第一次去巴厘岛之前，我以为它只是一个普通海岛，最多就是海边、咖啡厅、看夕阳那种。结果真正去了之后，才发现它真的很容易让人玩到不想回🤩。其实我觉得巴厘岛最特别的是，它的活动不会非常单一。因为你除了可以看夕阳、看梯田、瀑布、神庙，明天又可以跑去 beach club 放空喝东西，晚上再去海边吃海鲜。所以整个 trip 会有一种很 chill、但是又可以很刺激的感觉。
而且巴厘岛还有一个很神奇的地方，就其实明明很多地方游客超多，但你还是会觉得：“这里真的很美，来到这里真的很满足很值得。” 尤其是巴厘岛的夕阳，真的和平时我看到的不一样🌇。除了这些，巴厘岛对马来西亚人来说真的太方便。首先，飞行时间不算长、其次机票常常有 promo、吃东西也不会太贵，所以很多人第一次去完后，过几个月又会再飞一次 😂 所以如果你最近也在 plan 巴厘岛，这篇我直接帮你整理第一次去最值得打卡的景点，还有不同 area 怎么玩、交通怎么安排这些。第一次去只要无脑跟着玩就好啦！
📍 第一次去巴厘岛必打卡的 10 个绝美景点
1️⃣ 乌鲁瓦图神庙 Uluwatu Temple
这个我真的超推荐第一次去巴厘岛的人一定要排进去。它最特别的地方是：神庙直接建在悬崖边上，下面就是印度洋，所以黄昏夕阳出来的时候真的会美到不真实🌴。不过其实很多人来这里不只是为了看神庙，而是为了看傍晚的 Kecak Fire Dance（火舞表演）。现场会有人一边唱传统音乐、一边表演，配夕阳真的很有 vibe。不过我建议提早一点去哦，不然位置会比较后面。
至于门票的话其实不算贵，进去前工作人员会帮你绑 sarong（因为是宗教场所）。还有一个我一定要让你们注意的是⚠️：这里的猴子真的很爱抢东西 😂 墨镜、耳环、手机、帽子都有可能被拿走，所以不要太靠近猴子！

2️⃣ 海神庙 Tanah Lot
这个算是巴厘岛经典中的经典。它最著名的地方就是那座建在海上的寺庙。涨潮的时候，整座神庙会看起来像漂浮在海中央一样，所以很多人会专门傍晚来这里看风景。而且这里比很多神庙更 easy going，不会太严肃，附近还有很多小店、咖啡馆、纪念品摊位可以慢慢逛。而且其实这里很适合 family trip。因为路不会太难走，长辈也比较容易逛。不过如果是雨季来，我就不太建议了❌，因为海边风会蛮大，对一些长辈来说会比较不适合。
门票的话不会特别贵。推荐大家可以直接在 Trip.com 上订一日游套餐，非常划算！我也建议大家穿拖鞋或舒服的鞋，因为有些地方会湿湿滑滑。

3️⃣ 乌布梯田 Tegalalang Rice Terrace
如果你在 IG 看过那种很梦幻的巴厘岛梯田照，十个有八个应该都是这里 😂 这里其实不只是拍照景点，它是真的还有人在种稻米的。现场会看到很大片的绿色梯田，而且不同时间来颜色会不一样，有时候偏翠绿，有时候偏金黄。
🔍 很多人来这里会玩：
- 🤩 Bali Swing（网红秋千）
- 🤩 鸟巢拍照
- 🤩 空中脚踏车
- 🤩 Cafe 看梯田景
但我要讲一个东西：有些拍照点其实会额外收费，而且会有人一直问你要不要拍，所以如果你不是很爱拍照，其实不用每个都玩✅。这里天气会比海边凉一点，建议早上来哦。因为中午真的很晒，而且人会越来越多。

4️⃣ 巴厘岛天空之门 Lempuyang Temple
这个就是天空之门 😂！几乎已经变成巴厘岛代表景点之一。很多人以为地上的倒影是真的，其实大部分是工作人员用镜子帮你拍出来的。第一次知道的时候我真的有点震惊 hahaha。不过老实讲，现场其实还是很美🏞️。尤其天气好的时候，后面还能看到火山，整个画面真的很壮观。但这里有一个重点：排队可能会很久。真的很久😭。所以其实很多人凌晨就出发，因为从乌布过去车程也不短。那如果太晚来，可能拍一张照片都要等 1–3 小时。还有一点要提醒的是⚠️：这里是宗教场所，所以穿着不能太暴露。

5️⃣ 努沙佩尼达 Nusa Penida
这个是我觉得现实比照片更震撼的地方。它其实是巴厘岛外海的小岛，需要搭快艇过去。虽然交通没有本岛方便，但风景真的很值得。

- 🔍 Broken Beach
- 🔍 Angel’s Billabong

尤其 Kelingking Beach，现场看到那个悬崖的时候真的会觉得超不真实 😂 不过有一点要先讲：这里路真的很颠。很多地方坐车会摇到怀疑人生 hahaha。那时我还先吃了晕车药才出发的，所以这里很不建议长辈来哦，因为路上会很不舒服。而且天气会非常晒，所以一定要带水、防晒和帽子。如果你时间不多，其实 day trip 就够。但如果喜欢慢慢玩、浮潜、看海景，可以住一晚。

6️⃣ 圣泉寺 Tirta Empul
这个地方会让你看到很不一样的巴厘岛。这里不是普通观光景点，它是真的很多当地人会来 “净身祈福” 的寺庙。现场会看到大家排队在圣泉下冲水祈祷，很有当地文化感✨。游客其实也可以体验净身仪式。现场可以租 sarong，也会有人教流程。我觉得它最特别的地方是，它不只是“拍照景点”，而是真的会让人感受到巴厘岛宗教文化。整体氛围很平静很 peace。不过如果只是单纯想拍网美照，可能会觉得这里没那么 flashy。

7️⃣ 金巴兰海滩 Jimbaran Beach
这个地方超 chill，傍晚来超适合！很多人来这里其实不是为了玩水，而是为了在这里吃海鲜大餐。傍晚的时候，整排海边餐厅会开始摆桌椅。
你可以直接坐在沙滩上一边吹海风、一边看 sunset、一边吃烤海鲜。虽然很多人会说这里太游客区了，但老实讲，第一次来巴厘岛我还是觉得值得体验一次 😂 不过价格会比普通餐厅高一点，尤其是海鲜。建议先问清楚价钱。

8️⃣ Kelingking Beach
虽然它在 Nusa Penida，但我觉得值得单独写 😂 因为真的太 iconic 了。这个悬崖从高处看，很像一只恐龙，所以很多人叫它 “T-Rex Cliff”。现场比照片震撼很多。不过很多人不知道的是：“下去海边” 其实超累🫥。楼梯非常陡，而且天气很热。如果平时没运动，真的会走到腿软。所以很多人其实是在上面拍照、看风景就回了。

9️⃣ Handara Gate
这个就是巴厘岛的 “仙境大门”。很多人会以为它是神庙，其实它比较像高尔夫 resort 的入口 😂 但因为背景是山和雾，所以拍出来真的很好看。这里天气通常比较凉，而且很常起雾，所以氛围会跟海边完全不同。很多人都是专门来拍一张照就走📸。

🔟 巴杜尔火山 Mount Batur
如果你喜欢看日出，这个真的很值得。很多人会凌晨两三点起床去爬山，就是为了在火山看日出。虽然听起来很累，但很多去过的人回来都会说：“值得一次🤩。” 爬山难度不算太高，不过还是需要一点体力。通常都会配当地导游一起上山。而且这里有一个很多人不知道的小体验：
有些导游会直接利用火山热气帮你煮蛋 😂 看完日出后，很多人还会顺便去附近泡温泉，超级舒服。

我第一次去巴厘岛的时候，最 confuse 的东西就是 “为什么大家推荐的地方都不一样？” 😂 一下子有人推荐乌布，一下子又叫你住水明漾，还有人说乌鲁瓦图 sunset 最美。不过巴厘岛其实很大，而且每个 area 的 vibe 真的差很多。有些地方适合天天 cafe hopping，有些地方比较适合 chill chill 旅行，还有些地方就是专门给你看海、放空、看 sunset 的。所以第一次去，我真的很建议不要每天换 area。不然你会花很多时间在塞车 😂（巴厘岛 traffic 真的不是开玩笑）

我第一次去巴厘岛的时候带超多衣服，结果最后根本穿不完 😂 因为那边很多地方都很 casual，白天基本就是：

- 洋装
而且很多 cafe、beach club 都很好拍，所以很多人反而会在当地买衣服。我自己会觉得带 “舒服、轻便、好拍照” 的衣服最实用 🌴

The hotel is located within a large complex. There are many restaurants just a street away, and it's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the Collection mall, or you can use the scheduled shuttle service. The hotel isn't directly on the beach, but they offer regular shuttle rides to and from the seaside. Most of the hotel staff are very friendly, with the exception of a few at the beach. Every time I tried to buy a coconut at the beach, the staff would say they were sold out. And when I tried to order other drinks, they seemed quite annoyed. The room itself was spacious and very clean. They provide four complimentary bottles of water daily, and you can request four more. Any additional bottles after that come with a charge. During breakfast, you can see many small squirrels being fed from little wooden bowls hung on the trees in the restaurant.DariNZD 225

This is a premium hotel far outside of Ubud center. Be aware you are about 30 minutes from Ubud if you stay here and there really isn't much to do in the immediate area besides stare at the jungle. Staff was outstanding here with frequent greetings by name and remembering you like a Ritz Carlton.
Because I enjoy regular outings I actually found the location quite inconvenient as an hour a day would have to be devoted just to getting to and from Ubud.
The room I got was enormous and included a dining room, sitting room, bedroom, large bathroom. The in room amenities were great including a free restocking mini bar with snacks (no alcohol) and a large smart TV. The bed was huge, soft, and comfortable.
The bathtub was a downside as it was quite small by western standards (not as small as a japanese tub though). I'm not a very big individual at 173cm and I felt it was too narrow and not long enough. Perhaps suitable for petite individuals only. Be aware of that if like me and many Americans you prefer baths over showers.
The property is very large and you will likely want to regularly use the phone to request the on site golf cart shuttles to get around it as otherwise you will spend much of your time walking uphill from the rooms to the amenities near the entrance like the restaurant and pool.DariNZD 125

We chose this hotel for the last two nights of our Bali trip because it offered excellent value compared to many other resorts in Bali and even other InterContinental properties. The resort itself is huge, with a wide variety of facilities including separate adult and family pools, an indoor gym, a calisthenics gym, beautiful ponds, direct beach access, and very friendly staff. On paper, it seemed like a fantastic choice.
Unfortunately, our stay turned out to be extremely disappointing.
We stayed in room number 4127. On our first night, both of us woke up covered in insect bites despite sleeping tucked under the blankets. Around midnight, we had to spray both the bed and ourselves with insect repellent just to get through the night. The following morning, we reported the issue and requested a room change because we were concerned there might be insects in the mattress. Instead, we were only offered fresh bed sheets and a general cleaning of the room.
Sadly, the exact same thing happened again on the second night. We woke up with even more bites and no longer felt safe sleeping in the bed. We strongly suspected there were bugs hiding in the mattress. We ended up leaving the room in the middle of the night and spent the rest of the night in the hotel lobby because we were too afraid to return to bed.
What disappointed us the most was how the situation was handled. We showed the staff numerous photos documenting the bites over both nights, yet the only compensation offered was to waive a small bill (about RMB 55) for an ice cream and a coffee. Considering we lost two nights of sleep, experienced significant discomfort, and had to spend an entire night in the lobby, this response felt inadequate and did not reflect the level of service we expected.
In addition, the hotel itself feels quite dated. Although it has its charm, many areas appear to have aged significantly. The towels were noticeably worn, wooden fixtures were chipped, and the overall condition suggested the property is overdue for a major renovation.
We genuinely wanted to enjoy our stay because the resort has so much potential. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are plentiful, and the staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. However, the insect issue and the hotel’s response overshadowed everything else. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and thoroughly investigates the mattresses and rooms so future guests do not have the same experience.DariNZD 258

My stay at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu started with a hiccup, it ended on such a wonderful note that I would happily return.
Due to a system error, I was given the wrong room type upon check-in, and unfortunately there were no vacant rooms available that day. However, the hotel team handled the situation professionally. The very next day, they upgraded me to their best room category as part of their service recovery, which I truly appreciated.
What made the experience even more memorable was the genuine hospitality. The staff noticed it was my birthday and surprised me during breakfast by singing a birthday song. I was touched, although a little awkward too 😅. A special mention to Manager Aldi, who consistently checked in on me whenever we crossed paths around the hotel to make sure everything was going well. That personal touch made a big difference.
The hotel itself is beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The sunset views are stunning, the ambience is peaceful, and the spacious grounds make it a great place to unwind. My room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast team was efficient and attentive, and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent.

An absolutely incredible stay at Alaya Resort Ubud! The resort perfectly balances authentic Balinese charm with modern luxury. Even though it is located right in the heart of bustling Ubud, the hotel environment feels like a completely private, tranquil sanctuary.
The views from the property are stunning—waking up to the lush greenery and the peaceful rice terraces is exactly the kind of tropical escape you hope for in Bali. I stayed in an Alaya Room, which was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean.
What truly set this stay apart, however, was the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to ensure the trip was perfect. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property was kept very clean, and all the staff were extremely friendly. There were pool activities starting at 11:00 a.m., which made the stay even more enjoyable. I had heard that the hotel could be noisy, but I didn’t find it noisy at all. There were live bands performing in the garden, and it created a fun and lively atmosphere. The shampoo provided is a combined shampoo and conditioner, so if you prefer using a separate conditioner, I recommend bringing your own. I also appreciated that there were USB ports for charging smartphones, which was very convenient. At the shopping mall next door, you can watch a Kecak dance performance every evening from 6:00 p.m. It’s free to watch, and the performance is truly impressive. We had a lovely stay at Visesa Ubud Resort. The room was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Ubud. One unique feature was the bathtub located right in the center of the room, which made the design feel modern and artistic.
The resort itself is beautiful, surrounded by nature and rice terraces. There are many photo spots around the property, and we really enjoyed taking pictures with the rice field views as the backdrop. It is definitely a great place for nature lovers and those looking to unwind in a peaceful environment.
However, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. There were too many Indian-style dishes and not enough international options. It would be even better if the resort could offer a more diverse and balanced breakfast menu to cater to different tastes.

I chose Sense Seminyak Hotel mainly because of its strategic location—it’s right in front of Eiger and adidas stores, which made shopping super convenient for me. After that, I easily took a Gojek ride to Seminyak Beach to catch the sunset.

Although the building is old, it's very well-maintained, so I had a really comfortable stay! The plumbing, especially, was impeccably managed. The water pressure was excellent, and the temperature was just right. The air conditioning also worked perfectly.
The breakfast offered a great variety, and besides the egg station, there was also a 'pasta station' where dishes were cooked right in front of you. They didn't just warm up the sauce; they actually cooked the pasta properly. It was delicious. There were a lot of Indian guests, and the breakfast menu had plenty of Indian dishes, which I really enjoyed.
Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to use the TV at all and hardly watched anything. (It displayed a message to check the antenna, so it might have been broken.)
The location is very convenient – close to the airport, and within walking distance of Beachwalk. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
On the last day, I was able to use the pool after check-out, and then borrowed a shower room to change before leaving. I left the hotel feeling very content.

Simple gesture like pressing the lift, helping to open door when car arrive are value added bonuses. Room sound proof is pretty bad. Can literally hear kids laughing sound or the sound from the pool.
Got to take extra note when check out as well. They dont check the room and just discharge accordingly, so if you left item inside, so be it.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional, especially considering the price range compared to other hotels in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. The service was outstanding in every detail.
The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent, and the whole hotel had a clean, relaxing atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had such peaceful sleep every night.

The location is also perfect: close to everything in Kuta while still feeling peaceful and quiet inside the hotel.

The room was too humid, probably due to the air conditioning, making both the floor and bedding damp. I had to ask for towels to lay on the floor and a new comforter. The soundproofing isn't great, but it was fine for an overnight stay. The breakfast was good, with plenty of eggs. It's a 10-minute drive from the airport and they offer a shuttle service. There's a small supermarket, massage, and currency exchange right next to the hotel, which is much better than the airport's, so that was convenient.
There's a pool, a large lawn, and it's close to the beach, though the beach itself was a bit dirty and messy. You can watch planes land from the beach.
I booked an airport transfer for the next morning and confirmed it twice, being told it was all set. However, when I went down early to wait for the car, it wasn't there. Luckily, I went down early enough that the front desk was able to call a temporary ride.DariNZD 77

For my second hotel in Bali, I chose the Element by Westin Ubud. Given that Bali is famous for its rainforests in addition to its beaches, and Ubud is the heart of terraced rice paddies, rainforests, and traditional architecture, I opted for a hotel there. However, I won't be staying at this property again.
**Service:**
The staff are mostly young and energetic, with good attitudes. However, my overall experience was just mediocre, mainly due to two issues:
1. During check-in, they recommended a Chinese New Year's Eve dinner. I paid by topping up an account, but then they told me they had no change. It took several phone calls the night before departure to finally get my change back.
2. The Chinese dinner itself was also a letdown. The food selection was limited and even less extensive than the breakfast. Plus, drinks had to be purchased separately. For a buffet at this price point, it was quite unacceptable.
**Location:**
The hotel is quite secluded, about a 40-minute walk from the heart of Ubud. Taking a taxi takes roughly the same amount of time due to heavy traffic. The surroundings are very isolated, so I wouldn't recommend it.
It's a 20-minute drive to the rice terraces.
**Facilities:**
1. I initially booked a pool access room based on pictures, expecting it to be right outside my door. However, upon arrival, I discovered a significant gap: the room was on the same floor as the pool, but I still had to walk a fair distance to reach it. The photos were misleading.
2. The bathroom lacked body lotion and a weighing scale. For a five-star hotel, this felt a bit underwhelming and not quite up to par.

The hotel's location is excellent; we could watch the beach sunset from the 6th-floor restaurant. After the sun set, it was just a convenient 5-minute walk to the nearby beach, and the evening glow was beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Western and Indonesian options. I highly recommend the coconut milk beef soup; its flavor was uniquely wonderful. For dinner, we ate at the 6th-floor restaurant while watching the sunset. We ordered grilled fish, but they didn't have the one on the menu and substituted it with blue marlin. It was grilled so tough it was hard to chew and had no flavor. So, the next evening, we went to the convenient Village Hotel next to the Fox Hotel for dinner, and it was delicious. Just about ten meters out of the hotel alley, at the intersection, there's a small shop selling various souvenirs, which are quite cheap and worth a look. The bottled water provided by the hotel felt like it was refilled, so I didn't dare to drink it. We bought large bottles of water from the small shop for drinking and brushing our teeth. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking.
In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception.
If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception.
If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant.

Good day! This was our first time visiting this hotel. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Let's start with the pros: nice spacious rooms, a great view, wonderful pillows, and delicious breakfasts. The beach is beautiful with easy access to the water.
Now for the cons: 1. The hotel is starting to show its age and needs renovation, especially the common areas. 2. Beach cleaning was slow. 3. It was difficult to find a sun lounger; if you didn't claim one early in the morning, you risked being without one. There were also issues with towels. 4. The restaurants were very expensive, about three times pricier than those at Bali Collection. There was an incident with our room, and it took a while to resolve the issue. However, to the hotel's credit, they offered us a complimentary meal at the Chinese restaurant as a nice gesture. Pros:
✅ No damp smell, well ventilated ( I was worried about this)
✅ No insects in the room. There might be some geckos 🦎 (which is normal and expected) but I didn’t see any.
✅ Very clean in general
✅ Comfortable bed
✅ The service is amazing
✅ The staff is very friendly and helpful
✅ The breakfast is very good, there are plenty of choices.
✅ Their restaurant is also very good, in case you don’t want to go out of the resort.
✅ The vibe at the beach is nice and if you like water sports it is also good.
✅ The pool is huge and very nice
✅ Reasonable price (but it will depend on the season and demand)
Cons:
😑 Sound proof can be better, one can hear everyone from the pool (the sound enters from the main door)
😑 The beach is not the best for swimming, and is a bit dirty in general (not the hotel’s fault)
😑 The gym can be better as there are only 3 machines (spinning, treadmill and elliptical) the dumbbells are fine

However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The room description on Trip.com stated that the bed would be either a queen bed or twin beds, but we were instead given a king bed, even though we tried checking in as early as possible so that we can get a twin beds room. Bed type should be clearly specified and guaranteed during the booking process to avoid misunderstandings.
The hotel's carpet is quite old and had a noticeable smell. In one of our rooms, the air conditioner appeared dusty and barely blew any air. However, after we contacted the front desk, the issue was resolved promptly, which we appreciated. The curtains were also not blackout curtains, allowing too much light into the room early in the morning.
Despite requesting a quiet room, we were assigned a room next to the swimming pool. The soundproofing was also quite poor, and we could clearly hear people walking and talking along the corridor throughout the day and night, which affected our rest.DariNZD 31

🛎️ Check-in & Staff: Staff were friendly all over the hotel. Check-in was smooth — our room wasn't ready yet, but they kindly offered us a complimentary tea hour at the Khatha Lounge while we waited. A lovely touch.
🛏️ The Room: Spacious, and they had the sofa bed set up for our family in advance. However, our first room was on a corridor that acts as the main pass-through to all other rooms — nearly every guest walks past your door. It was very noisy, especially at night, and got much worse in the evenings with guests staying up for the World Cup games. I had to go to reception very late at night to request a change. Tip: avoid rooms 1502–1510.
👍 To their credit, reception handled it well and moved us to a quieter floor away from the elevator. So in the end, just 1 noisy night out of our 5-night stay.
🏊 Pool: Very large — essentially 4 connected pools, including a dedicated kids' pool (around 40 cm deep) with slides. Perfect for children.
🍳 Breakfast: Very good with a wide variety of options.
💆 Spa: Very nice and clean.
Verdict: A warm, family-friendly resort with excellent facilities and staff who genuinely fix problems when they arise. Would stay again — just request a room away from the main corridor.

We had a wonderful stay at Andaz Bali. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, with a great balance of modern comfort and Balinese character.
We stayed in the lagoon access suite, which was definitely a highlight of the trip. Having direct access from our terrace into the lagoon was fantastic, and being able to swim all the way to the main pool made the experience feel really special. The suite itself was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.
The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. Alacarte buffet breakfast offered a great variety of local and international options and hand crafted juices and smoothies. Everything we tried throughout our stay was excellent.
Overall, Andaz Bali is a fantastic resort for a relaxing getaway. The combination of the beautiful grounds, excellent service, and the lagoon access suite made for a memorable stay. One of the best, if not the best in Sanur. We'd happily return.DariNZD 426

Pros: The pools are big enough for a relaxed and spacious swim. There's an ice cream cafe, and the place is clean. The staff are friendly, and the room has all the essentials: tea, coffee, and water replenished daily.
Cons: Breakfasts are mostly Asian, and they often try to pass off old food as fresh, especially the potatoes and cherry tomatoes. Very few fruits; only watermelon and papaya for the whole week. Absolutely no variety. A huge downside is the noise! If your room is near the elevator, expect constant banging and humming. You can also clearly hear conversations and other noises from the neighboring room.

Stayed at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve with my family. The hotel lobby is grand and absolutely stunning! Our room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. We received delicious welcome fruits and snacks, and there was an ample supply of drinking water. Our Chinese butler, Nessa (Honghong), was incredibly helpful during our two-day stay! She was always responsive to our requests, replied promptly, was understanding, patient, and provided attentive and thoughtful service.
It happened to be Mother's Day, and Nessa helped my son fulfill his idea of surprising me. I received beautiful flowers, a cake, and a thoughtful card from the hotel!
The Indonesian restaurant's breakfast spread was fresh and abundant, offering both buffet and à la carte options. The staff were proactive, polite, and friendly! Nova was particularly understanding; seeing that I liked mangosteen but wasn't sure how to open it, she kindly prepared it for me and brought it over. It was a truly heartwarming gesture!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel's photos don't do it justice - the lobby, staff greetings, and overall ambiance are truly impressive.
The staff members are remarkably friendly, polite, and attentive, providing top-notch service that makes you feel valued. The hotel's bay view is breathtaking, offering a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, and we initially thought it would be just like any other hotel we usually book. However, once we entered the room, we immediately noticed something different. The layout is unique, with a bathtub positioned behind the bed, creating a distinctive and somewhat playful atmosphere. The room itself is very spacious.
The hotel features a functional gym, a large swimming pool, and overall cleanliness and amenities are satisfactory. Its location is also a plus—only about 500 meters from Petitenget Beach, with plenty of food options nearby.
What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were very polite and attentive, especially Doni and Ari, who made our stay even more enjoyable.
