第一次去巴厘岛之前，我以为它只是一个普通海岛，最多就是海边、咖啡厅、看夕阳那种。结果真正去了之后，才发现它真的很容易让人玩到不想回🤩。其实我觉得巴厘岛最特别的是，它的活动不会非常单一。因为你除了可以看夕阳、看梯田、瀑布、神庙，明天又可以跑去 beach club 放空喝东西，晚上再去海边吃海鲜。所以整个 trip 会有一种很 chill、但是又可以很刺激的感觉。
而且巴厘岛还有一个很神奇的地方，就其实明明很多地方游客超多，但你还是会觉得：“这里真的很美，来到这里真的很满足很值得。” 尤其是巴厘岛的夕阳，真的和平时我看到的不一样🌇。除了这些，巴厘岛对马来西亚人来说真的太方便。首先，飞行时间不算长、其次机票常常有 promo、吃东西也不会太贵，所以很多人第一次去完后，过几个月又会再飞一次 😂 所以如果你最近也在 plan 巴厘岛，这篇我直接帮你整理第一次去最值得打卡的景点，还有不同 area 怎么玩、交通怎么安排这些。第一次去只要无脑跟着玩就好啦！
📍 第一次去巴厘岛必打卡的 10 个绝美景点
1️⃣ 乌鲁瓦图神庙 Uluwatu Temple
这个我真的超推荐第一次去巴厘岛的人一定要排进去。它最特别的地方是：神庙直接建在悬崖边上，下面就是印度洋，所以黄昏夕阳出来的时候真的会美到不真实🌴。不过其实很多人来这里不只是为了看神庙，而是为了看傍晚的 Kecak Fire Dance（火舞表演）。现场会有人一边唱传统音乐、一边表演，配夕阳真的很有 vibe。不过我建议提早一点去哦，不然位置会比较后面。
至于门票的话其实不算贵，进去前工作人员会帮你绑 sarong（因为是宗教场所）。还有一个我一定要让你们注意的是⚠️：这里的猴子真的很爱抢东西 😂 墨镜、耳环、手机、帽子都有可能被拿走，所以不要太靠近猴子！

2️⃣ 海神庙 Tanah Lot
这个算是巴厘岛经典中的经典。它最著名的地方就是那座建在海上的寺庙。涨潮的时候，整座神庙会看起来像漂浮在海中央一样，所以很多人会专门傍晚来这里看风景。而且这里比很多神庙更 easy going，不会太严肃，附近还有很多小店、咖啡馆、纪念品摊位可以慢慢逛。而且其实这里很适合 family trip。因为路不会太难走，长辈也比较容易逛。不过如果是雨季来，我就不太建议了❌，因为海边风会蛮大，对一些长辈来说会比较不适合。
门票的话不会特别贵。推荐大家可以直接在 Trip.com 上订一日游套餐，非常划算！我也建议大家穿拖鞋或舒服的鞋，因为有些地方会湿湿滑滑。

3️⃣ 乌布梯田 Tegalalang Rice Terrace
如果你在 IG 看过那种很梦幻的巴厘岛梯田照，十个有八个应该都是这里 😂 这里其实不只是拍照景点，它是真的还有人在种稻米的。现场会看到很大片的绿色梯田，而且不同时间来颜色会不一样，有时候偏翠绿，有时候偏金黄。
🔍 很多人来这里会玩：
- 🤩 Bali Swing（网红秋千）
- 🤩 鸟巢拍照
- 🤩 空中脚踏车
- 🤩 Cafe 看梯田景
但我要讲一个东西：有些拍照点其实会额外收费，而且会有人一直问你要不要拍，所以如果你不是很爱拍照，其实不用每个都玩✅。这里天气会比海边凉一点，建议早上来哦。因为中午真的很晒，而且人会越来越多。

4️⃣ 巴厘岛天空之门 Lempuyang Temple
这个就是天空之门 😂！几乎已经变成巴厘岛代表景点之一。很多人以为地上的倒影是真的，其实大部分是工作人员用镜子帮你拍出来的。第一次知道的时候我真的有点震惊 hahaha。不过老实讲，现场其实还是很美🏞️。尤其天气好的时候，后面还能看到火山，整个画面真的很壮观。但这里有一个重点：排队可能会很久。真的很久😭。所以其实很多人凌晨就出发，因为从乌布过去车程也不短。那如果太晚来，可能拍一张照片都要等 1–3 小时。还有一点要提醒的是⚠️：这里是宗教场所，所以穿着不能太暴露。

5️⃣ 努沙佩尼达 Nusa Penida
这个是我觉得现实比照片更震撼的地方。它其实是巴厘岛外海的小岛，需要搭快艇过去。虽然交通没有本岛方便，但风景真的很值得。
✨ 最著名的就是：
- 🔍 Kelingking Beach（恐龙悬崖）
- 🔍 Broken Beach
- 🔍 Angel’s Billabong
- 🔍 Crystal Bay
尤其 Kelingking Beach，现场看到那个悬崖的时候真的会觉得超不真实 😂 不过有一点要先讲：这里路真的很颠。很多地方坐车会摇到怀疑人生 hahaha。那时我还先吃了晕车药才出发的，所以这里很不建议长辈来哦，因为路上会很不舒服。而且天气会非常晒，所以一定要带水、防晒和帽子。如果你时间不多，其实 day trip 就够。但如果喜欢慢慢玩、浮潜、看海景，可以住一晚。

6️⃣ 圣泉寺 Tirta Empul
这个地方会让你看到很不一样的巴厘岛。这里不是普通观光景点，它是真的很多当地人会来 “净身祈福” 的寺庙。现场会看到大家排队在圣泉下冲水祈祷，很有当地文化感✨。游客其实也可以体验净身仪式。现场可以租 sarong，也会有人教流程。我觉得它最特别的地方是，它不只是“拍照景点”，而是真的会让人感受到巴厘岛宗教文化。整体氛围很平静很 peace。不过如果只是单纯想拍网美照，可能会觉得这里没那么 flashy。

7️⃣ 金巴兰海滩 Jimbaran Beach
这个地方超 chill，傍晚来超适合！很多人来这里其实不是为了玩水，而是为了在这里吃海鲜大餐。傍晚的时候，整排海边餐厅会开始摆桌椅。
你可以直接坐在沙滩上一边吹海风、一边看 sunset、一边吃烤海鲜。虽然很多人会说这里太游客区了，但老实讲，第一次来巴厘岛我还是觉得值得体验一次 😂 不过价格会比普通餐厅高一点，尤其是海鲜。建议先问清楚价钱。

8️⃣ Kelingking Beach
虽然它在 Nusa Penida，但我觉得值得单独写 😂 因为真的太 iconic 了。这个悬崖从高处看，很像一只恐龙，所以很多人叫它 “T-Rex Cliff”。现场比照片震撼很多。不过很多人不知道的是：“下去海边” 其实超累🫥。楼梯非常陡，而且天气很热。如果平时没运动，真的会走到腿软。所以很多人其实是在上面拍照、看风景就回了。

9️⃣ Handara Gate
这个就是巴厘岛的 “仙境大门”。很多人会以为它是神庙，其实它比较像高尔夫 resort 的入口 😂 但因为背景是山和雾，所以拍出来真的很好看。这里天气通常比较凉，而且很常起雾，所以氛围会跟海边完全不同。很多人都是专门来拍一张照就走📸。

🔟 巴杜尔火山 Mount Batur
如果你喜欢看日出，这个真的很值得。很多人会凌晨两三点起床去爬山，就是为了在火山看日出。虽然听起来很累，但很多去过的人回来都会说：“值得一次🤩。” 爬山难度不算太高，不过还是需要一点体力。通常都会配当地导游一起上山。而且这里有一个很多人不知道的小体验：
有些导游会直接利用火山热气帮你煮蛋 😂 看完日出后，很多人还会顺便去附近泡温泉，超级舒服。

🗺️ 巴厘岛不同 Area 怎么玩？
我第一次去巴厘岛的时候，最 confuse 的东西就是 “为什么大家推荐的地方都不一样？” 😂 一下子有人推荐乌布，一下子又叫你住水明漾，还有人说乌鲁瓦图 sunset 最美。不过巴厘岛其实很大，而且每个 area 的 vibe 真的差很多。有些地方适合天天 cafe hopping，有些地方比较适合 chill chill 旅行，还有些地方就是专门给你看海、放空、看 sunset 的。所以第一次去，我真的很建议不要每天换 area。不然你会花很多时间在塞车 😂（巴厘岛 traffic 真的不是开玩笑）

我第一次去巴厘岛的时候带超多衣服，结果最后根本穿不完 😂 因为那边很多地方都很 casual，白天基本就是：

I have a very pleasant stay here. At 2014 back then when it is still Nikko, my brother had his wedding here and I appreciate the hotel still have their name hang in the wall near Wiwaha Chapel. The room is spacious and clean. The AC works really well. View from our room is so beautiful. Make sure to book the ocean view to enoy the beauty of Bali. This place is absolutely beautiful, completely enveloped in greenery. The service is top-notch, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything is spotless and tidy. If you love lush greenery and tranquility, you definitely need to visit this hotel. The only minor inconvenience is the cascading layout of the buildings, but there's a quick solution – just call for a buggy, and it arrives fast.
It so happened that we celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel (I mentioned this when booking). The complimentary surprise was wonderful – a cake at breakfast, swans made from towels with a rose on the bed along with congratulations, and a bath filled with rose petals! We made a last-minute decision to visit during the summer holidays and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the beach. I was prepared for an older hotel in an older area, and that's exactly what it was; there were quite a few middle-aged and elderly guests. However, the hotel's pool and garden views were quite nice, and the rooms had been renovated. The showerhead wasn't discolored, and the water quality was fine. Breakfast was acceptable, I'd give it an 80%. Besides the locally grown papaya, nothing else really stood out. We received drink vouchers for the restaurant bar, which was a pleasant place to relax. Bicycles were available for rent, and cycling along the beach was very enjoyable. There's a good restaurant by the hotel beach, with a 4.9-star rating on Google Maps. We ordered three set meals for over RMB 600 (including a significant service charge).
However, there were some downsides:
1. The hairdryer was broken. I specifically went to the front desk to ask for a replacement, but nothing was done. Luckily, it was summer.
2. Service discrimination favoring Caucasians. When queuing for eggs🍳, a Caucasian lady behind me asked for soft-boiled eggs. The chef, with an ingratiating smile, went out of his way to cater to her request, spending considerable time and completely ignoring my🍳, which was ahead of hers. Only after he finished serving the Caucasian lady with a bow did he turn to my eggs, which were already overcooked. He just made an awkward sound and offered no apology.
3. For an Indonesian hotel costing over RMB 1000 a night, I discovered upon leaving that there were green crayon marks on the quilt (near the foot end) (see picture). Are they so stingy with linen that they won't discard it?DariRM238

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and genuinely service-minded. They were also happy to recommend places and things to do around the area, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. During the daytime, there was some burning happening around the nearby rice field, and the smell came directly into our room. It became uncomfortable enough that we had to leave the hotel for a few hours and only came back in the evening.
The biggest problem, however, was the air conditioning. In the middle of the night, the room became extremely cold even though we had not intended to make it that cold. We were surprised to find the air conditioner running at 17°C with the fan at maximum speed. We had to wake up several times to adjust the temperature, and because of this we could not sleep properly until early morning.
The Wi-Fi was also very poor. Once our phones connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, the internet was practically unusable, so we eventually had to disconnect and use our own roaming mobile data instead.
Overall, the staff and service were good, but the air conditioning and internet problems seriously affected the comfort of our stay. If these two issues were fixed, the experience would be much better.DariRM79

We stayed for 5 nights. The first night, we couldn't sleep due to noise from the nightclub in our room, but we changed rooms the next day. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was varied and very delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good, close to the beach, and there's a shopping mall, laundry service, and scooter rental nearby. The pool isn't great for swimming, but it's fine for relaxing by during breakfast. One of the room assigned to our group was not very good condition anymore, slidding door with broken lock and hard to open/close, phone line was not connected well, furniture was worn out and feels outdated with all interior. We had booked 2 rooms and requested on king size bed in both rooms but they were located very far from each other. They should have at least given us the option to take the room or preferred closer to each other with different bed type. They told us that we were upgraded to the room with pool access, but we feel like being downgraded with out of service room. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast service. It has a great varieties, freshly prepared dishes, pleasant and relaxing ambiance, and fresh local fruit was incredible. We love the pool too, good design and very well maintain, so many choices of pool for different age group and activities, great crowds at the pool bar area, and good number of sun lounges. I had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a drink, which made the experience even better. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
One small detail I really appreciated was the TV having YouTube Premium, which was great for relaxing in the room.
The food was decent, although I felt it could be improved slightly. There was, however, a good selection of drinks available.

This beautiful hotel has a vantage point of the entire Uluwatu region as far as seeing the aircraft landing into the airport. Everything is spectacular, especially the upper and lower infinity pools. Breakfast is bountiful. The best thing is you get free shuttle and access to the RoosterFish Beach club, which is great if you want a change of scenery at Pandawa beach. A lot of guests stay here because of this perk. Top notch service as everyone greets you with a smile. Seeing that I was travelling alone and staying only for one night, Aldi at the front desk made sure I had a great stay and gave me an amazing upgrade to their seaview terrace room, which really elevated my whole stay as I used the sundeck to sunbathe. At night, there's a night market on the road outside the hotel. It's crowded, but there's also a lot of traffic, so walking can be dangerous. I didn't try the food, so I don't know if it's good, haha.

Ayana resort is amazing. All the pools, facilities and staff are super nice. The ocean view pool is fab. Good place for stay over at least 2 nights. But the resort looks pretty old. The first day we checked in around 7pm, so we cannot see the view. But the first room has mould smell. So we asked change room. In the second day we found it’s a “golf” view rather than bay view. So we asked for change room again, and we asked for breakfast rather than give us only a pool access. They refused for the first time which is quite disappointing at beginning. If you go to rock bar, book the seats early and do not order the food as they’re not worth what you pay. Aside from diving, the hotel was okay. There were a lot of flies in the restaurant, and many mosquitoes during dinner. The hotel's dive center was a bit of a rip-off. For scuba diving, they'd make excuses not to go to the further dive spots; 2 out of 3 dives would be in the same place, just a few dozen meters apart. For snorkeling, they only let you go once, and it costs more than double what you'd pay outside. Plus, they wouldn't even take you to the island. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking.
In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception.
If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception.
If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant.

I finally got to stay at the Kempinski, which I'd been looking forward to! It's an absolutely wonderful hotel, from the magnificent lobby to the spectacular view of the Indian Ocean from the lobby. There was one time after check-in when the elevator stopped on the way to our room, but it was promptly reported to a supervisor and maintenance was performed, which put us at ease. We also received apologies via WhatsApp and at check-out, leaving us with the impression that this is a very trustworthy hotel. The room description on Trip.com stated that the bed would be either a queen bed or twin beds, but we were instead given a king bed, even though we tried checking in as early as possible so that we can get a twin beds room. Bed type should be clearly specified and guaranteed during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings.
The hotel's carpet is quite old and had a noticeable smell. In one of our rooms, the air conditioner appeared dusty and barely blew any air. However, after we contacted the front desk, the issue was resolved promptly, which we appreciated. The curtains were also not blackout curtains, allowing too much light into the room early in the morning.
Despite requesting a quiet room, we were assigned a room next to the swimming pool. The soundproofing was also quite poor, and we could clearly hear people walking and talking along the corridor throughout the day and night, which affected our rest.DariRM99

My stay at Kenran Resort Ubud was mixed. I had specifically booked a room with a terrace on the 2nd or 3rd floor, but when I arrived, I was given a room on the 1st floor instead. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong mold smell, which made the first night quite unpleasant.
I raised the issue with the staff, and only after a fairly long discussion did they agree to move me to another room the following day. Once I was moved to the 3rd floor, the experience changed completely. The room was much better, and the views from the resort were genuinely beautiful.
My main advice to future guests would be to check the room carefully when you arrive, especially if you are placed on the 1st floor. Based on my experience, I would personally avoid the first-floor rooms.
The breakfast was another weak point for me. The menu felt limited and could definitely be improved.
Overall, the resort has amazing views and a lot of potential, and my stay became very enjoyable after moving to the 3rd floor. However, the first-day room issue and the breakfast quality stopped it from being a great experience from the beginning.DariRM326

✅ No insects in the room. There might be some geckos 🦎 (which is normal and expected) but I didn’t see any.

✅ The breakfast is very good, there are plenty of choices.
✅ Their restaurant is also very good, in case you don’t want to go out of the resort.

Perfect place for a family, room is clean and smells the best. I am very picky about hygiene so the fact that I say this is a big deal, trust me.
I didn't find any mosquito in the room. But the hotel left some baygon just in case if you need it.

Food is great, the chocolate hour was a nice touch, but i wish they also include at least some water for the children, every drink is extra during this hour. We did request for it to be delivered to our room as our daughter was not in the mood for going down to the restaurant but she really wanted the chocolate, i was alone so I was not possible to leave her by herself…but they denied it, i guess this is a red light for me.
As for the pools, you got options for every age. For the first time my daughter swam for 5 hours! It was just that amazing.
But there is one accident that was unexpected, the swii (floating board with battery) died during the use, my daughter is 4 so yes she was panicked as the pool was deep. Luckily I had a feeling it would happen and I happen to be just behind her. I don’t want to imagine if i was not there next to her…
The service was impeccable and the fact that it is located next to samasta makes our stay a lot more easier. As we wait for check in we had a lunch there and a little shopping. There is a cultural dance in the evening that was a very welcoming sight!
It was about 5-10 mins walk to jimbaran beach, you dont need a buggy for it as the buggy has specific schedules.
If you are looking for a place to dine with Jimbaran beach view and amazing seafood but does not want to go with the crowd, Sundara restaurant behind the hotel was perfect.
My daughter and I had the best Jimbaran fish here, and I am a local! The restaurant belong to FS hotel. So yes the price is high but the food and service is amazing, also you don’t need to go far! The location if this hotel was perfect for a family.
The kids play was good but could be better, honestly if this was marketed as family hotel i think they can put a little more effort in keeping the kids corner updated. There is also a specific section for kids dining area with TV and kids utensils, but somehow is a bit dark.
The food was perfectly separated for halal/no pork. It was the perfect mix between local food and western, i had the best bakso there.
As for room, We had a suite room overlooking the pool, and the fact that we are on 2nd floor makes it so easy to go to restaurant and the pool as it was only 1 stair away.

Especially the breakfast buffet – every dish was delicious! I particularly loved the bakery bar; the Western pastries were amazing. For dinner, we went to their sister hotel (connected to Andaz) for a buffet. The food variety wasn't extensive, but thankfully everything was quite good. There was also a spectacular fire show in the middle. At first, I thought it might be a bit cheesy, but it actually turned out to be quite entertaining!
However, the best part of the entire resort experience, in my opinion, was the beach.
The photo I uploaded was taken at the hotel beach. That night, the sky was clear, and the moon rose over the sea – it was incredibly beautiful! My family and I were walking on the beach after dinner when we saw this scene, and everyone gasped. I never thought I'd actually witness a 'moon rising from the sea,' a sight I'd always thought only existed in Tang Dynasty poetry.

We were extremely happy and delighted to stay at the Udaya Resorts and Spa for 5 nights as two couples. The staff was very polite and welcoming. All arrangements are excellent and in very neat and clean condition. The breakfast choices were very good and delicious. High Tea was also excellent. Vegetarian and Vegan choices for lunch and dinner could be improved. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were outstanding.
Only downside is the cost of the Spa Massages. They were double or triple what the nearby massage parlors charged.
Shuttle service to Ubud Palace is every two hours whi h should ideally be every hour especially in the evening after 5 pm for guests to enjoy.

This hotel is located in Ubud, but it's a bit further away from the Royal Palace and the main commercial areas, making it relatively quieter. It's built into the terrain, so the lobby is on the 5th floor (accessed by elevator) and leads out to the street. Breakfast is served on the lowest level, floor G, and there's a scenic walking path further down, surrounded by lush greenery and a river. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Coco Mart near Ubud center; it's best to book in advance.
Overall, the facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness is excellent. Housekeeping is prompt and thorough. The lower floors, below the lobby, feel a bit more humid, and you might occasionally find ants in the room. Depending on the season, you might encounter other little critters – it's all part of the experience, given its proximity to the forest and river, which is common for many hotels in Bali.
The service is friendly and enthusiastic, but that's generally the standard in Bali, so it's not particularly standout. Any needs can be communicated at any time, and they'll do their best to resolve them, always with a smile.
Breakfast at Sungai Restaurant doesn't offer a huge variety for a Chinese palate, and it lags a bit behind equivalent domestic hotels, but they do have the essentials. The emotional value is high; staff proactively guide you to your seat and inquire about your basic needs and your stay/dining experience. For extroverts, this interactive service is fantastic – if you're willing, you could chat for ages.
In some rooms on the lower floors below the hotel lobby, the windows look out onto a landscaped wall and greenery. Although the windows are sealed shut, people (who seem like hotel staff) occasionally walk through the gaps between them... The hotel, surprisingly, didn't provide any warning about this. I encountered this twice during my four-day stay and almost had an embarrassing moment. 😂

My impressions are mixed. On the plus side: the hotel has a pleasant nook, the road leading to it and the surrounding area are nice, and there's a small lake and a couple of decent restaurants for a quick bite right opposite. It's much better than most of Uluwatu, which is filled with broken roads and endless construction. The rooms are a bit dated; there was a nail sticking out from under the TV stand, and the toilet kept making a flushing noise occasionally after pressing the button, but overall it was clean and tidy. We didn't ask to change rooms, though. Breakfast was satisfactory; like everywhere else, it was sometimes difficult to get eggs from the station, but there were many alternatives like pancakes, local soups and main courses, pastries, and desserts. The same restaurant for lunch/dinner was a bit overpriced, portions were smaller than usual, and there wasn't much meat in the dishes. We also had to order drinks twice and wait before being told they were out of stock. For savings, I recommend joining the hotel's loyalty program for a 20% discount on your bill, but for truly good food, it's better to eat outside the hotel. We booked the hotel with 'bonuses' including a massage, which was fine, and welcome drinks (available any day at the restaurant/bar) – these turned out to be just two tiny glasses of boxed juice. Honestly, it would be better not to offer such a gift at all than to offer that. We only dipped into the pool once; there were no staff members on that floor at all, so we had to bring our own towels. There's a billiards table, but it's always covered with a cloth. There were some cracked tiles and construction boards in places, and they were mowing the lawn nearby. Definitely not a place for a full day of chilling, but you can go for a quick half-hour swim. My biggest dissatisfaction at the hotel was with the towel situation and the staff's response to it. Initially, there were only THREE towels in the room. For two people. In a supposedly four-star hotel. Two bath towels and one foot towel, that's it. Immediately after checking in, we went to the reception and asked for two more small hand towels. A couple of hours later, nothing. We went a second time, and okay, they brought the towels, problem solved. But the next day during cleaning, they took these towels (and note, they weren't thrown on the floor; the hotel's policy is supposedly 'eco-friendly,' and according to the rules in the room, towels for 'replacement' are supposed to be thrown on the floor), and didn't provide new ones. Another trip to reception followed, and we agreed that for the rest of our stay, no towels in our room should be changed at all – just the trash taken out. This rule was followed for another day, but then the towels were taken again. We were too tired to fight it anymore and just accepted it. Judging by other reviews and the situation we observed, there's high staff turnover here; there's one competent administrator, but the rest are green trainees who know absolutely nothing. Also, I recommend getting a room with a balcony, because after two days of drying inside the room, I still had to use a hairdryer on my swimsuit to pack it in my suitcase. The villas are incredibly spacious with unparalleled views. Everything you can touch, and even what you can see, is spotless. The outdoor loungers are very clean. The in-room appliances and smart features have all been updated.
**Software:** Every staff member greets you warmly. I was amazed that, besides my dedicated butler, several other staff members remembered my name when I encountered them. Without me even mentioning it, staff members noticed when I bumped my foot or got mosquito bites and proactively offered assistance, calling for medical help or bringing mosquito repellent and anti-itch cream. Services like breakfast delivery, refreshments, and turn-down service were all meticulously executed. The butler was available 24/7 and responded instantly.
**Food:** The food was excellent. It's best described as creative cuisine using local ingredients, completely changing my previous impression that Indonesian food was unappetizing. Whether it was breakfast, afternoon tea, or dinner, almost everything I ordered was delicious, and many dishes were truly spectacular. You really can't go wrong here. It truly lives up to its Michelin reputation, and the prices are very reasonable.

1. The room service and cleaning is every morning and it’ss clean 🧽🧹.
2. When I ask to open the mangos they helped me to peel the mangos and cut them for me.
3. Every question that I have they are ready to give clear answers and explanations.
4. They can speak English properly (all staffs).
5. I played with the hotel’s cat, it was adorable, I should’ve feed the cat but I don’t have the cat’s food, lol.

This hotel is a bit far from Lassadova Beach. However, the facilities are a little old, but the breakfast is good. There's a swimming pool around the building, but it was too hot, so not many people were swimming. It's a great hotel for a layover. The breakfast has a wide variety, the coffee is delicious, and there are various fruits. There are few restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so you need to walk a bit to find them.DariRM103

Check in/ out time was not great. 3PM and 11:30AM. Service was also 50/50. Had trouble with wifi and they presented a great solution prompty. But when checking out, requested for assistance for baggage — either it never came or took way too long. Did it myself in the end.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile.
Great breakfast but it could be better if they have more varieties. Room service was fantastic, fast.
