The available amenities are somewhat limited, and it is important to note that breakfast is not served on public holidays or Sundays. Furthermore, children's amenities are minimal, contrary to the extensive list presented on Trip.com.

The location is superb, right by Little India and within walking distance. Bugis MRT station is right downstairs, offering seamless access without even having to go outside – super convenient! To find it, take Exit F from the MRT station, turn right after seeing the 7-Eleven, walk past Luckin Coffee, and there's a small door on your left. Go through there to find the elevator straight up to the 25th floor for check-in. The room was spacious with a great wet/dry separation, featuring a wooden double door between the bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate walk-in closet. Overall, it was very comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were excellent, especially a short-haired auntie who was very warm and attentive. The infinity pool, located outside the restaurant, offered fantastic views of the Ferris wheel, but unfortunately, due to a tight schedule, I didn't get to experience it – a real shame. You can store your luggage at the front desk, and retrieve it on the 2nd floor, where the bellhops can also help you call a taxi. My only complaints: The room only had one box of tissues, and the quality was quite poor, which doesn't really fit a five-star hotel. Also, when checking in, even though the front desk saw my passport and knew I was a foreigner, they spoke English very quickly without considering if I fully understood. Overall, I still highly recommend this place!

Summary: The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, wardrobe, and windows. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with two malls downstairs (Ya Kun and others are practically on your doorstep) and bars. The subway station is also very close. There's a capsule coffee machine and TWG tea bags. The overall feel is quite classic, but it's a bit dated in places, like the hairdryer. It's one of those old-fashioned, long-bodied ones that makes your arm ache to use – I haven't seen one like that in years. The toilet is also quite old. But that doesn't mean it doesn't work well. Also, the hotel completely ignored my request for a high-floor room 😥😥😥 The service was very good. It happened to be Easter during Qingming Festival, and they even gave me a chocolate egg – a huge one! The flavor was really rich and pure; I even brought it back home with me. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to Marina Bay Sands and Merlion Park. Just as other reviewers said, it's a great value-for-money choice for travel. 🤦‍♀️ Sorry, I didn't take any photos of the hotel, only one of the Easter chocolate egg. The other two pictures are of nearby malls: one is called Millenia Walk, and the other is Suntec City.

After getting our consent, she kindly upgraded our room, allowing us to get our room key early and rest. We're very grateful to this female staff member, though it's a pity we didn't catch her name. Overall, the hotel's dining and room service were excellent. We'll definitely choose The Ritz-Carlton again on our next visit to Singapore.

First time staying at Pan Pacific 3D2N stay was pleasant. As we book connecting room , and have to wait a bit longer for our other room to be ready the reception display their best professionalism to accommodate. The room was spacious, mini fridge filled with drinks and chocolate reserve for guests for quick snack. Like the motorized curtains. The amenities like coffee machine come in handy for a good coffee. Our high floor panoramic city view room, we did manage to catch a glimpse of the Singapore flyer, marina bay sands from outside our room which is a breath taking view. Hope we get to book marina view next time.The pool was big and my kids enjoy relaxing and swimming. The foot reflexology treatment was relaxing and comforting. Overall I'm delighted with my staycation from the moment we arrive, we were welcome and greeted by the bell attendant, front reception, even check out was smooth and till our departure the hotel staff hospitality has treated us well. On side note if room service food/halal breakfast spread is available would be added advantage for Muslim guests. 👍👍

It's a 10-15 minute walk to Merlion Park and City Hall MRT station, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. However, the check-in time was too late; we didn't get our room until 4 PM. Also, my request for a one-hour late checkout was denied, which I found hard to understand.

I stayed at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay during a solo business trip to Singapore, mainly because I had meetings near Marina Bay Sands. The hotel checked many boxes for me, especially its convenient location, Halal certified breakfast buffet and walking distance access to train stations. The reception area on Level 4 immediately left a strong impression. The interior is beautiful and filled with greenery, somewhat reminding me of Gardens by the Bay. It feels modern, relaxing and very photogenic / Instagrammable at the same time. I appreciated the convenience of online check in and check out. During check in, I was assisted by Yarik, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. He thoughtfully gave me a room facing Marina Bay Sands, which I truly appreciated. Thank you again, Yarik. The room itself was spacious for a solo traveller. Everything was very clean, and I really enjoyed the bathtub and toiletries provided. Another thing I loved was the coffee selection in the room. There were different coffee strengths available, from mild to very strong, which was perfect for someone like me who enjoys coffee a lot. I visited the hotel gym as well. It is not huge, but good enough for a basic workout. Since I am an Anytime Fitness (AF) member, I also walked to the nearby Suntec City AF branch, which was very convenient from the hotel. The location is excellent. Promenade MRT Station and Esplanade MRT Station are both within about five minutes’ walk, and the Merlion Park area is nearby too, making it easy for me to go jogging. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. I especially loved the blended juice with ginger and cinnamon. On checkout day, although my late checkout request was initially declined by Lydia at the reception counter because the hotel was full, the team later managed to accommodate my request after I explained my situation. Thanks as well to Yi Quan for assisting during checkout. Overall, this hotel was amazing. I genuinely enjoyed the stay, especially the thoughtful service and the Halal certified breakfast buffet.

Upon check-out, I discovered it's an official hotel for the New Public Badminton tournament, so I'll definitely be back next year for the New Public!

This is an older hotel with basic facilities. It's comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, and the breakfast is about what you'd expect from a 3-4 star hotel there. Of course, the price is also around 300, but in Singapore dollars. If you're not traveling with family, you'd find much better standard room options and accommodations for the same price. Our family of four stayed here specifically for the two large beds. The hotel's location isn't far from the MRT station. Haji Lane and BOSS HOTEL (the starting point for the Legoland shuttle) are all within walking distance, and there are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, and there's an Indian minimart across the street from the hotel that's much cheaper than the 7-Eleven down the block. I misplaced something and when I called, they immediately knew which room I was in and what I had lost, which shows excellent coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. Thumbs up for that!

InterContinental Singapore's facilities are top-notch, with elegant Nanyang-style decor. The rooms are spacious for Singapore standards, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath amenities are fragrant. The location is excellent, right next to Bugis MRT station, and within walking distance to Haji Lane and Bugis Junction, making it convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping. The service was a mixed bag: the morning shift Chinese-speaking front desk staff were enthusiastic and proactively upgraded our room, but at night, there were no Chinese-speaking staff available, and we had to wait a long time when calling for assistance during a power outage. Breakfast offered a wide selection, with crispy croissants and authentic freshly made laksa, though replenishment was a bit slow. The pool is small and quiet, perfect for relaxing. If they can maintain consistent service, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Let's not even talk about value for money when staying here. The ambiance is top-notch, an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle, with a large courtyard. The hotel is teeming with greenery, and it's connected to a shopping complex – you'll get lost without a map if you wander aimlessly. The hotel itself has a historical charm that's quite fun to explore. We were given two complimentary Singapore Slings and got to experience the lively Long Bar, famously covered in peanut shells. The guest rooms are very high-tech, with all the lights, air conditioning, TV, and audio controlled smartly via a tablet. In terms of service, quite a few staff members speak Chinese, even though they told me no one did when I called to inquire. We encountered a very nice room manager who proactively introduced us to the hotel on our way, and even helped us book the bar – highly commendable. The butler service was available but slow. The reason for the 3-star rating is because they made a ridiculous error with our breakfast bill: they charged us for five breakfasts when we only had two adults and one child, simply because we moved tables. They were not proactive in resolving it, and I wasted at least 35 minutes of my life battling over something that could have been easily clarified by asking the staff who served us for two consecutive days. I didn't send an email to complain because most of the other hotel staff were incredibly polite and nice; they remembered our names from the moment we walked in and tried their best to meet all our needs. The cafe at the entrance is good, and the barista even passionately trashed the hotel's coffee, which was amusing! 🤣

The hotel is right across from Exit I of Farrer Park MRT station. You can only check in around 3 PM; if you arrive early, the front desk is very accommodating. There's a large lounge area to the right of the lobby where you can charge your devices and relax. The front desk also offers luggage storage. Overall, the service is excellent. Although you need to transfer one stop, the location is still convenient, as Singapore isn't that big. Downstairs, there's a local food court with Chinese food. If you walk out and turn right, there's a San Long Street Hainanese Chicken Rice stall where you can get a meal for 5-6 SGD, which is great value for money. Directly opposite, there's a large mall with Decathlon, a supermarket, a food court, and a small children's clinic – it's incredibly convenient for daily needs. Little India Street is behind the hotel. Regarding breakfast, I don't think it's necessary to eat breakfast here in Singapore. While it's not bad and the setup is fine, I'd recommend saving that money to try local Singaporean breakfast instead. The beds are very comfortable, and the soundproofing is decent – you can't hear any noise from other rooms. The shower has fantastic water pressure, probably around 5 kg. The toilet also has direct drinking water, so you don't need to buy bottled water, which is expensive in Singapore. The only downside is the high staircase on the ground floor, but there's an old but very convenient automatic lift next to it. It's about a 30-minute subway ride to the airport.

Overall, my stay was quite good. The biggest plus point is definitely the location. It's super convenient – easy to get around, whether you're heading east or west. Both the Blue and Green MRT lines have stations nearby. Bugis Street, similar to Beijing's Xidan Mingzhu market, is right next door, along with two large shopping malls. There's a hawker center just 50 meters downstairs, the Bank of China is across the street, and a few bars and nightclubs are within 100 meters. Plus, there are tons of food options nearby!

The room had all the usual essentials like security safe and large balcony, plus things like optional rain shower in the bathroom and unlimited cooled water from an elegant dispenser also housing a well packed drinks bar/fridge and coffee machine. The big king size bed was positioned central to the room so one can walk all the way around it which made a nice change to the usual 99% of hotel rooms with headboard against a wall. (The safe was extra large and easily accessible from a reinforced pull out drawer between the two glazed wardrobe doors!) We payed around £350 per night for our room but was booked over 6 months in advance. Shorter booking times found the price up to over £600 a night, so not cheap! But would highly recommend this hotel at least once for the more price conscience visitor because of its impeccable luxury and stunning views of Singapore Bay!

We recently stayed for five days at Weave Suites. The location is excellent—within walking distance of Nicoll Highway MRT, restaurants, bars, and shops. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great pressure and hot water, and the room had a decent mini-fridge and plenty of storage. The staff at the front desk were also friendly. However, the stay was let down a bit by these issues: (1) Sewage smell in the bathroom throughout our stay (thankfully, it didn't seep into the sleeping area). (2) Multiple maintenance problems: The TV didn't work (only screencast was available-which didn’t work for us, no local channels), several power plugs were dead, the desk lamp was broken, and the advertised ”skylight” feature wasn't functioning. (3) Housekeeping was minimal: Despite booking for five days, the promised third-day cleaning only resulted in a single new roll of toilet paper—no fresh linens, towels, or restocked water. (4) Common areas had a musty smell, which discouraged us from using them. Overall, it’s a decent, affordable option if you just need a base for exploring, but the management needs to address the maintenance and cleanliness issues (particularly for rooms without windows).

Wonderful Stay at V Hotel Lavender with Excellent Hospitality Had a pleasant stay at V Hotel Lavender. As this was our first trip to Singapore, especially with a 2-year-old toddler, everything felt very comfortable and convenient here. The hotel is also very friendly for Indonesian guests who are used to having a bidet in the toilet. We were especially grateful for the excellent service we received. Miss Cecilia, the receptionist on duty that day, was incredibly kind to us. She gave us a room with a beautiful view and also allowed us to have a late check-out at 1 PM, which really helped us manage our toddler’s nap schedule without any hassle. Thank you, Miss Cecilia, and all the staff at V Hotel Lavender for making our holiday comfortable and memorable.

The hotel is good except sound insulation facilities. I encountered awful things which annoyed me. There was a baby next to my room always screaming,crying on the late night lasting about two hours. It made me crazy to go to sleep. I complained for hotel reception to help me solve the problem. I want to especially thank the reception staff Yusuf (If I remember correctly). He actively help me to negotiate with that room and require them to comfort their baby. Fortunately, it solved finally. As the hotel room, it is not very big but clean. It spend about 15min from the MRT station on foot and very close to Haji lane. It is convenient for food because there are many restaurants near the hotel.

For a country as expensive as Singapore 🇸🇬, a hostel priced in the 100s is definitely great value for money. Many local Chinese people stay here, and you can learn about Singapore's history by chatting with them. The closest MRT stations are Lavender and Jalan Besar, and it's also very near Little India, making it super convenient to get to all of Singapore's major attractions. There's a food court right downstairs, which is probably one of the cheapest dining options in Singapore, helping you save a lot on food. I stayed here for three days and thought it was pretty good!

Transportation is very convenient. A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. Haji Lane is a 15-minute walk, the National Gallery is a 10-minute walk, and the Duck Tour is an 18-minute walk. Maxwell Food Centre is less than 20 minutes away. To get to Gardens by the Bay's Cloud Forest and Flower Dome, just take the Downtown Line, and you'll be there in 30 minutes. I stayed for three nights, and it was a mixed bag, for your reference. Pros: 1. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic, and their English was great. The concierge service was also fantastic, whether it was at breakfast, in the hallways, or during check-in. 2. The room was very clean and comfortable. Drinking water was delivered daily, and there was a mini-bar with complimentary sodas and other items. If you wanted more, though, you had to pay extra. 3. The hotel's location is truly excellent. Taxis are readily available, and the City Hall MRT station (red and green lines), which I used frequently, is just across the street, about 200m away. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach churches, the National Gallery, and museums. 4. The breakfast selection was decent, with both Asian and Western options. Before the meal, they always asked if I wanted coffee or tea. 5. The bedding was comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The water temperature was stable, making for a pleasant shower. Cons: 1. The hotel is built around a shopping mall. So, either your room faces inward towards the mall's windows, offering no view and being noisy until 10 pm, or it faces the street, offering a good view but with clear road noise from cars and motorcycles throughout the night. Since the entire building is only four stories tall, outside sounds are quite audible. 2. The hotel is older, and the drainage for the sink, bathtub, and shower was very, very, very slow.

It's one of those old-fashioned, long-bodied ones that makes your arm ache to use – I haven't seen one like that in years. The toilet is also quite old. But that doesn't mean it doesn't work well. Also, the hotel completely ignored my request for a high-floor room 😥😥😥 The service was very good. It happened to be Easter during Qingming Festival, and they even gave me a chocolate egg – a huge one! The flavor was really rich and pure; I even brought it back home with me. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to Marina Bay Sands and Merlion Park. Just as other reviewers said, it's a great value-for-money choice for travel. 🤦‍♀️ Sorry, I didn't take any photos of the hotel, only one of the Easter chocolate egg. The other two pictures are of nearby malls: one is called Millenia Walk, and the other is Suntec City.

Noisy Area: There was a significant amount of construction nearby, which walking to and from the metro a bit stressful. Average Service: While service was adequate, it was a bit impersonal. We had warmer welcomes from serviced apartments and 3-star hotels. Distance to Public Transport: The nearest metro station was an 8-10 minute walk away, which can feel lengthy when carrying luggage or in inclement weather. Overall, aesthetics took precedence over functionality in The Vagabond Club. For the price, we probably wouldn't stay here again and would look for alternatives which provide a more comprehensive service tailored to the everyday needs of the average traveler—especially those who require ample wall hooks and prioritize functional accommodations.

The selection is good, and prices are reasonable. The room had everything necessary, from toiletries and tea to slippers and a bathrobe. Overall, the hotel is very pleasant, and the front desk staff are friendly. On the ground floor, you could take umbrellas for free, and we left our luggage for free upon check-out. The check-in process is pretty standard. The room was clean and odor-free, though not as big as I expected, and the bathroom was quite small. On the first night, I discovered the hairdryer was broken. I wanted to call the front desk to get it replaced, but then I found out the phone was also broken! 😂 😂 On the second day, someone came to the room for repairs, and the efficiency and service were both excellent. The hotel breakfast selection was quite limited, but there are plenty of great food options inside Funan Mall, so you might not need to book breakfast. My husband quite liked the hotel gym, which was decent. When checking out, I asked the friendly gentleman on the ground floor to help call a taxi, and he personally carried our luggage to the car. The service was really good. All in all, the value for money is pretty decent!

The big king size bed was positioned central to the room so one can walk all the way around it which made a nice change to the usual 99% of hotel rooms with headboard against a wall. (The safe was extra large and easily accessible from a reinforced pull out drawer between the two glazed wardrobe doors!) We payed around £350 per night for our room but was booked over 6 months in advance. Shorter booking times found the price up to over £600 a night, so not cheap! But would highly recommend this hotel at least once for the more price conscience visitor because of its impeccable luxury and stunning views of Singapore Bay!

Let's not even talk about value for money when staying here. The ambiance is top-notch, an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle, with a large courtyard. The hotel itself has a historical charm that's quite fun to explore. We were given two complimentary Singapore Slings and got to experience the lively Long Bar, famously covered in peanut shells. The guest rooms are very high-tech, with all the lights, air conditioning, TV, and audio controlled smartly via a tablet. In terms of service, quite a few staff members speak Chinese, even though they told me no one did when I called to inquire. We encountered a very nice room manager who proactively introduced us to the hotel on our way, and even helped us book the bar – highly commendable. The butler service was available but slow. The reason for the 3-star rating is because they made a ridiculous error with our breakfast bill: they charged us for five breakfasts when we only had two adults and one child, simply because we moved tables. They were not proactive in resolving it, and I wasted at least 35 minutes of my life battling over something that could have been easily clarified by asking the staff who served us for two consecutive days. I didn't send an email to complain because most of the other hotel staff were incredibly polite and nice; they remembered our names from the moment we walked in and tried their best to meet all our needs. The cafe at the entrance is good, and the barista even passionately trashed the hotel's coffee, which was amusing! 🤣

There's a pool and a small jacuzzi on the 15th floor that the kids loved swimming in every evening. On the 5th floor, there's a paid laundry room and a free gym. The hotel overall is very clean, and the location is excellent – just 100 meters from the Bencoolen MRT station. There's a 7-Eleven and a local bubble tea shop right downstairs, making it super convenient for snacks and getting change. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily, and some front desk staff spoke Mandarin, which was helpful. The only minor issue was that bath towels we requested one day never arrived, but everything else was great. We'd definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

The hotel checked many boxes for me, especially its convenient location, Halal certified breakfast buffet and walking distance access to train stations. The reception area on Level 4 immediately left a strong impression. The interior is beautiful and filled with greenery, somewhat reminding me of Gardens by the Bay. It feels modern, relaxing and very photogenic / Instagrammable at the same time. I appreciated the convenience of online check in and check out. During check in, I was assisted by Yarik, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. He thoughtfully gave me a room facing Marina Bay Sands, which I truly appreciated. Thank you again, Yarik. The room itself was spacious for a solo traveller. Everything was very clean, and I really enjoyed the bathtub and toiletries provided. Another thing I loved was the coffee selection in the room. There were different coffee strengths available, from mild to very strong, which was perfect for someone like me who enjoys coffee a lot. I visited the hotel gym as well. It is not huge, but good enough for a basic workout. Since I am an Anytime Fitness (AF) member, I also walked to the nearby Suntec City AF branch, which was very convenient from the hotel. The location is excellent. Promenade MRT Station and Esplanade MRT Station are both within about five minutes’ walk, and the Merlion Park area is nearby too, making it easy for me to go jogging. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. I especially loved the blended juice with ginger and cinnamon. On checkout day, although my late checkout request was initially declined by Lydia at the reception counter because the hotel was full, the team later managed to accommodate my request after I explained my situation. Thanks as well to Yi Quan for assisting during checkout. Overall, this hotel was amazing. I genuinely enjoyed the stay, especially the thoughtful service and the Halal certified breakfast buffet.

Things to improve on: Took some time to locate the lobby from carpark lift. They should put a notice that the lobby is accessible from Level 2 Terrace. Check in was a bit slow. Staff did not explain anything about in-room dining credit, amenities, wifi, breakfast timing. Really zero. The only 2 things she did was: showed us to our room, told us about the air con temperature. The in room bar didn’t mention which is free and which are chargeable. Everything we had to ask before it was clarified. It was like a QnA session. Noticed a Caucasian lady had a welcome drink but we didn’t…. Yeah, we Asian lol. Nevermind that we are Singaporeans. What they did well: Cleanliness was good. Room was clean, no weird smells. Breakfast was very value for money and tasted good. The staff working at the restaurant are quite good. They did give us a small cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. In room dining came quite quickly. Swimming pool water didn’t smell of chlorine and it was warm. Overall, I would say the interaction with the local and Asian staff are very good but not so for the rest. The rest are so clueless and unsure of what bare minimum service was. I guess you can read between the lines.

Transportation is very convenient. A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. Haji Lane is a 15-minute walk, the National Gallery is a 10-minute walk, and the Duck Tour is an 18-minute walk. Maxwell Food Centre is less than 20 minutes away. To get to Gardens by the Bay's Cloud Forest and Flower Dome, just take the Downtown Line, and you'll be there in 30 minutes. Housekeeping refilled the mini-bar drinks daily, though they were a bit lax on the last day, but it was promptly corrected after a call to the front desk. The coffee machine is only available in club rooms. The breakfast was slightly worse than a 4-star hotel in China, but much better than a business chain. The most unexpected highlight was the lunch set meals offered at the breakfast bar; the chicken was 9.9 yuan, and the beef, though the most expensive, was only 13.9 – incredibly cheap and tasty. The service and ambiance were also better than surrounding restaurants. I didn't feel any discrimination as a Chinese person. There were indeed some Indian staff at the front desk, perhaps because I spoke English. During my stay, there were many elderly European Caucasians, almost exclusively at breakfast, while Asian guests were a minority. If I have another business trip to the city center, I will likely choose this hotel and this room type again.

Overall I'm delighted with my staycation from the moment we arrive, we were welcome and greeted by the bell attendant, front reception, even check out was smooth and till our departure the hotel staff hospitality has treated us well. On side note if room service food/halal breakfast spread is available would be added advantage for Muslim guests. 👍👍

It happened to be Easter during Qingming Festival, and they even gave me a chocolate egg – a huge one! The flavor was really rich and pure; I even brought it back home with me. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to Marina Bay Sands and Merlion Park. Just as other reviewers said, it's a great value-for-money choice for travel. 🤦‍♀️ Sorry, I didn't take any photos of the hotel, only one of the Easter chocolate egg. The other two pictures are of nearby malls: one is called Millenia Walk, and the other is Suntec City.

Excellent hotel for a small price. The location is convenient, with all types of transport nearby, both buses and the subway, making it easy to get everywhere. Marina Bay is truly within walking distance, and it's pleasant to stroll there in the evening. We swam in the pool both morning and evening; there were either no people or just a couple of others. Next to the hotel, there's a shopping center with a currency exchange offering good rates, and cafes with local cuisine, cheap seafood, smoothies, and fruits. The selection is good, and prices are reasonable. The room had everything necessary, from toiletries and tea to slippers and a bathrobe. Overall, the hotel is very pleasant, and the front desk staff are friendly. On the ground floor, you could take umbrellas for free, and we left our luggage for free upon check-out. It's convenient to get to/from the airport.

I stayed for three nights, and it was a mixed bag, for your reference. Pros: 1. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic, and their English was great. The concierge service was also fantastic, whether it was at breakfast, in the hallways, or during check-in. 2. The room was very clean and comfortable. Drinking water was delivered daily, and there was a mini-bar with complimentary sodas and other items. If you wanted more, though, you had to pay extra. 3. The hotel's location is truly excellent. Taxis are readily available, and the City Hall MRT station (red and green lines), which I used frequently, is just across the street, about 200m away. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach churches, the National Gallery, and museums. 4. The breakfast selection was decent, with both Asian and Western options. Before the meal, they always asked if I wanted coffee or tea. 5. The bedding was comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The water temperature was stable, making for a pleasant shower. Cons: 1. The hotel is built around a shopping mall. So, either your room faces inward towards the mall's windows, offering no view and being noisy until 10 pm, or it faces the street, offering a good view but with clear road noise from cars and motorcycles throughout the night. Since the entire building is only four stories tall, outside sounds are quite audible. 2. The hotel is older, and the drainage for the sink, bathtub, and shower was very, very, very slow.

My first time in Singapore, and after reading mixed reviews online, I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. First off, the location is unbeatable. You can walk to all the major attractions like the Merlion and Clarke Quay, which is super convenient. Secondly, the front desk staff was excellent. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly nice, though all communication was in English. A heads-up for future guests: bring cash for the deposit, as they require 50 SGD per day. This gets refunded upon check-out and is much easier than using a credit card, which they said could take over a month to process. Thirdly, the room itself was good; it had everything we needed. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Singapore.

First time staying at Pan Pacific 3D2N stay was pleasant. As we book connecting room , and have to wait a bit longer for our other room to be ready the reception display their best professionalism to accommodate. The room was spacious, mini fridge filled with drinks and chocolate reserve for guests for quick snack. Like the motorized curtains. The amenities like coffee machine come in handy for a good coffee. Our high floor panoramic city view room, we did manage to catch a glimpse of the Singapore flyer, marina bay sands from outside our room which is a breath taking view. Hope we get to book marina view next time.The pool was big and my kids enjoy relaxing and swimming. The foot reflexology treatment was relaxing and comforting. Overall I'm delighted with my staycation from the moment we arrive, we were welcome and greeted by the bell attendant, front reception, even check out was smooth and till our departure the hotel staff hospitality has treated us well. On side note if room service food/halal breakfast spread is available would be added advantage for Muslim guests. 👍👍

It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with two malls downstairs (Ya Kun and others are practically on your doorstep) and bars. The subway station is also very close. There's a capsule coffee machine and TWG tea bags. The overall feel is quite classic, but it's a bit dated in places, like the hairdryer. It's one of those old-fashioned, long-bodied ones that makes your arm ache to use – I haven't seen one like that in years. The toilet is also quite old. But that doesn't mean it doesn't work well. Also, the hotel completely ignored my request for a high-floor room 😥😥😥 The service was very good. It happened to be Easter during Qingming Festival, and they even gave me a chocolate egg – a huge one! The flavor was really rich and pure; I even brought it back home with me. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to Marina Bay Sands and Merlion Park. Just as other reviewers said, it's a great value-for-money choice for travel. 🤦‍♀️ Sorry, I didn't take any photos of the hotel, only one of the Easter chocolate egg. The other two pictures are of nearby malls: one is called Millenia Walk, and the other is Suntec City.

I stayed at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay during a solo business trip to Singapore, mainly because I had meetings near Marina Bay Sands. The hotel checked many boxes for me, especially its convenient location, Halal certified breakfast buffet and walking distance access to train stations. The reception area on Level 4 immediately left a strong impression. The interior is beautiful and filled with greenery, somewhat reminding me of Gardens by the Bay. It feels modern, relaxing and very photogenic / Instagrammable at the same time. I appreciated the convenience of online check in and check out. During check in, I was assisted by Yarik, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. He thoughtfully gave me a room facing Marina Bay Sands, which I truly appreciated. Thank you again, Yarik. The room itself was spacious for a solo traveller. Everything was very clean, and I really enjoyed the bathtub and toiletries provided. Another thing I loved was the coffee selection in the room. There were different coffee strengths available, from mild to very strong, which was perfect for someone like me who enjoys coffee a lot. I visited the hotel gym as well. It is not huge, but good enough for a basic workout. Since I am an Anytime Fitness (AF) member, I also walked to the nearby Suntec City AF branch, which was very convenient from the hotel. The location is excellent. Promenade MRT Station and Esplanade MRT Station are both within about five minutes’ walk, and the Merlion Park area is nearby too, making it easy for me to go jogging. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices. I especially loved the blended juice with ginger and cinnamon. On checkout day, although my late checkout request was initially declined by Lydia at the reception counter because the hotel was full, the team later managed to accommodate my request after I explained my situation. Thanks as well to Yi Quan for assisting during checkout. Overall, this hotel was amazing. I genuinely enjoyed the stay, especially the thoughtful service and the Halal certified breakfast buffet.

Let's not even talk about value for money when staying here. The ambiance is top-notch, an oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle, with a large courtyard. The hotel is teeming with greenery, and it's connected to a shopping complex – you'll get lost without a map if you wander aimlessly. The hotel itself has a historical charm that's quite fun to explore. We were given two complimentary Singapore Slings and got to experience the lively Long Bar, famously covered in peanut shells. The guest rooms are very high-tech, with all the lights, air conditioning, TV, and audio controlled smartly via a tablet. In terms of service, quite a few staff members speak Chinese, even though they told me no one did when I called to inquire. We encountered a very nice room manager who proactively introduced us to the hotel on our way, and even helped us book the bar – highly commendable. The butler service was available but slow. The reason for the 3-star rating is because they made a ridiculous error with our breakfast bill: they charged us for five breakfasts when we only had two adults and one child, simply because we moved tables. They were not proactive in resolving it, and I wasted at least 35 minutes of my life battling over something that could have been easily clarified by asking the staff who served us for two consecutive days. I didn't send an email to complain because most of the other hotel staff were incredibly polite and nice; they remembered our names from the moment we walked in and tried their best to meet all our needs. The cafe at the entrance is good, and the barista even passionately trashed the hotel's coffee, which was amusing! 🤣

The location is superb, right by Little India and within walking distance. Bugis MRT station is right downstairs, offering seamless access without even having to go outside – super convenient! To find it, take Exit F from the MRT station, turn right after seeing the 7-Eleven, walk past Luckin Coffee, and there's a small door on your left. Go through there to find the elevator straight up to the 25th floor for check-in. The room was spacious with a great wet/dry separation, featuring a wooden double door between the bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate walk-in closet. Overall, it was very comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were excellent, especially a short-haired auntie who was very warm and attentive. The infinity pool, located outside the restaurant, offered fantastic views of the Ferris wheel, but unfortunately, due to a tight schedule, I didn't get to experience it – a real shame. You can store your luggage at the front desk, and retrieve it on the 2nd floor, where the bellhops can also help you call a taxi. My only complaints: The room only had one box of tissues, and the quality was quite poor, which doesn't really fit a five-star hotel. Also, when checking in, even though the front desk saw my passport and knew I was a foreigner, they spoke English very quickly without considering if I fully understood. Overall, I still highly recommend this place!

The big king size bed was positioned central to the room so one can walk all the way around it which made a nice change to the usual 99% of hotel rooms with headboard against a wall. (The safe was extra large and easily accessible from a reinforced pull out drawer between the two glazed wardrobe doors!) We payed around £350 per night for our room but was booked over 6 months in advance. Shorter booking times found the price up to over £600 a night, so not cheap! But would highly recommend this hotel at least once for the more price conscience visitor because of its impeccable luxury and stunning views of Singapore Bay!

The style is a bit like W Hotels, and the location is very convenient. The hotel's restaurant is Indian-themed, and right outside, to the right, there are five restaurants offering different cuisines like Chinese and Mexican. Walk a bit further to the fork in the road, and you'll find a hotpot place. Ordering delivery via Grab is also very easy, and the front desk helps with receiving orders. Transportation is very convenient. A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. Haji Lane is a 15-minute walk, the National Gallery is a 10-minute walk, and the Duck Tour is an 18-minute walk. Maxwell Food Centre is less than 20 minutes away. To get to Gardens by the Bay's Cloud Forest and Flower Dome, just take the Downtown Line, and you'll be there in 30 minutes. Most taxi rides will get you to your destination within 20 minutes. Great value for money overall. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

However, the stay was let down a bit by these issues: (1) Sewage smell in the bathroom throughout our stay (thankfully, it didn't seep into the sleeping area). (2) Multiple maintenance problems: The TV didn't work (only screencast was available-which didn’t work for us, no local channels), several power plugs were dead, the desk lamp was broken, and the advertised ”skylight” feature wasn't functioning. (3) Housekeeping was minimal: Despite booking for five days, the promised third-day cleaning only resulted in a single new roll of toilet paper—no fresh linens, towels, or restocked water. (4) Common areas had a musty smell, which discouraged us from using them. Overall, it’s a decent, affordable option if you just need a base for exploring, but the management needs to address the maintenance and cleanliness issues (particularly for rooms without windows).

So, either your room faces inward towards the mall's windows, offering no view and being noisy until 10 pm, or it faces the street, offering a good view but with clear road noise from cars and motorcycles throughout the night. Since the entire building is only four stories tall, outside sounds are quite audible. 2. The hotel is older, and the drainage for the sink, bathtub, and shower was very, very, very slow.

This particular Westin in Singapore is conveniently located near the cruise terminal, which is great for cruise travelers. It's also close to the MRT station, and a short taxi ride gets you to the main attractions. Plus, Lau Pa Sat food court is just a few minutes' walk away. The only downside was that our two rooms were on different floors. For peak season travel, it's probably best to communicate with the hotel in advance about room assignments.

They have a vent system that has a bit of background noise, it is not loud but noisy enough to notice when you are sleeping. Room is also not so well lighted. Having different light sources with different warm and white tones. The towel color also changes from blue stripes to tattered white to normal white in the 3 nights we stayed- what a variety. Generally it is a good value for money. For business people. With twin rooms at an affordable rate, if you plan to visit what Singapore has to offer and you just need a place to sleep that is in the city center.

The hotel's location is excellent. If you're traveling by subway, you can just use the side entrance to the mall, and the transfer at Chinatown station is super smooth. The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, which is great for those who need good sleep. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's more than enough for daily needs, and they have all the standard coffee options. What's really cool is that they offer coffee in paper cups, which is a nice touch! Also, there's a fully automatic robot that cooks noodles, and they taste pretty good – definitely worth trying if you like noodles! The hotel service was fantastic. Overall, my friend and I were very satisfied. Next time I bring my whole family to Singapore, I'll definitely choose to stay here again because it's so convenient to get to VivoCity by subway. We can head over there for some spicy crab, haha! 😆

It was alright. The hotel is very quiet, even rooms in the hallway. I checked and the walls are solid, not like the hollow, thin walls you often find in Singapore. I finally got some good sleep in Singapore for a few days 😭. Even with a massive downpour outside, I couldn't hear a thing. Breakfast was just okay, maybe not even worth it. You're better off eating at the hawker center across the street, or you can go through the door next to the hotel's breakfast restaurant directly into a mall and eat at Ya Kun.

Overall, the hotel's dining and room service were excellent. We'll definitely choose The Ritz-Carlton again on our next visit to Singapore.

It's a 10-15 minute walk to Merlion Park and City Hall MRT station, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. However, the check-in time was too late; we didn't get our room until 4 PM. Also, my request for a one-hour late checkout was denied, which I found hard to understand.

The location was perfect for me, it was near to most places I wanted to go especially to Merlion Park which was around 15-20 mins of leisure walking. I did my morning walk around the park through Marina Bay sands and thought it was great that I could just walk there. It was also near to Bugis Junction where I did a quick run. Staff was really helpful, when I arrived the staff quickly asked if there was any food I wanted to try and gave me a nice recommendation. Also I was looking to use an iron but it was not placed in the designated area, I put in my request in the WhatsApp community chat and was tended to immediately and was provided with an iron and the board to my room. Lovely staff and location, looking forward to coming here again! Also the deck was nice too, I enjoyed my morning coffee there 😀

This is an older hotel with basic facilities. It's comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, and the breakfast is about what you'd expect from a 3-4 star hotel there. Of course, the price is also around 300, but in Singapore dollars. If you're not traveling with family, you'd find much better standard room options and accommodations for the same price. Our family of four stayed here specifically for the two large beds. The hotel's location isn't far from the MRT station. Haji Lane and BOSS HOTEL (the starting point for the Legoland shuttle) are all within walking distance, and there are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, and there's an Indian minimart across the street from the hotel that's much cheaper than the 7-Eleven down the block. I misplaced something and when I called, they immediately knew which room I was in and what I had lost, which shows excellent coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. Thumbs up for that!

Excellent hotel for a small price. The location is convenient, with all types of transport nearby, both buses and the subway, making it easy to get everywhere. Marina Bay is truly within walking distance, and it's pleasant to stroll there in the evening. We swam in the pool both morning and evening; there were either no people or just a couple of others. Next to the hotel, there's a shopping center with a currency exchange offering good rates, and cafes with local cuisine, cheap seafood, smoothies, and fruits. The selection is good, and prices are reasonable. The room had everything necessary, from toiletries and tea to slippers and a bathrobe. Overall, the hotel is very pleasant, and the front desk staff are friendly. On the ground floor, you could take umbrellas for free, and we left our luggage for free upon check-out. It's convenient to get to/from the airport.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. It's right next to Funan Mall and very close to City Hall MRT station. Just one stop to Raffles Place and you're at the Asian Civilisations Museum. St Andrew's Cathedral is directly across the street from the hotel, and there's a 7-Eleven right opposite the hotel entrance. The Old Hill Street Police Station, Central Fire Station, and Fort Canning Park are all within walking distance. The hotel lobby is on level L, and the doorman is very patient and helpful with directions. The check-in staff all speak a little Chinese, so there's no need to worry about communication issues. The check-in process is pretty standard. The room was clean and odor-free, though not as big as I expected, and the bathroom was quite small. On the first night, I discovered the hairdryer was broken. I wanted to call the front desk to get it replaced, but then I found out the phone was also broken! 😂 😂 On the second day, someone came to the room for repairs, and the efficiency and service were both excellent. The hotel breakfast selection was quite limited, but there are plenty of great food options inside Funan Mall, so you might not need to book breakfast. My husband quite liked the hotel gym, which was decent. When checking out, I asked the friendly gentleman on the ground floor to help call a taxi, and he personally carried our luggage to the car. The service was really good. All in all, the value for money is pretty decent!

This gets refunded upon check-out and is much easier than using a credit card, which they said could take over a month to process. Thirdly, the room itself was good; it had everything we needed. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Singapore.

It’s inside Funan Mall, super convenient for shopping and food. You can also easily walk to places like Fort Canning Park (right across the road), Clarke Quay, and Merlion Park. Overall, nice stay if you like modern design and a lively vibe—just don’t expect too much from the breakfast.
