Blown away by the bakery downstairs! Not only do they have freshly baked bread, but also delicious and affordable food from the hotel restaurant. I loved how plentiful the hotel shuttle bus and taxis were! 😍 On our first night, we got an upgraded room. While it was bigger, the toilet and shower were combined. Since we were traveling with an elder, I was concerned about the safety of climbing in and out of the bathtub. After speaking with the front desk, they changed us back to our original room type. The next day, the hotel staff even brought our luggage directly to the new room and helped set up the extra bed – I was so grateful! ❤️ The hotel is located in Nakanoshima, which is perfect for a city walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time!!

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, with all daily necessities provided in the room, so there's no need to buy extra or bring your own. Each floor has self-service washing machines with both washing and drying functions, which is very convenient. Just prepare one-yen coins, or you can exchange them at the front desk. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean overall. If you need your room cleaned, you need to put the cleaning sign on the door before 2 PM; otherwise, it won't be cleaned. Environment: The environment is superb, right in the city center, very close to Shinsaibashi and Umeda commercial districts, just one subway stop away. The subway is the Midosuji Line (red line), and it's about a 700m walk from the hotel. It's also quiet despite being in a bustling area. The hotel surroundings are very peaceful, with a 7-Eleven and a coffee shop right outside, and many restaurants and cafes nearby. Service: The service is great, and the staff are all very nice.

I booked a newly renovated room on the executive floor at the Sheraton this time, and it was excellent. The air conditioning finally works independently, allowing for individual control and adjustment. The air felt much fresher, unlike before when the AC always seemed insufficient. The location is superb; you can take the airport bus directly to the Uehommachi Kintetsu Bus Terminal, and on your way out, you can also easily get a direct bus to the airport. While the subway isn't on a main line, it's still quite convenient. Nearby is a somewhat old-fashioned Kintetsu Plaza, where you can find pretty much everything for shopping and dining. It's also quite close to Shinsaibashi and Namba.

I booked a double room, and for a Japanese hotel, it was quite spacious. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its incredibly excellent location. It's situated right above Nankai Namba Station, so you can get there within 40 minutes from Kansai Airport by train. There are also multiple subway lines nearby, making it easy to reach popular tourist areas like Umeda and Tennoji within 20 minutes. Plus, from the hotel, you're just a 10-minute walk from Osaka's popular Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi areas. The Takashimaya department store and Namba Parks, located right below the hotel, are also well worth exploring. The room was clean, and daily housekeeping was prompt and thorough. If you're looking for a hassle-free and convenient hotel in southern Osaka, this is definitely your best bet.

Plus the subway entrance as well as many fancy restaurants at its B2 floor! As a traveler, what you can ask for!

We loved this location so much! 7/11 right underneath, family mart around the corner - we went to 7/11 every morning and night, haha! It is a really nice area to walk around in at night! There is a beautiful bridge over the river. The Yodoyabashi subway station (at exit/entrance 19) is a 45 second walk from the hotel. They clean the rooms everyday unless you put the do not disturb magnet up! (The ONE thing we want to note about this hotel is that the rooms seemingly have very little airflow or capacity for hang drying clothes.)

Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean, though the duvet wasn't very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to Honmachi subway station, and exit 5 leads directly to a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven. The Honmachi area is also very quiet on holidays. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and they even offer complimentary drinks and instant noodles for a late-night snack, which is a wonderful touch!

The room was larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms. It's directly accessible from Exit 11-43 of the subway, so you don't get wet on rainy days or struggle in the heat. The disposable amenities were similar to what you'd find in China, with the addition of a body scrub towel and mouthwash. To get to nearby attractions or the airport, the Kitashinchi subway station isn't ideal; you'll still need to go to Osaka Station or Umeda. Directly opposite the hotel, in the basement of the building, there's a tonkatsu restaurant on B1 and a Mos Burger on B2, so breakfast is easily sorted.

I've been to Osaka many times, and this is my first time booking this hotel – absolutely delighted! The location is fantastic, right to the right of the JR station's central exit. You step out of JR and you're there. It's surrounded by shops, right in the heart of the commercial district. Check-in is on the 19th floor, and the guest rooms are from the 20th to 27th floors, offering great views. Next time I visit Japan, I'm definitely staying here again. It's conveniently located for transport and shopping, making it perfect for tourists.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. The rooms aren't huge, but they're a good size for hotels in the same price range. They offer 24-hour hot water, coffee, drinks, and a microwave for heating food, which is great. Free luggage storage is also available. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was seamless. Breakfast was decent too. The only downside, if I had to pick one, was the constant stream of tour groups. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street in Shinsaibashi.

This hotel popped up as the top result when I searched for hotels in Osaka on Ctrip, and it definitely lived up to its reputation. The location is excellent – not far from the airport express line and several subway stations, plus it's within walking distance to Nihonbashi, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori, which is super convenient. The hotel has a good number of rooms, and what's particularly great is that there are many twin rooms with ample space. Each room comes with a microwave, a fridge, and a table. We mostly ate breakfast in our room, buying milk, salads, bread, and rice balls from the nearby 7-Eleven, which was cheap and easy. There's also plenty of space to hang clothes, and they provide a generous supply of hangers – a must-have for washing clothes daily in the summer. On the fifth floor, there's a self-service laundry room, and on the sixth floor, a shared 'kitchenette' where you can do some simple cooking and get water, which was very handy. The rooms also include disposable amenities like toothbrushes and shower caps.

The management provides all the necessary items for our staycation of 6 days 5 nights. Spa is clean and enjoyable. the hotel location is just 3 mins away from sakurajima eki. (benri ) its raining outside & the staff gave me an umbrella to use. i lovevthat the room was clean thanks to the cleaning staff quite & relaxing.. im a foreigner living in japan & its normal for us (majority)to have tattoo its sad that tattoed people cant use the hotspring. i just wish they could allow us to use even late hours but i respect the japanese culture. i enjoyed my stay & will comeback. 2days 1 night was not enough

Right next to Shin-Imamiya subway station, so getting around is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff rotate, with two people on duty at a time, including locals, Chinese, Koreans, and Indians. There's a women's shower on the 4th floor, men's showers on the 6th, and a men's bathhouse and microwave on the 10th. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and places to eat nearby. The room was super small, but quite clean, and they provided towels and plastic slippers. Because it's close to the train tracks, there's a bit of noise. Plus, there's some noise from motorbikes speeding by. I stayed for 3 days, and there was hardly any noise from other guests.
