Lovely staff. Room was fine even though the corridor outside the room looked worn and the carpet old. There was NO musty smell, which is great. At the 6th floor lobby there are free, chilled welcome drink daily at times (till it's gone), and there is a good variety ranging from matcha milk tea, oolong tea, bael fruit tea, chrysanthenum tea. Many places all around the hotel for breakfast!

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The downside is that the air conditioning is not cold, the lighting is not bright enough, and the WiFi is really weak 😤. Other than that, everything is fine — there are convenient power outlets available. Room service and front desk service are perfect. 👌🏿 The location is great, just 600m walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market, and there’s a big 7-Eleven nearby.

It's quite convenient to travel to the mall, restaurants, convenience stores, and various other places, which means less time spent commuting into the city. It's also not far from ASEAN Night Bazaar and other important tourist attractions or shopping areas in Hat Yai. For those traveling to Hat Yai for sightseeing or shopping, I think this location is quite ideal because you can easily go out and explore and then return to the hotel without much hassle, especially for those who don't want to stay in an overly bustling area.

When I travel to Hatyai, I usually will book this S.C. Heritage Hotel! The vibes are wonderful and also the price is affordable. The location of the hotel is strategic and nearby to the city centre. You can also go to the Hatyai train station easily! This is my favorite hotel and I recommend this hotel too! Check out the view from my room at level 6! (refer to the picture). There's also a limited parking space provided! Overall, the hotel is clean, proper, affordable, accessible and simple! Suitable for family, couple or solo travelers!

Overall, the hotel experience was good. The location is very convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. McDonald's is located just opposite the hotel, making it very convenient for meals. The only downside was that the hotel does not provide a hair dryer, which would have made the stay more comfortable.
