平日も挟んで２泊３日で家族スキーに行ってきました。今後毎年行きたいと考えています。 ★良かった点 ・なによりもゲレンデ直結と他のスキー場にない豊富なコース ・スタッフがリフトの相乗りを促してくれる⇒休日でも待ち時間が苦にならない ・初日から帰りまでのリフト券付（ナイター含む）⇒コスパ最高 ・ホテルスタッフが多い＋挨拶と対応が良い⇒混んでいても何か困ったらすぐに聞ける ・予約をとれなかった朝食を昼食に振替えてくれる ★要改善点 ・受入客数とお風呂の広さはあっていない⇒各棟にお風呂があったら･･･ ・広すぎて、初めて行く人は迷子になる⇒分かりやすい案内表示を増やした方が良い 　※地震や火事でエレベータが使えなかったら、私は出口まで行ける自信がなかった ・人が多すぎて、行きたいレストランを予約できなかった

In general I like this hot spring hotel which was built on the venue containing 16 houses dated back to the 17th century. The hotel itself, its garden and room all look not bad. However the AC at the boutique shop was broken yesterday and it was super hot to shop there. Not sure if it’s repaired today. An opened brush bag without toothpaste was kept in the bathroom- they expected me to use or what? The service and food can both be better - but do not take it wrong - they are already good - it’s just I have a very high standard in particular when we talk about foods. I like the two free liquor - one sale the other plum wine- provided every evening 17:00-19:30 though. :) The Hotel can organise many experiencing and traveling activities and you need to book online ahead. Free shuttle service between the hotel and ECHIGO YUZAWA STATION is provided and you also need to book in advance - very generous gesture.

駅から歩いて五分ほど、車での送迎あり ウェルカムドリンクはお抹茶 チェックイン後は、靴を預けて、常にスリッパ 泊まったのは和洋室で、和室にベッドが置いてある、白が基調の、清潔感が感じられる明るい部屋 温泉はそれほど広くはないが、露天風呂あり 食事はレストランで、グループごとに、半個室のようなつくり、他のグループの顔は見えません お料理の品数は多く、でもボリュームは、ほどほどで、ちょうどよかったです レストランには中庭があり、鯉が泳ぐ池があります。かなりの数で、びっくり。 ラウンジで、夕朝食後に、コーヒーのサービスあり（セルフサービス） 従業員のかたは、みな親切で、感じがよかったです。 館内図、周辺案内とも、イラストで、親しみやすい All the employees were kind and pleasant.

15年くらい湯沢にスノーボードで通っていて常宿がありますが駅前で門構え、広い旅館に泊まってみたくて家族で宿泊。 古さはありますが思ったより普通でした。 初日のフロントのおじ様が大変親切でした(o^^o)甘酒も無料で大変美味しい！ 部屋は3人では広い部屋でした！ アメニティは最小限、浴衣は普通。 部屋に加湿器あり。 大浴場は一階と三階にあり主人はサウナに入りたいと気に入ってました。 朝食はバイキングではなく、湯豆腐や釜のご飯などおかず多めで美味しい。 夕食は駅周辺に名店があるからそっちに行きました。 自家用車で行くなら駅前じゃなくてよかったかなと当たり前に思いました。 新幹線の音や周辺の除雪の音、道行く人が意外にうるさいし、結構聞こえる。 そして三連休だからと言われたがWi-Fiが湯沢自体が混み合ってるから繋がらないと言われた。 脆弱すぎる。。（´-`） でも全体的に良きホテルでした。

赤ちゃん連れに良かった点 大浴場にはバスチェアーや子供用の小さいイスもあり、ベビーベッドもあった。 食事処にはバウンサーやハイチェアと食器が用意されていた。 乳児を連れての宿泊だったので客室露天風呂付きの部屋でファミリープランにしました。しかし大浴場に子供も連れて行けたので、温泉ではないし小さいし敢えて部屋風呂付きにしなくても良かったと思います。 温泉はお湯そのものは可もなく不可もなく普通でしたが、展望風呂の眺めは良いし、色々 なタイプのお湯や浴槽もあって、ワクワクしてとても楽しめました。 夕食で通された個室の冷房が強すぎて配膳のスタッフさんを待てないくらい寒くて辛かったので勝手に消させてもらいました。お料理は美味しくいただきました。 宿泊客が少なかったせいか朝食はバイキングではありませんでしたが、スタッフさんの心遣いも素晴らしく、量質とも満足しました。

The hotel is not located in the city centre. There are no shops around. Thus the hotel provides a convenient way for drive in and out. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable with a fantastic city views. The comforter is so soft , light and comfortable. The reception staff are polite and helpful to carry all our luggages to our room.

Stunning place to stay. Amazing views from very spacious rooms. Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Teens had the best time exploring and making snow men. Enjoyed skiing at a close resort as Naspa skiing was over for the season. Easy access to town bus leaves every half hr.

Close to the station and 7 eleven is right next to the hotel. Clean room. Also breakfast buffet has many various of options and has some local food. Highly recommend.

お部屋に陶器の露天風呂がついたところを予約したのですがまずお風呂からの景色が抜群でした！日本海の夕焼けは最高です！最上階のお部屋をご用意して頂いたので夜もとても静かで星空も素敵です。お部屋自体はそんなに広くはありませんでしたが、すぐに温泉に入れるため快適でした！お料理は部屋食で、担当の方の対応が配慮があり満足でした。蟹が2人でいっぱいと目にも贅沢感がありました。泉質は湯の花がたくさん浮いていたりと見た目はおやっ？と思いますが湯上がりの肌がもちもちしていてかなりの高評価でした！大浴場も女湯はヨーロッパ感があり可愛らしい作りでした！朝食はビュッフェでしたが自分で海鮮丼を作ったりと朝からお刺身がたくさんあるのがびっくりです。ダンナさんはコーヒーゼリーがとても美味しいと何度もおかわりしていました笑笑

改装後のツインのお部屋に宿泊しました。広く使い勝手の良い造りで満足です。 朝食も、無料としては十分で、テーマに沿ったメニューや、サラダ、フルーツもありました。立地が駅にも少し歩くし、万代にも少々遠いのでサービスで勝負しているのかも。朝食をボックスに入れてお部屋で食べられるのが子連れには有難かったです。 お世話になりました。
