The hotel is right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. Sandy at the front desk was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The room was quite spacious, well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and a beautiful view. Our private butler and cleaning attendant, Auntie Ye, was incredibly thoughtful. She provided a complimentary bubble bath, thoroughly disinfected all the bathroom fixtures, supplied almost every toiletry imaginable, and even offered a selection of different pillows. She also promptly reported any facility issues for repair. Additionally, she gave us Xiamen souvenirs, offered bedtime drinks like hot milk and chrysanthemum tea, and thoughtfully turned down our bed with lavender aromatherapy. The executive lounge was refined and had a great atmosphere, with a wide variety of food and drinks. The bartender at the lobby bar on the first floor was very approachable, and they also offered a range of beverages and snacks. A complimentary laundry service was provided once a day. Breakfast was extensive and unique. Overall, a fantastic stay!

I had a very satisfying and enjoyable stay this time. The hotel has a great overall ambiance, the room is spacious, and the facilities are brand new and well-equipped. The bathroom experience was excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft and provided a great sleep. The front desk service was thoughtful and meticulous, and check-in was very efficient, which I was very pleased with. Communication was also smooth when I encountered any issues. The hotel environment is quiet, so I wasn't disturbed during my rest at night. Transportation around the hotel is convenient, and the overall attention to detail was spot on, with no unpleasant surprises. It's suitable for both short trips and temporary stays. The overall value for money is great, and I felt safe and comfortable staying here. I genuinely recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back if I have the chance. Very good.

Location: About a 10 to 20-minute walk to Zhongshan Road. The sea-view room offers a view of the ocean across the street, with a relatively wide and open field of vision. Dining: There is a good variety of local specialty breakfasts; I tried the peanut soup and rice noodle paste. Amenities: They only offer paid laundry service, with no self-service washers and dryers. I've stayed at various guesthouses, 4-star, 5-star, and diamond-rated hotels, and all of them had self-service laundry facilities. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel without one. Even a coin-operated or QR-code paid machine would be acceptable. Packing damp clothes into a suitcase for hours is just really hard to accept. The hotel also lacks delivery robots, which makes getting food delivery a bit inconvenient. Service: The staff are proactive and enthusiastic, and the room service after ordering food was thoughtful and attentive.

I'm reviewing this after getting back from overseas. If you need a hotel near the airport, this is absolutely the best choice. For an early flight requiring me to be there by 6 AM, the hotel informed me there's a shuttle bus at 5:50 AM. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. I've stayed in many airport hotels worldwide, and this one is definitely among the top. I forgot to take photos, so I'll just end this review with a picture of me wearing the hotel slippers on the plane. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have another early flight. Wishing them continued success!

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! I stayed here for 3 days during my trip to Xiamen, and they upgraded us to a sea-view room. The hotel isn't located on the island, so transportation isn't the most convenient. However, compared to hotels of similar quality on the island, the price is very advantageous, making the transportation costs worthwhile. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and warm. Whenever we encountered housekeeping staff in the hallway, they always greeted us proactively. On our departure day, when they learned we were checking out and heading home, they even asked if we needed two bottles of mineral water for the road. On a daily basis, when taking a taxi, staff at the hotel entrance would always help open and close the car doors, and their attitude was excellent. On Mid-Autumn Festival, we returned to our room to find a mooncake, which was a very thoughtful touch! When they found out I wanted to take a bath, they brought me a disposable bathtub liner, and also provided disposable toilet seat covers. In short, it felt like a home away from home – a truly wonderful stay.

I booked here because it’s highly recommended and known for 4-star quality — yes, it was pricier at ~1227/2nights, but I understood it was peak National Holiday season so I went ahead for 2 nights. ✅ What I loved: Breakfast is excellent — wide, rich variety, thoroughly enjoyed every meal.The bed is huge and perfect — so comfortable and convenient Good reputation and solid standard overall plus the location. ⚠️ Where it fell short: Booked late so limited rooms left — got the Business Room, which has no window — honestly, I didn’t like that at all. No bedside lights,made the room feel dim. Bathroom was the biggest letdown: no ceiling rainfall shower, only a handheld head that can’t be adjusted up or down. It’s mounted high above my head so I had to hold it the whole time or water sprayed straight onto the wall. Water easily overflows onto the floor because of gaps in the shower glass — messy every time. The hair dryer was in bad condition so I had it replace. I was provided with a new one,better quality.👍 I really considered asking to change rooms, but my schedule was packed — back late, leave early — so moving would’ve just wasted travel time. If you get a better room category, I’m sure it lives up to its 4-star name. But for ¥600 plus/night, this room felt far from the quality I expected. Great breakfast & bed aside, the room and bathroom need real improvement.

When I asked about the late check-out policy, the rules were explained clearly, making the communication concise and efficient. The lobby environment is comfortable, and the reliable service at the front desk ensured a pleasant stay. They even thoughtfully prepared a welcome gift of Xiamen local specialties. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Xiamen. The guest room was clean and had strong air conditioning. The breakfast selection was limited, but the taste and quality were quite good. However, I only discovered upon arrival at the hotel that the swimming pool and gym were out of order. Such updates should be reflected on corporate travel platforms like Trip.com in the future.

I spent the whole day at the hotel, enjoying the quiet and beautiful atmosphere. However, it's not always easy to find peace and quiet at Haiyue Villa, haha, because it's full of families with kids. You'll find children of all ages, from babies in arms to preschoolers in strollers and elementary school kids running around. Teenagers might find it a bit boring. When I was planning, I debated for a long time because some reviews mentioned it was an older hotel, about ten years old. But honestly, I found it perfectly acceptable. The overall decor isn't super luxurious; the sofa and carpet patterns might be a bit old-fashioned, and it's not very high-tech, but the overall comfort was good, and my daughter loved it here. The hotel is right next to Huangcuo Beach, just across the road. As soon as you enter the grounds, you feel instantly relaxed – full vacation mode! It's a huge property, lush with green trees, like a whole resort area itself. It's divided into the Main Building, Water Garden, and Mountain Villa, with prices increasing accordingly. We booked a Deluxe Sea View room on the 4th floor and got a free upgrade on arrival to a Nalong (Milk Dragon) themed full sea view room on the 5th floor. The view was even more expansive, overlooking the pool, green trees, the ocean, and ships – absolutely beautiful, comparable to Sanya. The room was spacious, 46 square meters, with a round bathtub on the balcony where you could soak while enjoying the sea view. That experience was absolutely amazing. The Nalong theme was everywhere! There were Nalong duvet covers, two adorable Nalong plushies and throw pillows on the bed, a Nalong mat on the floor, and Nalong murals on the walls. Most importantly, there was a sizable Nalong tent, which kids would surely love. I have to rave about the swimming pools. In the main building area, we visited the outdoor infinity pool and several other pools downstairs from the guest rooms. Not only were the pool views stunning, but they were also quite clean, and there were plenty of lifeguards. Swim rings and kickboards were provided free of charge, and there were also some paid activities to choose from. Through the pool area, there's a small gate that you can open with your room card. After walking through an underpass, you arrive at Huangcuo Beach. Swimming doesn't seem to be allowed, but everyone was wading and playing in the water. Even though it's a public beach, it wasn't crowded. The sand was quite fine, and the waves weren't too big, though there were occasional bits of floating trash. The breakfast buffet was good, but it was incredibly crowded and noisy. If you went later, you'd have to queue. They offered a variety of Southern Fujian (Minan) snacks, and the Satay noodles, Mianxian paste, Guo Bian Hu (pot-side paste), and Peanut Soup were all delicious 😋 The fried dough sticks, pudding, and oatmeal bowls were also very tasty 😋 Oh, by the way, our butler, Xiao Bin, provided excellent service! He helped me book dinner reservations and even arranged a two-hour late check-out! Highly recommended!

During my National Day holiday trip to Xiamen, staying at the Wyndham Yu Zhou was a really solid experience overall. Our butler, Linda, was incredibly attentive to guests. When we encountered any issues, communication with her was efficient and smooth; she never shirked responsibility. The room was spotlessly clean, creating a very comfortable living environment. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back to the hotel and truly relax and recharge. Even though the hotel was very busy during the National Day period, the overall service quality didn't suffer at all. The common areas were well-maintained, clean, and tidy. It was also very convenient to get a taxi for outings, and there were plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. This hotel stay was definitely a highlight of my trip – no regrets here, the experience was excellent. If any friends plan to visit Xiamen, I'll certainly recommend this hotel to them.

On the first day of check-in, the front desk service was quite decent, and the environment and cleanliness were also good. They kindly provided complimentary sand-play tools and fruit for the kids. On the second day, housekeeping only emptied the trash cans. On the third day, while we were in the room, a staff member knocked twice and, before we even reached the door, unlocked it with their own key card, stating that the cleaning lady requested to change the bed sheets and duvet covers. They changed the sheets and duvet covers, but didn't change the pillowcases, and the floor wasn't swept. The old linens that were replaced were left behind, and the new rolls of toilet paper by the bed and in the bathroom were left unwrapped and placed on the side. We booked a 4-day buffet breakfast. On the first day, the 1st floor was too crowded, so we went to the 4th floor; it was less crowded with fewer food options, and the taste was average, though you could order from an à la carte menu. We skipped breakfast on the second and fourth days. On the third day, we went to the 1st floor—it was extremely crowded. When we looked for a table, it hadn't been cleaned. We asked a waiter to clean it, but they rudely told us that the table was already taken (no one sat there even after we finished our meal). When we asked where we could sit, the waiter replied with a very impatient tone, saying, ”Just look and find a table yourself; if there's one, there's one, if not, there isn't.” The 1st-floor breakfast had a wide variety of food, but it was very noisy. We went down at 9:30 AM, and many items were already gone. Overall, it was just so-so, probably because our initial expectations were too high.

The hotel is located right by the sea with great overall surroundings. It's close to Lighthouse Park, next to the Poly Art Center, and just beside Wutong Ferry Terminal. A big thank you to the lovely front desk staff for upgrading us to an ocean-view room where we could catch the sunrise in the morning. There were plenty of activities for National Day, and the newly opened K11 Select nearby was really lively. However, the hotel breakfast fell short of expectations—the selection was quite limited, and the coffee machine was broken. Also, many room amenities weren't provided, so we had to call housekeeping to ask for them. Maybe it's for environmental reasons, but it felt quite inconvenient and took away from the overall experience...

Winding our way up the tree-lined paths of Xian'gueshan Mountain, the air gradually became moist and cool. It felt like a magical escape from the bustling, humid city, into a 'city oasis' nestled in the mountains. The moment I opened the room door after checking in, the fatigue from the journey instantly melted away. Room | A Mountain Holiday Opened by a Courtyard The room felt very spacious, with a layout of about 40 square meters that was just right. What surprised me the most, naturally, was the exquisite private balcony. Le Méridien's room types each offer different views, and I chose the garden view balcony room specifically for a quiet, relaxing stay. After all, in a mountain setting surrounded by dense vegetation, a few insects are perfectly normal, and the garden view neatly sidestepped that issue. Opening the window in the morning, the lush green central courtyard came into view. Instead of the city's hustle and bustle, I heard the crisp, pleasant chirping of morning birds and the sweet, fresh air blowing from the mountains. I couldn't help but close my eyes and take several deep breaths. Returning to the room in the evening, I lay on the balcony chair, clearing my mind, sipping an iced cola while enjoying the mountain breeze—this is exactly what a vacation should be like. The room's hardware can be summed up in two words: solid and reliable. Beyond being clean and tidy, the 'rainforest' shower's stable water pressure and temperature were truly impressive. The hotel also thoughtfully implemented a dry-wet separation in the bathroom, completely eliminating the awkwardness of worrying about splashing the toilet while showering. The experience was very comfortable and smooth. The bedding, as always, maintained Le Méridien's high standards, soft, fluffy, and supportive, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. Environment | French Romance Hidden in the Mountains If the guest room brought surprise, then the entire hotel environment was stunning. Le Méridien Xiamen's location is meticulously chosen, nestled charmingly on the mountainside of Xian'gueshan. The overall architectural style leans towards a resort villa, so secluded and tranquil that it doesn't feel like it's in the bustling downtown area of the island. Compared to many coastal hotels that face the humidity and noise of sea winds, the mountain landscape here truly provides another level of spiritual enjoyment. The hotel's artistic atmosphere, from the corridors to the public spaces, everywhere you can feel the unique imprint of French aesthetics. Whether it's the artistic flair of the chandeliers or the fragrance in the lobby, everything constantly reminds me that I'm staying in a stylish Le Méridien. The dense vegetation surrounding the hotel makes it feel like living in a natural oxygen bar. A morning jog in Xian'gueshan Park, enjoying the pleasure of sweating freely in the mountains, is a unique experience that you can never feel in a hotel gym. Service and Details | Thoughtfulness Hidden in Every Detail The staff, from the front desk to the concierge, maintained a perfectly measured, welcoming smile. During check-in, the front desk lady patiently asked about my preferences. Knowing that I valued privacy and quiet, she specifically helped arrange a room set apart from other guests on the same floor, handling everything gently and efficiently, which was truly heartwarming. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service down the mountain, making it convenient to travel to the Seaworld shopping center and Dongdu Ferry Terminal. On weekends and holidays, there's even a free shuttle bus connecting to popular attractions like Zhongshan Road and Baicheng Beach. One evening, a guest was inconsiderately skipping rope upstairs; after calling the front desk, they responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly! Truly commendable! Conclusion On the day of check-out, the morning sun still gently warmed the garden view balcony, as if possessing a magic that made me reluctant to close the door and leave. To be honest, I've stayed in many hotels, but rarely have I felt such a pang of reluctance upon departure as this time. It embodies the entire mountain forest, yet never strays from the human world, truly interpreting the beautiful realm of 'hidden in the bustling city, yet nestled in the mountains.' If you long for a tranquil vacation experience, listening to the wind on the mountainside, then Le Méridien Xiamen's Garden View Balcony King Room is definitely worth unlocking!

Traveling during the National Day holiday, I chose this hotel. It has a grand European palace architectural style, and the location and environment are also excellent. You can see the sea from the window, and there's a seawall right outside the hotel, along with an outdoor pool and hot springs, all clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offers a rich variety of choices to satisfy all tastes. The service is warm and attentive; the staff were very friendly, arranged a late check-out for me, and also provided airport pick-up and drop-off. The stay was a fantastic experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

My experience at Riyuegu Hotsprings this time was fantastic and I highly recommend it. They offer a free shuttle service, making transportation very convenient. The hotel itself has a Southeast Asian design. The front desk staff were warm and attentive during check-in, and the process was efficient. They were also patient when answering my questions. The room was spotlessly clean and bright. The hot spring water quality was excellent and very clear. The hot spring park offers a wide variety of springs and comprehensive facilities. After soaking, my skin felt warm and much of my body's aches and fatigue were relieved. There are many small squirrels in the hotel's central garden, and Alaskan Malamutes in the mornings. The water in the hotel club's swimming pool was also crystal clear, and there were plenty of entertainment facilities. I tried their new wellness activity, the 'Water Sound Bowl Frequency Adjustment,' which I highly recommend. You float on a mat in the pool, close your eyes, and just feel completely relaxed. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely be back.

The happiest thing about traveling to Xiamen is to book this homestay. As soon as I entered the door, I was warmly entertained. The housekeeper also sent breakfast. He also gave me black tea and cake rolls. He personally sent the room. The service was very good. He also helped with the luggage. The people were very warm. The room was very comfortable and the hygiene was in place! Originally, the tour was over, because this place was too comfortable, it was very convenient to take a taxi, and stayed for another night, and also upgraded the room type for free. It was great, the housekeeper was warm and thoughtful, and the stay was very happy. Come to this place next time you come to Xiamen! I really recommend this famous hotel! Close your eyes!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The room was clean, odor-free, and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The bathroom had great water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and my top choice for travel. Highly recommended! Plus, Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street is right downstairs.

We came with our kids, and they absolutely loved it. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which was perfect for them to burn off energy. The beach is just across the road, and there are plenty of restaurants outside the hotel, so there's no shortage of things to eat, drink, and do. It really has a great vacation vibe. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel's Xiamen-style satay noodles were excellent – I personally thought they were cleaner and tastier than those outside. The room was quite spacious, and the balcony had a great view. They even provided a drying rack, which was a thoughtful touch.

Indigo Hotel, by the river, and as night falls, the city lights up brilliantly. It's close to Zhongshan Road, with its lively pedestrian street, and near the pier for ferries to Gulangyu Island where you can stroll. It's also close to the beach, where a gentle breeze accompanies singers performing cheerful tunes. After a tiring day of exploring, returning to the hotel for a short rest, perhaps with a cup of coffee, a drink, or a sip of ice-cold beer – whatever you fancy – while gazing out the window at the beautiful scenery, feeling the ambiance of Xiamen, the musical notes from Gulangyu, and the bustling cruises on the river. What a magnificent painting! How wonderful this vacation is! I'll definitely be back.

A Perfect Blend Stepping into Fliport Hotel Xiamen, my first impression was the clever blend of modern design and local Southern Fujian (Minnan) elements. The lobby has high, airy ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a distant silhouette of Gulangyu Island, accompanied by a refreshing sea breeze and the scent of palm trees. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles, made check-in a breeze, and even thoughtfully gave us a hand-drawn map of Xiamen. Guest Room: Ocean Views & Attention to Detail Our ocean view room had an expansive, unobstructed vista, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing a panoramic view of Gulangyu’s Sunlight Rock. The bed linens were high-thread-count cotton, feeling just like being wrapped in a cloud. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry layout, and the smart toilet combined with the thermostatic shower made the experience top-notch. The minibar was stocked with mandarin sparkling water and matcha energy bars—an absolute lifesaver for late-night cravings.

Traveling with my family, I carefully selected this hotel, and our entire stay was absolutely perfect – everyone was very satisfied. I had noted in advance that we were traveling with a child, and upon arrival, the front desk thoughtfully arranged a quieter room for us, paying attention to every detail. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the floor was clean and non-slip, so I felt at ease letting my child run around and play. The hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was dry and soft, making me feel comfortable with my child playing on the bed. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel's common areas were clean and tidy, the hallways were quiet, and our rest at night was completely undisturbed by outside noise. The location is uniquely advantageous; the beach is just a short walk away, and there are many dining options nearby. The staff were very patient and answered all our questions thoroughly. We didn't encounter any problems during our stay; the facilities were in perfect condition, making our stay both reassuring and comfortable. This hotel added a lot to a wonderful trip. Next time I bring my family here, I will definitely stay again. Highly recommended for families.

Mary, our housekeeper, provided excellent service. She communicated with us in advance about the room details and our requirements. Knowing we were a couple, she even offered complimentary welcome fruits and drinks, and upgraded our room for free. The stay was fantastic! The room was very clean and comfortable, making us want to return. Sam, the restaurant manager, also offered great service. All the food was fresh, and breakfast was abundant.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right by the beach promenade. The service was fantastic; they saw I had a child and proactively upgraded us to a family room. The hotel pool was very clean, and I even saw them cleaning the hot spring pool first thing in the morning. Breakfast was extensive, with local specialties like Shacha noodles and freshly fried sesame balls which were delicious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Langham Xiamen and were particularly impressed by the warmth and genuine hospitality of the team. A special mention must go to Linda from Housekeeping. She was attentive, thoughtful and took great care in ensuring our room was always comfortable and beautifully maintained. It was the small details and her genuine willingness to help that made a real difference to our stay. We would also like to recognize Jaime from the Club Lounge, who was outstanding throughout our visit. Jaime was warm, professional and attentive, and consistently made us feel very welcome. The level of personal service provided in the lounge was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel itself was comfortable and elegant, but ultimately it is the people who make a hotel memorable. Linda and Jaime are excellent examples of the hospitality that we associate with the Langham brand. Thank you to the entire team for looking after us so well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to Langham Xiamen in the future.

The room was spacious and very clean, perfect for two people, and the bathroom had no strange odors. Plus, there's a gym, which I happily used for three days in a row, haha! The laundry room is free, and my clothes came out smelling fresh. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The only downside is that when there are a lot of food deliveries, there are only two robots, so you have to wait in line for them to deliver. One time I waited 37 minutes… that was way too long, so after that, I just went downstairs to pick up my own food. The hotel's location is pretty good; it takes about 10-20 minutes by taxi to get to most attractions. The MixC shopping mall is about a ten-minute walk away, it's huge, and you could easily spend half a day there.

Had a wonderful stay at eLong Anyun Hotel. The hotel is very close to the Chaozhou Ancient Town, making it super convenient to get around. There are plenty of *******, Hello, and Didi e-bikes parked right outside the entrance, and riding one of these little electric scooters around the ancient town was an absolute breeze. The hotel as a whole is exceptionally clean, and the service is top-notch. Whenever we headed out early in the morning, every staff member we encountered proactively greeted us, which felt really warm and welcoming. Cuisine options abound in the surrounding area. We tried rice noodle rolls (guotiao) and Chaoshan beef hotpot, and even had some olive juice (yougan juice)—all authentic and delicious. The front desk also prepared thoughtful little items like candies, cotton swabs, and earplugs. Great attention to detail. All in all, if you are visiting the Chaozhou Ancient Town, this hotel is a great choice.

I stayed in the loft, and the curtain button downstairs was broken, so I had to go upstairs to operate it. The sofa bed downstairs was huge but felt dirty. The stairs were very steep, making it inconvenient to go up and down. Upstairs, there was only one enormous bed… the foot of the bed was incredibly narrow, so narrow that you couldn't even place a pair of slippers upright. It's quite far from the elevator, so it's very quiet. Occasionally, I'd hear people walking in the hallway, but it wasn't a big disturbance. When the curtains are fully closed, it's super dark. Every day, they provide two bottles of water and soda. I got an upgrade to a room with an openable window, and the staff were very nice, thank you. My previous stay was in a king-size room, which I'd recommend more. I hope there were more breakfast options; the Rou Yan soup was delicious. This is my top choice hotel when I come to Xiamen~!

Wanting my parents to experience the slow pace of life on Gulangyu Island, I chose this hotel on the platform—a ”story-filled” hotel converted from a century-old lecture hall. First, the renovation of the old building made excellent use of the space, featuring an open plaza, a platform with panoramic views, separate breakfast and main dining areas, and a small study in the corner. Although the rooms weren't large, they didn't feel cramped and were very comfortable. Secondly, the hotel's butler service made us feel right at home. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and bedtime milk made me feel like I spent the whole day enjoying delicious food.
