上海豫园就在热闹的豫园商城和城隍庙商圈内，交通非常方便。不管是搭地铁、巴士还是打车，都能轻松抵达，很适合安排一日游。豫园距离不少上海热门景点都很近，像是城隍庙、外滩、南京东路步行街等。我自己会建议把这些景点安排在同一天游玩，白天逛古典园林、品尝上海小吃，傍晚再到外滩欣赏黄浦江夜景，一整天的行程充实又不会太赶，非常适合第一次来上海自由行！

🗺️ 上海豫园地图
第一次来豫园也不用担心会迷路，因为整个园区不算特别大，里面有不少庭院、楼阁、假山和小径，建议先看看园区地图，再按照路线慢慢逛，会比较轻松，也不会错过任何一个景点哦。
如果时间充裕，我会建议从入口开始依序参观园内各个经典景点，再走到九曲桥和湖心亭拍照，最后到豫园商城和城隍庙商圈逛街、吃美食。这样一路走下来大约需要 2–3 小时。那如果是第一次来上海，也可以把豫园、城隍庙、外滩安排在同一天游玩。这几个景点距离不远，交通方便，从古色古香的江南园林一路逛到现代都市夜景，能够一次体验上海不同的魅力，非常值得！🌿📸

🏯 上海豫园必打卡景点
🌉 九曲桥
九曲桥是豫园最具代表性的地标之一，也是游客必拍的经典景点。整座桥呈「九曲十八弯」，横跨湖面，走在桥上可以欣赏湖景和周围古色古香的建筑。传说九曲桥设计成弯弯曲曲，是为了阻挡邪气，虽然只是民间说法，却也为这里增添了一份趣味😂。
🏮 湖心亭
位于九曲桥中央的湖心亭已有超过 200 年历史，是上海最古老的茶楼之一。很多游客都会来到这里喝杯茶、休息，一边欣赏湖景，一边感受老上海的悠闲氛围。如果时间充裕，很推荐坐下来体验一下。
🪨 玉玲珑
玉玲珑是豫园的「镇园之宝」，也是江南著名的奇石之一。据说这块太湖石布满天然孔洞，具有「瘦、皱、漏、透」的特色，不论从哪个角度欣赏都很有特色，是不少游客来到豫园都会停下来在这里拍照的地方。
🏯 三穗堂
三穗堂是豫园内规模最大的建筑，也是过去园主人接待宾客和举行宴会的重要场所。建筑采用典型的明代风格，木雕和彩绘都十分精致，喜欢古建筑的话一定不要错过‼️
🌿 内园
相比热门景点，内园显得更加宁静，适合想避开人潮、慢慢欣赏园林景色的人。这里有假山、池塘、亭台和绿树，环境清幽，随手一拍都很有江南水乡的感觉。

如果有机会在春节期间来到上海，我真的很推荐大家来逛豫园灯会！✨ 每年灯会都会吸引大批游客来打卡，而豫园灯会也是上海最具代表性的新春活动之一，更有「中国四大灯会」之一的美誉，现场气氛非常热闹。每年的灯会都会围绕不同主题打造大型彩灯装置，结合中国传统文化、生肖元素和现代灯光艺术，不管是白天还是晚上都很漂亮~

搭乘 上海地铁10号线 或 14号线，在 豫园站 下车，从指定出口步行约 5–10 分钟 就能抵达豫园，是最方便、最多游客选择的交通方式。

We had a wonderful 5-day stay in Shanghai with our family. We booked club rooms, which gave us access to the Club Lounge on the 17th floor with panoramic views of Shanghai. We opted for a Suite and a Studio room. The beds and pillows were excellent. Breakfast offered everything one could wish for – especially delicious soups, noodles, and dumplings... We will definitely return. There's a metro station nearby, and the main attractions are just a 15-20 minute walk away. In the mornings, we enjoyed strolls along the waterfront. There's a small pool on the 21st floor, and the changing rooms have a steam sauna, which you need to request to be turned on in advance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This stay was undoubtedly the most healing and unforgettable highlight of my trip, filled with comfort and warmth from start to finish, making it truly memorable. The room was clean, tidy, and bright, with a cozy and comfortable ambiance. Every small detail showed meticulous care, making me feel incredibly relaxed and completely fulfilling all my expectations for an ideal living space.
What surprised me most was the hotel's Spago restaurant. The overall ambiance was perfect, with beautiful scenery and a unique style. Both the interior design and the atmosphere were striking. Dining here was not just a treat for the taste buds but also an ultimate visual feast. The romantic and soothing atmosphere made it my dream restaurant and one of the biggest surprises of this trip.
The beauty of a journey, beyond the excellent environment, also comes from thoughtful and warm service. Here, I want to sincerely thank my four butlers: Frieda, Leo, Kirana, and Susanna. During my stay, they were consistently meticulous, attentive, and patient, always monitoring my experience and proactively addressing all my needs with professional and gentle service.
Their thorough care and perfectly attentive service washed away the fatigue of travel, making me, a stranger in a foreign land, feel a long-lost sense of security and warmth, truly experiencing the ultimate feeling of being at home. Superb Location but the room I booked and paid RMB 1112 didn’t even have city view and claustrophobic. There was only 30 minutes cancellation windows that had already passed so I had to pay RMB 552 extra for river view in total RMB 1664. I booked this Hotel based 5 star rating from Trip.com. It’s mentioned No. 8 of premium hotels. They asked me to give a 5 star rating for additional breakfast, but there were very less options for vegetarian food. So basically they are buying rating.. Room cleanliness was not upto the mark. Floor have scratches all around. Insects in washroom. For Ice I need to wait 30 minutes (10.45 pm to 11.15 pm) called 3 times. First round of cocktail mentioned is a small 5 RMB bottle that I never expected in a five star hotel. For photos we had to go to another hotel in rain by walk around 250 meters. For basic necessities like sleepers, and toothbrush we had to carry for reception area. Near to bathtub they cover it with some metal sheets (not fixed) that are easy to disbalanced it’s dangerous. On most of lobby furniture there was a price tag that I don’t really like. Washbasin and washroom door was also a little damaged. No carpet/mat in room. They don’t even have full time English staff. I would consider it a 2 star hotel. Not value for money. My previous 1 week stay in courtyard Shanghai Jiading was much more better than this.DariPLN 543

My stay at Hotel Indigo on the Bund was absolutely perfect! The unbeatable river view from the front row was incredible. The room design was full of old Shanghai charm, with exquisite details. The service was warm and attentive, and the night view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning. The hotel was spotless and very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Stepping into the room, I was immediately greeted by the towering 'Huangpu River Four-Piece Set' (referring to the iconic skyscrapers) outside the window. Sitting on the sofa, the Huangpu River unfolded before me like a dynamic scroll painting.
The bedding was incredibly soft and delicate; I instinctively wrapped myself tightly in the duvet. The Aesop pine-scented amenities were elegant and long-lasting, perfectly matching the Waldorf's style. The walk-in closet was well-designed and practical.
I had bought some 'Ice Beauty,' 'Goddess,' 'Pink Iron Cannon,' and 'Orange Dream' flowers, and was using the room's trash can as a makeshift vase. The thoughtful Nini noticed and kindly replaced it with a beautiful glass vase. 👍

Breakfast was very good and the bund centre building is very iconic. It was also an easy straight-line walking distance to the bund.

We booked this eco-friendly hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located: there's a metro station nearby, as well as two shopping centres. The hotel is large, but there was quiet and peaceful.
The view from the window was beautiful, even despite the typhoon that was hitting Shanghai these days (our room was on the 12th floor. We chose the hotel because of its location and good breakfasts. The breakfasts were really very delicious and tasty.
There was both Chinese and European food. A wide selection of fruits: watermelons, melons, apricots, mangoes, bananas, dragon fruit. There were many different pastries, several types of yogurts, even matcha yogurt.
Also, at the exit from the restaurant, there was a Candy Bar with chewy marmalade: you can put the marmalade in a small bag.
The room had everything, including a capsule coffee machine, an ironing board, and an iron, which is very convenient. l'd especially like to mention the eco-friendly slippers, which really stand out from the slippers in other hotels: they're very comfortable. Annie, Petter, and Clover at the front desk were incredibly attentive. They helped us with umbrellas and luggage storage, which was a lifesaver as we experienced a typhoon and couldn't go out. However, the night view from our window was absolutely stunning! We could enjoy the 'three-piece set' (likely referring to iconic buildings) and the Oriental Pearl Tower without even leaving the room, thanks to the fantastic location. The room itself was smart and very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a clothesline in the shower area. There's also a free laundry room, and even though there was a bit of a queue, it was super convenient for summer business travel. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Chenghuang Temple, Yu Garden, The Bund, and Nanjing Road if you're not too lazy. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend!

Location is right beside the bund but because of that, traffic can be horrible. There’s no sheltered drop off bay, so if it rains, you will get a bit of rain when you get out of the car to the hotel.
I am impressed with the free laundry and dryer provided but there’s only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Good thing is that you can track their use on the tv.

Five stars, hands down! We chose this audio-visual room for our trip to Shanghai, and the location is absolutely incredible. It's just a few minutes' walk to the City God Temple and Yu Garden, and also very close to the Bund, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent – it was really quiet. The giant 4K projector and surround sound system, with plenty of content and easy phone mirroring, really created a private cinema experience. After gaming, we just snuggled up and watched movies. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they were very responsive and helpful. For a downtown location, the value for money is outstanding. The service was excellent; I arrived at the hotel in the morning, and they allowed early check-in. The location is superb, within walking distance of Yu Garden and the City God Temple, and also walkable to the Bund and Nanjing Road. Yu Garden is less than a 10-minute walk away. Nearby, at Gangcheng Mingdu, you can find Haidilao hot pot and mala tang. There's also a convenience store just over the overpass. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, there was supper available. The self-service laundry was very convenient, and the lobby offered free herbal tea and hot tea. am writing to file a formal complaint about my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai. The experience was absolutely unacceptable:
· The plumbing was a disaster — the toilet wouldn't flush properly.
· The water temperature in the shower was completely unadjustable. I spent 15 minutes twisting the tap all the way to cold, but the water never changed temperature — it stayed scalding hot the entire time.
· No basic sofa or settee in the room — nowhere to sit or lie down except the bed. And this wasn't a standard room — this was a suite.
· The appliances and furniture look at least 20 years old, with visible signs of wear and tear everywhere.
· I left my phone to charge overnight — I specifically checked that the charger was working before going to bed. Woke up in the morning to find my phone hadn't charged at all. The power outlets work intermittently at best.
· The Wi-Fi was terrible — slow and with extremely low data throughput. It kept buffering and disconnecting, making it impossible to get any work done or even browse normally.
· No razor provided in the bathroom.
· The hairdryer had no attachments — not a single nozzle or diffuser. And to make things even worse, there wasn't a single power outlet in the bathroom. So in a 5-star hotel, I had to dry my hair next to the bed, with no mirror nearby. Absolutely ridiculous.
· The breakfast was very mediocre — just a plain omelet with bacon, and they still managed to ruin it.
To top it all off, I decided to order room service. The delivery driver dropped off my food at the reception desk at 10:20 PM and sent me a photo as proof. Do you know how long I had to wait for someone to bring it up to my room? 40 minutes. I went down to the front desk twice to ask about my order, and no one even apologized. We're in the 21st century — most hotels have delivery robots that bring food to your door in 5 minutes. Here, I paid three or four times as much and received this level of service. It's simply insulting.
I have already canceled my second night and am checking out early. For this kind of money and with this kind of service, this stay was a complete disgrace. I expect a substantial refund for the night I actually spent here.DariPLN 1,135

Located in a prime downtown spot, it's convenient for getting anywhere. Downstairs is very lively with restaurants, a food street, and a shopping complex all in one.
During weekdays in summer, there were many foreign guests... and quite a few elderly Chinese too. The front desk often had queues for check-in, and there were always people waiting for taxis outside. Business was really good, yet the room offered excellent value for money!
Thanks for the free upgrade to a deluxe suite~ It was newly renovated.
I was on a business trip and decided to bring my mom along so she could relax and enjoy herself.

The overall environment is good. The old five-star hotel is very well maintained; it doesn't feel old or dated.
The room was newly renovated, but the sense of space wasn't huge, and the bathroom was a bit small.

This was our 3rd stay at Atour Hotels in China. All 3 locations, ie GuangZhou, Foshan and Shanghai, have the same high standards. Hotel room was clean, well maintained and comfy.
Location is excellent as it’s near The Bund and short walk to Nanjing Pedestrian Street.
Breakfast spread was great and they also serve free porridge for supper nightly from 9.30-11pm too. You can also do your own laundry FOC and the service staffs even help to transfer your laundry from washer to dryer and when completed they will pack your cleaned and dry clothings into a bag for your pickup.

Location-wise, it's super close to the Bund. You can catch a bus and be back in one stop, and the subway is really convenient for getting to places like Lujiazui. Walking to the Bund only takes about 1.5 km, which is a huge plus.
The room itself felt a bit damp, but it was very quiet – I specifically requested a quiet room, and I slept really well.
Cleanliness: You could tell they cleaned it every day.

The hotel is actually the Super 8 (Bashi Kuaijie) on the second floor, while Jinjiang Inn is upstairs. The room is small, but that's acceptable given Shanghai's high hotel prices. There's just enough space to open a suitcase, which is fine for one person. I appreciate that there's a window to the outside. The location is super convenient; you can get to Chenghuang Temple by shared bike, and the subway is close by. I'd stayed here for a night or two before and found it decent, so I chose this good-value hotel again for my solo trip. As before, there are only two small towels and no large bath towels, which I was prepared for. However, they didn't change the bedsheets for all three nights this time, which I'm not too happy about. Although food delivery can only be left in a designated area in the lobby, the elevator doesn't require a key card to access the second floor. I am very happy to stay at this hotel because its location is very strategic, with a lot of food vendors right in front of the hotel. It is close to Yu Garden and the metro a walk of less than 5 minutes gets you there. The receptionist, XingZi, is very friendly and extremely helpful. She kindly upgraded our room, which was initially too small, to a larger room with a bigger bed. XingZi also helped me a lot in managing my Taobao package delivery that I hadn't received. My family and I really loved the room's minimalist Scandinavian/Japanese style, with its natural wood and white tones. It's a welcome change from the 'nightclub' vibe of the W Hotel we stayed at before – I actually prefer this! The pillows are really soft and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent; I especially enjoyed sitting in the 1st-floor restaurant, watching the diverse crowd from all over the world pass by on Nanjing Road. Our room had a side window with a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower, which is exactly why I booked this room. As for cleanliness, it goes without saying for a hotel of this caliber. The overall atmosphere is fantastic, and the best part is that you can truly relax and be yourself. Lewis, a staff member, was very professional and provided excellent service. Although the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, they offer complimentary valet parking for one car per room, which was quite convenient. My stay at the Peace Hotel this time was arguably the best hotel experience ever! It truly lives up to its reputation as a benchmark for hotels in Shanghai, and even nationwide.
**Service:** The front desk upgraded me to a city view room, from which I could see the Bund by looking left out the window. Noticing that my companion had a birthday that day, they specially sent a homemade cake. The service attitude and attentiveness of all the hotel staff were absolutely top-notch.
**Cleanliness:** You can tell the meticulous effort put into maintaining and cleaning the rooms just by the tidiness of the carpet. It looked like it had just been laid, and even the corners were spotless.
**Ambiance:** The historical legacy of the Peace Hotel and its irreplaceable location are truly unique. The European vintage decor gives the rooms an understated luxury and 'old money' feel. It's an experience that can be rated as a must-stay once in a lifetime when visiting Shanghai.

The bathroom amenities were quite stingy. The 27ml shower gel was just enough for one person, let alone a couple or someone with a child. And 27ml of shampoo isn't even enough for long hair, though it might be okay for short hair. It really doesn't match the price of the room. The staff in the lobby were always rushing around and almost bumped into people; generally, they didn't even greet guests. Check-out wasn't quick, which was a real waste of time. And there's no need to constantly ask if we've eaten the peanuts or had the drinks. If we eat or drink something, we'll naturally pay for it. I wasn't going to leave a review, but since the guest services team messaged me asking for one, I'll comment on a few things:
1. **View**: As one of Pudong's iconic buildings, the hotel offers excellent views. Being on a high floor, you get great panoramic views of the Bund and other Pudong buildings, especially at night – truly impressive.
2. **Service**: The concierge staff's attitude was generally quite lukewarm with every inquiry. I'm not sure why they seemed so arrogant. From storing luggage initially to borrowing an umbrella, it felt like I owed them something. Perhaps they were overwhelmed by too many guests, but it felt like customers were a constant bother and unwelcome.
The front desk staff's service was similar; their attitude felt below the average standard of other high-end hotels we've stayed at.
3. **Cleanliness**: Upon entering the room, the floor wasn't very clean. I'm unsure if it had been properly cleaned.
4. **Hardware**: The overall hardware conditions were good. The elevators were fast, and both hotel and room facilities were comprehensive.
5. **Responsiveness to requests during stay**:
* First, we asked for two children's bathrobes. We were told to wait a while for staff to bring them. Twenty minutes passed with no update. When we called again, they said they currently had no spare bathrobes but had forgotten to inform us, leaving us to wait a long time for nothing.
* Second, we requested an extra blanket, which was delivered promptly.
6. **Dining**: The buffet on the 56th floor had a relatively rich selection of dishes. However, the service staff (both those at the food stations and those clearing tables) again had generally mediocre attitudes.
7. **Swimming Pool**: The pool isn't large, and the water was a bit cool. There weren't many tourists, so the experience was decent. The changing room's hardware was good, though it felt a bit cold.
8. **Gym**: While not very spacious, the equipment was quite comprehensive. Most of the treadmill screens displayed 'no signal.'
9. **Highlight**: The 86th-floor Jin Mao Club Chinese restaurant was excellent. The food was great; I particularly recommend the Australian crispy veal. What's more, the service staff there had an outstanding attitude. We arrived quite late, around 9 PM, due to closure at 9:15 PM. The waitress quickly offered menu suggestions and waited until we finished our meal, providing very thoughtful service. She even suggested we could turn off the lights to enjoy the night view afterward. It's a shame I don't know her name (the waitress on duty on the evening of August 9th), but I want to commend her; she was the only highlight of our entire stay.
10. **Final thoughts**: It's a bit ironic that the hotel's guest services team added me on WeChat the day before check-in, didn't send any greetings during our stay, but then suddenly messaged me before check-out, offering to draft a positive review for me to post here. So, since you asked for a review, either we don't comment, or we comment truthfully. Location is the biggest advantage. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Yu Garden and the nearby bazaar area, with a metro station literally just across the street. Getting around from here is very easy, whether you’re heading to tourist spots or other parts of the city.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained. A nice modern touch is the delivery robot service, which handles in-house deliveries efficiently. You can also order from Taobao and have packages sent directly to the hotel before check-in, which is quite convenient for early arrivals or shopping-heavy trips.
One downside is the package handling system. Deliveries are left in a shared corner area with other guests’ items, so you need to sort through and find yours yourself—there’s no organized storage or labeling beyond that.
Laundry is free and available 24/7, which is a big plus for longer stays. However, there are only two machines, so you may need to queue during busy hours.

The front desk service was excellent! We arrived early with our child, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time. Facilities: This is by far the most run-down Hanting Hotel I've ever stayed in, no exceptions!
Transportation: It's quite far from both Metro Line 10 and Line 8, and the most inconvenient part is that you have to cross a pedestrian bridge in between. Travelers with large suitcases will want to cry!
