Amenities are very up to date. Breakfast is very good and lots to enjoy. Location is great, close to Wanda shopping mall. Also quite near to the hospital if you are planning to check your health.

Conveniently located! Close to the Hohhot East Railway Station! The laundry room has 2 big washing machines and 2 big dryers! The coffee and tea corner provides free freshly brewed coffee, tea and also hot water! Noodles and congee for supper are an added treat👍👍👍

This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.

Nice spot in the heart of Hailar! The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was in full working order. The front desk woman was courteous and patient especially when dealing with an unfamiliar travel document that I was carrying for ID purposes. Overall a good value for anyone looking to stay in Hailar!

A great hotel in a super convenient location by the temples and the old street. A much bigger area than i realised, so I spent a lot of time wandering there. The hotel was right next to the large parking area, so very convenient to park! 10 b for one night, very reasonable The hotel itself is so peaceful and calm inside. The rooms all have wooden furnishings and and very stylish. A lovely addition of treats upon arrival like an eye mask and snacks. I had a smoking room but there was no smell of smoke at all, and even had an intense stick to burn in the evening 😀 Breakfast was delicious and very big!

非常棒的度假體驗，不管是衞生，服務還是餐飲都非常不錯，建在沙漠裏，門外一片黃沙，但酒店內部卻非常乾淨，沒有沙粒。到了遊客接待中心辦理入住後，就可以佩戴好手環開始去玩，行李會有工作人員送到房間。房間空調也是提前打開了的，一進房間温度就非常舒服，能體會到工作人員工作的熱情和細緻。晚上篝火晚會，煙花秀和大漠觀星都非常推薦！非常不錯的體驗！進出島索道和仙沙島遊玩有度假客人專用通道，不用排隊，體驗非常棒！普通通道人山人海，度假通道可以暢通無阻但面積比較大，玩一天下來還是挺累的。好的是酒店準備了豐盛的美食加上無微不至的服務，讓一天的疲憊頓消一半，吃完飯篝火晚會和煙花秀會讓你重新變得元氣滿滿，疲憊全消。大廳休閑吧也非常推薦，環境好，衞生好，服務好，風景好，有很多飲品零食書籍圍棋等，是休閑放鬆的好地方。總之，蓮花酒店是響沙灣沙漠之行的不二選擇，值得體驗！

Good room and facilities, only issue was that the air conditioning was disabled for the hotel. Understandable as it was early spring, but still we had to call someone to unlock the window. Then it was dusty at night due to sandstorms and we had to call someone to close it.

We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

Room is clean, toothbrush and toothpaste and bedroom slippers are provided. A lot of street food and restaurants around the hotel. Nearby is also a mosque with Chinese architecture. Staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast is quite good with local food. A very pleasant stay for the family

Highly recommended. The hotel is new and the bathroom is very nice and clean. Its a little far away from the business disrtrict but there are a lof of buses around.

自駕行程的一站，看點評搜到這個酒店 設施：整體設施不錯 內蒙特產伴手禮:每個房間給一個伴手禮 酒店有游泳池和健身的，住店旅客可以使用 ps：離開當天早上有人在酒店辦婚宴，放炮了，我們剛洗了車，就被炸了一車的灰，跟前台溝通，過程有些坎坷，最後好在酒店的有為男經理給解決了，用吸塵器吸掉了一些，我們自己又去洗了一遍，這個事情是個小插曲，不過一般酒店做到提前通知也許會讓我們這些在旅途的旅客能快速接受些！

雲酒店可自助辦理入住，大堂冰櫃有各式冰糕品可由入住客人自行取用。酒店早餐品種豐富，除自取品種外，還為每位客人以九宮格形式配製特色食物，有羊肉鮑魚。酒店為客人提供寬敞且功能豐富的公共空間（見照片）特別感動的是酒店為客人解決特殊需要的效率，因攜帶葯品需要冷藏，詢問當日值班經理（男）可否代為存放，沒想到值班經理立即答應，親自搬了個小冰箱送到房間。第二天在早餐餐廳，這位經理又一一介紹餐品特色。經常在外旅行，還是第一次遇上如此熱心又能替客人着想的酒店工作人員，着實感動

酒店地理位置非常好，出門就是商業街和古城，前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，門面不大，裏面設施齊全，上樓有電梯。房間不大，但是麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，一次性的毛巾、浴巾、拖鞋、礦泉水、牙刷等應有盡有，酒店比較新，房間乾淨，床鋪整潔乾淨，躺在床上看投影電視非常nice，這是一間性價比非常高的酒店，值得5星好評，下次來還住這裏。

房間衞生整潔，設施比較齊全，服務熱情周到。特別是落下一個玉飾小掛件，並在離開滿洲里後，賓館主管經理和工作人員主動聯繫，拍照確認後，立即積極辦理異地郵寄，讓我非常感動，在這裏非常感謝她們的真誠和熱情。

We were skeptical about this hotel, it looked a little old, a little run down. But man, we came back up after an afternoon of walking and they left us some snacks, a hand written note and 2 small keychains. I was so happy! And maybe after 2 weeks of bad living quarters in very remote areas, this was a blessing before heading back to Shanghai. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and LOTION!

漢庭越來越值得來住，床品舒服，洗衣烘衣太爽了。離古城，還有索倫嘎都算還近，不過海拉爾也不大，下次來，依然會選擇。

The room was clean and spacious enough. We were able to comfortably rest in the room before heading out for our free day. It was fun doing the Russian dress makeover, given upfront on trip.com. We had good help from hotel staff with some photography points and who also assisted with great smiles when we needed help with the photography while we fumble with the bulky dresses. It was a pleasant stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nijijin.

說真的 酒店完全不是五星等級 沒泳池沒健身房 景區已經沒啥人 玩個球幕影院才40人 園區排隊入場那個員工態度又差 排了3次也排不上 一直來來回回 我說 你直接不如不要表演好了 這樣來來回回花了我一個半時 那個女的還一副傲慢的態度 真的想講髒話 園區。。跟長隆比完全低很多檔次。。那個**真搞笑 啥都沒動 跟千古情那些差幾種檔次 還有其它區 一出來或進去都是購物的 食相蠻難看的 裏面也沒啥玩 完全不建議入園 一肚氣 房間可以 蠻特色的 早餐。。我真的無言 😑你是做團客的吧 全是宴會大桌 東西沒啥吃 。。這價格這檔次 南方人來真覺得 來搞笑的嗎。。。大怨種。。裏面裝修像廉價版的威尼斯人。。這價格 500塊已經差不多吧。。還一房難求。。飢餓式銷售 我很少氣到這樣給留言 房間呀 外觀确值得一讚 但配套不行呀 早餐食得一點都不舒服 景區又沒啥值得逛的。。若早知這樣就不來滿洲里了 浪費我時間

絕對值得滿分的一家店，太棒了。非常有味道又不會讓你覺得古老和落後。房間升級了套房，有獨立的衣櫥和客廳，客廳和卧室都裝了電視。備品用的佰草集。房間面積大，也很安靜，還送了酸奶。最絕的是下午茶從上午十一點到晚上十一點。我們在那坐了幾個小時。位置就不説了，絕佳。唯一需要注意的是停車場入口記得提前詢問。

Great hotel. I got an upgrade to a quieter room which was great! Lovely view over the town and steppes…. The location is good too - you are in the chinese area, which is a bit more dignified than the russian restaurant centre (although just a 15 minute walk away)

選其它代表前六項都可選，大家各取所需 前台及服務員熱情親切隨和，除了職責範圍內的事及時迴應，還主動幫忙解決房客的困難，細緻入微的那種 她家被子軟軟的，舒適 熱水器如果能遙控設定温度就更好了，我個子矮，需踩上馬桶才能調温 ，她家花灑🚿大，且是我第一次用這樣的模式，最好先請教一下服務員調試 她家由幼兒園改建的，一樓直通餐廳，不會淋到雨及曬到

帶着四位長者出來旅遊，看這家離步行街很近很近，周圍都是很好吃的早餐店和飯店，攻略完果斷預訂，真沒讓我失望👍👍 退房的時候老媽把重要的包丟在酒店了，包裏面有兩塊手錶和很多首飾，酒店主管打電話聯繫我們準備把包及時郵寄我們下一個城市，最後我們決定開車返回酒店親自拿回，主管一直等到我們來了才走，認真負責的把包交到我媽手中，萬分感謝🙏絕對好評 設施：比較新 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：很好👍 服務：熱情周到有求必應，賓至如歸的感覺

店就在步行街邊上，非常方便，乾淨，整齊， 客房和前台服務都很好，旺季的性價比取勝。夜景很不錯。下次去還住這家酒店。主要是這家酒店早餐很不錯，非常豐富，吃的很舒服。酒店的工作人員給我們引導到地下停車場，還是免費的。停好車後瞭解到工作人員是酒店的馬經理服務特別好，。

房間很大 升級了房型 一張一米五 一張一米八 飲品券能兑換的咖啡衹有美式 門口有停車位 有洗衣房 可以烘乾 酒店對面有好吃的火鍋 和奶製品 城林的冰激凌絕對天花板了！

酒店位置很好，距離中蘇步行街距離不遠，可以散步過去。接待我們的小姐姐脾氣很好，那天趕上下雨，小姐姐還問我們需不需要傘。 自駕去酒店的話，建議提前聯繫酒店前台，並且加上微信，讓前台發位置。如果是自己高德或者百度導航，位置都不準確，會導到相反的門去。
