A big part of a good holiday experience is the hotel you stay in. This is one of the best hotels we have experienced whilst travelling through Yunnan. From the customer relations girls at reception to the cleaning ladies, Mengjin group staff excels in providing warm, friendly service to all their guests. Location is perfect for first time visitors to Kunming, you get to experience the old and the new just a short walk away. The hotel has exceptional standards with quality furnishings and bedding. Rooms are well appointed, the bed is comfortable and the soundproofing is fantastic. Breakfast is a limited choice of noodles but it is sumptuous and fulfilling. I especially like the coffee machine where you can get unlimited quality coffee anytime you want. We stayed at Moon Shine when we arrived and at this hotel Moon Shy before departing. Will definitely look out for this group's other outlets and will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the service staff for being so helpful, kind and caring. Special mention to housekeeping auntie who washed my socks ❤️. No 6 star hotel will ever give you that warmth.

Bersebelahan Golden Eagle Blok A, papan tanda berada di tepi, Jalan Belia, dan lokasinya bagus. Ia tidak jauh dari Plaza Hang Lung dan Jalan Pejalan Kaki Nanping. Anda boleh berjalan kaki atau menunggang basikal berkongsi. Terdapat banyak mata. Saya terlupa untuk menutup tingkap pada malam pertama dan ia berasa agak bising. Saya menutup tingkap pada keesokan harinya dan saya hampir tidak dapat mendengar bunyi kereta. Tiga sekatan bilik mandi sangat baik, ia adalah tandas deria, ***a yang disukai oleh orang muda.

This hotel is in a nice location near the foodie streets and a number of tourist attractions - it's a great place for exploring the centre. The rooms are clean and traditional style and the breakfasts are fantastic. The breakfast is served until lunchtime, that's a nice touch. The best thing though is the staff, they will do all they can to accommodate your needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very convenient location about a 1-minute walk from Sifang Square. The main Wuyi Street is a short walk north, and the other big street Qiyi is a short walk south. Room was clean and the staff very helpful. No English is spoken, but I speak some Chinese and the staff can add you on wechat to communicate and share locations. The staff upgraded me, and the room was nice, clean and quiet—despite the very central location. Location could be a bit hard to find the first time, but the Trip.com app opened up Baidu maps for me and led me straight to one of the hotel entrances, though it wasn’t the main one (was just 10m west of the main one). I called the number and the staff guy came right over, so no problem. Other reviewers also say the staff can come guide you over, so you could also try that.

This homestay is very near to Kunming railway station, convenient stores and some streetfood in the night. The staff was really nice and helpful. Amenities include almost all stuff you need. Suitable for business trip and family or friend trips.

The hotel was new. The room looked spacious and clean. Although there was no breakfast provided, there were nice food options nearby within minutes and walk. However, Hotel did never inform where to wait for the airport pickup shuttle bus during the entire booking, which is very inconvenient for international travellers. Although we added 华顾酒店前台1 as friend on WeChat and wanted to check where to wait for airport pick-up shuttle bus, we didn't get any reply. In the end, we had to make international call at the airport to the hotel to get such info.

Location is great, very near the bar street. Owners were friendly and served nice tea and cakes during check in. It is some walk from the car park meetup area so do call in advance for them to pickup your luggage with or without extra cost depending on how many nights you stay. Place was nice too for the price, with the exception of some flying bugs that entered the room prior.

What a lovely hotel with a very accommodating owner (Rina). She speaks fluent English and she goes above and beyond to accommodate you like resto recommendations and where to go. She also welcomed us with ******* tea at their rooftop lounge. She made sure that our experience in her hotel was nothing but pleasant. She also gave us some little gifts when we left the hotel The hotel room is the nicest room we ever had during our Yunnan trip. It is very imstagrammable and very comfortable to stay in. The advantage of this hotel is the rooftop lounge which faces the magnificent Yulong Mountain. They also offer free costumes for photoshoot. You can hire their official photographer but you don't have to and just use your own phone for pbotoshoot! Overall stay was very nice. Just take note that this is like a 10 minute drive to the main ancient village.

我們呆了7天麗江，全程住芸棲，走了古城好多遍，沒看到更喜歡的客棧了。 一、位置 1、絕佳，處於古城東南區清凈區，幾個酒店也在那一片。當時做了很多攻略，因為帶着老小，還是需要安靜保障休息。 2、南門口100米左右，也是和府洲際酒店門口，走過去100米左右，外出非常方便。 3、出門看雪山，走到古城核心區8-10分鐘，走到忠義市場6分鐘，每天清晨都喜歡到市場逛逛感受煙火氣。 二、環境 1、絕佳，2023年開業，設計屬於輕奢簡約風，乾淨整潔明亮，內部造景充滿禪意，那應該就是客棧老闆的一種精神境界。 2、房間寬敞，設施完備，貼心準備有乾洗一體機，帶大大的浴缸，每天外出回來泡個澡，可以去除寒冷和疲憊，太舒服了，老闆還準備有一次性浴缸袋，馬桶邊還有消毒噴霧，好細心貼心。 三、人文 1、十三説他們做了十幾年客棧了，作為納西族人，信奉藏族佛教，他們處事有自己一套原則，善良，對人很熱情，周到，很大方，不會斤斤計較。 2、每天空了我喜歡和十三坐下聊天，跟他喝茶學習茶葉知識，聽他講關於雲南的很多知識，還有學習他通達的人生智慧。精神層面的交流在那樣的環境，顯得尤為契合，加入了這段時光，這讓我的旅程變得更加豐富立體，值得回味。 3、十三還會推薦一些很靠譜的地方，熱心周到，去了幾個他推薦的景點都非常贊，個個都很特別又出片。 4、第一天早餐還和客棧餐廳阿姨聊天，她給我品嚐自己帶來的酥油茶，講酥油茶做法，很有趣，味道很特別。阿姨做的米線湯，比外面的還好吃。 四、價格 在麗江這種慢生活的地方，客棧比酒店好太多，它可以注入人文情懷，酒店不會有人和你喝茶聊天，不能隨時提供各種細緻的提醒和關懷，衹有標準化的服務，但這個服務客棧也能有，所以我自己認為客棧性價比更高，更加分。 最後是感謝十三這些天的關照，帥氣豁達氛圍擔當，使得我們的旅程更愉悦放鬆和温馨舒服，非常加分～

The hotel was nice, strategic location (easy to access with luggage compare to other hotels / stay inside the lijiang old town which might have many stairs inside), they have laundry room and was reliable! I can say for new hotel, they have provided us with 10/10 service rating. the amenities on the room was enough, but pretty sure bigger pump of shampoo and shower gel might be better for the future! They still have work ongoing the hotel, however it doesn’t bother us staying there. It’s getting more and more aesthetic. Will be staying there for sure when I get back to Lijiang! Even though never got the opportunity to have breakfast on the hotel, however Ms Jenny and the hotel’s chef have arranged and packed us breakfast that was delicious. Ms Jenny and other staffs there were very helpful, fast response!

Mungkin ia adalah kerana saya fikir harga akan menjadi lebih tinggi. Selepas pulang dari Lugu Lake selama tiga hari, saya mengaturnya dengan teman wanita saya. Saya tidak menjangkakan harganya sangat berpatutan! Setelah membuat pesanan, saya mendapat tahu bahawa kedai ini adalah perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Buat pesanan dan hubungi kami. Mengetahui bahawa kami akan berada di kedai tidak lama lagi, Susu masih awal untuk menjemput kami di persimpangan, dan dia sejuk dan hangat, dan keletihan perjalanan dihapuskan. Hotel ini benar-benar indah, penuh dengan hati gadis-gadis yang gemetar, bar buku kecil di tingkat pertama, kad meninju yang terbaik. Hahaha. Ucapan selamat datang dari butler kecil hotel sebelum mendaftar masuk, dan semangat ketika mendaftar masuk! Semua menjadikan sahabat saya yang pertama kali datang ke Lijiang merasakan perasaan yang berbeza. Setelah tiba di hotel, berbual dengan pembantu rumah, beritahu rakan anda tentang Lijiang, jadi anda tidak perlu membuat panduan untuk rakan anda! Perkara kedua yang paling penting adalah perkhidmatan, yang sangat baik. This hotel deserved a commendation for many reasons. Unlike hotels/resorts in the old town, the location is good because it is located next to the street where patrons could access with the luggage. If not, you have to drag your luggage into the old town, which can be quite a distance. The security will double up to pick your luggage to your room. The receptionists were professional and courteous. Our room is big and armed with all sort of accessories ranging from humidifier, tv, two different sets of slippers (one for toilet and one for bedroom/living room), special tea sets, strong wifi etc. Room is well ventilated and smell good like ION shopping center in Singapore. Even though we did not insist for clean up, the room becomes clean and tidy every of the day we stayed there. They also provided a welcome fruit platter during our absence with two handwritten card. Breakfast was decent with basic American choices and local delights. It’s not by surprise that it’s one of the most popular resort at Lijiang Old Town. Worth every penny.

Wow, what a great find. I loved my room, great views over their beautiful courtyard. Such friendly staff, they couldn’t do enough to help - from coming to collect my luggage from my taxi drop off, giving me personalised itineraries on their hand drawn maps so I see everything of interest, helping plan hikes / transport to TLG, free bicycles etc. Breakfast was fantastic too - western and local options/ cooked or a great buffet. Their home made granola was my favourite. Their coffee shop/ restaurant/ bar is also great for dining / drinks - overlooking their fab gardens where they grow their own produce. Would recommend staying or just coming for food / drinks, I love the place - thank you for an amazing stay! I will be back…

I love staying here!! Waking up to the Erhai Lake view. And the location is convenience for me, half an hour to the Dali Ancient City. Half an hour to Santorini side. Just nice. Since i came for honeymoon. I requested for boiled egg and fruits for breakfast and the owner can provide it for me. The B&B so clean. Everyday the came to clean out room. I definitely would love to stay here again if i come again to Dali. Thank you!!

The host and the staff are very very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to everyone for your stay in Lijiang, and we will definitely return to this hotel! The view from the rooftop is spectacular, with delicious afternoon tea and “suyoucha” testing session hosted at the rooftop. The homestay locate at a quiet and peaceful street, 15mins walking distance away from Lijiang Old Town, with a lot of eateries and convenient shops around. The staffs constantly checked on us, helping us with all of our enquiry and also our MeiTuan delivery!

We stayed in Pullman Dali Nov 17-19, 2023. The service was impressive. We encountered a small problem with setting the temperature of the room in the beginning, the staff quickly resolved the problem and continued to showered us with a lot of care and attention throughout our stay. We were particularly thankful to the night manager and staff Coco , Cindy , Alan , & Herman

This property was very beautiful with the courtyard and garden in the middle of all the rooms. The space is designed in such a way that the rooms face each other but are sufficiently private. The only confusing thing for us was that the hotel's name in English at the entrance was 'Mandala House' so we got a bit confused when finding the place. The staff were very helpful giving us tips on what to see and do in Dali during our stay. The location is within the ancient city so it's a great spot from which to walk around and explore, but also relatively close to a motorable road not too far from the entrance for easy taxi drop off and pick up.

This is a brand new place. The room is large with clean and excellent amenities. The location, next to the South Gate of the Ancient city is very convenient. There are many eateries nearby. The bus station to take the bus to Lijiang is also only a 5 min walk away.

房間很美，設計師真是用了心的，躺在床上剛好能看見蒼山。前台短髮姐姐人很好，去市場還幫我們帶水果，感覺相處起來自然隨和。其他前台姐姐人也很好，主動幫忙提行李指路之類的。 屋子裡的洗漱備品是菲拉格慕，味道很好聞直接被種草了，大露台很舒服直接對着蒼山，很適合傍晚發呆。 大理是一個很適合發呆的地方，希望下次來有更多的時間！

這是我這幾年住過最有家味道的民宿了，一家人非常熱情，整個入住過程也是非常愉快切放心，首先下車老闆就會親自過來帶路，位置也很好找下車走幾步就到了，老闆和老闆娘都會搶着給我們接行李，並一路帶我們到民宿辦理入住登記完，還會貼心的幫忙把行李拿到房間，介紹房間裏的小度智能控制，空調使用，wifi密碼等，真的是貼心到家了，其次映入眼簾就是房間佈局很是簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，老闆娘也是有問必答，推薦各種好吃的和各種怎麼玩更有性價比也不會踩坑，從來沒有過這麼滿意的入住體驗，推薦！推薦！推薦！真心不錯😌

Free train station pick-up if one stay 2 to 3 days. That is a big plus. The roof top view was excellent. Breakfast starts at 8:30. Soup at 8 PM. About 10 min walk to South Gate of old town. From there, 90 min walk if you want explore old town from East to West and from South to North.

房間風格特別好看，拍照特別出片！！ 特別是床特別舒服！！感覺玩一天的疲憊都沒了！ 工作人員都特別熱情，衞生服務都特別好！ 還幫忙搬行李，晚上缺的東西都可以聯繫管家拿 又細節又貼心！強烈安利！ 早餐米線和粥都要了一份！還有九宮格小食！ 離海衹有一條環海路的距離！超級近！ 對面就可以看到蒼山！山上還有雪！ 洱海+陽光+蒼山+雪太浪漫了吧
