It was an awesome experience and pleasure to stay in this wonderful hotel. The service was excellent and they took a good care of us and the birthday surprise!

Handy location near the airport. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. I arrived at 9l8pm on a Sunday night and hotel was very quiet. It didn't appear that the restaurant was open, but there is a McDonald's just outside the front door. Room was clean and well sized. Bed was comfortable. Pillows are very poor quality.

From the reception, we were greeted by a very welcoming staff, the check in and check out was very smooth and fast. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Room and bathroom were met clean and the shower water pressure is amazing. Overall great experience!

Although it is not in the city central of amsterdam but it is very convenient to travel to anywhere. The hotel is just next to train and metro station. You also can take bus and tram it is just few step away. Flixbus station is just 5 minutes by walk. You can take any public transport to city central within 10-20 minutes and 10 minutes to airport.

Room was clean as housekeeper cleans and replenished the consumables every day. Location wise is too far from the city and trains. I would like to suggest to add more foods on breakfast and to consider foods that suits other nationalities like asian. They also provide cycle but too pricey.

Modern hotel very close to the airport.Ideal for overnight transit. The is no need to get a taxi or shuttle.Exit the terminal and follow the covered walkway for 500 metres. The hotel exit is on the left after Sheraton Hotel exit. Check in and out was fast. Room was big and clean. Very well insulated. No noise from aircrafts. Highly recommended.

The hotel was nice, but my room was located far from the main building. I had to walk through a long, empty hallway every time.

It's a good hotel for just one night. Please lower your expectations because despite a four star rating and a Hilton name attached to it, it's nothing short of a hostel in terms of changing you for everything. No water in the rooms, luggage storage room is charged at 5 euros per room. Staff are very friendly though. Breakfast nothing especial and can get quite busy.

We mainly booked it because we had an early flight from Amsterdam airport that’s why it was reasonable as we stayed like six hours however the cleanliness of the room wasn’t as high as I expected. There were still hair on the floor in the toilet and the towels were not as clean as I Imagine. So if you’re just expecting a mattress and a bed for the price is totally reasonable

Great stay in Novotel Amsterdam City. This is more like a business hotel - high speed and stable wifi, generally clean, spacious, with in-room Nespresso coffee machine and shower amenities (using Ritual products!). Would be great if room slippers are included. Hotel is near to the convention centre, 15 minutes drive from airport and walking distance to the tram and metro. On the first or second day of our stay, realised the housekeeping was ”half done” - the tablecloth on our desk, bed not done and bathroom not cleaned. Was quite worrying at first - we took it as a one-off mistake and didn't pursue. After which we are heartened by the prompt and efficient housekeeping :)

The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the service was exceptional. The hotel’s appearance and ambiance were impressive. Our only regret is not having the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, which looked fantastic.

Very welcoming and professional staff. Very comfortable room, great breakfast, hotel well located, close to Amsterdam Zuid station, 30 mn from/to the airport by train. Highly recommended!

Always a pleasure staying at Marriott here in Amsterdam. This is my 10th. Is it in half as many years and it still upholds to the ethos to today. Excellent hotel with large spacious and tidy rooms. The staff are great and always happy and smiling and eager to assist to make stay memorable. Highly recommended for families and kids and friends as well as business trips. A +++++++

The hotel staff was super nice I let them knew it was my best friends birthday and they sang her happy birthday and left chocolate and balloons in our room Location is so good!!!!! In the middle of everything and only 10 minutes to dam square. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is close to the stadium, but a little far from the city center. Good metro connection. The stuff is friendly and the breakfast good. They did not clean our room daily. No paper or soap refill at all. The additional hotel taxes are higher than shown by Ctrip App (e.g. 4nights: 60euro instead of 24euro) All in all: Needs improvements to reach the costly standard you pay for.

We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights for our family tour. The staff were very friendly. Rooms were amazing! We had a great star in the hotel.

Location is a bit difficult because although there is a regular free shuttle Bus to the airport there is no easy way into the City. So by the time you've seen a show in town, the shuttle Bus has finished and taxis are required. Also it took 45 minutes to check out and they have 50 euros of mine as a deposit - I hope they return it quickly.

There are way better hotels around the airport. We were a family of 3 traveling, and so we booked a room for 3. When we arrived in the room, the sofa bed was out, but there were no sheets in it. We called reception to get sheets. A lady came and made the bed. But only when she had left we realized she hadn't put a cover in the bed. We called again and somehow came with a cover. When it was time to have a shower, there were only 2 towels (and by the way, no small towels at all). For a third time, we had to call, and this time, ask them for a towel. The bathroom was pretty old and rundown. There was a big carack on the floor, painting coming off in the shower and mold stains. Apart from that, the room and bathroom were spacious. The next day, we left in the morning and came back at 5 pm. The room had still not been cleaned, so we called reception to get it done. Straight after that, we left. When we came back later, someone had been there to clean. There were clean towels, but they had also left the dirty ones. What's more, they hadn't cleaned the bathroom floor. Dogs are welcome, so that's a big plus. And there's a beautiful grassy area with a pond, just beside the hotel. Perfect for walking them. Parking is available but it's rather expensive. We wanted to do a late check-out in the afternoon, as we had two dogs and a boy with us. It would have been much easier for them to stay in the hotel while we were doing our business in Amsterdam until 4 pm. So we called around midnight and asked reception if it would be possible to check out at that time, at an extra cost. She said it depends if the hotel is fully booked, in which case we can't and that we have to call back at 7.30am. So at 7.30, we called and were told that they are fully booked so impossible to get a late check-out. Which means that between midnight and 7.30 in the morning, they got fully booked... I suppose it's possible, but it felt more like they were not willing to help. The boy and the dogs spent their day waiting for us in a café. I wouldn't go back to this hotel as we had a bad experience. We expected better from Radisson.

NHHotel Schiphol Airport, this was my first time staying there for 1 week. I was kindly upgraded to a better room as I was celebrating my birthday. The staff were friendly. The hotel inside and out looks amazing. I enjoyed eating breakfast every day in the Green room restaurant as it looked like a botanical garden. The food choices were plenty. I loved the hotel shuttle bus service as it was a comfortable 7 minute ride to the airport. A good way to start exploring Amsterdam. The pool and jacuzzi area looked lovely and welcoming but unfortunately it was very busy with other guests and I never got to experience it. Well maybe next time.
