The room is so warm as it’s facing west side.No AC, kettle, fan on request. The shower amenity is old also the hairdryer. It doesn’t feel safe to use the hairdryer as you can tell the exterior has already melted bcos of the high temperature. We asked for a spare hairdryer but they don’t have one. The breakfast was ok. The staffs were friendly.

Lokasi beberapa meter di seberang stesen pusat sangat bagus. Katilnya bagus, bantal untuk selera saya agak terlalu padat. Bilik itu kalis bunyi. Terdapat cerek dan cawan tetapi, malangnya tiada teh atau kopi diberikan. Saya tidak pernah membawa uncang kopi bersama saya. Saya rasa cerek dan cawan hanya diletakkan untuk pematuhan. Bilik mandi bagus tetapi bilik mandi berbau seperti tandas kereta api. Apabila anda mengepam tandas, terdapat bunyi dari saliran pancuran mandian. Bau mungkin berkaitan dengan itu.

Loved this hotel. If we came back to Frankfurt we would stay here again. It’s in a great location that’s walkable to everything. It’s essentially city center and there is a ton to do just outside of your doorstep. The service was perfect, everyone is really friendly and helpful. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning. Hotel always smells fresh and clean. The room is really nice with a comfy bed and big bathroom. This is connected to the moxy hotel and the moxy bar/lounge is open 24/7 which is really cool because it’s set up nicely for if you want to eat, play games, just relax, etc. it’s really easy to get a taxi since they can call one for you or you can use the taxi call machine up by the front desk. Tap once for cash and twice for card payment. Super easy. Just a heads up: sometimes they forget to tell you that your room key controls the electric in the room so if you don’t already know this, don’t panic if nothing works when you get in your room at first. You have to slide one of the room keys in the card holder inside of your room next to the front door and everything turns on. Loved that because it’s a great way to save energy. Full kitchen and utensils, cups, cookware, dishwasher, fridge in room if you want to save on food and cook in your room. They also have laundry available if you need to do laundry which you can get tokens for for a couple euro. I just loved this place and the location.

The hotel receptionists provided excellent service especially when I lost something on the train and they were there to help and comfort me. The location might be dark and a bit worrying for a lady to walk into the hotel from the train station during late night.

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

This is not a horrible hotel, but there are a few things that aren't ideal. The fitness facilities look clean, but there isn't any disinfectant spray. Some of the staff are super kind (thank you to them!) and some are fairly perfunctory. Free coffee! Rooms are fine. Overall, if I had to stay in that area again I would try somewhere else. Know for this area! 1. There is no longer a shuttle to the airport. It's far enough you probably don't want to walk with luggage/kids/weather etc. There is a city bus you will need to pay regular fare on, and it is not a straight shot to the airport. Or you can take an uber. If you come in from the bus station, it's a 1.2 km walk. It was clear that a number of people coming off the bus had done this before and therefore were fine with the walk. If you are coming internationally and are tired and with luggage, it's not that fun. 2. There is very little around there, and if you have the bad luck to be there on a Sunday, what is there is closed. Your closest store/restaurant is the train station or the airport.

Super new hotel, in great quality and short distance to the airport. Rooms, service and breakfast is all great. Only the airport shuttle bus is not as expected as it finishes early before 11pm and is not free of charge if you take it from hotel to airport.

Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Der Check-In war schnell und freundlich. Ich hatte morgens kurzfristig das Zimmer gebucht. Wollte unbedingt ein Skylineview Zimmer. Ein paar tolle Fotos /Videos machen. Mein Zimmerwunsch wurde sehr gut erfüllt. Am Ende vom Gang in der 38. Etage. Ich war begeistert (siehe Fotos). Ich hätte auch als Marriott Bonvoy Gold Member ein Upgrade bekommen. Wäre aber auf jeden Fall zur anderen Seite gewesen. Da ich ja aber die Skyline fotografieren wollte habe ich abgelehnt. Tiefgarage (Q-Park WestendGate) war super. Teuer mit 39€ aber viel Platz und nicht so eng. Gehört aber nicht zu Marriott. Die Fahrstühle fahren super schnell. Ich war Abends noch im Hotel Restaurant/Bar ”Champion´s”. Hatte einen Burger. Der war ok; habe aber schon bedeutend bessere gegessen. Der Service war eine Katastrophe. Man musste lange warten bis Getränke/Essen am Tisch waren. Auch Bezahlung hat gedauert. Morgens hatte ich dann noch den Sonnenaufgang fotografiert. War richtig Klasse. Das Frühstück hat mir gefallen von der Auswahl her. Ich war früh morgens um 7 Uhr dort. Das komplette Restaurant war leider rappelvoll. Habe dann später mitbekommen das dort eine Reisegruppe war. Durch diese mittlere ”Insel” war es dann extrem voll in den Gängen rundherum. Ist aber nicht immer so. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
