We are very grateful for her warm service. We suggest the hotel maintain the table tennis and billiards facilities on the 10th floor. Also, air conditioning should be provided in the table tennis room even during off-peak hours, not just when there's a high occupancy on weekends.

Food selection is limited, so be prepare to slim down. I was quite surprised that seafood at the resort was not fresh. Didn't expect a resort in the middle of the ocean to have seafood varity so little and not fresh. Beside a GYM and small swimming pool there is nothing else. SPA is average. Overall experience is a place for 100% relaxation. A place for meditation.

I have a couple of suggestions that could further enhance the guest experience. Room 119 could be converted into a fitness room, as the hotel currently does not have a gym. Since the room is at ground level, the curtains cannot be fully opened without compromising guests' privacy, as people walking past can easily see inside. Additionally, offering an in-room massage service would be a valuable amenity and would provide greater convenience for guests looking to relax during their stay.

IHG. Holiday Inn. It seems like this hotel at Batam has been neglected. Many of the amenities are lacking in maintenance. The pool, gym, kids club.....the list goes on. Staff are excellent. But why has the hotel not kept up with maintaining it well when it's such a popular hotel. Covid took havoc world wide. But many hotels have bounced back and are welcoming guests with renewed hope. Hotels needs to constantly upgrade so that guests want to keep coming back. Slippery walkways, itchy body after sleeping on the bed and toilets that lack are some of the features at Holiday Inn Batam. Time to see how you can improve your rating. Its a great hotel if you improve on the upkeep. Never too late to start. Looking forward to coming back in 2026 if there are improvements.

The biggest issue was the constant stream of ants. Even though they were tiny, it was quite off-putting. I had my laptop on the desk, then moved it to the bed, and at least four ants were crawling on it. The beachfront villa was decent, but it faced west, so no sunrise views. The shuttle service was on-call and very prompt, but the location is quite remote. In the evenings, it's hard to get around, even with Grab, unless you're eating at the hotel. If you're looking to just stay put, it's a good choice. However, I enjoy having some barbecue at night, so two nights here was enough for me.

There is a lot of dust and it was dirty underneath the double bed, which was slightly evaluated and could have been cleaned easily. My wife has to sweep the floor when we first check in. Pillows could be more firm. Sink chocked up when frequently used , but it was a small matter as we are out of the house a lot . Host is very responsive and delivered water and toilet paper everyday when we request for it. Wifi was stable . Apartment was simple but good for a short getaway for families with kids.

The property is a bit old. Needs sone refurbishment. Can start with providing new & better towels. The towels given are very thin & clearly old. As the wooden boardwalk contributes to a huge part of the esthetics, it's high time they repaint them & while at that, give the wooden doors a fresh coat of varnish. Breakfast, I have to say is terrible. Not going to elaborate much on that. But I won't take away credit from the staff. Overall, very friendly & helpful. Keep that up!

The hospitality from this place was awesome. From the drivers to the spa staff, receptionist, security, F&B and even room and mantainence. They're polite and friendly and will always find time to chat or give you recommendations to explore the city. The place was well maintained, with a few newly added accomodations. The food was great too! We loved the variety even though we were there for 3 days, our breakfast was never the same. A fair range of activities. They're highly responsive if you drop them a message on their website, they will connect with you via WhatsApp and requests are very seamless! Plus point, it's elderly friendly as they have buggies to take you to anywhere within the resort.

Eska hotel is located behind a newly opened mall. Corridor of the level 3 we stayed in reek of cigarette smell. Lucky there’s a new mall that is not fully opened yet, else the area is very quiet and out of the way. Have to take Grab everywhere we go and on average is about 21K THB to main City area. Room wise, spotted an insect at sink area hence not very clean. Breakfast was good, though variety not much. Conclusion, fine for a 1-2 nights stay in Batam and don’t expect too much from the price point as well.

Overall a decent hotel. Location is on an elavated land overlooking Batam city. However, there are no convenient store or massage place within walking distance around the hotel vicinity. A vending machine is available at the hotel lobby instead. The smoking rooms at level 7 have strong cigarettes smell. Service staff helped us change room upon request which is great. However, our room is missing the sofa set in front of the TV which is different from photos advertise in hotel booking websites. The rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is nice. The highlight of this hotel would be it's rooftop fusion bar ”Full Moon” offering delicious food.

The cleanliness of the room is very terrible. With door unable to close properly and the toilet seat is broken. Bed was alright. However, theres no sound proof. You can hear the room next door shower. But the location is very superb. About 5-10minutes to the mall and the market. Very convenient Theres also in room massage. Quite cheap but not that quality

It was an amazing trip to stay at Harmoni One at Batam. Arrived early in the morning. Big shout to hotel staff Taufik who arranged early check-in for me (as I looked exhausted). The breakfast dining place at high ceiling was another highlight. Though variety is not much but truly enjoyed the ambience and service in a relaxed manner Night view at main door was great 👍🏻 And receptionists were attentive and helpful. Booked this hotel with SGD 35 per night was really good value with morning breakfast served. Just a note that the hotel is undergoing renovation and upgrade so a bit noisy. The room is old but spacious. Overall, fantastic stay I would say! Lastly, the hotel only 5 mins grab ride to Batam Center Ferry Terminal.

We stayed for 3 nights. Some mixed feelings about the hotel, but happy overall. Positives: - Very friendly and helpful staff - Lovely location - Free pick up from the ferry terminal - We were upgraded to two sea-view rooms (only paid for one upgrade and one free) because our family and children needed two conjoined rooms. - Requested a late check out and given one extra hour. - Rooms were good and had all the basic amenities - Great pool - Good rates Some negatives - Breakfast was kinda disappointing. On our first morning, there wasn’t even a buffet spread. Instead we were given menus without many options to order from. I guess they didn’t have enough guests to warrant preparing a breakfast buffet. But the buffets returned for the next days. Again, basic options without too many choices. Expected a bit more, but can’t complain too much for the price. - Water from the bathroom often leaked out into the bathroom, leaving the entire floor often wet. - Lots of mice running around loudly in the attic. Overall, 4.5/5 experience. Would recommend.

The hotel is very close to Batam Central Marina, with a great location. It's located on the 32nd floor. Although it faces away from the marina and the sea, it offers panoramic views of Batam Central. Check-in requires prior communication with the front desk or via WhatsApp using the phone number provided in your booking. A room key and room card will be provided. Early check-in needs to be arranged in advance. The biggest problem is the water heater. Even after heating for a long time, exceeding an hour, hot water only comes out for about a minute. Customer service kindly suggested heating it longer, but it didn't help; it just wasn't working properly. The overall cleanliness is acceptable, but the sofas are quite dirty. The hotel provides 5 bottles of mineral water, snacks, coffee, and tea. Toothbrushes, towels, tableware, a refrigerator, and kitchenware are also provided. The hotel's electrical outlets accept two-prong plugs. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (two in bunk beds and two in a double bed). If there are 5 people, one person will have to sleep on the dirty sofa. This hotel is considered one of the more upscale apartment hotels in Batam, Indonesia. Another problem is that at 3 a.m., someone downstairs was playing a very loud DJ set, and the whole ground was shaking. It was really annoying. I don't know if it's part of the local culture or if someone was having an accident.
