Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

這次來貴州旅遊，訂的這個酒店，對酒店各方面還是比較滿意的，酒店位於南明區老城區，緊鄰地鐵站，交通便利，去機場、高鐵站及主要景點如甲秀樓、青雲市集僅需短時間，自駕和公共出行都很方便。酒店環境整潔温馨，大堂布置充滿節日氛圍，房間設施齊全，微波爐、膠囊咖啡機等細節設計貼心，早餐豐富，包含當地特色美食如折耳根、酸湯麪等，深受好評。服務方面，特別感謝前台姜姜、熱情接待和細緻關懷令人倍感暖。酒店的高樓層視野開闊，夜景迷人，健身房和洗衣房設施齊全，進一步提升了入住體驗。下次來貴州還是會入住這個酒店💗

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly. Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

A spacious room with an unusual design and all necessary amenities. The room we were given at first hadn’t been cleaned, so we were then relocated to another room and given a free breakfast. Breakfast room was really nice and cozy, the breakfast was Chinese style, quite fresh. The staff was polite but spoke no English. Generally satisfied with the choice.

Actually, this hotel and staffs are fantastic, shops, malls and foods at all directions next to it. The bed and sofa are so good in the room, they are like memory foam. The pillows are big n filling. The breakfast is local and Western, with enough varieties, the coffee machine made nice coffee/s. Everything else are new and modern design with nice displays of modern art pieces. The hotel even provide complimentary light supper at 9.00pm. We plan to stay 1 night, but extended to 3 nights. On checking out, we were given a gift goodies as well, so impressive. ❤️, We ll travel again to Guiyang for sightseeing to lot of places we could not make this time and surely will stay here. To find easily, look for Luckin Coffee shop if you can't see the signage in Mandarin. The access to Reception is floor 10th from the elevator inside the Luckin Coffee.

Awesome view from the room. The hotel has been just renovated, on the left wing there is also the elevator. No breakfast is served and did not see any coffee shop around. If you need a coffe to start your day, better to bring your own. The hotel is an area with restrictions to traffic, about 500 meter from a parking lot. No English is spoken, we used WECHAT to communicate. Very kind staff.

設施：兩個小童遊樂場，一個大泳池和小泳池，有咖啡吧，餐廳，休息區，還有景觀陽台！ 衞生：原木風格的設計本身就給人一種乾淨衞生的感覺，孩子一直穿着襪子在房間裏到處跑，還是很乾凈的！起碼，沒有發現任何衞生死角的問題！ 環境：處於整個主街道的邊上，鬧中取靜！整個格調也是温馨舒適，讓人放鬆的！ 服務：關於這點，選擇的人，你要是提出一點不滿，算我輸，關於服務，真的不是一個人的問題，而是整個團隊都很在線，讓人覺得賓至如歸，沒有覺得説不自在，一直都是舒適的狀態！開始計劃住兩天看情況是否續住，然而，入住當天不到2小時，我們夫妻決定直接就多續住一個晚上，然後，原本住的房間沒有房了，因為它每個房都是獨一無二的，所以，就訂了3樓的一個大床房，第三天上午吃完早餐，詢問工作人員我們要更換的房間有沒有收拾好，一分鐘不到工作人員就馬上回復，説那個房間客人還沒離開，店家可能擔心影響我們出門，就馬上給安排當天還沒有售賣出去的親子房，免費幫我們升級房型，不到幾分鐘就上來人幫我們拎東西到新房間，説真話，關於行李，入住和離開，工作人員，由始至終都是熱情服務，從來不讓你操心任何的那種，對於家庭出行的人來説，真的太貼心了！ 觀景下午茶:我們昨天不想下樓了，有些累了，工作人員直接把下午茶送房間來了，真的太暖心了，孩子也特別的開心説以後還要住這裏！這是一個讓人流連忘返的地方！ 現磨咖啡:這個口感非常不錯！ 時令水果:每天都有新鮮的水果，挑不出任何毛病！我們一家對整個酒店的工作人員表示感謝，給了我們一個很好的體驗，大過年的，辛苦了！

酒店位置非常方便，就在景區內，很好找，去古街走路幾分鐘就到了。老闆還安排幫忙小哥拿行李，人超級好，還發了景區路線圖，很省心。早餐的米線很好吃，也很有貴州特色。我們的房間景觀很好，親子房間，孩子很喜歡，開窗就能俯瞰整個寨子，特別壯觀，白天和晚上不一樣的煙火，晚上燈光很漂亮，也很震撼。下次再來好會入住的。也會推薦給朋友的。

Very warm welcome from the team. They have supported me with a lot of enthusiasm thus making my stay in Kaili a real pleasure during this Covid period. They have for example helped me in finding a forwarder to ship my bike back to Shanghai (could not get it on high speed train). Everything is new and clean in this Inn. The front desk staff kindly showed us how to get around the village and the key activities, and brought each of the room a very nice fruit basket. Highly recommend this Inn!

The hotel is located in the ancient city and there is a very nice view from the room provided. The room has a balcony with a table and chairs which are comfortable for drinking tea or coffee. The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

酒店的位置特別好，房間視野能夠看到最好的風景。整體的裝修風格新中式設計，既現代又有民風味道。體驗感拉滿。還有專屬的管家服務，這點很貼心服務具有個性化的特點。小哥還特地出來景區外面接送，替顧客考慮周到，讓我們來這一趟千户苗寨的體驗感整體都很不錯。入住後還贈送了歡迎水果和觀景下午茶，洗浴間還有配了面膜，卸粧巾以及洗臉巾。沒想到這家民宿的服務一點都不輸於星級酒店的服務。甚至有些地方做得比星級酒店還細心。酒店人員都很有禮貌且貼心，給我們夫妻倆有種賓至如歸的親切感。當然，做得好的服務必須推薦和支持。如果下次再來西江苗寨還會續住這裏，也期待你們會有更好的未來！

The hotel is located mid-hill with panoramic views as seen in my photos. Room was clean and service is friendly, there is a porter who helped to carry our luggage from the observation deck to the hotel after the shuttle dropped us off. The family room is very large with three partitions: kids room, parents room and a small living area with sofa and writing desk. They also provide washing machine and dryer for self service. The aircon in the room provides both heating and cooling function which is very useful for cold nights on the mountain. To get to the village Main Street where all the performances, restaurants and attractions are, you will need to climb down the hill and back up again to return. Hence it’s not advisable for those with very young children or old people with mobility issues to stay here.

I arrived late in the evening at Anshunxi station, so this was a great choice - literally a ten-minute walk from the station, with a few restaurants nearby. Plus, it is in the south of the city, so it is closer to Huangguoshu Waterfalls. The reception staff were very accommodating, and there was a plate of fresh fruit and a souvenir doll waiting for me in my room. To get into town it is about a 20 minute taxi ride. The last photo shows that you can literally see the hotel from the train station platform.

i went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages. 我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。

酒店的位置離景區很近，走着有五分鐘就到景區坐觀光車的地方 酒店是新開業的，硬件設施齊全不錯，整個酒店突出桔子的設計，從房間的用色到小的擺件都是以橘色為主，視覺上很舒服。 前台的工作人員服務態度很好，很有禮貌，也非常有眼力勁兒，很熱情，酒店的早餐也很豐富，值得體驗。

房間設施超齊全，床品舒適，燈光氛圍也很贊。前台服務熱情周到，入住體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔，設施一應俱全，環境靜謐。前台人員態度親切，辦理入住高效又貼心。酒店房間佈置温馨，設施新且好用。前台服務超給力，笑容温暖，有求必應。值得推薦大家入住！肯定不會護法期望的！

Kecuali lampu malam sensor automatik dan langsir yang menutup secara automatik tanpa memasukkan kad, yang agak tidak selesa, saya benar-benar berpuas hati dengan yang lain. Wanita di meja depan sangat baik dan sopan, dan dia juga menyelesaikan beberapa masalah saya. Kereta hotel ini juga sangat bagus. Anda tidak perlu menunggu lama dan sangat mudah untuk pergi ke tempat yang indah. Restoran ini rasanya cukup enak dan harganya pun ok. Hiasan bilik sangat baru, katilnya luas dan selesa, dan terdapat cermin panjang. Ini benar-benar ulasan yang bagus. Kalis bunyinya baik-baik saja, tetapi saya mungkin terlalu teruja dan tidak dapat tidur lena. Mereka boleh ulang-alik ke dan dari Kawasan Pemandangan Huangguoshu tanpa had masa, menjimatkan banyak masa dan tenaga. Sarapan paginya sangat mewah, dan penginapannya tidak buruk. Bilik besar, bersih dan kemas, sinki cukup dalam untuk mencuci pakaian, bilik mandi dan kawasan tandas diasingkan, dan aliran air dari kepala pancuran mandian 🚿 di bilik mandi adalah besar dan padat, yang benar-benar super selesa. Ia adalah satu kejutan yang hebat untuk mempunyai ruang pengeringan di balkoni. Bilik kami terletak di tingkat lima, yang sangat mesra pengguna. Bilik, hotel juga membantu kami menangguhkan daftar keluar sehingga pukul 15:00, sangat bagus, sangat bertimbang rasa, 100% berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan👍 Walaupun ia mungkin tidak terasa murah, tetapi gabungan prestasi kos dan keselesaan tidak dapat dikalahkan, dan ia patut dikekalkan. Kami akan memilih Hotel Yingbin pada masa akan datang, dan kami telah mengesyorkannya kepada semua rakan kami. Di samping itu, mesra memandu sendiri ialah garaj bawah tanah mempunyai ruang letak kereta yang luas, lif terus ke lobi, dan bayaran letak kereta adalah percuma. Ia mengambil masa paling lama 3 minit untuk memandu dari hotel ke lebuh raya. Ia adalah amat disyorkan!

從北京出發一路向南自駕遊，住了十來家酒店，這家是體驗最棒的一家，性價比最高，房間很大，有孩子們最喜歡的浴缸，有長者喝茶的茶桌，廁所衞生間洗浴都分開，三大兩小都完全夠用。 前台服務超級好，入住之前提前把空調給我們開好。老闆也非常熱心，幫忙拿行李，一路的臟衣服也都在這家洗的，很晚了給我們拿衣架上來。 房間設施齊全，床很舒適，客廳也很大，早餐比較營養健康。另外，門口就是充電樁，不用像前幾天入住後還要焦慮充電的事兒。 走時老闆還給兩小朋友小禮物—學習鉛筆，包裝精緻，禮物雖小，滿載老闆的一片用心，真的非常感動😹 如果有朋友去黃果樹瀑布，強烈安利去這家，一定是這裏最好的，還有免費車接送到景區！

In a good location, under an hour to get to the famous waterfall by taxi and located right next to a scenic lake to walk around. Breakfast really mediocre with not much choice, but all staff were very kind and helpful.

Best Hotel we've had so far on this trip. Great room with a bathtub on the balcony, smart toilet, nice slippers, great hairdryer and a huge TV. Just the makeup mirror didn't work. The gym was good and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of delicious options, much better than the other hotels so far. Location also good, quite near to the entrance to Huangguoshu. We were happy to find the free washing machine and dryer.

Absolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!
