Vana Nava is our top choice for a family vacation with elders and children. As soon as we got out of the car, staff members were there to help with our luggage. We handed it over and headed straight to the lobby on the 8th floor for check-in. By the time we got to our room, our luggage had already been delivered. The room was spacious, and the staff thoughtfully added an extra bed for us, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with enough variety that it never felt repetitive, even after several days. The shuttle bus service was very convenient; we could book our destinations and return times with the front desk in advance. All in all, we'll definitely choose this place again next time!

An unexpected gem, this resort is perfect for a relaxing getaway! The gardens are expansive and the buildings are well-maintained, making it ideal for anyone looking to experience unique Thai architecture. Every staff member was incredibly friendly. Each afternoon, they even delivered complimentary snacks to our room. The breakfast offers Western, Thai, and a few Chinese options. The bread was delicious, and the jams were homemade – you can even pre-order and buy them if you like. There's currently some renovation work happening, but it didn't bother us during our stay unless we walked near the construction zone. As expected with so much greenery, there were some mosquitoes. Do note that a deposit is required upon check-in.

I was unimpressed from check-in. There were two front desk staff members, both busy with other guests, so we had to wait in the seating area. One of the staff members finished with their customer but didn't even glance our way. They just walked back and forth at the desk, glued to their computer screen. Out of courtesy, seeing they were busy, we waited for them to call us. But they never did; their eyes remained fixed on the computer until another guest walked in and was immediately checked in. Then three or four more guests came after that, and I couldn't take it anymore. In the end, I had to stand in line, and by the time I finally checked in, probably three or four other rooms had already been processed. The front desk had zero eye contact and no greeting whatsoever. This is truly unacceptable. Regarding the room, it was very spacious, but there were ants, as shown in the attached video. As for the towels in the bathroom, their condition was as shown in the pictures. Honestly, if I had towels like that at home, I would throw them away. In the morning, I couldn't find the hairdryer plug anywhere in the bathroom. It wasn't until the evening that I discovered it was inside the same drawer as the hairdryer. You had to pull the drawer out completely to see the plug. I don't understand their organization at all; how many people would pull the drawer out that far? The only plug that was prominently visible was the shaver socket. On the first night, I didn't finish all the complimentary water, leaving one bottle. When I returned, instead of having three bottles (the original two plus one for the one I drank), they only added one bottle, replacing the one I consumed. The benefit we should receive is two bottles of water per day. Some might call me stingy, but I just see it as unfair. In summary, my impression of this place is a 2 out of 10.

During my recent vacation, I had the pleasure of staying at the Lapa Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. While it may not have the highest ratings and recommendations on Trip.com, I truly believe it deserves to be on the list of top hotels. First and foremost, cleanliness was impeccable, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was well-maintained and a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes. The location is another major plus—it’s conveniently situated right next to the famous Bluport shopping mall and just a five-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. What stood out most was the friendly and attentive staff, who made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The hotel’s adorable decoration gave it a cozy yet stylish vibe, and the wide balcony in our room provided a relaxing space to unwind. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a satisfying and enjoyable experience. It’s truly a hidden gem that deserves more recognition!

Environment: The hotel is very close to Cicada Market, and the weekend night market is great for browsing. The hotel's spa is also fantastic and very Instagrammable. The main pool is nice. Service: The front desk and reservations department provided excellent service. The breakfast restaurant is small, and we had to wait for a table almost every morning.

Initially we stayed for 5 nights and then we liked the hotel and decided to stay for another 5 nights. Price value performance is great. Location unbeatable 2 minutes to market village and 10 minutes to Blueport by walking, from the hotel to the beach 3 minutes walk and it's on the main road of Hua Hin. The lady who was cleaning our room on daily basis really did a great job. And the uncle who carried our luggage when we checked in and stored for us on the day of check out was super friendly was a huge smile every time we met. I think these people are the ones who make hotels nice one not the building

This is a good hotel, slightly old fashioned but the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was big and had good storage. WiFi was not good so the smart TV was not usable. Breakfast is cheap if a little limited and would benefit from better quality coffee. There's a nice pool which would benefit from more sunbeds, parasols and a pool towel station. The location is great and price is good. Our room was advertised as mountain view. Make your own mind up about that description!

The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well maintained, and the pool area was relaxing and never felt overcrowded. The hotel offers excellent value for money and has a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The location is good, with restaurants, convenience stores, and the beach within a reasonable distance, although you may want a scooter or Grab for some attractions. The amenities were solid overall, but a larger gym or a few additional facilities would make the hotel even better. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. I highly recommend Asira Boutique Hua Hin to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable boutique hotel with exceptional service.

Stayed in the single bed room. As the rate was low, I didn't have high expectations. It's just a super basic room as shown in the pictures. It's 4-7min walk to the train station. I picked this because I came in and going out via train, so it's convenient . It's 4-5min walk to the daily morning & night markets (slightly different locations). 7-11s are few min away. Food stall/shops are abundant. About 10-15min walk to the central beach, not too far to catch a sunrise. Hotel reception is ok. The guy who checked me in is easy to approach. As I put up the Do Not Disturb sign, they left my clean towel and drinking water outside by the door. AC and water both ok, no issue. All good, I would gladly say! 🤗

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms. We had a room with direct pool access, which was a fantastic option, complete with our own sun loungers and a table. The pool was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and large. Slippers, bathrobes, and other amenities were all provided. The shampoo and shower gel were wonderful, truly incredible. The breakfast was excellent, and there was direct access to the beach. Everything was comfortable and well-thought-out. Squirrels and roosters live on the hotel grounds… it was interesting to watch their interactions. We have very warm and pleasant memories of our stay at the hotel. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back.

We booked a beachfront room for our wedding anniversary. The hotel gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a great view. They even arranged towels into animal shapes on the bed and left a congratulatory card, which was a nice touch. However, there was no cake or sweets. They provided a complimentary first bucket of ice, and it seemed like they initially gave 4 bottles of water, but they happily provided more upon request without charge.

We enjoyed our 4N stay very much! Special shout out to Minnie and Tita who were ever so helpful and friendly. Love the moon deck Massage was one if tye best I had experienced.. therapists were v derailed and thorough. 👍 The breakfast was awesome! Great variety of options and food was delicious. 😋 I feel that pool and beach service should include providing towels for guests instead of us bringing towels from room. The hairdryer in our room was faulty and caught fire the 1st night. It was replaced and the 2nd 9ne had fumes and had burnt smell too after 2 nights. I think housekeeping need to check all their hairdryers thoroughly.

One of my favorite hotels in Hua Hin. Especially for the price. Having stayed here multiple times I personally think the location is one of the best features of the hotel. First, the proximity to the beach is excellent. I also really love their large pool and the beach views from the pool area are excellent, vast expansive ocean and sky views. And the massage service at the beach side is a nice little luxury upgrade. Next is the proximity to two of the best night markets Hua Hin has to offer. Walking distance Cicada and Tamarind night markets. Note, these markets are primarily open in the evenings and on the weekend! Tamarind is open on Thursday. Anyway, I liked exploring this area and keep coming back to it so looking forward to staying at the hotel again.

Location is literally beach front. 5 star for that. Our room is on the 2nd floor of wooden house by the beach. Literally sea views from the room windows. The only drawback was we got 2 calls from the reception to walk very gently as 1st floor guests was complaining about loud foot steps. Basically, we had to tip toe to move around the room. We were also charged additionally 400 baht for our 12 years old daughter even though we did not ask for extra bed, towel and amenities. Anyway, the 400 baht probably is the price for my daughter's minimal buffet breakfast. The only reason I will only give a few stars is because the big cockroach that climbed on my daughter's towel on the check out date. I didn't bother to complain about it since we were going to check out anyway.

Stayed at Riche Hotel in Hua Hin and overall it’s very good value for money. The location is decent and they run a free shuttle bus to the market and back every hour, which is really handy and saves taxis. Price is very reasonable for what you get. The bed itself is comfortable, but the pillows are rock hard — honestly like sleeping on a block of stone, unless you’re someone who likes an extremely firm pillow. Bathroom and shower were fine during the stay, although on our last morning the shower temperature wasn’t steady and kept changing, which was a bit frustrating. Pool and gym are small but perfectly usable, and there’s a nice chilled seating area on the 3rd floor which is a good touch. Overall: good value for money and I’d stay again, but the pillows (and that last-day shower issue) were the main let-downs.

In contrast, Garden Sea View Resort offers direct ocean access, with the sea right below. There's also a dedicated safe zone for swimming and kayaking. The hotel itself boasts a swimming pool, spa, nail salon, coffee shop, and a sea-view restaurant… you can enjoy a one-stop vacation without even leaving the premises. The hotel provides 7 daily complimentary shuttle services to Terminal 21, Pattaya's most popular shopping mall. This way, you can easily access the bustling areas when you want, and retreat to tranquility at the hotel when you prefer. This is truly the perfect way to experience a coastal city vacation. Surrounding Amenities: Since this was my second visit, I spent some time exploring the hotel's vicinity. Right at the hotel's access road entrance is a Tops supermarket. Within a few hundred meters, there are two more Tops supermarkets and two 7-Eleven stores. There's also a small night market where many Westerners dine in the evenings, and a fruit market offering a wide variety of fresh, seasonal fruits at great prices – perfect for enjoying all the durian you desire! The area also has numerous small shops, car rental services, nail salons, pharmacies, and more, giving it a vibrant local feel. Hotel Dining & Services: The hotel's Blue Kirin Sea View Restaurant is fantastic for photos! It offers delicious Thai, Japanese, and Western cuisine, with prices ranging from tens to over a hundred yuan per person. Sitting by the sea in the evening, enjoying the breeze, listening to live music, and savoring good food truly makes for a delightful vacation experience. A one-hour massage at the hotel costs 500 Thai Baht, and in-house guests receive a 10% discount. While it's slightly pricier than surrounding massage parlors, considering the 5-star environment and cleanliness, I opted for the hotel's massage service for the rest of my stay. An hour for approximately 90 Chinese Yuan is quite reasonable. The masseuses are highly skilled, leaving you feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommended!

Excellent place! I rented a deluxe room on the 21st floor in August for 7,000 baht. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. Below, I'll detail what I was pleased with. The room offers a great city view, as shown in the photos I've attached. Beyond the standard amenities, it also includes a washing machine, a drying rack on the balcony, a microwave, and a stove. The bathroom is spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub. There are plenty of outlets near the bed! Everyone in the reviews raves about Nisa. She's the local supervisor, very sweet and helpful (definitely ask her for recommendations on good places to eat!). Besides her, I want to commend all the hotel staff in general. They are smiling and friendly, and the service is top-notch. Housekeeping is timely and thorough. The hotel is located on the third line, and yes, it's a 20-minute walk to the beach. However, you don't need to go to Pattaya's main beach; it's dirty and crowded. It's better to go to other beaches with clean shores and fewer Chinese tourists eating there. On the bright side, the hotel is essentially in the middle of all the main points of interest – supermarkets, shopping malls, Walking Street are all within walking distance. There are also plenty of pharmacies, 7/11s, cafes, and currency exchange spots nearby. And yes, the rooftop pool is great. There are many sun loungers, and the pool itself isn't too deep. Next to it, there's a lounge area with a bar and comfortable seating. Make sure to catch a sunset there sometime! Finally, the hotel offers massages (not cheap, but better quality than what you'd find on the street), a small gym, and its own restaurant (I didn't try the breakfast, I ate elsewhere). In conclusion, this hotel is worth its 5 stars. I highly recommend it!

This was my second stay at Siam@Siam Pattaya, and once again, I was very impressed. As a returning guest, I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a lovely Welcome Back treat. The view was fantastic, although the glass windows might be a little scary for anyone afraid of heights! One minor issue was some noise coming from the fitness center on the 23rd floor, probably from guests dropping dumbbells on the floor. However, the hotel handled it very quickly and professionally. The hotel also offered to change my room to a beautiful Sea View Studio with a bathtub. I really appreciated how proactively the staff tried to make my stay more comfortable. Overall, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and quick to solve any issues. I had a great stay and will definitely come back again!

After my stay at Holiday Inn, I moved here for two days. Hilton's facilities are better, and I also had a 'sea view selected room,' which included executive lounge access and breakfast. The surrounding area is very convenient but a bit noisy. There was still some noise at night, as the window insulation wasn't very good. Even on the 25th floor, most newly built hotels these days have excellent soundproofing. When the balcony door was open, the air conditioning would turn off. However, it was a bit slow to react; I had to close and secure it several times before the AC would restart. Plus, the balcony door was extremely heavy, requiring some strength to close if you're not very strong. Other than that, everything was good. It's suitable for friends or solo travelers on vacation, and I would choose to stay here again.

We booked two rooms; while breakfast wasn't included, they gave us 400🐷 in vouchers to use at the restaurant, which felt like getting breakfast anyway. The staff, especially one lady, was very friendly and spoke pretty good Chinese! There's a gym on the second floor, but we didn't get a chance to check it out. We went shopping at Terminal 21 and also tried the seafood buffet recommended by a friend for 289🐷, which was good. Overall, it was a decent experience. The only minor thing is that the bed could be a little lower! The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and close to several number shows and the Tiffany Show. We also went across the street for an hour-long massage at Healthy Massage. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

Absolutely loved it here! The location is fantastic, super convenient for getting anywhere, and there are eateries everywhere. The 4th floor has a dedicated kids' zone, and my little ones didn't want to leave. The staff here are all so friendly! Kimn at the front desk provided excellent service! And the concierge team was incredibly helpful! If I ever come back, I'll definitely choose this place again!

I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel on Sentosa Island in Singapore many years ago and had a great experience. This time, I chose the one in Pattaya, and honestly, I was a bit disappointed. For over 720 a night, I got a room with no sea view, which is an awkward price point. The room was newly renovated and quite spacious, but the duvet wasn't down. The breakfast was not good, comparable to an Ibis in Bangkok. There were a lot of Caucasians and Indians, but hardly any Chinese. A big complaint is the air conditioning – it hums constantly. If you're a heavy sleeper, it's fine, but for light sleepers like me, it's truly frustrating.

Hotel Amber Pattaya is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool with sunbeds, and a good hot sauna. The gym, however, is extremely small and could definitely be improved. My main issue was that the hotel felt too crowded for its size, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for peace, quiet, or a more relaxing atmosphere. Honeymoon room with seaviews is nice and clean, the food in the pool bar not good, indian restaurant and breakfast spread excellent, drinks at sunset bar could barely taste the alcohol in some glasses, cocktails at swim up poop nat surprisingly strong, overall it was a nice stay - relaxing valentines weekend, shout out to the housekeeping staff! every time we walk past a room they are cleaning, they wai and greet us with a smile. Even greeted us Happy Valentines day!!! The towel guys also goes out of their way to find you an empty lounge chair to use! I genuinely felt their hospitality! Frontdesk takes the whole digits of your credit card down after swiping it for security depoait,my husband felt unease/weird with it. Nonetheless everyone helpful

This is an excellent hotel, a hidden gem of a resort. It's located about 6-7 kilometers from Pattaya Central, right by the sea, and the surroundings are very peaceful. The views are absolutely stunning, 100 out of 100! The hotel service is perfect; all the staff are attentive, friendly, polite, and considerate of guests. Plus, they all speak English, which is a huge bonus! There were two small things that really touched me, but I won't go into detail – the hotel is just that good~! The hotel offers buggy service to take guests to their rooms and also provides a daily shuttle bus service to and from Central Pattaya, making getting around very convenient.

We stayed for 15 days in July, and a deluxe room cost 15,500 rubles. This was very cheap, so we didn't have high expectations. Upon arrival, we were offered two rooms to choose from: one with a balcony and one without. We opted for the room with a balcony. The room was small but comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. There was always hot water. It wasn't spotlessly clean, but that didn't bother us much as we only slept in the room. Water and coffee were replenished daily. To get your room cleaned, you need to hang the sign on the doorknob; otherwise, it won't be done. The Thai staff were very responsive and helpful with all our requests. The small pool was in the shade, and hardly anyone used it; my husband and I swam there a couple of times. Beach towels are provided at the reception. Overall, we were happy with our stay at the hotel; we didn't expect anything like it for that price. One more thing: the main entrance to Koji Beach closes after 8 PM, but there's an access path to the sea at the Cozy Beach Hotel, which you can use without any issues.

This hotel looks really nice. The room size was decent, and having two chairs was a plus. It was clean, and I opted for a room with a bathtub. Overall, it was a good stay with high value for money. It's also very close to a 7-Eleven, convenience store, and supermarket. The only downside is there's a nightclub next door, so if you're a light sleeper sensitive to bass, I wouldn't recommend it.

The service is great! As soon as we stepped out of our taxi our luggage was taken care off, check in went quickly but since we arrive before 2pm we needed to wait a bit before we can enter the room. The room was clean, it is nice and big and it is as described. I would say that the bathtub was a bit small for me and I am 175cm tall, in the night it can get a bit noisy due to multiple bars being close by however it didn't bother me personally. There are some free items for the minibar like a coke and some water which is a nice extra. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. I forgot to take pictures but the room looked like advertised.

Honestly, there's not much left to add. My review remains overwhelmingly positive. This is our second year vacationing here, and our fourth stay at this hotel. We've stayed in various room categories and on different floors. What we love most: The pool is simply delightful, always clean and surrounded by neatly trimmed bushes. The grounds are small but very clean and tidy. Fresh towels are always neatly stacked. I especially want to thank the staff. They are all very kind and friendly young people; they always smile and greet you when you pass them in the hallway. They are immaculately dressed and aesthetically pleasing. This is actually quite important for a positive travel experience. It's lovely to live surrounded by care and comfort. When you step out of your room and meet an employee with a radiant smile and a wonderful appearance, you feel like you're in a luxury hotel. And as usual, just like last year, we are greeted as regular and cherished guests. With a welcome card, fruits on check-in day, desserts, and a birthday garland and card. It's thoughtful, thank you very much. We'll be back next year, and I hope nothing changes for the worse.
