💡 My tip: The celebration starts as early as 7:00 AM, so I’d recommend arriving well before the programme begins. With a big crowd expected, getting there early gives you more time to find a good viewing spot and enjoy the Merdeka atmosphere without rushing! ❤️

Pengguna Trip.comFantastic walk and drive circling the Putrajaya Square. Full of trourists and residents, but the traffic is always superb and clear. It is infront magnificent mosque, symbol of Islamic culture in this land since few thousands ago.

🚇 How to Get to the Putrajaya Merdeka Parade?

  • Take the MRT Putrajaya Line towards Putrajaya Sentral.
🔍 From Putrajaya Sentral, you can continue your journey by bus or taxi towards the event area.

🚌 By Bus

  • Putrajaya has a network of local buses connecting Putrajaya Sentral with different areas around the city.
⚠️ Bus routes and stops may be adjusted during the parade, so check the latest updates before heading out.

🚕 By Taxi

  • Taxis are convenient if you’re travelling with family or a group.
⚠️ However, don’t expect to be dropped off directly at Dataran Putrajaya. Road restrictions may be in place around the parade area.

🚗 By Car

  • If you’re driving from Kuala Lumpur or other parts of Malaysia, you can reach Putrajaya by major highways including MEX & ELITE.
