Xinan Yihao Hotel(Xiamen Railway Station Mixc City Store)

Absolutely fantastic stay, prices for this hotel were cheaper when I booked and so I splurged a bit on a place otherwise above budget for me. You never know whether it’ll be worth it but this time I was pleasantly surprised! I was upgraded to an even better room than initiallyyy booked for free, with plenty of additional complementary amenities. Coffee and tea were replaced every day in my room, breakfast buffet was delish (do try the noodles!). Second floor self-service cafeteria was such a fun addition to take my coffee with me before leaving for a day of exploring Xiamen! Excellent location, kind staff. Would love to return if I come back to Xiamen!

Clean n Tidy, spacious, few hundred meters from station. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Sure would book again if stay in the area

Xinan Yihao Hotel is awesome in terms of location, value for money and very friendly staff. The hotel staff, Ms Xu is very friendly, polite and provide extended service in recommending eateries, shopping, tourism spots to be. Well done ! 5 stars ! Clean and convenient choice for a one-night stay! Especially if you need to catch an early train the next morning! The high speed train station is within walking distance. The only drawback was that room wasn’t available till past 3pm, due to a lack of staff during CNY holidays, so I had to wait for more than one hour just to check in. I recommend visiting the municipal botanical garden.

Good location & personnelity of stuff service

Everything is good, but if the toilet with seat warmer will be better. They provide excellent service.

I am thankful for the caring attitude of the staff especially the Night Duty Manager, Ms Li Chun as well as the Front Desk Managers in the night and following day, including Ms Zhang Li Juan. Kudos to you all for taking care of us during our stay🥰. My husband fell ill near midnight on April 1. The Front Desk Manager were quick to respond to our request for help and arranged for wheelchair and taxi to bring us to the nearest hospital. The Night Duty Manager, Ms Li Chun, even accompanied us to the hospital and stayed with us until my husband was taken care of by the hospital. As foreigners, her presence and assistance had meant so much. I commend the hotel for having such caring staff and provided such great service to make their guests feel at home. I am impressed by their 5 star service! Other than the great service, the room is spacious and has all we need to make our stay comfortable. It is surrounded by many eateries and shops and is reasonably close to the train station. I highly recommend the hotel👍

V grateful to the staff particularly Ms Lee, the night duty Manager (Apr 1) who rendered us immediate assistance when a member of our family suddenly became seriously ill. Ms Lee came over instantly to our room upon hearing the matter from the reception and even accompanied us to the nearest hospital to ensure we were in good hands as we are foreigners. Ms Lee and her Team continued to keep in touch with us over the entire stay till the recovery of sick family member. They were helpful and caring which we shall always appreciate and remember their kindness. Highly recommend to all this wonderful hotel with its team of caring staff, apart from its comfort and clean rooms plus close proximity to all eateries and Train station.
