First off, I want to commend the front desk staff – both check-in and check-out were very warm and efficient.
However, my overall stay wasn't very satisfying. I was in town for a concert, staying only one night, and traveling solo. Upon entering my room, I found a sofa bed made up in addition to the bedroom. I'm not sure what the logic behind that was.
After the concert and a late-night snack, I returned to my room past 1 AM and started to shower. It took a full 20 minutes for the water to heat up; I even wondered for a moment if hot water wasn't available at such a late hour.
The main bedroom's large bed clearly hadn't had its sheets changed. As soon as I lay down, I could feel small, unidentified particles, like dead skin, on the bed. I didn't dare look too closely. At that point, I was grateful they had made up the sofa bed, as those sheets at least seemed fresh. So, I ended up sleeping in the living area.
The view from the window was decent, offering a glimpse of Haji Lane across the way. But I'd suggest the hotel focus on getting the basics right first, otherwise, it doesn't live up to its pricing.DariMXN$ 3,888

The hotel room was incredibly spacious. The hand soap and shower amenities were by BYREDO, and their fragrance was incredibly relaxing. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was great for makeup lovers who could sit down comfortably to do their makeup 😂. The mattress was also surprisingly comfortable; even with only five or six hours of sleep each night, I woke up the next morning feeling completely refreshed, as if I hadn't stayed up late at all – it was truly amazing!
The pool on the 25th floor offered a fantastic experience and was very photogenic ❣️.
🍳 Breakfast: As a vegetarian, I appreciated that during breakfast hours, a staff member guided me to my seat. I could directly communicate with them to arrange vegetarian fried rice and noodle soup. For those who avoid the five pungent spices, remember to specify this.
🍬 There was a nut section, a fruit section, and delicious yogurt (I had at least two cups every morning 🤣). DIY rainbow bowls were also a breeze 🤤.

It was a very pleasant trip. I've always had a good impression of Conrad, and my stays at several of their hotels in China have been excellent, so I chose Conrad again for my trip to Singapore. This time, I stayed for one night after a cruise.
Since it was a post-cruise stay, the room was very spacious, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing time.
I was particularly satisfied with the food. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious, making it a highlight of our stay. Our whole family enjoyed the meal.
We also used the pool. After experiencing the crowded pools on Disney Cruise Line, the kids absolutely loved the hotel's pool, finding it very comfortable. It was a great place to unwind after the cruise.
Another memorable aspect was the hand soap in the room. It had a wonderful fragrance, so much so that I wanted to buy it to use at home. Unfortunately, I was told it wasn't for sale, which was a shame.
This time, we booked two rooms for five people. We had requested a twin room for one of them, but this request wasn't accommodated, so three of us ended up using a triple room. It felt a bit cramped for three people, and we had to use the sofa for sleeping. We were informed at check-in that an extra bed would incur a charge, so I think clearer information beforehand would have helped us prepare more comfortably.
Regarding the staff's service, there were no particular concerns; overall, it felt quite ordinary.
On the other hand, a slight disappointment was the green cushion on the bed. It had a very strong, surprising odor. We couldn't use it and had to leave it on the floor. Since cushions can come into direct contact with skin, I believe frequent cleaning of the covers would make them more reassuring to use. The odor this time was quite intense, and it might make me more conscious of cushion conditions when staying at other hotels in the future.
Also, Singapore has many large buildings, and it was sometimes difficult to figure out where we were within the hotel. Even with maps, navigating was a bit confusing, and it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't fully appreciate the hotel's good location before our stay ended.
Overall, we made many good memories, including the spacious and comfortable room, the varied and delicious buffet, and the pool and lounge access that the kids enjoyed.
However, there were also areas that could be improved for an even more comfortable stay, such as the odor of the room cushion and the information regarding room occupancy and extra beds.

Our family trip has just ended, and both my parents and children were very happy with this hotel. When I first chose it, location was a key factor. Of course, several other hotels nearby were also close, but this one was about a 10-minute walk to the Merlion. The second major factor was the lobby and the hotel's design – this was the deciding point. The completely open-plan design gives a comfortable, airy, and resort-like feel. There are abundant green plants interspersed throughout the floors, which both my mother and child loved taking photos of. Third, since we were traveling with a child, we needed to push two twin beds together, and the movable twin bed design made this very easy.
Upon arrival, the hotel lived up to our expectations. The design is excellent, and the views are superb. I'd recommend choosing a room facing Marina Bay Sands if possible; if you can't see the bay, you might as well stay a bit further away. Another pleasant surprise was the swimming pool. It's perfect for kids and for sunbathing in peace. The environment is calm and refreshing, and staff promptly clear up after previous swimmers. The pool is definitely a big plus for this hotel.
Regarding the breakfast, although the hotel is near a mall with connecting access, after exploring, we found there weren't many options suitable for children. While the breakfast was just okay, we still stuck with it, which greatly eased the decision-making for those with choice paralysis.

I have to say, at least I feel the hotel is ******.
1. We disembarked from the cruise ship at 7:30 AM and checked in that day, then went out to explore. We returned to the hotel at 2:30 PM and I wanted to ask if we could check in half an hour early, but was told that due to a late check-out by the previous guests, we might not even be able to check in by 3 PM. I immediately expressed my unacceptance, stating that the official check-in time was 3 PM and I needed my room then. During this time, one white guest after another received their room cards from the front desk staff, who even offered them tea and water. I waited until the very last minute for a manager to come out, express a small apology, offer me water, and give my child a drawing kit to pacify us. Then, at 3:05 PM, when we finally got to the room, it still hadn't been fully cleaned... The funniest part was finding an empty chocolate box, as if inviting me to eat it...
2. Because we checked in in a hurry, I wasn't told our room number, and I don't usually check the room number when leaving, especially since it wasn't on the room card. At 9:40 PM, I returned to the front desk, gave them the room card, and asked for our room number. They took a long time to look it up, and when we got to the room, the card wouldn't open the door. I went back to the front desk, and they actually suggested that I might have demagnetized the card by placing it with my phone? This is the first time I've seen a hotel blame the guest first when there's an issue... I had another room card that I hadn't taken out with me, and when I tried it later, it also didn't open the door, further proving it wasn't my fault.
Due to several incidents, I complained to the hotel that night. After the complaint, the hotel did offer some compensation to make up for our experience, which at least made us feel a bit better emotionally, but the flaws in service remain unaddressed.
Objectively, the hotel is beautiful, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. All the other service staff we encountered, apart from the front desk, were very good! However, my overall impression of the hotel is that it's overly fawning towards white guests. For someone like me, who has certain expectations for the emotional value of hotel service, Raffles would not be a good choice. But if you want to experience the hotel's unique history and style, it's definitely worth a try.
P.S. If you're staying with children and also encounter guests smoking in the hallway, that really makes for a very poor experience, which we also unfortunately did.DariMXN$ 21,269

This is a great hotel! It's right opposite a large shopping mall in Bugis, and there's a colorful spiral staircase next to it. We stayed on the 11th floor, and the room was bright and clean, not at all humid. There's a water dispenser in the room, so no need to buy bottled water. The infinity pool on the 7th floor is beautiful and clean. Public transport, both buses and the MRT, are easily accessible nearby, making it convenient for getting around. A small incident occurred during our trip, which truly highlighted the hotel's professional and heartwarming service. We stayed at the Fairmont Hotel for our first stop, and then headed to Sentosa for the next part of our itinerary. After checking in at Sentosa and just as we were about to head to Resorts World, my child suddenly realized that their blue backpack, containing nearly completed summer homework, had been left on a sofa in the Fairmont Hotel lobby. The thought of losing all that hard-earned homework instantly panicked my child, and as parents, we were at a loss and quite flustered.
In this critical moment, with assistance from the Sentosa side, Atiq from the Fairmont's concierge team responded swiftly. He carefully verified and confirmed that both the backpack and the summer homework were intact. He efficiently coordinated the inter-hotel transfer, immediately arranging a taxi to deliver the lost bag to our Sentosa hotel as quickly as possible.
From locating the lost backpack, verifying information, coordinating communication, to the actual delivery of the item, the entire cross-location handling process took only thirty minutes. Atiq's exceptional efficiency and calm, professional crisis management left us both surprised and deeply touched.

This is an honest review of Carlton Hotel Singapore, where my mother and I stayed in the second week of August!
I'll summarize what I felt during my stay.
Floor: I requested a high floor when booking, but unfortunately, it wasn't accommodated, and we were assigned the 8th floor. However, the room condition was pleasant, so we didn't experience much inconvenience during our stay.
Bed Type: The room type was an Executive Room. We requested twin beds so my mom and I could sleep comfortably, and they provided a room with two beds, which was perfect. The bedding was fresh, and the mattress was soft, so we slept soundly every night.
Deposit & Cancellation Period: A deposit of $200 (SGD) is authorized upon check-in. Even if you use paid services, they are not deducted from the deposit; you pay for them separately upon check-out. It's been about 3 days since we checked out, and the deposit cancellation hasn't been processed yet, likely because it's an overseas authorization. It usually takes a few days to 1-2 weeks depending on the card company, so it's best to wait patiently.
Bathroom & Amenities: Toothpaste and toothbrushes were provided, and shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were well-stocked, which we used comfortably throughout our stay. A hairdryer was also available.
Cleaning & Refill: If you press the 'Please Clean Up' switch in the room, they will clean the room and replenish water, towels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes generously every time.
Tip for Bedding Change: If you want to have the bed sheets completely changed, make sure to place the green sign provided in the room on the bed, and they will replace them with fresh bedding.
Upon arriving at night, the magnificent glass chandelier stretching across the lobby ceiling immediately caught my eye. The high ceiling and luxurious feel made a great first impression.
The swimming pool is quite small. However, Singapore's weather is extremely hot and humid, so people were constantly in the water regardless of the time of day. It was sufficient for cooling down and chilling out lightly during the day or evening.
Gym: Across the swimming pool, there's a gym. It was clean and a simple hotel gym, perfect for a light workout.
Breakfast/Hotel Dining: I didn't book breakfast because of the pressure to wake up early to eat breakfast when traveling. Instead of using the hotel's breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffets, we creatively handled our meals with delivery food and restaurants in nearby shopping malls.
Raffles City Shopping Mall: The Raffles City shopping mall right next to the hotel was incredibly convenient! The restaurant and food court options were so good that we often went to Raffles City for our meals during our stay.
Room Service: On the first night, we arrived at the hotel around 10-11 PM and were tired, so we ordered room service. The food tasted really delicious and satisfying, but as expected with Singapore prices, it was quite expensive. The taste is guaranteed, so it might be nice to use it once for a treat!
Location & Transportation: On the map, I thought Merlion Park was within walking distance, but Singapore's August weather was hotter and more humid than I imagined, so walking was definitely not an option.

Booking a Marina Bay view room was absolutely the right choice. I could watch the nightly shows from my room, and the mornings were incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend it.
The breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of delicious options. The Laksa, in particular, was truly amazing, with plenty of shrimp and shellfish. I had it every day during my stay.

In this critical moment, with assistance from the Sentosa side, Atiq from the Fairmont's concierge team responded swiftly. He carefully verified and confirmed that both the backpack and the summer homework were intact. He efficiently coordinated the inter-hotel transfer, immediately arranging a taxi to deliver the lost bag to our Sentosa hotel as quickly as possible.

I'll summarize what I felt during my stay.
Floor: I requested a high floor when booking, but unfortunately, it wasn't accommodated, and we were assigned the 8th floor. However, the room condition was pleasant, so we didn't experience much inconvenience during our stay.
Bed Type: The room type was an Executive Room. We requested twin beds so my mom and I could sleep comfortably, and they provided a room with two beds, which was perfect. The bedding was fresh, and the mattress was soft, so we slept soundly every night.
Deposit & Cancellation Period: A deposit of $200 (SGD) is authorized upon check-in. Even if you use paid services, they are not deducted from the deposit; you pay for them separately upon check-out. It's been about 3 days since we checked out, and the deposit cancellation hasn't been processed yet, likely because it's an overseas authorization. It usually takes a few days to 1-2 weeks depending on the card company, so it's best to wait patiently.
Bathroom & Amenities: Toothpaste and toothbrushes were provided, and shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were well-stocked, which we used comfortably throughout our stay. A hairdryer was also available.
Cleaning & Refill: If you press the 'Please Clean Up' switch in the room, they will clean the room and replenish water, towels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes generously every time.
Tip for Bedding Change: If you want to have the bed sheets completely changed, make sure to place the green sign provided in the room on the bed, and they will replace them with fresh bedding.
Upon arriving at night, the magnificent glass chandelier stretching across the lobby ceiling immediately caught my eye. The high ceiling and luxurious feel made a great first impression.
The swimming pool is quite small. However, Singapore's weather is extremely hot and humid, so people were constantly in the water regardless of the time of day. It was sufficient for cooling down and chilling out lightly during the day or evening.

Breakfast/Hotel Dining: I didn't book breakfast because of the pressure to wake up early to eat breakfast when traveling. Instead of using the hotel's breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffets, we creatively handled our meals with delivery food and restaurants in nearby shopping malls.
Raffles City Shopping Mall: The Raffles City shopping mall right next to the hotel was incredibly convenient! The restaurant and food court options were so good that we often went to Raffles City for our meals during our stay.
Room Service: On the first night, we arrived at the hotel around 10-11 PM and were tired, so we ordered room service. The food tasted really delicious and satisfying, but as expected with Singapore prices, it was quite expensive. The taste is guaranteed, so it might be nice to use it once for a treat!
Location & Transportation: On the map, I thought Merlion Park was within walking distance, but Singapore's August weather was hotter and more humid than I imagined, so walking was definitely not an option.

1. We disembarked from the cruise ship at 7:30 AM and checked in that day, then went out to explore. We returned to the hotel at 2:30 PM and I wanted to ask if we could check in half an hour early, but was told that due to a late check-out by the previous guests, we might not even be able to check in by 3 PM. I immediately expressed my unacceptance, stating that the official check-in time was 3 PM and I needed my room then. I waited until the very last minute for a manager to come out, express a small apology, offer me water, and give my child a drawing kit to pacify us. 2. Because we checked in in a hurry, I wasn't told our room number, and I don't usually check the room number when leaving, especially since it wasn't on the room card. At 9:40 PM, I returned to the front desk, gave them the room card, and asked for our room number. They took a long time to look it up, and when we got to the room, the card wouldn't open the door. I went back to the front desk, and they actually suggested that I might have demagnetized the card by placing it with my phone? This is the first time I've seen a hotel blame the guest first when there's an issue... Due to several incidents, I complained to the hotel that night. After the complaint, the hotel did offer some compensation to make up for our experience, which at least made us feel a bit better emotionally, but the flaws in service remain unaddressed.
Objectively, the hotel is beautiful, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. All the other service staff we encountered, apart from the front desk, were very good! However, my overall impression of the hotel is that it's overly fawning towards white guests. For someone like me, who has certain expectations for the emotional value of hotel service, Raffles would not be a good choice. But if you want to experience the hotel's unique history and style, it's definitely worth a try.

Upon arrival, the hotel lived up to our expectations. The design is excellent, and the views are superb. I'd recommend choosing a room facing Marina Bay Sands if possible; if you can't see the bay, you might as well stay a bit further away. Another pleasant surprise was the swimming pool. It's perfect for kids and for sunbathing in peace. The environment is calm and refreshing, and staff promptly clear up after previous swimmers. The pool is definitely a big plus for this hotel.
Regarding the breakfast, although the hotel is near a mall with connecting access, after exploring, we found there weren't many options suitable for children. While the breakfast was just okay, we still stuck with it, which greatly eased the decision-making for those with choice paralysis.

First off, the price was reasonable. In Singapore, where hotels typically cost around S$2,000, finding a place for just over S$1,000 that also offered beautiful surroundings, new facilities, a spacious room, four complimentary bottled water bottles, a toiletries kit, and slippers was truly exceptional. We didn't try the breakfast, though I imagine it's good; the additional cost seemed a bit high, and we couldn't wake up early enough anyway, so we just grabbed a quick bite and headed out to explore.
Getting a taxi was a bit circuitous since it's located on a hill, and walking up was a bit tiring. However, the environment truly is beautiful. The famous '网红树洞' (internet-famous tree cave) had a long queue every morning. Once we got familiar with the layout, we found it quite convenient to walk around the area. The front desk staff, both the English-speaking gentleman and the Chinese-speaking lady, were incredibly friendly. The beautiful, historic building itself made my stay feel special. I even saw The Fullerton Hotel from a river cruise on the canal, and its imposing presence was truly impressive.
Booking a Marina Bay view room was absolutely the right choice. I could watch the nightly shows from my room, and the mornings were incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend it.
The breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of delicious options. The Laksa, in particular, was truly amazing, with plenty of shrimp and shellfish. I had it every day during my stay.
And above all, the service from all the hotel staff was superb. My stay was actually to celebrate a family occasion, and their polite and warm hospitality truly made me feel, ”This is what The Fullerton Hotel is all about.”
I also fell in love with the hotel's adorable stuffed animal and bought one as a souvenir. I'll treasure it as a memory of my trip.

This time, I stayed for one night after a cruise.
Since it was a post-cruise stay, the room was very spacious, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing time.

We also used the pool. After experiencing the crowded pools on Disney Cruise Line, the kids absolutely loved the hotel's pool, finding it very comfortable. It was a great place to unwind after the cruise.
Another memorable aspect was the hand soap in the room. It had a wonderful fragrance, so much so that I wanted to buy it to use at home. Unfortunately, I was told it wasn't for sale, which was a shame.
This time, we booked two rooms for five people. We had requested a twin room for one of them, but this request wasn't accommodated, so three of us ended up using a triple room. It felt a bit cramped for three people, and we had to use the sofa for sleeping. We were informed at check-in that an extra bed would incur a charge, so I think clearer information beforehand would have helped us prepare more comfortably.
Regarding the staff's service, there were no particular concerns; overall, it felt quite ordinary.
On the other hand, a slight disappointment was the green cushion on the bed. It had a very strong, surprising odor. We couldn't use it and had to leave it on the floor. Since cushions can come into direct contact with skin, I believe frequent cleaning of the covers would make them more reassuring to use. The odor this time was quite intense, and it might make me more conscious of cushion conditions when staying at other hotels in the future.
Also, Singapore has many large buildings, and it was sometimes difficult to figure out where we were within the hotel. Even with maps, navigating was a bit confusing, and it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't fully appreciate the hotel's good location before our stay ended.
Overall, we made many good memories, including the spacious and comfortable room, the varied and delicious buffet, and the pool and lounge access that the kids enjoyed.
However, there were also areas that could be improved for an even more comfortable stay, such as the odor of the room cushion and the information regarding room occupancy and extra beds.

This time, I stayed for one night after a cruise.
Since it was a post-cruise stay, the room was very spacious, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing time.

This time, we booked two rooms for five people. We had requested a twin room for one of them, but this request wasn't accommodated, so three of us ended up using a triple room. It felt a bit cramped for three people, and we had to use the sofa for sleeping. We were informed at check-in that an extra bed would incur a charge, so I think clearer information beforehand would have helped us prepare more comfortably.
Regarding the staff's service, there were no particular concerns; overall, it felt quite ordinary.
On the other hand, a slight disappointment was the green cushion on the bed. It had a very strong, surprising odor. We couldn't use it and had to leave it on the floor. Since cushions can come into direct contact with skin, I believe frequent cleaning of the covers would make them more reassuring to use. The odor this time was quite intense, and it might make me more conscious of cushion conditions when staying at other hotels in the future.
Also, Singapore has many large buildings, and it was sometimes difficult to figure out where we were within the hotel. Even with maps, navigating was a bit confusing, and it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't fully appreciate the hotel's good location before our stay ended.
Overall, we made many good memories, including the spacious and comfortable room, the varied and delicious buffet, and the pool and lounge access that the kids enjoyed.
However, there were also areas that could be improved for an even more comfortable stay, such as the odor of the room cushion and the information regarding room occupancy and extra beds.

Our family trip has just ended, and both my parents and children were very happy with this hotel. When I first chose it, location was a key factor. Of course, several other hotels nearby were also close, but this one was about a 10-minute walk to the Merlion. There are abundant green plants interspersed throughout the floors, which both my mother and child loved taking photos of. Third, since we were traveling with a child, we needed to push two twin beds together, and the movable twin bed design made this very easy.
Upon arrival, the hotel lived up to our expectations. The design is excellent, and the views are superb. I'd recommend choosing a room facing Marina Bay Sands if possible; if you can't see the bay, you might as well stay a bit further away. Another pleasant surprise was the swimming pool. It's perfect for kids and for sunbathing in peace. The environment is calm and refreshing, and staff promptly clear up after previous swimmers. The pool is definitely a big plus for this hotel.
Regarding the breakfast, although the hotel is near a mall with connecting access, after exploring, we found there weren't many options suitable for children. While the breakfast was just okay, we still stuck with it, which greatly eased the decision-making for those with choice paralysis.

This was my first stay here, and I was incredibly comfortable from beginning to end.
First off, the location is super convenient, making it easy to get to tourist spots and shopping areas, and equally easy to return to the hotel. It was great to be able to take a short stroll in Merlion Park and come right back.
The beautiful, historic building itself made my stay feel special. I even saw The Fullerton Hotel from a river cruise on the canal, and its imposing presence was truly impressive.
Booking a Marina Bay view room was absolutely the right choice. I could watch the nightly shows from my room, and the mornings were incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend it.
The breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of delicious options. The Laksa, in particular, was truly amazing, with plenty of shrimp and shellfish. I had it every day during my stay.

First off, I want to commend the front desk staff – both check-in and check-out were very warm and efficient.
However, my overall stay wasn't very satisfying. I was in town for a concert, staying only one night, and traveling solo. Upon entering my room, I found a sofa bed made up in addition to the bedroom. I'm not sure what the logic behind that was.
After the concert and a late-night snack, I returned to my room past 1 AM and started to shower. It took a full 20 minutes for the water to heat up; I even wondered for a moment if hot water wasn't available at such a late hour.
The main bedroom's large bed clearly hadn't had its sheets changed. As soon as I lay down, I could feel small, unidentified particles, like dead skin, on the bed. I didn't dare look too closely. At that point, I was grateful they had made up the sofa bed, as those sheets at least seemed fresh. So, I ended up sleeping in the living area.

I have to say, at least I feel the hotel is ******.
1. We disembarked from the cruise ship at 7:30 AM and checked in that day, then went out to explore. We returned to the hotel at 2:30 PM and I wanted to ask if we could check in half an hour early, but was told that due to a late check-out by the previous guests, we might not even be able to check in by 3 PM. I immediately expressed my unacceptance, stating that the official check-in time was 3 PM and I needed my room then. During this time, one white guest after another received their room cards from the front desk staff, who even offered them tea and water. I waited until the very last minute for a manager to come out, express a small apology, offer me water, and give my child a drawing kit to pacify us. Then, at 3:05 PM, when we finally got to the room, it still hadn't been fully cleaned... The funniest part was finding an empty chocolate box, as if inviting me to eat it...
2. Because we checked in in a hurry, I wasn't told our room number, and I don't usually check the room number when leaving, especially since it wasn't on the room card. At 9:40 PM, I returned to the front desk, gave them the room card, and asked for our room number. They took a long time to look it up, and when we got to the room, the card wouldn't open the door. I went back to the front desk, and they actually suggested that I might have demagnetized the card by placing it with my phone? This is the first time I've seen a hotel blame the guest first when there's an issue... I had another room card that I hadn't taken out with me, and when I tried it later, it also didn't open the door, further proving it wasn't my fault.
Due to several incidents, I complained to the hotel that night. After the complaint, the hotel did offer some compensation to make up for our experience, which at least made us feel a bit better emotionally, but the flaws in service remain unaddressed.
Objectively, the hotel is beautiful, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. All the other service staff we encountered, apart from the front desk, were very good! However, my overall impression of the hotel is that it's overly fawning towards white guests. For someone like me, who has certain expectations for the emotional value of hotel service, Raffles would not be a good choice. But if you want to experience the hotel's unique history and style, it's definitely worth a try.

In this critical moment, with assistance from the Sentosa side, Atiq from the Fairmont's concierge team responded swiftly. He efficiently coordinated the inter-hotel transfer, immediately arranging a taxi to deliver the lost bag to our Sentosa hotel as quickly as possible.

I'll summarize what I felt during my stay.
Floor: I requested a high floor when booking, but unfortunately, it wasn't accommodated, and we were assigned the 8th floor. However, the room condition was pleasant, so we didn't experience much inconvenience during our stay.
Bed Type: The room type was an Executive Room. We requested twin beds so my mom and I could sleep comfortably, and they provided a room with two beds, which was perfect. The bedding was fresh, and the mattress was soft, so we slept soundly every night.
Deposit & Cancellation Period: A deposit of $200 (SGD) is authorized upon check-in. Even if you use paid services, they are not deducted from the deposit; you pay for them separately upon check-out. It's been about 3 days since we checked out, and the deposit cancellation hasn't been processed yet, likely because it's an overseas authorization. It usually takes a few days to 1-2 weeks depending on the card company, so it's best to wait patiently.
Bathroom & Amenities: Toothpaste and toothbrushes were provided, and shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were well-stocked, which we used comfortably throughout our stay. A hairdryer was also available.
Cleaning & Refill: If you press the 'Please Clean Up' switch in the room, they will clean the room and replenish water, towels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes generously every time.
Tip for Bedding Change: If you want to have the bed sheets completely changed, make sure to place the green sign provided in the room on the bed, and they will replace them with fresh bedding.
Upon arriving at night, the magnificent glass chandelier stretching across the lobby ceiling immediately caught my eye. The high ceiling and luxurious feel made a great first impression.
The swimming pool is quite small. However, Singapore's weather is extremely hot and humid, so people were constantly in the water regardless of the time of day. It was sufficient for cooling down and chilling out lightly during the day or evening.
Gym: Across the swimming pool, there's a gym. It was clean and a simple hotel gym, perfect for a light workout.
Breakfast/Hotel Dining: I didn't book breakfast because of the pressure to wake up early to eat breakfast when traveling. Instead of using the hotel's breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffets, we creatively handled our meals with delivery food and restaurants in nearby shopping malls.
Raffles City Shopping Mall: The Raffles City shopping mall right next to the hotel was incredibly convenient! The restaurant and food court options were so good that we often went to Raffles City for our meals during our stay.
Room Service: On the first night, we arrived at the hotel around 10-11 PM and were tired, so we ordered room service. The food tasted really delicious and satisfying, but as expected with Singapore prices, it was quite expensive. The taste is guaranteed, so it might be nice to use it once for a treat!
Location & Transportation: On the map, I thought Merlion Park was within walking distance, but Singapore's August weather was hotter and more humid than I imagined, so walking was definitely not an option.
Instead, there were well-located bus stops near the hotel, and we consistently took buses to major attractions, including Merlion Park. The routes were so well-established that we got around very conveniently. When it's hot, always use public transport!

This time, I stayed for one night after a cruise.
Since it was a post-cruise stay, the room was very spacious, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing time.
I was particularly satisfied with the food. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious, making it a highlight of our stay. Our whole family enjoyed the meal.
We also used the pool. After experiencing the crowded pools on Disney Cruise Line, the kids absolutely loved the hotel's pool, finding it very comfortable. It was a great place to unwind after the cruise.
Another memorable aspect was the hand soap in the room. It had a wonderful fragrance, so much so that I wanted to buy it to use at home. Unfortunately, I was told it wasn't for sale, which was a shame.
This time, we booked two rooms for five people. We had requested a twin room for one of them, but this request wasn't accommodated, so three of us ended up using a triple room. It felt a bit cramped for three people, and we had to use the sofa for sleeping. We were informed at check-in that an extra bed would incur a charge, so I think clearer information beforehand would have helped us prepare more comfortably.
Regarding the staff's service, there were no particular concerns; overall, it felt quite ordinary.
On the other hand, a slight disappointment was the green cushion on the bed. It had a very strong, surprising odor. We couldn't use it and had to leave it on the floor. Since cushions can come into direct contact with skin, I believe frequent cleaning of the covers would make them more reassuring to use. The odor this time was quite intense, and it might make me more conscious of cushion conditions when staying at other hotels in the future.
Also, Singapore has many large buildings, and it was sometimes difficult to figure out where we were within the hotel. Even with maps, navigating was a bit confusing, and it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't fully appreciate the hotel's good location before our stay ended.
Overall, we made many good memories, including the spacious and comfortable room, the varied and delicious buffet, and the pool and lounge access that the kids enjoyed.
However, there were also areas that could be improved for an even more comfortable stay, such as the odor of the room cushion and the information regarding room occupancy and extra beds.

Since we were traveling with a 15-year-old who is considered an adult, I requested a triple room when booking, and the hotel promptly added an extra bed. What's commendable is that this wasn't just a sofa bed; they actually removed the sofa cushions, stored them in a cabinet, and set up a proper single bed with a mattress. This made the extra charge feel justified. (I forgot to take photos at the time, so the room images are screenshots from a video and a bit blurry).
The hotel pool's cleanliness and facilities were also excellent. The lounge chairs in the shallow end of the pool were above the water, allowing you to relax on them even if you didn't want to get in the water.

I visited Singapore in the last week of August and chose the Wyndham Hotel after sifting through many options, mainly because the price was right.
The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor, and the facilities are pretty good. The room wasn't as small as some reviews suggested; at least it was bigger than similarly priced rooms in Hong Kong, although the bathroom was a bit cramped.
The breakfast selection wasn't sparse, but it wasn't really to my taste. It was fine for a day or two, but I started to get tired of it after that.
During my stay in Singapore, what I appreciated most about the Wyndham Hotel was its excellent location. You can walk to Fort Canning Park, the Old Hill Street Police Station, Clarke Quay, and Merlion Park. Chinatown, Sentosa, and Mandai Wildlife Reserve are all directly accessible by subway. Being near City Hall MRT station, it’s really in a prime area.
Overall, for about S$1500 a night, staying at the Wyndham Hotel in Singapore was a decent choice and I would recommend it.DariMXN$ 2,427

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped and very new, with no dated feel. The sheets and duvet covers were clean and odorless, and I wasn't bitten by any bugs.
