Facilities: There is a restaurant in the manor. Every time you come back from the sea, you can go to the restaurant to order a good meal, and you can eat after taking a shower in the room! No need to go to the crowded restaurants outside. I recommend the cream shrimp! ! It's delicious Hygiene: The room is kept clean inside and outside, and the beds, bathrooms and other places look very clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Environment: In addition to the large and clean rooms, the environment of the manor attracted me to book the hotel. It is a garden-style hotel. Every day when you open the curtains, you will see a large area of colorful flowers, which is very suitable for vacation⛱️ Service: There are Chinese managers, and communication is almost barrier-free. Almost all requests have been responded to. I had a lot of fun and satisfied! Free Semporna Pier shuttle bus pick-up at a fixed time after check-in: This is quite convenient. The shuttle bus time is matched with the sea trip, so you don’t have to take a taxi by yourself! Very convenient! ! This is the third time I have stayed at the manor. I like it very much and I am very satisfied. I hope more people will like it~

There is a garden in front of the door, which is very beautiful and has a swimming pool. The room itself has a kitchen where you can cook instant noodles. You can also use the owner's kitchen to cook. It has a full set of utensils and seasonings. It is especially suitable for parents who bring children and are not used to eating out. Free pick-up and drop-off in town, just let us know in advance, it's very convenient

Very good, very satisfied, Garden Resort, the room is very big and spacious (especially when we dived by boat), you can have a good rest, it is not far from the town, the resort has a shuttle bus, it takes more than ten minutes to get there, and it only costs 10 Malaysian ringgits by taxi. It is recommended to stay here when you come to Semporna. You can buy seafood in town by yourself or ask the store to help cook. There should be no lunch and dinner in the store, even if there is, it is very simple. The seafood cooked in the store is delicious. The resort is very quiet and comfortable. We go fishing in the sea during the day and eat the results of sea fishing at night. Every day is very leisurely. This place is very suitable for vacation and leisure. Grab is also very convenient to order takeout. KFC came in half an hour on the first day of stay, but be careful when ordering spicy burgers. We are all people who can eat spicy food, and we can't stand it. It is a spicy sauce sprinkled on the noodles, very spicy

The hotel is new, recently opened. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel's strongest point is a comfortable and well-designed pool. Unfortunately, this is the end of the pluses. Breakfast - the choice seems to be large, but everything is focused on the Chinese, so a European / American does not have much to eat. It's good that at least there is an egg station. Front desk procedures - even though the hotel was almost empty, we were told to wait three hours for the room. A deposit of RM 200 per day is charged at check-in - cash only, no card guarantee. When checking out, you have to wait at the front desk until the housekeeping checks if you have stolen anything from the room. If you lose the document confirming the deposit - they will not return your money. Finally, probably the most annoying thing - the card scanning system in the elevators - we sometimes spent long minutes trying to press the floor key in the elevator, usually it ended with asking for help from the reception. This is absolutely unacceptable. There is too much to improve here to be able to say that the hotel is worth the price.

Water Chalet is non-air conditioner room. I dont know that my Chalet is non-Aircon Room so i have to stay in the hot room. many customers complaint very hot especially day time. For meal is buffet style and with variety food. drinking water and codial drink is free. Especially morning is very noisy because of the electric car pass by the chalet. For the view , i agreed with what i see in the youtube. During sunset . it is beautiful and romance enviroment. dues of lack of water. we cant use bath tub and the water shower is very small and i feel like i am staying in no- star hotel. But the hotel officer did tell us because of lack of water. but the transport to the Kapalai is quite frequent and free. this is bonus points. Generally, for couple those are going to honeymood and taking photos are the best to go.

Booked here for the last night. The scenery is very nice. It has a different smell on cloudy and sunny days. There is a swimming pool by the sea. You can snorkel and provide masks and snorkels for free. There are many fish. It is the only one on the island. It is very quiet. The room is spacious, but the smell is a bit strong. The water is yellow. Overall, it is good. The service of the staff is satisfactory. There is not much communication. It feels like you live on this island by yourself. You can eat by yourself when it’s time to eat. Maybe this is a vacation? The only very bad thing is that I contacted the hotel by phone and emailed many times before checking in, but I didn’t receive any response. Because I have to take a boat to the island, there is a pier address, but even though I asked the locals, I couldn’t find this address. I tried to contact the resort but didn’t get any response, which led to a long search for the pier on the day of check-in. No one will take the initiative to contact you on the day of check-in.

Very beautiful yard and wooden house, surrounded by palm trees and grass, very photogenic, there are also several very well-behaved dogs, always clinging to people, and love to sleep outside the wooden house at night. The boss is Chinese, and he is always willing to help. When I first arrived in Semporna and didn't eat, the boss gave me his snacks directly. Free pick-up to Semporna town every day, although it is several kilometers away from the town center, but the environment is really incomparable to those homestays in the town.

Overall I enjoyed our stay in sky water villa. When I was booking I read the reviews also worried that they are a bit old, so that the houses might not be well maintained. But during my stay I feel like the houses are used but still in okay manner. The best thing for this hotel is that I think they have the best house reef, and you can see turtles at night from your balcany. I went snorkling a few times during my stay I saw quite a few clown fish aka nemo and many fishes and even a sea eel one day. They also provide “galss” kayak which you can watch sunset on it. And the best thing they offer is that the tours you book with the villa starts around 10 am, you can just get ready and wait in your room, and when the boat is here the staff will get you from your room, and you’ll finish the tour around 3-4 pm which is the afternoon tea time at the villa. Instead of in the town area you need wake up early and meet and wait at the jetty around 8:15 am . And power supply is stable just may be ocassion blackout but it would turn back on very soon. However I do think they need to clean their air con as the one in our room seems very dusty, we had to clean the filter ourselves, they were very dusty. And during the afternoon coz our villa faces the sunset direction the air con feels a bit not strong enough. And the aircon outer unit is installed right at the room’s wall so it’s a little bit noisy, I’d suggest why not just use a more powerful window unit instead. The food is so so, but it’s difficult to cater everyone’s preference for food. The hotel is not cheap and maybe not very cost effective compare to hotels in other places, but to be fair i think if you want to go to semporna, this might be a reasonable option as overall semporna and malaysia is very expensive for tourists. And i higly recommend to stay at least 2-3 nights instead of 1 night to fully enjoy and relax yourself.

At first glance, I feel that the homestay is not very good, but after staying, it feels great, very warm, and very warm. It is a caring homestay with a clean and quiet environment. There is no shortage of restaurants around. The yard is breezy during the day and the flowers are scented at night. Behind the center of the sea, I feel that the tropical rain forest is the right choice. The handsome and handsome manager speaks Cantonese. The hotel also has two fixed-point vehicles to pick up and drop off to the town center. Breakfast is different for three days. The free afternoon tea is simple, but delicious. The room Not big and clean. The first time I went to Semporna, I only booked a room. It turns out that the tropical rain forest can also be booked for a day trip to island hopping. Compared with the Internet, the site will be similar to the online booking. So I booked three islands for a day. I thought it was with other people. After joining the group, we found that it was a group of 4 of us, and three of us served us. Among them, diving guides and professional underwater photography of the thin brother Big Fei from the fat world, regardless of snorkeling and snorkeling, all followed to help take pictures, and the little black brother pulled it. The lifebuoy is always taken to watch the underwater world, and the service is extremely considerate. The next day, I reported the deep diving experience to the child. Fortunately, I haven't booked an island hopping tour online before. When booking on the spot, Brother Dafei will patiently explain to us how to play. Summarizing the tropical rain forest, I booked a homestay for two more days.

Many service staff are in China, which is inconvenient. The worst thing is that I couldn't find it when I took a taxi at night. I had to contact the domestic customer service to find out the location of another buble village. It was only a few meters away. My taxi driver went around and around, and the local residents didn't know either. The reception staff couldn't help with change or borrowing money. The next day, they cleaned the room but didn't replenish mineral water. The courtyard environment was very good and the green plants were reasonably planned. There were two dogs (looked to be stray dogs) who always followed people in the yard or on the porch, which made people a little scared. I don't know what the hotel was thinking. There were no dining facilities around. When I asked the waiter, he said to go to the supermarket (estimated to walk 10-15 minutes) to eat fried noodles. Later, I chose to order takeout and waited for more than an hour. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.
