3. How Thailand’s Public Holidays Can Affect Your Trip 🧳

About Thailand’s Public Holidays and Days Off in 2026

Traveling during Thailand’s public holidays offers both exciting and challenging experiences. Major holidays like Songkran and Loy Krathong are perfect for those wanting to immerse themselves in Thailand’s lively cultural festivals. However, during these holidays, many shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions may be closed, particularly in more traditional areas.

Transportation can also be crowded, especially during Songkran, as locals travel to their hometowns to celebrate. Expect longer travel times at bus terminals and train stations. It’s best to plan your itinerary around these busy periods, while taking advantage of the festive atmosphere that many tourists and locals enjoy.

4. Major Holidays and Cultural Highlights in Thailand 👀

Songkran

🌅 New Year’s Day (1 Jan)

  • A festive start to the year, with fireworks and celebrations.
  • Families and friends gather for meals, and it’s common to visit temples for blessings.
  • Expect light closures in shops, but many events happen in major cities.

💦 Songkran (Thai New Year) — 13-15 Apr

  • Thailand’s most famous holiday, celebrated with water fights, temple visits, and family gatherings.
  • Be prepared for street water battles and crowded tourist areas.
  • Most businesses close, and transportation can be challenging due to high demand.

🛠️ Labor Day (1 May)

  • Honors workers and their contributions.
  • There are public events and smaller gatherings.
  • While most businesses close, larger cities host parades and celebrations.

👑 King Bhumibol Memorial Day — 13 Oct

  • A national day to honor the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
  • Commemorated with ceremonies, public events, and exhibitions.
  • Government offices and some businesses close for the day.

🎇 Loy Krathong — 7 Nov

  • A stunning festival where thousands of lanterns are released into the sky and floating krathongs are set afloat on rivers.
  • A breathtaking sight, especially in cities like Chiang Mai and Bangkok.
  • Expect crowded riversides and temples, and some businesses close.

👑 King’s Birthday — 5 Dec

  • A day of national pride with parades, ceremonies, and celebrations to honor the King’s birthday.
  • Public events and celebrations take place throughout the country.
  • While most businesses remain open, government offices close for the day.

5. Closures and Disruptions to Expect During Thailand’s Public Holidays 🛎️

Let’s head out with Trip.com during Thailand’s 2026 public holidays and days off!

During Thailand’s public holidays, especially Songkran and Loy Krathong, there are some common closures and disruptions:

  • Public Transportation: Expect crowded trains, buses, and flights, especially during Songkran, when many locals return to their hometowns. Booking tickets in advance is essential, particularly for Songkran and Loy Krathong.
  • Shops and Restaurants: Many local businesses, especially in smaller towns or traditional markets, will close during holidays. Larger malls and restaurants in tourist areas will remain open but can be crowded, particularly during major festivals.
  • Attractions: Some museums, historical sites, and cultural institutions may close on public holidays. Be sure to check ahead to confirm opening hours during holidays.

6. Travel Tips for Thailand’s Holiday Seasons 🌟

What Are Thailand’s Public Holidays? Basic Knowledge of the System, Culture, and Royal Ceremonies
  • Plan Ahead: Book accommodations, tours, and transportation well in advance, especially during busy holidays like Songkran and Loy Krathong. Public transportation can be overbooked, and accommodations fill up quickly.
  • Expect Crowds: Major tourist areas, like Bangkok and Chiang Mai, will be crowded during public holidays. Be ready for street parades, festivals, and large gatherings. While it’s a great time to experience the local culture, it’s also a time when places can get congested.
  • Experience the Culture: If you’re visiting during Songkran or Loy Krathong, don’t miss out on participating in the local customs—throwing water during Songkran or releasing a lantern during Loy Krathong can be unforgettable cultural experiences.

By understanding Thailand’s public holidays in 2026, you can better plan your trip, avoid disruptions, and immerse yourself in the exciting celebrations of one of Southeast Asia’s most culturally rich countries.

Honestly, this hotel deserves no more than a 3-star rating. And the 3-star is only for the location. All the other things deserve 1-star. The only positives are its location and the lobby. Everything else was disappointing. The furniture is very old and of poor quality, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell. The room had almost no soundproofing. Even though we were staying on the 11th floor, we could clearly hear traffic from the street, passing cars, and children playing in the pool as if the window were open. The room door was also made of very poor-quality wood, so every time someone walked through the hallway, we could hear their footsteps, doors slamming, and loud banging noises. There was never a moment of peace and quiet—between the traffic, the noise from other guests due to the lack of soundproofing, constant door slamming, and even sounds coming from the pipes inside the walls. I swear I can hear the mans cough and talking in the next room.. We also asked the hotel if they could store just one suitcase for us while we traveled to Phuket and returned to Bangkok. They refused, saying they would only do so if we had another reservation with them. I have stayed at lower-rated hotels that happily stored our luggage even though we were not coming back, so this was disappointing. We also asked if they could extend our checkout by just two hours since our flight was at 2:00 PM, but they refused without offering any flexibility. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is super clean and comfortable, with large, beautiful rooms. The breakfast was ideal, and the views from both the room and the breakfast area were absolutely stunning. I also found out after checking in that the rooftop bar is a famous sky bar in Bangkok, which was a pleasant surprise! I went up for a drink on my last day and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Stayed for few nights here. Staffs were friendly ; easy check-in process. Amenities were provided. The tuktuk shuttle is provided every 30mins , and we always use it, the driver super friendly. The location also great — there were some food stalls nearby, also 7-eleven.

This was my first time staying at a riverside hotel. After 5 nights in the city center, we moved here for two nights. The website mentioned a shuttle boat service from the pier near the subway station to the hotel. However, there were no signs at the pier indicating where to catch the hotel's shuttle. There was just a big guy sitting there, so I took a chance and asked him. He told us to just wait there, and a boat would come every half hour. After waiting for nearly 40 minutes, a hotel staff member approached us to say there was no boat and drove us to the hotel instead. Apparently, there's a two-hour lunch break in the middle of the day when no boats operate. This information should have been clearly stated on the website. Having to wait in such hot weather, just the experience of getting to the hotel was already quite frustrating. Fortunately, after checking in and getting to our room, the impression was quite good. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with river and pool views, which immediately lifted my spirits. We had breakfast at the hotel both mornings, and it was alright. On checkout day, there was a boat available, shuttling us back to the subway station pier. At least we got to cruise along the Chao Phraya River, concluding our trip to Thailand.

This is the most ceremonial hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok. There were welcome fruits, desserts, and little elephant toys. The room was very spacious, perfect for a family stay. It's also convenient for getting to the airport, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby, with Champion Cafe just a few minutes' walk away. Especially the staff member Boat, who was incredibly responsive to all our requests. My child loved the animal toys and would get a new one upon returning. The next day, when I mentioned wanting a surprise, he decorated the bed with fresh flowers, making it feel like a honeymoon.

Facilities: You can tell this is a very old hotel, but it's huge and feels like a maze inside. The four towers (A, B, C, D) are interconnected in a complicated way, especially the gym – it's quite a trek to get there. The room price was very cheap though. Cleanliness: Given the price, the cleanliness was acceptable. The room was standard, and the soundproofing was just okay. Environment: There's a water taxi pier downstairs, which is perfect for first-time visitors to experience. Parking is free. Service: The service was good, with staff fluent in both English and Chinese.

Staffs are friendly, clean, location, near by has 711, jewellery mall, no have BTS. A lot of improvement for this hotel, no has in-house slippers, hair dryer is old, if you has long hair, take time for drying….. After 11pm, hard to get through the housekeeper and reception , press 0 but end up nobody pick up the phone. I quite disappointed in breakfast, most are western foods, no have Thai foods.

The pool is great. For someone who loves swimming, it's the best among Bangkok hotels. The hotel is a bit old, but there's no bad smell and the room is clean. The shower water temperature issue, which was present 3 years ago, is still there and hasn't been fixed. Aside from that, it's perfect.

The room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaning, drink refills, and fresh towels made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a convenient free shuttle service to the pool, fitness center, and various tourist attractions. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and provided excellent service. Since I had an early check-out, they even prepared a breakfast box for me, which was a great help. With its good location, it's a wonderful hotel that I would definitely love to stay at again! 😊

The hotel staff work very efficiently and everything is well organized. The service feels professional and smooth from check-in to check-out. There is also a convenience store available 24 hours a day, which makes it very easy to buy food, drinks, or anything you need at any time. It’s really convenient for guests who arrive late or get hungry at night. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I absolutely enjoyed the stay so much I wanted to extend my trip because of this hotel! The service was top notch, similar to the experience I had at a luxury hotel in Singapore! The receptionist accompanies you to the room, pointing out the different facilities and where you are able to find everything! This hotel is also the tallest in Chinatown, so the sunset view is gorgeous at the very top, where there is a 360 panoramic view in a revolving restaurant and bar. However, I enjoyed the 17th level bar even more, as they have a nostalgia set when I was there, costing only 450 baht for soup, salad, pizza and 2 pints of beer! P.S Colouring my hair (roots) was 800baht at the salon downstairs, look for TangMo! She did a wonderful job and even threw in hair treatment at this price! Lots of food nearby, with 7-11 across the street. The markets are open both day and night, so no matter what time you wake, you are able to shop and eat just a street away.

My stay at the Asia Hotel in Bangkok, an older downtown hotel, was quite pleasant. While the facilities show their age, the place was clean and comfortable overall. The bedding was soft and made for a good night's sleep, though the only minor drawback was the slightly noisy air conditioning. The location is definitely the biggest highlight. It's right next to the city's BTS Skytrain, making it incredibly convenient for shopping in the Siam area. Plus, there are 7-Eleven stores at both the front and back entrances, so grabbing snacks and daily necessities is super easy. The alley behind the hotel also hides several authentic local eateries, which really enhanced the dining and exploring experience. The front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and attentive. All in all, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok for shopping.

Talk about a 'Lost in Thailand' real-life scenario! My flight was delayed, so I didn't get to the hotel until after 1 AM. All I wanted was to shower and sleep, but first, my key card wouldn't work, and I couldn't get the elevator to go up. A staff member used her master key to take me to the room. Once we got there, it was pitch black. She hadn't brought a key card to activate the power. I tried to explain in English, but she must not have understood. So, she went back down to get a key card, leaving my child and me in a dark, hot, and exhausting room. Finally, with the power on, I thought I could shower and sleep. But then I noticed the 'disposable' slippers looked like they'd been used for a month – they were pilled and even had hair inside. On top of that, the lighting was strange; the room's decor was very dark. The bed was incredibly hard, and the curtains didn't close properly, letting light in. The bed faced east, which felt odd. The air conditioning was deafeningly loud, like the outdoor unit was inside the room. Even on the lowest setting, it was booming. I didn't sleep a wink. It was too noisy with the AC on and too hot with it off, so I ended up turning it on and off six or seven times throughout the night. The next day, I switched rooms, and it was much better, though the AC was still quite loud. Luckily, it wasn't too hot with it off, so I just left it off. The hotel's location is good; it's a ten-minute walk to Central Department Store, which is great for shopping and dining. There's also a big mall five minutes away, and several 7-Elevens right across from the hotel. The pool is small and didn't look very clean, probably because it's older. The service, however, was quite good. The staff always had smiles, and the bellhops proactively helped with luggage, with a dedicated staff member opening doors. Overall, the first night was a bad experience, but after changing rooms, I was quite satisfied. The hotel even did turn-down service and changed towels on the second night, which was a nice touch. I really hope they provide new disposable slippers for every guest; otherwise, I'm worried about hygiene, especially with foot infections. I remember seeing news about the Marriott group allegedly reusing disposable slippers.

The hotel's location is great, less than 300 meters from the subway station. The hotel itself is quite upscale and grand, and the room facilities are comprehensive. The view from the room is beautiful. The main issues are that the room decor is a bit dated and the facilities aren't very new. The air conditioning is also quite noisy, which can affect sleep at night.

Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive, always smiling. The hotel environment is also excellent, and the pool is beautiful. The Japanese-style architecture in the atrium is quite unique. What really stood out this time was the package deal: two hours of unlimited cocktails, beer, wine, and snacks from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily at the poolside bar or The Junction. This was fantastic value, and the snacks were plentiful. Breakfast was also very extensive. The dining vouchers provided by the hotel were also a great deal. I highly recommend booking a package. My only complaint is that the Trip.com staff were very unprofessional and impatient during the booking process. After we bought the package, it was upgraded later, but Trip.com offered no help at all. We had to contact the hotel directly to upgrade our package.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip in May and had a good experience, so I re-booked the same hotel for another business trip in July. However, this time the service was exceptionally bad. When I booked the hotel on July 8th, I specifically requested two separate beds. Five minutes later, I received confirmation from the hotel acknowledging our request. On July 14th at 7 PM, we arrived at the hotel to check in, and they told us there were no twin rooms available and expected two grown men to share a king-sized bed. Isn't that ridiculous? We immediately called Ctrip to mediate, but the communication was fruitless. The hotel refused to switch us to a twin room, citing full occupancy. They then suggested we add an extra bed (for 1177 THB per night, which is about 240 RMB). They also said that our request was 'subject to availability' and if they had it, they'd provide it, but if not, there was nothing they could do. What kind of excuse is that? We clearly stated our request when placing the order, and when you confirmed my booking, it implied you understood this requirement. Hotel bookings are made with prior knowledge of requests, not with a last-minute 'subject to availability' clause. If you couldn't provide it, you shouldn't have confirmed my order in the first place. It was clearly the hotel's mistake, yet they wouldn't switch our room and expected the customer to bear the extra cost for an additional bed due to their error. Since our booking was non-refundable and it was late, we didn't have time to find an alternative hotel. Ultimately, we ended up paying an additional 4708 THB / 960 RMB (for 4 nights). Ctrip eventually reimbursed us for the extra bed, but the hotel's behavior was completely outrageous and frankly disgusting.

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. However, lady staff at kiosk (near hotel bar) has poor attitude. The hotel's breakfast menu changes daily and the food tastes good. The room is clean, bright, and has plenty of mirrors, which is convenient for doing makeup. The only downsides are the unstable water pressure in the shower and the lack of hooks in the shower room to hang towels. There's also a mini-fridge, kitchen, and washing machine. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, a 24-hour pool, and a gym. They even have social nights on Wednesdays and Fridays. The front desk staff are very friendly. The hotel is located in Thong Lo, near many famous restaurants and cafes, and it's just a 7-minute walk to the BTS station.

I had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit by IHG and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. The onsen is absolutely amazing ♨️ — very clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The front office staff were extremely helpful and professional 🙌. I had a midnight flight and requested a late check-out. Not only did they accommodate my request, but they also allowed me to use the onsen to shower again before heading to the airport. This thoughtful service made my travel experience much more comfortable and stress-free ✈️. The room was spotless and very well equipped 🧼. I especially appreciated the washing machine with dryer, which is very convenient for longer stays or hot weather in Bangkok. The buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations 🍳. There was a great mix of Japanese dishes and Thai local food, offering plenty of variety every morning. The quality of the food was excellent and definitely up to standard, with many delicious choices to enjoy. Overall, this hotel provides excellent service, great facilities, and high-quality food. I had a wonderful stay at SILQ Hotel and would highly recommend it. The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. One detail I loved was the scent; the room smelled amazing every time I returned from the heat outside—it felt like a true sanctuary. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond, helping us with our needs and even coordinating with our Grab drivers to ensure everything went smoothly. The food on-site was also delicious! The only minor thing to note is that it isn’t right next to the BTS (about a 7-10 minute walk), but the quality of the stay makes that walk totally worth it. Definitely a 5-star experience!

1000 baht deposit. Corner room on the 23rd floor. It was clean, with new furniture and a spacious room. The bathroom had everything except a comb and razor. The toiletries were good. The towels were old but clean. There were bathrobes, but they weren't hung up as usual; they were in the closet, so it took a while to find them. Four bottles of water were provided. The soundproofing was good. The plumbing was old but functional. The hotel itself is old, but they try to keep it in good condition. The breakfast on the 81st floor was varied. We booked dinner on the 78th floor, which was also decent. Downsides: The bed was old and the mattress was terrible. The hairdryer was old and not powerful enough to dry hair. It's fine for one night, but for a longer stay, you'd need to consider it. It was impossible to get a taxi; they wouldn't come because the area is congested.

Fantastic, you can really feel the dedication in their service. All the staff at this hotel are incredibly polite and always smiling! Even though it's an older hotel, I absolutely adore its classic, opulent charm, and it's exceptionally well-maintained. They even upgraded our room and offered turn-down service because it was our anniversary. The hotel pool is amazing and gives off a great resort vibe! And finally, I have to rave about the breakfast – it's incredibly varied and beautifully presented, making it very appealing. You can even get iced coffee and Thai tea, among other things. Nothing to complain about this 5-star hotel, except 1) the lift is horrible as always full during peak period (hotel to consider sensors to redeploy lift as it’s always full during 9-11am period) and 2) the road construction outside which cause a jam (not within hotel’s control). Addressed to Jon Warmington, the General Manager I recently stayed at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium room 842 from 27 May to 1 June and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The hotel, facilities, and the majority of the team members provided excellent service, and overall I had a pleasant experience. In fact, I am not the type of guest who frequently raises complaints. During my travels, I spend very little time in my hotel room. Most of my day is spent outside the property, and my interaction with the hotel is generally limited to breakfast and sleeping. As such, it takes a significant issue for me to feel compelled to formally raise a concern. The first issue relates to breakfast. During my stay, I invited a Muslim friend to join me for breakfast. He entered the restaurant with me but did not consume any food because he was unable to find suitable options that met his dietary requirements. While I acknowledge that I did not raise this directly with the restaurant team at the time, I was surprised when Reception later informed me that they had verified that my friend had taken breakfast. From my perspective, entering the restaurant should not automatically be considered as consuming breakfast when no food was actually taken. Nevertheless, I have decided to let this matter rest and move on. The second issue is far more serious and is the primary reason for this email. On my final night at the hotel, I was expecting a visitor. However, Reception did not contact me to verify whether I was expecting anyone before allowing my visitor access to the guest floors. Instead, my visitor was simply directed to my room and arrived at my door unannounced. Having worked within the Accor group for approximately 15 years as a Duty Manager in Singapore, I am very familiar with hotel operational procedures, guest privacy standards, and security protocols. It has always been my understanding that when a visitor arrives for an in-house guest, Reception should first contact the guest to obtain authorization before granting access to the room floors. While my visitor was indeed expected on this occasion, Reception had no way of knowing that without contacting me first. Had the visitor not been known to me, this could have resulted in a serious security and privacy issue. In my professional opinion, allowing a visitor direct access to a guest room without prior verification is unacceptable and falls short of the standards expected from an Accor property. What further disappointed me was the handling of the matter after I raised my concern. I wish to be clear that I am not seeking compensation of any kind. My concern is not financial. Rather, I expect an appropriate resolution and acknowledgement of the seriousness of the issue. Simply being told ”sorry” was not sufficient given the nature of the security lapse. The alternatives presented to me by the Night Manager were also, in my view, unreasonable. One option was for me to move to another room on my final night. Considering that I was due to check out the following morning, I found this solution impractical and disruptive. Being asked to pack my belongings and relocate because of an issue that was not caused by me did not seem to be an appropriate resolution. I was also informed that a Reception Manager would speak with me. However, I was unable to wait indefinitely for the manager's arrival. As a guest who was raising a legitimate concern, I do not believe I should have been expected to delay my evening plans or remain available for an uncertain period of time. Furthermore, I was scheduled to leave the hotel at 7:00 AM the next morning in order to arrive at the airport early for my flight. For these reasons, I felt that the issue was not properly addressed during my stay, which is why I am bringing it directly to your attention. I am raising this matter not only as a guest but also

Great hotel with great service and amenities. A special mention to the pool and also the associated spa which had the most sophisticated Jacuzzi, heated seats and also dry and wet sauna rooms. They’d also very kindly organised a special amenity for our special occasion. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone, also very convenient location with great public transport nearby.

We had a nice experience here! Compliments especially to the friendly doorman — he left such an impression on me because he greeted us so enthusiastically every day. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, the shower hot with good water pressure, and they had actual conditioner. WiFi was fast, and housekeeping was thorough every day and kept replacing our amenities even though we didn’t need it, lol. Plus we had a great view of the amazing city view nearby. So beautiful! Location was beyond excellent! Close to both the Nana BTS, and has a private turnaround area for taxis/Grabs, so take your pick really. This particular combination is kind of rare, actually, since the two systems don’t overlap a lot. We picked this location over Sukhumvit at Nana because it’s closer to all of the places. There is also a small night market nearby, both of the food and the flesh variety, though the latter is easily avoidable if you wish (it’s not seedy tho). To be honest, the night market felt really touristy and the options were quite limited. There were also a loooot of malls and massage places in the vicinity, of all varieties and price points.

The Banyan Tree Bangkok truly lives up to its reputation as a luxurious hotel. From the moment we stepped in, the staff's service was impeccable and attentive to every detail. We were greeted with fragrant wristbands and delicious roasted pumpkin, and our room was incredibly comfortable and beautiful. It offers great value for money, and if they have special offers again, I will definitely choose to stay here on my next trip to Bangkok. It's a fantastic choice.

We had a fantastic stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. The location is excellent, with CentralWorld, Platinum Fashion Mall, and Pratunam Market all within walking distance, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great city view and a very comfortable bed. The facilities were excellent, especially the large swimming pool, gym, and breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious Thai and international dishes. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic value for money and is perfect for families, couples, or anyone wanting to explore Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

This hotel is right in the city center, just below Central World, and very close to the Erawan Shrine. There's also a Big C supermarket across the street. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy. When you check in, you can go to the rooftop for a drink, and the view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning. There's even an elevator directly from the hotel that takes you to the seventh floor of the mall, which is incredibly convenient.

Not bad at all. It's located right in the center of Bangkok, with a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy just outside, and plenty of food options nearby. The steak at the restaurant to the right of the lobby entrance is absolutely top-notch. Overall, it's pretty good.

I booked this place for two nights. I saw other reviews saying the accommodation was clean, but for me, the bathroom was quite dirty, as if the housekeeper hadn't cleaned it at all. There were stain marks on the walls and the sink was also stained. However, the duvet and bedsheets were quite clean. On the second night, the housekeeper forgot to provide towels, so I called reception to request some. But after a long wait, no one brought them up, so my partner had to go down to get them himself. The towels for the second night also had a musty smell. The swimming pool and gym were pretty decent for the price. I booked a room with breakfast, and the breakfast was fine. The staff at the restaurant provided excellent service; they were very cheerful, especially a female staff member who took great care of us, and the male staff member who drove us to the main road was also very helpful. Overall, it was quite okay, but I have to deduct points for the cleanliness of the bathroom, as it seemed the housekeeper hadn't cleaned the walls at all.

The room was comfortable and clean, offering great value for money. The only downsides were the weak shower pressure and the inconvenience of having to turn on the instant water heater for hot water. There are plenty of shops and massage parlors nearby, making it very convenient for shopping and relaxation. It's also very close to the MRT Yellow Line.

Overall, the stay was decent. The location was convenient and the room was clean. However, for a five-star hotel, the hardware and common areas felt a bit underwhelming and lacked that 'wow' factor of luxury. The most disappointing aspect was breakfast. The selection wasn't extensive, the taste was average, and the speed and quality of refilling dishes didn't meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. It fell quite short of expectations. The staff were friendly, and there were no major issues during the stay. But if we're comparing it to other five-star hotels, there's definitely room for improvement in the overall experience. It's acceptable if you get it at a reasonable price, but if you're coming with five-star expectations, you might be a bit disappointed.
