the best condition as I had gastroenteritis from Korea. My condition worsened significantly. It was scary to be so sick abroad. I informed the front desk about this, and the staff told me they could call an ambulance, but I didn't have German insurance, so I decided to return to Korea the next day. I was very anxious that night, but the staff tried their best to reassure me, brought me water, and came to my room several times to check on me, showing great care. I am so grateful! I eventually managed to return to Korea safely and am now receiving treatment. Thank you so much for handling the emergency so well and for your concern. Your support was comforting during that day. Leider war ich in keiner guten Verfassung, da ich eine Gastroenteritis aus Korea hatte. Mein Zustand verschlechterte sich erheblich. Es war beängstigend, im Ausland so krank zu sein. Ich habe die Rezeption über diese Situation informiert, und die Mitarbeiter sagten mir, sie könnten einen Krankenwagen rufen, aber ich hatte keine deutsche Versicherung, also beschloss ich, am nächsten Tag nach Korea zurückzukehren. Ich war sehr ängstlich in dieser Nacht, aber das Personal hat sein Bestes getan, um mich zu beruhigen, sie brachten mir Wasser und kamen mehrmals in mein Zimmer, um nach mir zu sehen, sie haben sich sehr um mich gekümmert. Ich bin so dankbar! Letztendlich konnte ich sicher nach Korea zurückkehren und erhalte nun eine Behandlung. Vielen Dank dafür, dass Sie den Notfall so gut gemeistert haben und sich so um mich gekümmert haben. Ihre Unterstützung war während dieses Tages sehr beruhigend. Danke.

Best hotel ive ever stayed in. Best location you could ever ask for. Just across the platform1 of the main train station. If your train arrives at platform1 you will arrive at the hotel in 30 seconds. Super safe. Very bright room. Will always stay here.

Loved this hotel. If we came back to Frankfurt we would stay here again. It’s in a great location that’s walkable to everything. It’s essentially city center and there is a ton to do just outside of your doorstep. The service was perfect, everyone is really friendly and helpful. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning. Hotel always smells fresh and clean. The room is really nice with a comfy bed and big bathroom. This is connected to the moxy hotel and the moxy bar/lounge is open 24/7 which is really cool because it’s set up nicely for if you want to eat, play games, just relax, etc. it’s really easy to get a taxi since they can call one for you or you can use the taxi call machine up by the front desk. Tap once for cash and twice for card payment. Super easy. Just a heads up: sometimes they forget to tell you that your room key controls the electric in the room so if you don’t already know this, don’t panic if nothing works when you get in your room at first. You have to slide one of the room keys in the card holder inside of your room next to the front door and everything turns on. Loved that because it’s a great way to save energy. Full kitchen and utensils, cups, cookware, dishwasher, fridge in room if you want to save on food and cook in your room. They also have laundry available if you need to do laundry which you can get tokens for for a couple euro. I just loved this place and the location.

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

Hotel ini terletak di satu stesen S-Bahn dari Lapangan Terbang Frankfurt. Hotel ini sangat baru, menawarkan sarapan pagi yang lazat dan nilai wang yang sangat baik berbanding dengan hotel secara langsung di terminal lapangan terbang. Berbeza dengan mereka, Wi-Fi adalah percuma dan penerimaan tetamu sangat membantu. Ini amat bagus pada masa anda perlu melakukan ujian sebelum melakukan perjalanan. Terima kasih kepada para wanita dari majlis resepsi. Bilik agak kecil, katil agak sempit untuk dua orang. Kami ingin peti sejuk. Daerah Garden Gateways baharu masih menjadi tapak pembinaan di beberapa tempat di sekitar hotel pada musim panas 2020, tetapi terdapat restoran dan pasar raya berdekatan. Secara keseluruhannya, saya boleh mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada pelancong yang ingin pergi ke lapangan terbang.

Frankly (haha), this Marriott has me sold on all Marriotts. They let us check in early and gave us a complimentary upgrade. I thought that maybe it would be a bigger room or a higher floor, but it wasn’t JUST that - we basically ate for free during our stay in the city. The breakfast spread is to die for (a full honeycomb and carafes of apfelwein were highlights for me) and the club was accessible 24/7, so we could just pop in to grab coffee or water bottles (in sustainable cardboard packaging, actually) to go. The evening happy hour is the happiest of hours: basically a full dinner buffet that changes from one day to the next. Seriously, instead of going out on the town, my brother and I just sat in front of the fireplace in the lounge, drinking regional beers, wines, and mimosas (alongside a delectable sticky bread pudding with vanilla bean sauce). Seriously, I could go on about this place. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, full range of quality toiletries - much better than what I’m used to in large European cities. I will stay here every time I return to Frankfurt.

No-frills hotel that is very close to the main train station in Frankfurt. It’s a two minute walk if you choose the right exit from the train station. What I do not like, is the self-check procedure. You have all (most) of my data from the RESERVATION, why do I need to type it again! Nothing against the self check in, I just hate having to type it on the screen. Why don’t you do away with the screens (and save even more money) and let people check-in with their phones at the same time you use the data from the reservation that would result in an overall better experience, much better. The hotel otherwise is nice, the rooms are fine. I didn’t check out the sauna and fitness centre that appears to be next-door in a partner hotel. The biggest letdown however, is the sewage smell that is contained in the bathroom in the room. Luckily, you don’t smell it in the room. However, you do smell it in the bathroom. An intense sewer smell. Something needs to be done about that.

A great hotel in Frankfurt City Centre and in close reach of many local activities (The River was approx 15 min drive including traffic, walking distance) Check in was smooth and the room was modern and surprisingly large with small kitchen area and large bathroom. Bed was extremely comfortable; there is even washing facilities on each floor. Underground parking for the hotel which cost (I think/Approx) $20 per night, be careful if your car is a wide SUV as this may be quiet tight for you! We will definitely return when back in Frankfurt!

Das Hotel ist etwas bescheiden. Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber genug um zu schlafen. Das Hotel ist nicht weit von der Fussgängerzone entfernt, also hat man alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen, wenn ich einen Zwischenstopp in Frankfurt habe.
