There are two land border crossings between Johor and Singapore: the Johor–Singapore Causeway, which connects BSI CIQ and Woodlands Checkpoint, and the Malaysia–Singapore Second Link, which connects Sultan Abu Bakar CIQ and Tuas Checkpoint. The Causeway is the preferred route for travellers heading to Johor Bahru city centre and is usually busier, especially during peak hours, while the Second Link is more convenient for destinations such as Iskandar Puteri, Bukit Indah, and LEGOLAND Malaysia. It is often less congested outside peak periods, although the Singapore checkpoint toll for cars is higher than at the Causeway.

Decided to stay for one night last minute and just picked a random hotel. I asked the front desk for their price and then compared it with Ctrip, and since Ctrip had a better deal, I booked through them. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and guests can also park for free. Our twin room actually had one large bed and one small bed, which was perfect for a family of three. The bathroom was quite spacious, and the shower area wasn't small either. The only downside was the poor soundproofing. The bed was comfortable though, and it was excellent value for money!

Really nice room! Many facilities available such as a snackbar, swimming pool, gym & laundry services. The only downside was that the water easily leaked from the shower area and would almost flood the floor outside. The water also took quite long to dry. The breakfast buffet was really good. They had a Roti making station, DIY noodle station & DIY porridge station. The eggs cooked at the egg station were perfect, honestly one of the best eggs i've had. Only thing missing here were hashbrowns! Location is really close to the checkpoint however due to the construction all around the checkpoint, it is really hard to walk around. Had to take a grab from the checkpoint despite it being so close. Overall experience was really good, would stay again.

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area. The location is great, very convenient for driving to Sutera Mall and nearby areas. It's a quiet hotel nestled in a bustling area. There are also plenty of food options nearby, like R&C, Ah Shui Durian, and Yu Xiao Er. If you don't have a car, there's a large food court downstairs that's open very late; I once saw it still lit up past midnight when I returned to the hotel. Next to the hotel, there's also an indoor badminton court and a McDonald's (inside the petrol station), so it's super convenient overall. The hotel also has pools for both kids and adults, a gym, and a conference room. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the incredible water pressure – showering is a real pleasure. I've stayed here 5 times already and will definitely keep coming back.

The location is fantastic, especially for visiting Singapore. From the balcony, you can clearly see Singapore across the strait – literally a view of two countries! It’s super convenient. Downstairs, there's a shopping complex with a JAYA supermarket and various restaurants, including Northeastern and Henan cuisine. Getting to CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) is a breeze, with covered walkways all the way, protecting you from the elements and with clear signage. With the RTS (Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System) coming soon, it'll be even more convenient.

The location is right next to CQ @ Clarke Quay, which is very convenient if you're traveling in Singapore and just need a place to sleep at night. It's perfect for budget travelers. However, the hotel isn't on the main street, so it can be a bit tricky to find with luggage if you're relying on Google Maps. Make sure to find Haidilao Hot Pot and take the elevator up from there. You'll be right at the hotel entrance. The hotel's cleanliness is acceptable; for a place with high occupancy, it's maintained to a good standard. The air conditioning is nice and cool, and the bed is quite soft. With earplugs, you can get a good night's sleep. Overall, it's worth the price and much better than other Singapore hotels in the same category. Plus, there's a free water dispenser.

This was my second time staying at New York Hotel. This time, I stayed in a Family Room. We originally had three people, and after added an extra bed. The price was still quite reasonable, and breakfast was included, which was a good value. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There were many choices, including local Malaysian favourites such as roti prata, nasi lemak, porridge, and more. I really enjoyed having so many different options. My favourite part of the hotel is definitely the indoor swimming pool. The hotel also has a gym and jacuzzi, which are great facilities for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. The Family Room was very spacious, and the view was beautiful. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby places. However, there are still some areas that need improvement. The shower mat was quite dirty, which was disappointing. Also, out of the three towels provided, two of them had a very strong unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to the cleanliness and freshness of the towels and bathroom items. Another thing I found inconvenient was that there were only two charging sockets in the room, and one of them was located in the bathroom. For a family room, I think having more charging points would be much more convenient for guests. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay because of the spacious room, beautiful view, good breakfast, indoor swimming pool, gym and jacuzzi. However, I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness of the bathroom items, the smell of the towels, and provide more convenient charging points.

This is a nice apartment hotel with no room service nor lobby, suitable for families especially with kids. The place is clean when we checked in, and the diy checkin is quite intuitive wth good instructions. For its price during non-peak, there’s little to complain. When it comes to peak though, prices soars, and the number of guests creates a jam at the lift access to the 39 floor apartment rooms. During our stay, one lift was down and with only 3/4 lifts, the waiting time during checkin and checkout is very very long. Hot water the shower is centralised and not reliable at all. Due to its proximity to KSL Mall, size of the room, and its good price during non-peak, its a recommend, but don’t expect perfection here.

The pictures online were a bit misleading. When I booked for 3 people with 3 breakfasts, it showed a king-size bed with a sofa bed, but upon arrival, there was only one king-size bed. It was quite a squeeze for three of us. When we tried to communicate with the hotel, there was a Chinese-speaking woman who refused to speak Chinese, which was frustrating. We had to contact Trip.com customer service, who said there were no other rooms available. We then tried to communicate with the hotel again to ask for a sofa bed. The hotel said they would charge for it, and it worked out to be over 500 RMB per day, which for 6 days felt unreasonable. In the end, we reluctantly squeezed into one bed. Although we managed to sleep, it wasn't comfortable, and the bed was extremely soft, leaving us feeling tired. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the room is quite large, especially the bathroom. The shower pressure was excellent, but the water flow from the sink was a bit weak – a suggestion for improvement. The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from MRT Exit 4, but getting into the station itself takes another 7 minutes or so. We used the subway for all our outings, and it was quite convenient. The hotel breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was enough to fill up on if you took your time. The omelets were delicious and made fresh. Fruits and vegetables are very expensive in Singapore supermarkets, so we tried to make the most of breakfast at the hotel, where we could enjoy plenty of fruits, vegetables, and salads. Of course, if you want to eat out, it's also very convenient. There's a Great Wall shopping mall about a 10-minute walk away with many dining options. The hotel is right next to the Singapore River. You can walk through the hotel to get to the river and then stroll along it in the evening towards Merlion Park. Along the way, you'll pass two popular Jumbo Seafood restaurants, which are delicious but quite expensive and always packed with people. There are also many other dining establishments along the way, and the night view is beautiful. Hotel prices fluctuate a lot, so keep a close eye on them, even if you've locked in a rate, it can change. It takes about 1.5 hours to get to Changi Airport by MRT. Overall, it's a decent hotel. There are a lot of foreigners staying here, and I saw many adorable foreign children. If you're looking for a spacious, modernly decorated hotel, this could be a good choice.

The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to a mall, and within walking distance of famous attractions like Gardens by the Bay and Merlion Park, making getting around incredibly convenient. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were warm and professional, providing attentive service throughout, truly reflecting a five-star hotel experience. What truly impressed me most was the room's view – whether it was the city skyline or the Marina Bay night view, both were absolutely stunning. The hotel's infinity pool definitely lives up to its reputation; the views are unforgettable and it's an absolute must-visit spot when in Singapore. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a great variety of both Western and Asian options, all of which tasted delicious. Overall, everything from the environment and facilities to the service was impeccable. It was a very enjoyable and memorable stay. If I ever visit Singapore again, I will definitely choose this hotel, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends and family!

I was quite anxious before my trip, worried about bad service or a poor room. However, as soon as I entered the lobby, someone immediately came to help with my luggage without any differential treatment, which instantly put me at ease. I had booked two months in advance, and at check-in, the front desk even specifically mentioned the requests I made in my booking email and assigned the room accordingly – truly excellent! The room was very clean and spacious; even with two 26-inch suitcases open, there was still plenty of room. The bedding didn't feel damp or anything, and I slept very comfortably until morning. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to several popular attractions nearby. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, and the metro and bus lines are also very convenient. I've already recommended it to friends, and if I visit Singapore again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The location is superb, right opposite the Old Hill Street Police Station and next to Fort Canning Park. It's within walking distance to the Merlion and the core Marina Bay area. It's also near the D exit of City Hall MRT station, and right next to Funan Mall, making transport and dining very convenient. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and it has two pools, though unfortunately, we didn't have time to use them. The only minor issue was that the connecting room had slightly poor soundproofing, but it didn't affect our travel mood. We booked a twin room, and even with an extra bed, it was still very spacious. The in-room coffee machine was also excellent. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money, and check-in was quick. The view from the room is pictured below.

It seems they only clean every three days. The bathroom trash can was especially small and overflowed after two days. Environment: The room was very damp, and there was a strong musty smell every time I entered. I had to turn on the air conditioning to air it out. Service: The taxi dropped us off directly on the second floor of the hotel. Self check-in was a bit confusing and there was no guidance to go to the first floor for assistance. As a result, our two rooms weren't even on the same floor. I'd recommend going directly to the front desk on the first floor for check-in; they speak basic Chinese. The room truly was super small. The hotel facilities are comparable to a budget hotel in China. They don't provide bottled water or disposable slippers. Singapore prices are definitely high; you could get a much better place in Kuala Lumpur for half the price. The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient for the subway and taxis. There are many eateries nearby. Ya Kun Kaya Toast had a long queue in the morning but was less busy in the afternoon. The Wok Hey chili pan mee next door was pretty good and suitable for Chinese palates. There's a small bar on the first floor with live music at night, creating a nice atmosphere. Overall, it's suitable for young travelers but not ideal for those traveling with children or the elderly.

The hotel is great. The elevators are quite large and fast, so you never have to wait long. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly and promptly. The bed in the room is big and has just the right firmness. There's plenty of space in the room, easily enough for 6-7 large suitcases. Within about a 10-minute walk, you can reach a large shopping mall, or a 5-minute walk will get you to a food court where you can grab breakfast. The hotel is very close to both bus and metro stations, and it only takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center, making its location very convenient. The front desk service is also excellent. The hotel has a pool and a gym, so the facilities are good.

Cleanliness: Very clean, no insects or anything of the sort. Environment: I'm really satisfied. The hallway is very quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any noise during resting hours. The air conditioning is powerful. Service: The room includes complimentary snacks, tea bags, and coffee, but beverages are extra. Every morning when I left, I’d encounter the housekeeping staff, with whom I could communicate using simple English. The front desk service is great, and they offer free luggage storage. Security is also excellent; you need to use your room key card to access your designated floor. From 3 PM to 6 PM, there's complimentary ice cream. Although breakfast isn't included, there are breakfast spots on the first floor and downstairs at the hotel opposite the All Seasons building, as well as in the mall across from the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. Transportation is also very convenient! The MRT and bus stops are incredibly close, and Dhoby Ghaut is an interchange for three MRT lines. Bus 36, which goes directly to the airport, is also nearby (just make sure you're going in the right direction). One more important thing! Fort Canning Park is nearby, and the famous 'tree tunnel' photo spot is right downstairs from the All Seasons building! It's very easy to find, so if you arrive early, you can go take your photos right away. All in all, my trip to Singapore was made even better because of this hotel.☺️

Being able to get to the ocean quickly and encountering wildlife we don't usually see was also a plus. We had trouble because there was no tissue or drinking water (though you can buy it at the shop), and while there's nothing that can be done about it, I was surprised by how ants appeared out of nowhere. I don't think we left any ant-attracting food out, but perhaps something happened. Despite these minor issues, the location was excellent, and the room was clean. If that's important to you, make sure to check before booking. Many hotels in Singapore don't have wet/dry separation, likely due to space constraints. It's within walking distance of Clarke Quay, which I recommend visiting at night – it's very close. It's also not far from the MRT station. If you're up for a walk, you can even stroll to Fort Canning Park.

I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it turned out to be a very nice hotel. The bed was right there as soon as you opened the door. However, since we were out most of the day, we only used the room for sleeping, so the small size wasn't an issue at all. My suitcase was small too, so spreading it out wasn't a problem, but I imagine it might feel cramped for larger individuals or those with big suitcases. There's no partition between the toilet and shower, so if you don't shower carefully, the toilet can get soaked. We didn't mind this at all and actually enjoyed the unique experience. Perhaps the other guests were well-mannered, as we were able to have a quiet stay in our room. You could hear voices when people walked in the hallway and the sound of doors opening, but otherwise, it was very peaceful and we had a relaxing time. The amenities were well-stocked, and we had everything we needed. There was an empty fridge, instant coffee, and tea, and anything we used was replenished. There's also a convenience store nearby and Isetan is close, so finding food wasn't a problem. Check-in and check-out are done via machines, but when we seemed confused, a staff member came over and helped us. The staff were also very kind when they held our luggage for us. I'm very grateful that everyone assisted us without any hesitation, even though I'm not fluent in English.

We booked a family room, which turned out to be two connecting standard rooms. The room was quite small with no wardrobe, just three hangers on the wall. The third-floor pool area is incredible, with a total of four pools. The largest is an infinity pool, which is quite deep, while the other three are all under 0.95 meters. For check-in, you can scan a QR code to register your passport information first, then find the lobby manager to skip the queue. The Indian guy at the front desk was very nice and gave us the keys at 1 PM. Breakfast purchased at the front desk gets an 18% discount, costing 36 SGD per adult. The breakfast was standard; there was no host to seat us, so we had to find our own table. There were noodle and egg stations, but nothing particularly outstanding. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to VivoCity every half hour. It's a 5-minute walk to Resorts World Sentosa. Beach Station is a 10-minute walk away, where you can take a free monorail to the three beaches. Buses A and B can take you around the island.

Facilities: Well-maintained, but there are three things to note: First, to shower, you have to step into the bathtub. Second, there's a small tile outside the bathroom that's very slippery, so be careful. Third, the hairdryer outlet is outside the bathroom, so you have to dry your hair there. The hotel also provides a charging adapter. Cleanliness: Good, with attention to detail. Environment: Both the views from the hotel and the interior are impressive. Service: Quick response time; pressing a button in the room immediately gets a response.

The building, like an urban oasis, is incredibly distinctive with lush greenery all around, offering a sense of tranquility amidst the bustling city. The location is superb, within walking distance to Chinatown and Clarke Quay, and incredibly convenient for subway travel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained; the rooftop infinity pool had an amazing vibe. All staff members were polite, thoughtful, and promptly responsive. The food was exquisite and delicious. Whether for leisure sightseeing or urban exploration, this is an incredibly worthwhile hotel choice in Singapore. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Singapore. Highly recommended!

The room was nice and the surrounding area was very quiet! I stayed for several days, and on some of those days, my neighbors were Indian or Malaysian families with kids who made a lot of noise late into the night and started up again very early in the morning. However, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the room design was sensible, making it look very tidy. Overall, it was a good check-in experience, though the check-out time of 12 PM was strictly enforced!

We had a very comfortable stay at Yotelair Singapore Changi Airport. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travellers with an overnight transit or early/late flight. The room was clean, compact, and well designed, with everything we needed for a short rest. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were helpful. It was a bit pricey, but very worth it for the convenience and comfort inside the airport. This hotel in Singapore sees a lot of foot traffic. The doorman at the entrance, who was quite elderly, told me to push my luggage up the ramp myself instead of offering to help, even though I'm a woman. However, I saw him assist other foreign guests with their luggage multiple times, which made me wonder if I was overthinking it. The hotel is located at one end of Orchard Road, very close to the Botanic Gardens, which are within walking distance. While it's not very close to the MRT, there's a bus stop right outside. If you're coming from the airport, you can take a direct bus, though it takes a bit longer. The first Chinese staff member who assisted me spoke very standard Mandarin and was very easygoing. Many airline crew members stay at this hotel. The rooms are a bit small, and so are the beds. The hotel pool looks exactly like it does in the photos!

The room was ok, although small but functional. Had an unpleasant experience with the parking as there was no complimentary parking and to make it worse, you had to park at level 2 to be eligible for the $10 overnight parking. Otherwise, the parking is a lot more expensive. We ended up paying $37. They should have put some notice to inform guests who need to park to go to level 2. Will not want to come back to stay anymore
