The hotel is great. We enjoyed the pool access room and the swim-up bar. One of the shuttle drivers was awesome. Always up for a friendly chat. Sorry I didn’t get his name. The restaurant was nice. Friendly servers but they will comment on how much you have eaten… bit awkward. The room was clean. Basic amenities. Nothing fancy but just what you would need. It’s quiet. No complaints . A nice hotel if you want to spend some time at the hotel on your holiday, too. Just note if you have mobility issues , the hotel is a bit far from the beach and up a steep hill. You have to rely on hotel shuttle service which starts at 11am (the schedule is on their website) or grab/taxi.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were courteous, the property was clean, and everything else met my expectations. The only downside was that the rooms were quite compact. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a designated smoking area on every floor. Currently, the smoking areas are only on the rooftop and the ground floor. Since my room was located far from the lift, it became a bit inconvenient to travel up or down every time. Adding a smoking area on each floor would make the stay much more comfortable for guests who smoke.

Situated on a higher ground, stayed in a villa this time and it was excellent. Location is near Patong (＜10 mins drive). Jungceylon is less than 10 mins walk and they provide shuttle service to n fro to this location if u required it. Breakfast is buffet style and it's halal based. They are kind enough and surprise us by presenting a cake during breakfast for my partner on her birthday. Excellent service !

If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it. I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here. Thank you Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa for making my birth truly a special and memorable. ♥️

This is our second year in a row staying at this hotel for a few days before flying home. It has a large territory, delicious and varied breakfasts, and buggies are constantly available for transport. The only downside is that we've never been able to visit the hotel's water park because it's closed for renovation during this off-peak season. However, this time they made up for it with a water trampoline and unlimited ice cream for the child. The rooms are large, beautiful, and have everything you need! Daily cleaning is also provided.

Decided last minute to stay two nights in Patong to experience its bustling beach. After checking in, I realized the hotel was in the 'Arab Street' area, with many Middle Eastern and Indian guests. Even the buffet dinner was Indian food – it felt like I'd landed in India! However, this hotel is a chain business-style establishment, so the facilities and management are reliable. The location is excellent: a 5-minute walk to the seafood market, 10 minutes to malls like Big C and Jungceylon, and a 2-minute walk to 7-Eleven. It’s far enough from the lively Bangla Road to be quiet, which is a plus. It's convenient for shopping and getting to the airport later. The rooftop pool has clean water and offers beautiful sunset views. There's also a simple gym. The room's air conditioning was very strong, and they provided a beach bag and bathrobes. The downsides are that the room wasn't very soundproof; I was woken from my nap by loud music from next door, with the sound seeming to come through the Wi-Fi box. Also, the carpet in the elevator was quite dirty.

Coconut Village Resort is quite good in terms of both location and cleanliness. It's close to the beach. There's also a 7-Eleven store outside the hotel. Bangla Market is 1 km away. I'm a little disappointed with the management because I booked two rooms about a month and a half ago. I had two children with me, but they gave us separate rooms. According to the booking, they should have reserved the adjacent room for me.Rooms 110 and 113 are both in the same direction and a short walk down the stairs. I requested a room as well, but they said there were no rooms available. So it's the management's fault.

It was great to have the airport transfer arranged for my late-night arrival. I messaged them on LINE when my flight arrived earlier than expected, and they came to pick me up right away. For 4000 yen a night, I thought this service was excellent value for money. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so it might not be suitable for a larger group staying for multiple nights. The staff were mostly very pleasant, and the front desk was kind enough to help me with a phone call in Thai.

I was a bit surprised when the cleaner entered my room while I quickly came back from breakfast (I didn’t put up a cleaning sign), but she was very apologetic and handled it well. I booked 2 nights without breakfast and purchased a breakfast coupon during check-in, which saved me 100 baht. The location is the only downside which around 15–20 mins walk to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. However, there are good local food options about 10 mins away. The infinity pool is well maintained, with great cocktail happy hours. A perfect place to relax away from the busy nightlife. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

This resort is located in Rawai, and it’s a great choice if you’re looking to stay away from the chaos of Patong. We booked a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely worth it, especially in Thailand’s warm weather. We also really enjoyed the fresh coconut juice and mango sticky rice from the small kiosk just outside the hotel. It’s very convenient, with a convenience store nearby as well perfect for quick snacks. The beach area has a lovely atmosphere, especially the chairs under the trees, which make for a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view. However, swimming isn’t ideal as the water is a bit murky. It also seemed like some drainage from nearby resorts flows directly into the sea, which was disappointing.

For the latter half of our trip to Phuket, we switched to the Marina Phuket Resort, nestled between Kata and Karon beaches. Firstly, this hotel boasts a traditional Thai style, built on a hillside with a rich tropical rainforest vibe. Strolling through the grounds feels like being immersed in a romantic jungle. The architecture is distinctly Thai, and the landscaping offers beautiful scenery at every turn. What truly stands out is that the rear of the hotel connects directly to Karon Beach. Come sunset, gazing out at the horizon, the crimson twilight merges with the sea, waves caress the golden sand, and the dark cliff rocks add to a stunning, unparalleled view. You can walk along the soft, fine sand or enjoy playing in the water – it's perfect. Next door, there's a restaurant that hosts fireworks and fire-breathing shows in the evenings, so if your timing is right, you can enjoy them for free. Secondly, the hotel's service is generally attentive and gentle, very much in the Thai style – perfect for a relaxed, slow-paced vacation. Guests receive complimentary dinner daily at the Red Chopsticks restaurant right outside, offering a fusion of cuisines that's pretty decent. Breakfast is served by the pool, though the selection isn't extensive. Finally, I personally feel this hotel is better suited for older families or couples seeking a quiet retreat. For families with young children, there aren't many play areas, and due to its hillside location, it might be inconvenient for the elderly to move around.

Since I didn't book a hotel in advance for Chinese New Year, I decided to book this place as the price for a triple room was quite reasonable. The triple room was actually pretty spacious, and having one bed per person was perfect. Location: Overall, the location isn't super convenient. Luckily, we booked private cars and island hopping tours for both days we stayed. Otherwise, there's really nothing around. This place seems quite convenient for going to Phi Phi Island, though, as there's a pier about a kilometer away. I saw many people returning from there in the afternoon. Patong Beach is about 4-5 kilometers away. Environment: They gave us a room facing the street, and it was incredibly noisy. The sound of motorbikes revving was super loud. I tried asking the front desk to change rooms, but it wasn't possible.

Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive.

The hotel staff were tremendous and a definite asset. Thoroughly enjoyed the morning yoga sessions we attended with Sasha, who ensured an inclusive session for all levels. In a lovely setting and away from it all but you will need to taxi, or use shuttle to get anywhere. There is a small bar just outside hotel - left as you exit - ran by a couple of local brothers. It’s worth a visit definitely. I get it’s an Eco Hotel and independent but many of the hotel facilities are not what you would expect of a 5 star: gym is very rudimentary and some of kit, not in great nick; the rooms - we had a swim up suite - were quite dated furniture-wise and showing signs of extended wear and tear for instance The wi-fi for us was non-existent in room, and very hit and miss (mostly miss) in and around pool area. I’d imagine this might be a big issue for young families… The breakfast was fine, as was the rooftop bar food. In summary a pleasant enough stay, but not sure it was value for money at the price, and not comparable really to hotels we’d stayed at beforehand and since on this trip. I’d say a four star at best…

We had a fantastic time at Rayavadee! The location is perfect for both Rilay beach and Phra Nang beach. The buffet dinner at Grotto was 5 stars. Breakfast was great too. Top quality food and services throughout our stay. Staffs were friendly and very helpful in every way. We saw monkeys, lizards and birds in the resort. This place is naturally beautiful and well preserved!

The location is great, just steps from the beach with restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself has a massage parlor, a bar, and dining options. I stayed in a family garden view room, which was on the second floor after walking through a pathway past the pool. The room was well-equipped, and I discovered a hidden door. When I opened it, it led to the adjacent room, suggesting these rooms can be connected to form a suite. Just in case, I moved the table and chairs behind the door before going to sleep. It happened to be raining, so there might be mosquitoes; I recommend bringing insect repellent. The hotel's bar and dining were good, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. This stay truly exceeded my expectations, from the moment I checked in until I left, it was a comfortable and thoughtful experience all the way through. What surprised me most was that the hotel upgraded my room type for free without prior announcement. Opening the door to a more spacious room with a better view was both a delightful surprise and incredibly heartwarming. The staff were gentle and polite throughout, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The environment was meticulously clean, and the amenities were complete and functional. The service was unobtrusive yet perfectly executed, understated and genuinely good. The complimentary hotel car service was superb. I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip, highly recommend it!

Booked this hotel based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, and it offered great value for money. When booking, I specifically requested a high-floor room away from the elevators. The hotel ended up giving me a corner room on the sixth floor with large L-shaped windows, which was fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent; right outside, there's a popular street perfect for Instagrammable photos, and every day you see many locals taking pictures there. There are 7-Eleven stores on both sides when you step out, making daily life convenient. The beach is also within walking distance. In the other direction, about two kilometers away, there's a Lotus supermarket, and about 2.5 kilometers further, a local market with cheap fruit and an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet for 180 per person, highly recommended. The hotel provides two key cards, so you can keep the power on even when you're out.

I liked the hotel. It's a bit old, but they really try. It has its own beach. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast: 1150 baht for a family of three, and there's nothing good to eat. There are much better places right outside the hotel.

Booking this hotel through Trip.com was quite a rip-off. We paid around 1000 Thai Baht via the platform, and our room was located right next to the gym and close to the main road, which made it incredibly noisy all night long – we couldn't get any proper rest. What really bugged us was finding out that friends who booked directly with the hotel paid only 800 Thai Baht and even received a 200 Thai Baht breakfast voucher! On top of that, their room had a great view, while our experience was terrible. It's clear that this platform charges Chinese tourists a higher price. Objectively speaking, the hotel's cleanliness was decent. The fatal flaws are the terrible soundproofing and the inflated prices on the booking platform. If you can get it for 800 Thai Baht with the voucher, the hotel's overall value for money would be acceptable, but if you end up with a noisy room at the platform's price, I definitely don't recommend it.

It was a very nice stay, the room was very clean, the pool was great, the spa and access to beach was wonderful. We loved it. The location was wonderful right in the heart of all the action.Breakfast was ok, coffee machine only no barista. Could advertise a bit more about activities going on in the resort, we stumbled upon a fire show by chance that was happening at the beach area right as it was ending we didn’t make it.

Good, clean, simple hotel with a clean swimming pool. The hotel is located right on the beach and next to a busy shopping street. The rooms are very spacious, clean, but a bit dated. The staff are generally very friendly. A downside was that upon check-out, I was immediately asked about items like an umbrella that my children had used and had to pay for a coffee spoon that was apparently missing from the coffee cup in my room.

Lovely hotel. It’s tucked away from Ao Nang beach but as someone who likes to walk, it’s not far away at all. The service was great, the room was kept clean and it was definitely value for money. It came with breakfast but that was like a takeaway wrap and coffee but actually worked well for early morning excursions where you could take them with you. I’ll definitely go back and stay there

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa! The property is lovely, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. A huge shoutout to Een and Gen for being so incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly throughout our visit. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Also, a special mention to Gen, He makes a seriously amazing cocktail! 🍸 Highly recommend this resort if you are looking for great service and a relaxing vibe in Krabi. We will definitely be back!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the linens felt fresh. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with essential toiletries, except toothbrush. The room amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and the television, worked well throughout my stay. The view from the room was enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The only minor drawback is the water temperature in the shower was not stable and kept changing between hot and cold during use, which was quite inconvenient. Also, if your room is located in the block with the check-in lobby, be prepared for some walking everyday, as the road is quite steep. This may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Other than these points, the stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

This is a natural oasis. We were immersed in nature the moment we stepped in. The resort beautifully co-exists with its surroundings, which we absolutely loved. If you are booking, do keep in mind that the resort is built on hills, so you would need to wait for the shuttle to travel to and from different areas within the property. The room was extremely clean with no complaints at all. However, since the resort is located in the hills and surrounded by nature, there were ants and insects attracted to the lights, especially at night. Because of this, we could only really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi during the daytime. There are also monkeys and monitor lizards around the resort, although I only spotted two monitor lizards during our stay. The in-house restaurant and pool were very good as well and added to the overall experience. The whole place feels very remote and peaceful — truly the kind of destination that helps you disconnect, relax, and heal.
