很不錯的一家快捷酒店，是我喜歡的樣子，乾淨清爽。訂的大床房，雖然房間不大但是也足夠。最好的一點就是，雖然房間在走廊盡頭，但不像一些快捷酒店那樣走老遠距離，而是很快就到達電梯，安全性和舒適性都很好。房間隔音衞生設施服務都很滿意。而且預訂能退房也相當方便。 房間在一條叫做買賣街的大路邊，乘車方便。毗鄰第一醫院，走幾步路有吃的。上幾張圖，第一張是酒店窗外，第二張是附近的兆麟公園冰雕。

Xin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10

We had a lovely stay at Xana, staff do not speak English but it was not an issue at all, they were very helpful and took good care of us and our needs, while using a translation app to talk to each other. The room was not that large but functional and clean, bed is comfy, bathroom and toilet were clean and there was a free afternoon tea at the lobby with delish cookies and fruits. The location is top notch, right in front of Zhaolin park and just 1 mn walk to the commercial Zhongyang street and just 5 mn away from Songhua river, park. If you use DIDI TRAVEL on the Alipay app, the location of this hotel should be spelled as ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel..” Overall, it was a lovely experience for us staying at Xana and would recommend to our friends if they travel to Harbin

Overall this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Rich cultural history and uniqueness. I shall put the negative part first before I put the positives at the end. Cleanliness I marked down because someone before me put flowers into the bathtub and there were random roses petals coming out of the knob that controlled the drainage of the bath tub. There were stains on the bathtub too. Location I put 5 but actually I would rate it 4.5. The street that the hotel is on is extremely crowded and jam in the late mornings to night. It is highly likely that you will be dropped off near the entrance of the street and need to walk in if you cab. We decided to use public transport and walk in instead on the second time we came to the hotel. But early in the morning it was relatively empty and the cab could come in to pick us up. It is very near the walking streets / zhong yang jie. There was an event literally outside our hotel area. Got a chimney bread plus ice cream on the same street as the hotel but is diagonally on the opposite right. This booking is for a lower tired room. But when we went there we were offered discounted upgrades. Not free but at least it wasn't the price stated. We upgraded to the highest tier, a suite with dedicated sitting area and bathtub. Celebrated my birthday here. They prepared a cake. It was delicious 😋 Many costumes to try but most were too big. For reference i am 152cm 48kg. I managed to find a blue and white costume with a matching hat that was more fitting so I could wear it out of the hotel room to take photos in the reception area. The toilet staircase, the chairs in the reception, outside the elevator, a backyard and the restaurant are nice places for photo taking. The ancient elevator closes at 5pm. I am not sure when it opens. The restaurant had a promotion on dianping or douyin. Recommended for 4 people. But portions are typically huge and if only 2 people come likely to waste. We met another couple on our trip and we decided to share. Non hotel guests can eat in the restaurant too. Just before we left, we had a door gift too^^

We spent three nights in this hotel and found it to be a little further from everything we wanted to see and do, but that did not make our stay any less pleasant. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. The hotel looks out on a lovely pond that is frozen sold in winter and covered with a thick layer of snow. A perfect playground for young and old alike. Catching a Didi from the hotel is also fairly easy as it isn’t stuck right in the centre of the ice festival activities.

Perfect hotel that gives you a pleasant stay. Room : We book 1 family room and 1 standart room, all room is modern, all room was very clean and warm, they have floor heating, water heater, bath amenities that smells good, very clean and fluffy towels, automatic curtain, big tv, hair dryer, all things you need. Restaurant : The restaurant was very clean and warm. They have restaurant for breakfast with variety of food, even they dont serve western food, but you still can have fried rice and boiled egg for your daily protein intake. You also can have lunch and dinner here with reasonable price and decent portion, the dishes were delicious, our favorite is 锅包肉 guo bao rou, sweet sour pork which is northern’s specialty dish. Service : Their service is excellent, serve you with smile that warm your heart in this cold weather place ❤️ they were very helpful and sincere. They have pickup service from the nearest train station too. Around the hotel : There were ski place with affordable price for ski equipment, clothes, shoes, gear, and ski lessons. Perfect for ski begginers and kids. At night you can also try 烧烤 various chinese barbeque with affordable price, have some beers with your friends and family. Scenery around the hotel was very beautiful too. Overall : We are very happy during our stay in this hotel, it is a memorable stay for us. Near Sophia Church, ZhongYang Street and Cable just 750m from hotel. In breakfast time i personaly thank you Ms Jenny 黄艳华 Manager for very caring us and so friendly as well as bring us the yogurt every morning, also i would like to say thank you to the FB Ms Air 刘金玲 for bring me the box to keep food for my wife. Also thank all team for very welcoming and support. Myself have good experience at hotel. Look forward to stay in next time.

Respite the hotel name containing the word international there is nothing international about this property as they were completely overwhelmed with our arrival. The first thing they did was drive us off to the police as they didn't know how to do the registration for foreigners. The rooms are good and well maintained and we got a delicious complimentary berry juice in the morning. The heating worked well and it was nice and warm inside the room. The location is superb and everything is within walking distance. The negative thing is that we needed some help during our stay and the reception area is always empty. The owners are impossible to find. Do not expect a single word of English to be spoken at this property. A lovely cat is around and is an admirable animal. Overall a good stay and I would stay again in the future. Good value!

The host and everyone there were so warm and welcoming. Very nice to my kids, they even let my kids borrow their snow toy for them to enjoy in the snow outside the room. Love the family room, got projector so we had winter movie night. The driver Mr Li was cheerful and so kind to bring us to the local convenience store, and recommended place for ice tubing and snow activities, he also brought us to one of the halal/muslim food which was abt 25mins drive away. The apartment is so beautiful and exceptionally Recommended place.

Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home. Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel - you’ve made my mum and I’s first trip to China and Harbin even more memorable with your warm hospitality!
