Location is quite good, near RWS attractions, only about 5 to 10 mins walk. The check-in was smooth, the lobby staff were helpful in helping with uploading our baggage and giving us directions. Guests at lobby can help themselves with lemon ice water at the dispensing jars while waiting to check in, we were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary welcome drink each person at the hotel's cafe, we could order any beverage ranging from half pint beer, red or white wine to juices and sodas for the family. Besides enjoying the free drinks, we also enjoyed 20% off on our food orders which was pretty good savings. We were given room 224 at Level 2, with 2 single beds. The room is spacious and it comes with complimentary mini bar snacks like Kitkat, Oreo, 3 cans of fizzy drinks, tea and coffee. The room does feel a bit aged with the shower head a bit leaky at the side and some visible stains on certain corners of the toilet but the super nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and hand/body soap, and quality toilet rolls made up for the experience. Perhaps because of the smoking culture of certain nationality of the guests staying same period as us, the smell of cigarette smoke lingered along the walking aisle of pur corridor. Food wise, nothing to complain, the food quality and varieties were very good. The hotel also very accommodating to allow us to extend the check out till 12pm and the kids managed to have a brief swim. Overall, I considered it a pleasant stay for families and value for money. Will consider booking again in future visit to Sentosa.

Whenever I visit Sentosa, I almost always stay at Michael or Festive Hotel. It's the closest hotel to Universal Studios and has direct access to Festive Walk, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The free mini-bar is replenished daily. There's an ice machine and water dispenser next to the elevator for guests to use. The rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. Occasionally, you might find an older room, but it's generally not an issue. The service is attentive, and the housekeeping staff are meticulous and professional.

Outpost Hotel Review (200 words) For my trip to Sentosa, Singapore, I stayed at The Outpost Hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the monorail, making it easy to get to Universal Studios, the beaches, and other attractions. The hotel's black and white colonial design is stunning, and the rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable bedding, providing a great rest after a long day. The biggest highlight is the adults-only infinity pool with its expansive views – watching the sunset from there in the evening was incredibly atmospheric. The peaceful, kid-free environment truly enhanced the resort feel. The front desk staff were attentive and check-in was efficient, and the breakfast was exquisite and plentiful. The only minor drawback was that finding the lobby entrance was a bit tricky for a first-time guest. Overall, the comfort and ambiance are top-notch, making it perfect for travelers seeking a quiet retreat while still being able to easily explore. It's a high-quality hotel on Sentosa.

Our original booking was for a deluxe garden room, but even before entering, the door was already very damp. Inside, there was a musty smell, and a lot of mold around the sink. Later, my husband went to the toilet and said there were many bugs... So he rushed to the front desk to report it... Afterward, they moved us to a larger room! But our family of three still felt a bit shaken... Although the lobby and pool are quite beautiful, we still won't be staying here again... We didn't even receive a complimentary greeting for our anniversary celebration... We had the highest expectations for this hotel, but it turned out to be the least satisfactory stay during our 9 days in Singapore, and the service was just mediocre! (The attached photos show the original room first, followed by the room we were moved to!)

I have quite a few complaints. I booked quite a while in advance, but right before my trip, I found out the price for 3 nights had dropped by over 500 RMB, which already stung a bit. Then, getting there from the Sentosa Express wasn't smooth either. Shouldn't the hotel have provided an entry QR code for the island beforehand? Once on the island, it was still a hassle. After getting off the Express, I had to drag my luggage for twenty minutes under the scorching sun just to find the hotel entrance. Check-in was also a bit frustrating. A foreign guy checked me in, and there were two things that made me uncomfortable. First, the Chinese girl at the next counter, checking in Chinese tourists, was very proactive. She offered a small souvenir, like a fridge magnet, and even proactively gave them a map. For me, there were no 'extra' gestures at all. I asked if we could get a larger bed, as two 1-meter beds for three people felt a bit cramped. The guy was very rigid, saying it was either a king-size or two 1-meter beds. Couldn't they offer one large bed plus a small one? The previous hotel I stayed at in Marina Bay Sands was excellent; I didn't even have to ask. They were also foreigners but considered guest comfort, especially since I booked for three people per room. Let's talk about the room. The 1-meter beds were indeed uncomfortable. My primary school-aged child fell off twice at night. Everyone, please try to consider this point beforehand to avoid it! The free minibar was a highlight; the items were good, but be aware that if you don't use certain items, they won't be refilled the next day. During check-out, I specifically sought out a Chinese girl and asked about the small gift. She said there were no gifts at check-out. I then said we didn't receive one at check-in either. Then she gave me one... Sigh, it's not about the value, but the differential treatment was unsettling. I didn't get enough time on Sentosa Island and will likely return, but I probably won't consider ORA again. The attached picture shows a junior high student sleeping alone on one bed during the day, who forgot the bed size and rolled off. 🤣🤣🤣

This was the perfect staycation for our fam of 4 with 2 teenage boys. We booked the connecting rooms that came with one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Room size super generous, with a large living room and bathroom for each of the rooms. Reopened just last Oct-25, Hotel Laurus is one of the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The decor is so classy with very high quality fixture and fittings. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was beautiful and selection excellent! The pool is much larger than before (compared to when it was Hard Rock Hotel) and we had a memorable 2 nights at the hotel. Not forgetting the direct (sheltered) connection to Weave which all the excellent restaurants for the hungry tummy. This is a 6* for us!

Make your special occasion even more special Our stay at Raffles Sentosa did not start off on the best note. During the reservation process, the responses from the sales representative were difficult to understand due to language clarity issues and inconsistent explanations regarding the villa usage policy. As guests planning a special occasion, it was frustrating to receive messages that were confusing rather than helpful when we were simply seeking straightforward guidance (like extra tables). However, the Events and Sales team quickly turned the situation around and completely exceeded our expectations with their service recovery. A special shout-out to Cherry, Rhea, and our dedicated butler Christopher, who went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was seamless and memorable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care were truly reflective of the Raffles brand and reminded us why we chose Raffles Sentosa for such an important occasion. We particularly appreciated the pet-friendly villa, which meant our pet dog could enjoy the stay alongside us. The villa facilities were excellent, the complimentary add-ons provided a really sweet personal touch to our little celebration and the buggy rides around the property added a fun and luxurious touch to the overall experience. Also appreciate the service from the Royal China crew who delivered the dim sums to our villa (since the restaurant premises do not allow pets) so that we get to enjoy the food in the comfort of our villa. While there is room for improvement in the pre-arrival reservation experience, and probably the pet supplies (only given a dog bed and two empty bowls) and pet-friendly dining facilities, the outstanding service delivered by the team during our stay more than made up for it. Thank you to Cherry, Rhea, and Christopher for making our celebration a special one :)

I booked a deluxe room for two nights and requested a room with a good view. They arranged a room facing the Adventure Cove Waterpark. In the early morning, I could hear various crisp and pleasant bird calls and also saw a beautiful sunrise. For breakfast, I recommend eating at the Equarius Villas; the lush green environment there is lovely. The Ora Hotel offers a very ordinary buffet, and the breakfast restaurant's decor is more like a three-star hotel in China. The variety of dishes is slightly richer than at Equarius, but you need to take a shuttle bus back and forth, which wastes a bit of time. Overall, it was good. The room was spacious, and someone promptly refilled the mini-fridge water after it was consumed. The nearby waterpark is quite fun, with a wave pool and a unique coral reef pool where tropical fish swim around. It's worth visiting if you have kids aged 3 and above.

We stayed at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa from July 20 to July 24, and our experience was nothing short of amazing! The hotel facilities, the room, and the beautiful swimming pool were all top-notch and made for a truly relaxing getaway. A huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the phenomenal service from the team. I especially want to give a special praise to a male staff member wearing beachwear with white long socks—he truly stood out with his signature look and incredible hospitality! He always greeted us with a genuine, warm smile and went above and beyond. He remembered our morning routine without us even asking (two lattes every morning!) and proactively kept us updated on weather changes during a sudden storm. That level of attention to detail is so rare and thoughtful. Additionally, we purchased a half-board package for two adults, and the hotel was generous and accommodating enough not to charge for our two young kids. We are so grateful for their flexibility and wonderful arrangements. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sentosa!

We booked a sea-view room, and the scenery was lovely. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well-maintained. They have a water slide and a children's pool, which the kids loved. The breakfast was also a bit underwhelming compared to other hotels we've stayed at.

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

👍 The facilities and services at the W Hotel are consistently excellent, and the front desk service is very attentive. ☹️ This isn't really the hotel's fault, but there's no clear return point for shared bikes outside the hotel entrance, so I couldn't return it. The front desk didn't know how to resolve it either, and I ended up paying over 60 yuan for it. 👍 The pool environment and service are both great. The shuttle bus is very convenient. 💵 I understand being charged an extra bed fee after check-in. The main issue was a miscommunication between Trip.com and the hotel, but Trip.com was very proactive in resolving it, so kudos to Trip.com.

I have quite a few complaints. I booked quite a while in advance, but right before my trip, I found out the price for 3 nights had dropped by over 500 RMB, which already stung a bit. Then, getting there from the Sentosa Express wasn't smooth either. Shouldn't the hotel have provided an entry QR code for the island beforehand? Once on the island, it was still a hassle. After getting off the Express, I had to drag my luggage for twenty minutes under the scorching sun just to find the hotel entrance. Check-in was also a bit frustrating. A foreign guy checked me in, and there were two things that made me uncomfortable. First, the Chinese girl at the next counter, checking in Chinese tourists, was very proactive. She offered a small souvenir, like a fridge magnet, and even proactively gave them a map. For me, there were no 'extra' gestures at all. I asked if we could get a larger bed, as two 1-meter beds for three people felt a bit cramped. The guy was very rigid, saying it was either a king-size or two 1-meter beds. Couldn't they offer one large bed plus a small one? The previous hotel I stayed at in Marina Bay Sands was excellent; I didn't even have to ask. They were also foreigners but considered guest comfort, especially since I booked for three people per room. Let's talk about the room. The 1-meter beds were indeed uncomfortable. My primary school-aged child fell off twice at night. Everyone, please try to consider this point beforehand to avoid it! The free minibar was a highlight; the items were good, but be aware that if you don't use certain items, they won't be refilled the next day. During check-out, I specifically sought out a Chinese girl and asked about the small gift. She said there were no gifts at check-out. I then said we didn't receive one at check-in either. Then she gave me one... Sigh, it's not about the value, but the differential treatment was unsettling. I didn't get enough time on Sentosa Island and will likely return, but I probably won't consider ORA again. The attached picture shows a junior high student sleeping alone on one bed during the day, who forgot the bed size and rolled off. 🤣🤣🤣

Location is quite good, near RWS attractions, only about 5 to 10 mins walk. The check-in was smooth, the lobby staff were helpful in helping with uploading our baggage and giving us directions. Guests at lobby can help themselves with lemon ice water at the dispensing jars while waiting to check in, we were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary welcome drink each person at the hotel's cafe, we could order any beverage ranging from half pint beer, red or white wine to juices and sodas for the family. Besides enjoying the free drinks, we also enjoyed 20% off on our food orders which was pretty good savings. We were given room 224 at Level 2, with 2 single beds. The room is spacious and it comes with complimentary mini bar snacks like Kitkat, Oreo, 3 cans of fizzy drinks, tea and coffee. The room does feel a bit aged with the shower head a bit leaky at the side and some visible stains on certain corners of the toilet but the super nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and hand/body soap, and quality toilet rolls made up for the experience. Perhaps because of the smoking culture of certain nationality of the guests staying same period as us, the smell of cigarette smoke lingered along the walking aisle of pur corridor. Food wise, nothing to complain, the food quality and varieties were very good. The hotel also very accommodating to allow us to extend the check out till 12pm and the kids managed to have a brief swim. Overall, I considered it a pleasant stay for families and value for money. Will consider booking again in future visit to Sentosa.

This was the perfect staycation for our fam of 4 with 2 teenage boys. We booked the connecting rooms that came with one double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Room size super generous, with a large living room and bathroom for each of the rooms. Reopened just last Oct-25, Hotel Laurus is one of the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The decor is so classy with very high quality fixture and fittings. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was beautiful and selection excellent! The pool is much larger than before (compared to when it was Hard Rock Hotel) and we had a memorable 2 nights at the hotel. Not forgetting the direct (sheltered) connection to Weave which all the excellent restaurants for the hungry tummy. This is a 6* for us!

As guests planning a special occasion, it was frustrating to receive messages that were confusing rather than helpful when we were simply seeking straightforward guidance (like extra tables). However, the Events and Sales team quickly turned the situation around and completely exceeded our expectations with their service recovery. A special shout-out to Cherry, Rhea, and our dedicated butler Christopher, who went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was seamless and memorable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care were truly reflective of the Raffles brand and reminded us why we chose Raffles Sentosa for such an important occasion. We particularly appreciated the pet-friendly villa, which meant our pet dog could enjoy the stay alongside us. The villa facilities were excellent, the complimentary add-ons provided a really sweet personal touch to our little celebration and the buggy rides around the property added a fun and luxurious touch to the overall experience. Also appreciate the service from the Royal China crew who delivered the dim sums to our villa (since the restaurant premises do not allow pets) so that we get to enjoy the food in the comfort of our villa. While there is room for improvement in the pre-arrival reservation experience, and probably the pet supplies (only given a dog bed and two empty bowls) and pet-friendly dining facilities, the outstanding service delivered by the team during our stay more than made up for it. Thank you to Cherry, Rhea, and Christopher for making our celebration a special one :)

We stayed at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa from July 20 to July 24, and our experience was nothing short of amazing! The hotel facilities, the room, and the beautiful swimming pool were all top-notch and made for a truly relaxing getaway. A huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the phenomenal service from the team. I especially want to give a special praise to a male staff member wearing beachwear with white long socks—he truly stood out with his signature look and incredible hospitality! He always greeted us with a genuine, warm smile and went above and beyond. He remembered our morning routine without us even asking (two lattes every morning!) and proactively kept us updated on weather changes during a sudden storm. That level of attention to detail is so rare and thoughtful. Additionally, we purchased a half-board package for two adults, and the hotel was generous and accommodating enough not to charge for our two young kids. We are so grateful for their flexibility and wonderful arrangements. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sentosa!

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Let's start with the positives. The hotel room was spotless. In a place like Singapore, which is hot and humid year-round, it was excellent that there was no unpleasant smell from the bathroom or drains. The sheets and mattress were also very clean. Furthermore, the front desk service was incredibly efficient and accommodating. We sent an email to the hotel and received a very prompt reply; they were also flexible when we requested a room type change. Finally, the hotel facilities are modern, with universal power outlets, so you don't need to bring extra adapters. The hotel's location is also great. It's not too far from the MRT station, and the bus stop is right outside. Three bus stops will take you to VivoCity, which has a good selection of shops and businesses, and from there, you can take the MRT to many other places. Now for the drawbacks. The biggest issue was the noise. The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor; the walls seem paper-thin, and you can clearly hear conversations from next door. The sound of water flushing through the pipes was also quite loud, and the hotel faces a main road. However, it generally quiets down by around 11 PM, so it didn't affect our sleep.
