What's more, the second floor offers direct access to both the shopping mall and the train station, which was incredibly convenient.

I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

This hotel is incredibly comfortable, and the front desk staff are always so cheerful. The room layout is very tidy, and the bathroom and toilet are exceptionally clean. I was able to enjoy a relaxing hot bath there. Honestly, it felt just like being at home. It completely washed away any unpleasant experiences I had at other hotels in Seoul. A special thanks to the male staff member named Han at the front desk, who also helped me send a package. In summary: a first-class hotel with top-notch, warm service. I also think the air conditioning system in the room was by far the best I encountered during my two-week trip in Korea; it maintained a perfectly consistent temperature, unlike some places where it fluctuated, and the room never felt stuffy. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if they could provide slippers or bathrobes for children.

However, the hotel's entrance was incredibly hard to find; I had to circle around three or four times just to locate it after work. The front desk staff consistently wore black masks, making them seem as if they didn't want to be seen, which I found quite strange. Furthermore, the KTV (karaoke bar) just one street away employs 'princesses' (hostesses). Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked here. As a woman, I felt a bit unsafe walking on that street. I strongly advise female business travelers, especially those in China, to avoid booking accommodations on this street behind City Hall.

The room facilities were complete and brand new. The deluxe twin room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the toiletries were of good quality. All the amenities were well-provided, perfectly meeting my travel needs. Whether you're traveling solo or on a business trip, this hotel is an excellent choice. The room seems to have been upgraded, the room is large, the bathroom is large with a bathtub, the air conditioner is very small, I don't know if the remote control can't understand, I don't know which is the wind speed. The soundproofing of the room is average and the sanitation is average. The next night I stayed back very late, the room was not cleaned up, the towels were not changed, and the room did not find a ”need to clean” card. On the third morning, I went out and told the front desk to clean the room. The front desk has a big age... The poor English plus Korean means that it is cleaned when you check out. I have to have a few clean towels... Anyway, I didn’t figure out whether I had to tell the front desk every day to change the towel to clean up the garbage bag and replenish bottled water and hygiene products... Zhou The surrounding area is very lively and it is convenient to eat convenience stores. The hotel does not have a laundry room.

The locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️

I visited with my child! Overall, the accommodation was incredibly clean. The gym and breakfast were also free for one person, so we only paid for one extra. The room was very tidy, and best of all, each floor had a microwave and various other amenities, which was very convenient. Its proximity to Suwon Station is also a huge plus. However, it was a bit disappointing that we could occasionally hear singing from a karaoke place nearby at night. Those who are sensitive to noise should keep this in mind.

I met the groom on my business trip and checked in in the evening. From the entrance, young women smell delicious water on cup noodles ㅎㅎ We were assigned to the second floor of the deluxe room, but as soon as we entered the room, we called to confirm whether we made an appointment that was not supported by parking. I had to go to work the next day, so when I made a reservation, I checked whether it was possible to park without any conditions, so fortunately, I definitely answered that it was not the case. Those who make a reservation should check well ⭐️ I was having a party on the upper floor, the sound of turning off the furniture and screaming, the room had a cigarette smell and dust, so my neck was sharp. Other shower supplies were satisfactory, and the bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was good! For reference, the lighting is a little darker than the photos posted by the company~
