Our 2D1N stay at Andaz was a pleasant one overall. The hotel's facilities, design, and interior are modern, clean, and well maintained, making it a great choice for a family staycation. Unfortunately, our check-in experience fell short due to our interaction with the duty manager, Ms Intan. The check-in process alone took more than 30 minutes as our booking could not initially be located, and we were repeatedly told that we had not booked the room type we had clearly reserved. We're unsure whether this was due to a system issue between Trip.com and the hotel's reservation system, but the situation could have been handled more professionally. We also felt that some of the remarks made during the interaction were rather curt, which left us with the impression that we were not welcomed. Thankfully, the rest of our stay more than made up for this initial experience. Had it not been for the check-in episode, it would have been a perfect family staycation.

The room was very clean, and the staff were all quite friendly. I hesitated for a long time before booking, as I saw reviews saying that Singapore's facilities were old and the service wasn't good. After actually checking in, I felt everything was pretty good. I specifically requested a quiet room when booking. The room was exactly like in the photos. The air conditioning vent made a bit of a noise, just the sound of air coming out, but honestly, after being tired from exploring all day, it didn't affect my sleep. The room door wasn't soundproof, and I could hear doors closing outside, but that only happened occasionally, so it wasn't noisy. The shower had great water pressure, and the hairdryer, though old-fashioned, was powerful. Every day, they provided five bottles of purified water, six coffee capsules, and tea bags, and even a complimentary pack of cookies, which was a nice touch. Suntec City is right across the street; you just go through an underpass to get there. There are all sorts of food options, and it's convenient and sheltered from the sun. The subway station is only about 50 meters away, making getting around very easy.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and a great pool. I had communicated a week or two in advance, requesting a high-floor room and mentioning our anniversary. However, upon arrival, there was no room available. We had to wait until 4:30 PM in the hot Singaporean weather before being informed that a room was ready. This cut down our total 21-hour stay by 1.5 hours. We were originally assigned a room on the 20th floor, but due to a previous guest smoking in it, we were forced to take a room on the 7th floor. It also seemed like there was a discrepancy in the toiletries and bathrobes; other rooms had Diptyque products, but ours didn't. The dinner buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. However, breakfast was chaotic. The Indian chef at the egg station seemed to be slacking off – the first time I asked for Eggs Benedict, he said they didn't have it, and the second time, he claimed his shift was over. Miraculously, when the head chef came over, it was suddenly possible to make them. I truly can't believe a luxury hotel wouldn't offer Eggs Benedict... Despite numerous hiccups during check-in, I'm glad that Trip.com customer service and the duty manager were proactive and very helpful in resolving the issues!

This is an older hotel with basic facilities. It's comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, and the breakfast is about what you'd expect from a 3-4 star hotel there. Of course, the price is also around 300, but in Singapore dollars. If you're not traveling with family, you'd find much better standard room options and accommodations for the same price. Our family of four stayed here specifically for the two large beds. The hotel's location isn't far from the MRT station. Haji Lane and BOSS HOTEL (the starting point for the Legoland shuttle) are all within walking distance, and there are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, and there's an Indian minimart across the street from the hotel that's much cheaper than the 7-Eleven down the block. I misplaced something and when I called, they immediately knew which room I was in and what I had lost, which shows excellent coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. Thumbs up for that!

Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately hit with a wave of familiarity. It had changed its name and been renovated, and then I realized it was the same hotel I stayed in during the Chinese New Year in 2017. It's a great place – right next to a mall, making shopping and dining super convenient, and getting to major attractions is a breeze. The hotel service is also very thoughtful. I checked out early in the morning to run errands and left my luggage, picking it up later that night. They even kindly let us use the gym on the third floor to freshen up. All in all, a really fantastic hotel!

I have to say, at least I feel the hotel is ******. 1. We disembarked from the cruise ship at 7:30 AM and checked in that day, then went out to explore. We returned to the hotel at 2:30 PM and I wanted to ask if we could check in half an hour early, but was told that due to a late check-out by the previous guests, we might not even be able to check in by 3 PM. I immediately expressed my unacceptance, stating that the official check-in time was 3 PM and I needed my room then. During this time, one white guest after another received their room cards from the front desk staff, who even offered them tea and water. I waited until the very last minute for a manager to come out, express a small apology, offer me water, and give my child a drawing kit to pacify us. Then, at 3:05 PM, when we finally got to the room, it still hadn't been fully cleaned... The funniest part was finding an empty chocolate box, as if inviting me to eat it... 2. Because we checked in in a hurry, I wasn't told our room number, and I don't usually check the room number when leaving, especially since it wasn't on the room card. At 9:40 PM, I returned to the front desk, gave them the room card, and asked for our room number. They took a long time to look it up, and when we got to the room, the card wouldn't open the door. I went back to the front desk, and they actually suggested that I might have demagnetized the card by placing it with my phone? This is the first time I've seen a hotel blame the guest first when there's an issue... I had another room card that I hadn't taken out with me, and when I tried it later, it also didn't open the door, further proving it wasn't my fault. Due to several incidents, I complained to the hotel that night. After the complaint, the hotel did offer some compensation to make up for our experience, which at least made us feel a bit better emotionally, but the flaws in service remain unaddressed. Objectively, the hotel is beautiful, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. All the other service staff we encountered, apart from the front desk, were very good! However, my overall impression of the hotel is that it's overly fawning towards white guests. For someone like me, who has certain expectations for the emotional value of hotel service, Raffles would not be a good choice. But if you want to experience the hotel's unique history and style, it's definitely worth a try. P.S. If you're staying with children and also encounter guests smoking in the hallway, that really makes for a very poor experience, which we also unfortunately did.

Facilities: Quite comprehensive. Everything is well-appointed and exquisite. Slippers, laundry bags, razors, combs, toiletries, and soap are all of excellent quality. The shampoo bottle dispenser was a bit stiff. The bathtub was large. The direct drinking water tap was very convenient, and you can take the cups out, so you don't need to buy extra water. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The glass cups had a slight odor. Environment: What you see is what you get, and it looks even better in person. The bed not being against the wall and facing the balcony view was a unique touch. The bathroom has no door, and the wooden sliding door for the toilet was stuck and wouldn't move, which should be noted. Service: The front desk staff and operators were flawless, and the Mandarin service was a commendable bonus! Room delivery service was fast! The housekeepers were also excellent. However, there was a dark-skinned male server at Prego who seemed unfriendly and had a stern expression. Breakfast was abundant, and the taste was good.

I was quite anxious before my trip, worried about bad service or a poor room. However, as soon as I entered the lobby, someone immediately came to help with my luggage without any differential treatment, which instantly put me at ease. I had booked two months in advance, and at check-in, the front desk even specifically mentioned the requests I made in my booking email and assigned the room accordingly – truly excellent! The room was very clean and spacious; even with two 26-inch suitcases open, there was still plenty of room. The bedding didn't feel damp or anything, and I slept very comfortably until morning. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to several popular attractions nearby. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, and the metro and bus lines are also very convenient. I've already recommended it to friends, and if I visit Singapore again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

I also appreciated that the toilet and shower were in separate, partitioned spaces. The water pressure, though not incredibly strong, was perfectly acceptable – a welcome change from the weak pressure or lack of hot water you sometimes encounter in overseas hotels.

The service was also great; check-in was quick and friendly. A special mention goes to the bathroom in the room – it was brightly lit and spotlessly clean. And there was no damp, musty smell in the room! This is really important, as it completely changed my previous negative impressions of some hotels! This hotel offers good value for money, and the buffet restaurant on the ground floor has decent food. After checking in, the room facilities were quite new, and the room size was also acceptable. It was consistent with the online pictures. Up to this point, my impression of this hotel was very good! Now, about breakfast. There wasn't much variety, and on the second morning around 10 AM, it wasn't even peak dining time. The ”lady with straight bangs” who was seating people, and who had a Chinese appearance, I don't quite understand why, despite there being several empty tables in the main dining area close to the food stations, she refused to seat us there. Instead, she insisted on seating us in a corner conference room, which made getting food very inconvenient! The tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped. During our meal, many servers kept coming in to put away cutlery! I'm not sure if the ”lady with straight bangs” was being discriminatory or what her intention was. For future guests, I'd suggest you boldly request not to sit in the conference room!!

I have to say, at least I feel the hotel is ******. 1. We disembarked from the cruise ship at 7:30 AM and checked in that day, then went out to explore. We returned to the hotel at 2:30 PM and I wanted to ask if we could check in half an hour early, but was told that due to a late check-out by the previous guests, we might not even be able to check in by 3 PM. I immediately expressed my unacceptance, stating that the official check-in time was 3 PM and I needed my room then. During this time, one white guest after another received their room cards from the front desk staff, who even offered them tea and water. I waited until the very last minute for a manager to come out, express a small apology, offer me water, and give my child a drawing kit to pacify us. Then, at 3:05 PM, when we finally got to the room, it still hadn't been fully cleaned... The funniest part was finding an empty chocolate box, as if inviting me to eat it... 2. Because we checked in in a hurry, I wasn't told our room number, and I don't usually check the room number when leaving, especially since it wasn't on the room card. At 9:40 PM, I returned to the front desk, gave them the room card, and asked for our room number. They took a long time to look it up, and when we got to the room, the card wouldn't open the door. I went back to the front desk, and they actually suggested that I might have demagnetized the card by placing it with my phone? This is the first time I've seen a hotel blame the guest first when there's an issue... I had another room card that I hadn't taken out with me, and when I tried it later, it also didn't open the door, further proving it wasn't my fault. Due to several incidents, I complained to the hotel that night. After the complaint, the hotel did offer some compensation to make up for our experience, which at least made us feel a bit better emotionally, but the flaws in service remain unaddressed. Objectively, the hotel is beautiful, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. All the other service staff we encountered, apart from the front desk, were very good! However, my overall impression of the hotel is that it's overly fawning towards white guests. For someone like me, who has certain expectations for the emotional value of hotel service, Raffles would not be a good choice. But if you want to experience the hotel's unique history and style, it's definitely worth a try. P.S. If you're staying with children and also encounter guests smoking in the hallway, that really makes for a very poor experience, which we also unfortunately did.

It's incredibly close to the National Museum; just turn left out of the hotel and walk straight for 2-3 minutes, and you'll see the museum at the traffic light intersection. If you're coming from the airport by MRT, take the blue Downtown Line (DTL) to DT21 Bencoolen Station. Exit through B, and the hotel is diagonally across the street. Taking the MRT is generally cheaper and more convenient in Singapore; a 1.5 km Grab ride typically costs around 70 RMB. The front desk service was outstanding. The staff were always smiling, explained all the important details to guests, and there were even staff members who spoke Chinese, making check-in very smooth. When I left, the front desk even helped me call a taxi – the service was absolutely top-notch. Dining options around the hotel are super convenient. There are many eateries right outside, and surprisingly, there's even a 'Yi Dian Dian' (bubble tea shop) nearby! 🤣 The shower had strong water pressure, making for a very comfortable wash. Housekeeping staff were prompt in replenishing amenities and very meticulous in tidying the room. The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection, but it was still sufficient to fill up. I particularly enjoyed their coffee beans and butter. The room itself was quite bright, and the air conditioning was quiet.

We checked in on June 13th at 3 PM. There was a cocktail event happening that day, and the hotel was fully booked, so they upgraded us to a suite with a walk-in closet. Unfortunately, the room was directly above the event venue, and the event was scheduled to run until 11 PM. We were informed of this during check-in, but it would have been much better if they had notified us via email beforehand. The sound system was incredibly powerful, and we almost considered switching hotels on the spot. Of course, at our request, they moved us back to our original reserved room the next day, and the noise was significantly reduced. They also offered us breakfast as compensation. For a hotel that was just renovated last year, the humidity issue hasn't been resolved. The moldy corners in the shower were quite noticeable, giving an impression of subpar hygiene, even though the tables were impeccably clean. The front desk and doorman staff were all very approachable and helpful with luggage and directions, as were the restaurant staff. Everything was up to standard.

Due to Queen's Hotel being fully booked for our original 4-night stay, we chose this hotel just 300 meters away. The lobby staff were generally Chinese speakers, which was fine, but the Indian female staff members frequently rolled their eyes at non-English speakers. They were very strict about the 3 PM check-in time. The bed was quite narrow and soft, causing back pain; it was noticeably smaller and much less comfortable than the single beds at Queen's Hotel. The only upside was that the bathroom had a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub, and the air conditioning could be adjusted, unlike at Queen's Hotel where it was either on or off. Around the hotel, there's Zhangliang Malatang, Juges Bar, Lantingxu Beef Noodles, and many other dining options within walking distance. Plus, the Bencoolen MRT station is right downstairs with direct access, making it convenient to get to the airport, Marina Bay, and Chinatown. Most guests staying here were Caucasian, and the rooms were cleaned by Indian gentlemen. The hotel boasts three swimming pools on the 3rd floor, and the water quality was decent, with many guests swimming even in the evening. For 800 (including tax) a night, it offers decent value for money, but I'd recommend being fluent in English for a smoother check-in process.

However, upon arrival, there was no room available. We had to wait until 4:30 PM in the hot Singaporean weather before being informed that a room was ready. This cut down our total 21-hour stay by 1.5 hours. We were originally assigned a room on the 20th floor, but due to a previous guest smoking in it, we were forced to take a room on the 7th floor. It also seemed like there was a discrepancy in the toiletries and bathrobes; other rooms had Diptyque products, but ours didn't. The dinner buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. However, breakfast was chaotic. The Indian chef at the egg station seemed to be slacking off – the first time I asked for Eggs Benedict, he said they didn't have it, and the second time, he claimed his shift was over. Miraculously, when the head chef came over, it was suddenly possible to make them. I truly can't believe a luxury hotel wouldn't offer Eggs Benedict... Despite numerous hiccups during check-in, I'm glad that Trip.com customer service and the duty manager were proactive and very helpful in resolving the issues!

Suntec City is right across the street; you just go through an underpass to get there. There are all sorts of food options, and it's convenient and sheltered from the sun. The subway station is only about 50 meters away, making getting around very easy.

Revisiting Singapore after ten years, I still chose to stay at the same hotel, letting my kids relive their 'embryonic' experience, haha! The location is superb; major landmarks are within walking distance, and there are three subway lines right outside the door. Getting to a concert is a breeze – blue line to yellow line, and I was there in half an hour. The airport is also convenient, blue line to green line, about 45 minutes. It's close to Chinatown, with endless food options. The hotel has been well-maintained over the past decade; the facilities are still quite new. The rooms are as eco-friendly and clean as ever, though after ten years, it does lack a bit of modern tech – no bidet, no smart home system. The main gimmick is the mechanical robotic arm at the self-service breakfast. The room size is average, not particularly large. The window faces the Singapore Attorney-General's Chambers, with its twin towers of a similar architectural style. The infinity pool on the 5th floor was already picture-perfect ten years ago. The service is good, very responsive to requests, and increasingly friendly towards Chinese tourists. However, it still falls short compared to Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong or Aranya in China. It's more business-oriented, with no special arrangements for families with children. The Lime restaurant's buffet breakfast is quite average. It's really not worth paying an extra S$23 for children when you can get authentic Nanyang breakfast at Ya Kun or Toast Box nearby. I must commend the amenities: a full set of Appelles essential oil skincare and haircare products – they smell and feel great. There's also Bacha drip coffee, TWG tea, and a capsule coffee machine.

The ”lady with straight bangs” who was seating people, and who had a Chinese appearance, I don't quite understand why, despite there being several empty tables in the main dining area close to the food stations, she refused to seat us there. Instead, she insisted on seating us in a corner conference room, which made getting food very inconvenient! The tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped. During our meal, many servers kept coming in to put away cutlery! I'm not sure if the ”lady with straight bangs” was being discriminatory or what her intention was. For future guests, I'd suggest you boldly request not to sit in the conference room!!

The hotel boasts an excellent location and a great pool. I had communicated a week or two in advance, requesting a high-floor room and mentioning our anniversary. However, upon arrival, there was no room available. We had to wait until 4:30 PM in the hot Singaporean weather before being informed that a room was ready. This cut down our total 21-hour stay by 1.5 hours. We were originally assigned a room on the 20th floor, but due to a previous guest smoking in it, we were forced to take a room on the 7th floor. It also seemed like there was a discrepancy in the toiletries and bathrobes; other rooms had Diptyque products, but ours didn't. The dinner buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. However, breakfast was chaotic. The Indian chef at the egg station seemed to be slacking off – the first time I asked for Eggs Benedict, he said they didn't have it, and the second time, he claimed his shift was over. Miraculously, when the head chef came over, it was suddenly possible to make them. I truly can't believe a luxury hotel wouldn't offer Eggs Benedict... Despite numerous hiccups during check-in, I'm glad that Trip.com customer service and the duty manager were proactive and very helpful in resolving the issues!

The air conditioning vent made a bit of a noise, just the sound of air coming out, but honestly, after being tired from exploring all day, it didn't affect my sleep. The room door wasn't soundproof, and I could hear doors closing outside, but that only happened occasionally, so it wasn't noisy. The shower had great water pressure, and the hairdryer, though old-fashioned, was powerful. Every day, they provided five bottles of purified water, six coffee capsules, and tea bags, and even a complimentary pack of cookies, which was a nice touch. Suntec City is right across the street; you just go through an underpass to get there. There are all sorts of food options, and it's convenient and sheltered from the sun. The subway station is only about 50 meters away, making getting around very easy.

I have to say, at least I feel the hotel is ******. 1. We disembarked from the cruise ship at 7:30 AM and checked in that day, then went out to explore. We returned to the hotel at 2:30 PM and I wanted to ask if we could check in half an hour early, but was told that due to a late check-out by the previous guests, we might not even be able to check in by 3 PM. I immediately expressed my unacceptance, stating that the official check-in time was 3 PM and I needed my room then. During this time, one white guest after another received their room cards from the front desk staff, who even offered them tea and water. I waited until the very last minute for a manager to come out, express a small apology, offer me water, and give my child a drawing kit to pacify us. Then, at 3:05 PM, when we finally got to the room, it still hadn't been fully cleaned... The funniest part was finding an empty chocolate box, as if inviting me to eat it... 2. Because we checked in in a hurry, I wasn't told our room number, and I don't usually check the room number when leaving, especially since it wasn't on the room card. At 9:40 PM, I returned to the front desk, gave them the room card, and asked for our room number. They took a long time to look it up, and when we got to the room, the card wouldn't open the door. I went back to the front desk, and they actually suggested that I might have demagnetized the card by placing it with my phone? This is the first time I've seen a hotel blame the guest first when there's an issue... I had another room card that I hadn't taken out with me, and when I tried it later, it also didn't open the door, further proving it wasn't my fault. Due to several incidents, I complained to the hotel that night. After the complaint, the hotel did offer some compensation to make up for our experience, which at least made us feel a bit better emotionally, but the flaws in service remain unaddressed. Objectively, the hotel is beautiful, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. All the other service staff we encountered, apart from the front desk, were very good! However, my overall impression of the hotel is that it's overly fawning towards white guests. For someone like me, who has certain expectations for the emotional value of hotel service, Raffles would not be a good choice. But if you want to experience the hotel's unique history and style, it's definitely worth a try. P.S. If you're staying with children and also encounter guests smoking in the hallway, that really makes for a very poor experience, which we also unfortunately did.

However, there are no fireworks, no fireworks, no fireworks! What online sources say about seeing fireworks is inaccurate; you can't see them at all. On the night I stayed, it was a National Day fireworks rehearsal, and all I could hear were the sounds, but I couldn't see anything. Regarding hotel service, they claim to have Chinese-speaking staff, but it's very difficult to find them. Most don't speak Chinese and won't help you find someone who does. It's basically a situation where they speak a lot, and I don't understand, and what I say they don't quite get either. Aside from completing the check-in, I didn't really grasp a lot of what they said. However, perhaps because my registration included my son and daughter, when we entered the room, we found they had already thoughtfully added an extra bed for free, which made sleeping quite comfortable and was a great touch.

We also felt that some of the remarks made during the interaction were rather curt, which left us with the impression that we were not welcomed. Thankfully, the rest of our stay more than made up for this initial experience. Had it not been for the check-in episode, it would have been a perfect family staycation.

However, there was a dark-skinned male server at Prego who seemed unfriendly and had a stern expression. Breakfast was abundant, and the taste was good.

The bed was soft and comfy, and the room was impeccably clean and tidy. The only minor downside was that there were no USB charging ports in the room, only three-pin power sockets. Overall, from the accommodation environment, facilities, and location to the quality of service, everything exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay, and next time I'm in Singapore, I will definitely choose Ascott Raffles Place Singapore again and recommend it to my friends and family!

We stayed at this hotel in July 2026. From Changi Airport, we took the MRT. After clearing customs, you need to follow the signs for 'Train to city' or 'MRT'. On the way, buy an Ez-link card at one of the tourist kiosks. We were offered an unlimited pass for $40, but we declined and bought top-up cards for $10 each, valid for our transit period in Singapore. From Singapore Airport to the city center, you first need to travel two stops to Tanah Merah station, alight at platform B, and then board a train marked 'to city' from the same platform. This is on the Green Line. Get off at Raffles Place station. Then, go up the stairs or take the elevator, and once upstairs, look for Exit D or E. Exit D is closer and more convenient for the hotel, but it goes through a shopping mall which might be closed in the evenings or on weekends. From either exit, turn right and walk along the main road without turning off. The main entrance of the building where the hotel is located leads to the CapitaSpring business center. You don't need to enter there; instead, walk a few meters past the main entrance on the right side, towards the taxi stand, where you'll find the hotel entrance. From there, you need to go up to the 9th floor, where the reception is. The hotel has three elevators: one for the reception from the 1st to the 9th floor, which is accessible to everyone. The second elevator goes from the 9th to the 17th floor and can only be used with a room key card. This elevator leads to the guest rooms. The third elevator is on the 17th floor in the garden and leads to the 51st floor observation deck, which is only open on weekdays until 6 PM. Water dispensers are located opposite the elevators on each floor. To use the elevator to the rooms, you need to tap your key card and select your floor on the panel; the panel will then indicate which of the three elevators (by a letter designation) will arrive. The staff were polite. There was no deposit required upon check-in, but they asked for a credit card number for registration. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have a good view. The renovation is fresh. The curtains are practically blackout, providing excellent darkening. However, there's a green sensor light on the ceiling in the room's hallway that seems quite bright at night, like a nightlight. This didn't bother us, but if you want to sleep in complete darkness, you won't be able to without a sleep mask. The soundproofing in the rooms is good; we couldn't hear our neighbors. The room has everything necessary, including a refrigerator, an ironing board, and an iron. There's also a safe, a capsule coffee machine, tea and coffee making facilities, and even soft hangers in the wardrobe. The pillows felt uncomfortable to me, but that's probably the only drawback. The room was cleaned daily; trash was emptied, and towels were changed. The Wi-Fi was good. Overall, we liked the hotel, including its central location.

The rooms are as eco-friendly and clean as ever, though after ten years, it does lack a bit of modern tech – no bidet, no smart home system. The main gimmick is the mechanical robotic arm at the self-service breakfast. The room size is average, not particularly large. The window faces the Singapore Attorney-General's Chambers, with its twin towers of a similar architectural style. The infinity pool on the 5th floor was already picture-perfect ten years ago. The service is good, very responsive to requests, and increasingly friendly towards Chinese tourists. However, it still falls short compared to Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong or Aranya in China. It's more business-oriented, with no special arrangements for families with children. The Lime restaurant's buffet breakfast is quite average. It's really not worth paying an extra S$23 for children when you can get authentic Nanyang breakfast at Ya Kun or Toast Box nearby. I must commend the amenities: a full set of Appelles essential oil skincare and haircare products – they smell and feel great. There's also Bacha drip coffee, TWG tea, and a capsule coffee machine.

My stay at Marina Bay Sands Singapore was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it! The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to a mall, and within walking distance of famous attractions like Gardens by the Bay and Merlion Park, making getting around incredibly convenient. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were warm and professional, providing attentive service throughout, truly reflecting a five-star hotel experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design and immaculate cleanliness. The bed was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep. What truly impressed me most was the room's view – whether it was the city skyline or the Marina Bay night view, both were absolutely stunning. The hotel's infinity pool definitely lives up to its reputation; the views are unforgettable and it's an absolute must-visit spot when in Singapore. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a great variety of both Western and Asian options, all of which tasted delicious. Overall, everything from the environment and facilities to the service was impeccable. It was a very enjoyable and memorable stay. The hotel boasts an excellent location and a great pool. I had communicated a week or two in advance, requesting a high-floor room and mentioning our anniversary. However, upon arrival, there was no room available. We had to wait until 4:30 PM in the hot Singaporean weather before being informed that a room was ready. This cut down our total 21-hour stay by 1.5 hours. We were originally assigned a room on the 20th floor, but due to a previous guest smoking in it, we were forced to take a room on the 7th floor. It also seemed like there was a discrepancy in the toiletries and bathrobes; other rooms had Diptyque products, but ours didn't. The dinner buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. However, breakfast was chaotic. The Indian chef at the egg station seemed to be slacking off – the first time I asked for Eggs Benedict, he said they didn't have it, and the second time, he claimed his shift was over. Miraculously, when the head chef came over, it was suddenly possible to make them. I truly can't believe a luxury hotel wouldn't offer Eggs Benedict... Despite numerous hiccups during check-in, I'm glad that Trip.com customer service and the duty manager were proactive and very helpful in resolving the issues!

The location was perfect for me, it was near to most places I wanted to go especially to Merlion Park which was around 15-20 mins of leisure walking. I did my morning walk around the park through Marina Bay sands and thought it was great that I could just walk there. It was also near to Bugis Junction where I did a quick run. Staff was really helpful, when I arrived the staff quickly asked if there was any food I wanted to try and gave me a nice recommendation. Also I was looking to use an iron but it was not placed in the designated area, I put in my request in the WhatsApp community chat and was tended to immediately and was provided with an iron and the board to my room. Lovely staff and location, looking forward to coming here again! Also the deck was nice too, I enjoyed my morning coffee there 😀

This was our last hotel on this trip. Overall, it was clean, tidy, and bright! The location is also good, right in the city center, with bus stops right outside. The hotel's decor and furnishings are all in a Chinese style, with screens and furniture featuring traditional Chinese wooden carvings, which felt very welcoming. The service was also great; check-in was quick and friendly. A special mention goes to the bathroom in the room – it was brightly lit and spotlessly clean. And there was no damp, musty smell in the room! This is really important, as it completely changed my previous negative impressions of some hotels! This hotel offers good value for money, and the buffet restaurant on the ground floor has decent food. The only downside is that the hotel facilities are a bit dated, but that's common for hotels in Singapore, and comparatively, this one's facilities are actually quite good!

This is an older hotel with basic facilities. It's comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, and the breakfast is about what you'd expect from a 3-4 star hotel there. Of course, the price is also around 300, but in Singapore dollars. If you're not traveling with family, you'd find much better standard room options and accommodations for the same price. Our family of four stayed here specifically for the two large beds. The hotel's location isn't far from the MRT station. Haji Lane and BOSS HOTEL (the starting point for the Legoland shuttle) are all within walking distance, and there are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, and there's an Indian minimart across the street from the hotel that's much cheaper than the 7-Eleven down the block. I misplaced something and when I called, they immediately knew which room I was in and what I had lost, which shows excellent coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. Thumbs up for that!

The location is excellent! It's within a 10-minute walk to Fort Canning Park, Merlion Park, Old Hill Street Police Station, the Art Museum, and Jumbo Seafood. When I was choosing a hotel, I wanted something clean and tidy, close to the attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and check-out, and some even spoke a little Chinese, which made me feel very comfortable. After checking in, the room facilities were quite new, and the room size was also acceptable. It was consistent with the online pictures. Up to this point, my impression of this hotel was very good! Now, about breakfast. There wasn't much variety, and on the second morning around 10 AM, it wasn't even peak dining time. The ”lady with straight bangs” who was seating people, and who had a Chinese appearance, I don't quite understand why, despite there being several empty tables in the main dining area close to the food stations, she refused to seat us there. Instead, she insisted on seating us in a corner conference room, which made getting food very inconvenient! The tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped. During our meal, many servers kept coming in to put away cutlery! I'm not sure if the ”lady with straight bangs” was being discriminatory or what her intention was. For future guests, I'd suggest you boldly request not to sit in the conference room!!

The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk from the City Hall MRT station (green line). The front desk was very nice and gave me a room in the South Tower facing the inner pool (the other side has Marina Bay views but only on high floors). Downstairs, Funan Mall offers convenient dining and shopping. Nearby attractions such as Merlion Park, Fort Canning Park, and Clarke Quay are all within walking distance. Even Chinatown is a feasible walk if you're up for it. The room was spacious enough, but some of the facilities had issues. The showerhead in the shower cubicle wasn't working, so I could only use the rain shower. I didn't bother asking the hotel to fix it. The hotel breakfast was unremarkable, quite average, and very crowded. Not worth it.

Firstly, the location is absolutely perfect, incredibly well-connected. To the west, you have the National Museum and Fort Canning Park; to the south, the Old Hill Street Police Station and Clarke Quay; and to the east, the National Gallery, Merlion Park, and Marina Bay Sands. Secondly, transportation is super convenient with several MRT lines running through the area. Thirdly, and this was an amazing bonus: the rooftop observation deck offers panoramic views of the Cathedral, Marina Bay Sands, Merlion Park, and the Singapore Flyer! Lastly, the service and breakfast were both excellent, and there are pool bars on both the third floor and the rooftop. I honestly think I'll have to stay here every time I visit Singapore from now on; it holds so many wonderful memories!
