This is a repeated stayed and I stayed for 8 nights. The room price is good value that why I chose here. Staffs are polite n helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Car parking service is available if you drive. The hotel provide shuttle service from 8am to 8pm at every 30 minutes to bts station or you can walk 7 minutes to station if your miss it. Nearby has a famous mango sticky rice shop you should try it at sukhumvit soi 53. There is another one called Ning’s Mango stand @Food Street Soi 38 which is opp the famous mango shop. The only issue with this hotel was the slow Wi-Fi. If you're staying here, you might need an unlimited data plan.
The entire hotel staff was incredibly proactive and attentive, and they could communicate in basic Chinese. We checked in around 3 or 4 AM, and all our check-in documents were already prepared for us, making the process very efficient. The lobby can help receive food deliveries and packages, and collection is also very meticulous and convenient.
The room space was ample. Although the facilities were visibly a bit dated, they were very well-maintained. There were quite a few mirrors, and when my friend expressed some concern about the room's decor, they promptly helped us adjust it. The bathroom had a slight odor, but it was within an acceptable range.
There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs from the hotel, and the location is very close to both the BTS and the Airport Rail Link, making it very convenient to get to the city center.DariRM345

The hotel is located in the Sukhumvit area. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. During my first stay, the room was nice and well equipped with everything I needed, including large bottles of shampoo and body wash, a hair dryer, a kettle, tea and coffee, a wardrobe, and a small working area.
However, my experience during my second stay was not quite as good. There was a small hole in the door, which made me feel a little uncomfortable, although it was not possible to see through it from outside. The sink was also clogged. The staff were very helpful and immediately sent someone to fix it. When it could not be repaired, they kindly upgraded me to a family room.
Despite the issues with the room, I was very impressed with how the staff handled the situation and took care of me. The location is also convenient, with a 7-Eleven and several restaurants nearby. I would stay here again if I needed to attend a meeting in this area.
The only downside is that the surrounding area can feel a little unsafe or uncomfortable when walking alone at night.DariRM199

I had previously visited this hotel on an excursion from Pattaya. Now, traveling with my daughter to Koh Samet via Bangkok, we didn't hesitate to book this hotel again. I wanted to show my daughter the revolving observation deck on the 84th floor, the museum, and the large, diverse dinner buffet. We stayed on the 28th floor. The staff was welcoming, and the hotel's floor layout is well-planned. The reception is on the 18th floor. We were greeted immediately upon arrival, our luggage was taken care of, and we were escorted to reception. We were checked in a bit early, at 1 PM, and led to our room. The door opened and… I was surprised. The exterior impression didn't match the interior. The room was spacious, but had low ceilings, old and worn-out furniture. It was a corner room and very dark, with only one small, narrow window (very dirty) and unwashed curtains, overlooking a neighboring hotel wall. You could barely catch a glimpse of the city (we had booked a non-corner room with a city view). The large room had only two small lights, perhaps to hide the room's surprises. The entire room had carpet (which also seemed ancient). The bed linen and towels were clean but visibly old and worn from countless washes; the duvet cover even had pilling, and the towels were far from white – they really should have been replaced. The carpet also extended throughout the hotel corridors, which I believe contributed to the musty smell in both the room and corridors, a smell even the air fresheners (sprayers located everywhere – in corridors and lifts) couldn't mask. During housekeeping, the maid constantly turned on the air conditioning in our room. Initially, we didn't understand why. We went to reception to return a misplaced card (thinking the maid had left it during cleaning), and they told us to leave it on so the air conditioner would run. Then the picture became clear: if you turned off the air conditioning, an unpleasant smell filled the room, and even the sewage smell from the toilet carried through the ventilation. Strangely, there's no ventilation in the toilet, so we had to leave the door open when we left the room and keep the air conditioning on 16°C. This hotel is in dire need of renovation! The room's price doesn't reflect its condition. The hotel has a sports area with mini-golf and a small swimming pool (also from the same outdated facilities). There's also a floor with a spa and fitness center. On the 18th floor, there's a small shop and a few cafes. The food at the hotel, both breakfast and dinner, was excellent. You can dine on the balcony (with glass railings) on the 81st floor – the view is superb. This is the only thing that makes up for the hotel's aging facilities. There's a free transfer to the airport metro line – which is great! I recommend staying on the upper floors for a magnificent view! I only recommend this hotel for short stays.DariRM243

The quickest way from the airport if you are traveling light i.e. Carryon luggage is to take the airport rail to Makkasan Station and walk to Phetchaburi MRT. Take one station to Sukhumvit MRT use the skywalk at Asok BTS towards Nana BTS and take the stairs down on the right. After that, it's just a 2 minute walk to the hotel.DariRM228

Stayed 2x weeks, it’s Located at 7-10 mins walks to Pom Phrong BTS, which is a big far in case of rainy days or at afternoon which could be scorching hot. Another stood out thing is the social Night event every Monday-Wed evening, for an hour free flow of drinks and snacks, something impressed me, unique for this hotel. Though I did not patron every single day. I ate out every night regardless of this, it is a nice place to chill and socialise there. In-room washer make the long stay very pleasant and convenient, so as plenty of drinking water provided. There is no scenery view from hotel due to its location. The breakfast is average , where in some days below average. I truly enjoyed almost daily their swimming pool and onsen, just the operating hours only start at 7am which is a bit late. If could start at 6am instead would be perfect, else it will be a bit rush after use , prior go to work at 8am. The services was excellent. I would rate it 4 star instead , gates by its location and breakfast spread/ food. Aside from this they deserve 4.5star. Will stay again in future if visit BKK again. Oya, there is mini Japanese grocery minimart below the hotel, provide almost most of daily necessities, if you need it. There is pharmacy and 7-11 in opposite road and Tops besides it. The hotel's location is convenient for visiting Siam, Central shopping malls, or the Sukhumvit commercial area. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was spacious, comfortable, and on the 17th floor with a view of the high-rise buildings, which created a great atmosphere. Housekeeping was daily. The staff were unobtrusive, barely noticeable.

Nice hotel. No luxury, but well-maintained. There's a coin-operated laundry available. The pool is on the 8th floor, unfortunately without sun protection. The parking garage is right next to the hotel, also with an elevator. The breakfast is reasonable for the price, varied, and quite tasty. I particularly love the location; for me, it's almost unbeatable. I've stayed here more than five times and will definitely come back again.DariRM143

Came here for our anniversary trip, and at this price, it was truly a steal. The service is five-star, but the facilities are four-star at best.
First, the pros:
1) Excellent service. They upgraded our room knowing it was our anniversary and even sent us dessert.
2) Housekeeping was very prompt, even cleaning twice. The first time was for general tidiness, and the second was for detailed touches (like laying out absorbent mats, etc.). My cosmetics were also neatly organized.
3) The room was very spacious, with comfortable bedding and a sofa.
4) They provided aromatherapy candles and other amenities, and someone even knocked on our door every evening to deliver facial mist.
5) High floor with great views.
Now, the cons:
1) Currently undergoing extensive renovation, so the public areas are very small. The hotel lobby entrance requires going through a narrow, cardboard-partitioned corridor, which looks undignified.
2) Due to the renovation, check-in was on the 19th floor, and the waiting time was extremely long. It was the longest I've ever waited to check in. Every time we returned to our room, we had to go to the 19th floor to switch elevators to the guest room area.
3) A bit far from the subway station. Although there's a shuttle service, it's hourly and requires advance booking, so we didn't end up using it.
4) The in-room facilities are indeed old. The showerhead was difficult to use, with low water pressure and couldn't be fixed in place.
5) The TV placement was puzzling, but we didn't watch it anyway.

I was very impressed with my stay at Centara Grand at CentralWorld. 😊✨
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center and connected to CentralWorld, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's so easy to shop, dine, or even walk to the Siam area. 🛍️🍽️
The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful city view, especially at night – the ambiance was wonderful. 🌃🛏️ All the in-room amenities were complete, allowing for a comfortable stay.
The staff provided excellent service; they were polite and very helpful from check-in to check-out, making my stay smooth and making me feel well taken care of. 💕🙏🏻
Another thing I loved was the convenience of the location, as you can walk directly into the mall. It's perfect for those on vacation, shopping, or on a business trip in Bangkok.

The service was excellent, and the staff's attitude was very good. I also tried the Chi massage, which was great and very clean. I highly recommend Chi. Some of the furnishings in the room were a bit old, and the electric kettle in the room was really old and felt dirty. There was also no coffee machine, which I don't expect from a five-star hotel. The internet connection wasn't very good, and the air conditioning in the room was too cold. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to IconSiam. When the mall closes, you don't have to fight for a taxi with everyone else; you can just walk back to the hotel, which is great. Since my itinerary was focused on the Chao Phraya River, it was really easy to get to the IconSiam pier to catch the blue flag tourist boat, perfectly avoiding traffic jams. I booked a river view room, but it wasn't directly facing the river. I had requested not to be given a corner room, but I still ended up with one of the rooms furthest to the side, so I had to lean a bit to see the river view. The room wasn't huge, but there was enough space. A pleasant surprise was that I left a 20 baht tip on the bed and received a towel elephant. Eating breakfast outdoors with a river view was very enjoyable. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, definitely the best I had on this trip.DariRM551

The hotel, though small, is fully equipped, and coupled with its affordable price, it's truly commendable. The front desk staff are efficient and go out of their way to meet guests' needs – a definite shout-out to them, excellent service!
Just a friendly heads-up: rooms only provide towels and bath towels, no slippers or toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own (there's a 7-Eleven downstairs if you need to buy some).
Overall, the stay was great, but my only dissatisfaction was with the management of the hotel's tuk-tuk service by the concierge. I hope this serves as a warning to future guests.
The picture shows the tuk-tuk usage rules. The driver is a young man from the concierge desk. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk/concierge, and he confirmed that the tuk-tuk departs on the hour every hour. For the return trip, you just call, and it will pick you up at a designated spot (between 8 AM and 6 PM). So, I went out to retrieve my luggage (which I had stored elsewhere), and seeing that it was almost on the hour, I called and requested the tuk-tuk, explaining I was at Starbucks. The person who answered (it was a female, presumably from the front desk) said, ”Okay, just wait.” After waiting for a while with no tuk-tuk, I called again. I was told that since it was on the hour, they needed to prioritize guests departing the hotel, dropping them off first before picking me up (which I understood, so I continued to wait). A few more minutes passed, and still no tuk-tuk. I called a third time to ask if the tuk-tuk had left. The answer I got was astonishing: ”Since no guests are leaving the hotel by tuk-tuk, you'll have to walk back yourself.” I was dumbfounded at that moment… If I hadn't called again, would I have been waiting forever? If you're not sending a vehicle, shouldn't you notify me immediately? (Knowing a guest is waiting for the tuk-tuk to return to the hotel, and just leaving them stranded like that?)
Setting aside the impoliteness of that phrasing… is it polite? Based on this operation, am I to understand that the tuk-tuk rule is ”drop-offs only, no pick-ups”? If so, why not just write ”drop-offs only”? No one would blame you then… So, I had no choice but to walk back to the hotel, pushing my luggage and carrying my backpack… (When I got back to the lobby, I saw the young man who drives the tuk-tuk just standing idle at the concierge desk…)
I even sent an email afterward to clarify the rules, but it fell on deaf ears. I never received a reply, even after I returned home! Laughable!
For the next two days, I only dared to ask for a ride to the BTS station, not even dreaming of a pick-up.
I can understand that hotel staff might think, ”It's not that far, you can just walk,” but this is confusing concepts. If you don't offer a service, no one will complain. But since you explicitly advertise this service, why isn't it functioning? Furthermore, based on the current stated rules, it seems no one thinks this is an error? Maybe I'm mistaken, and it truly is a ”drop-offs only” rule!
As an established chain, I hope Ibis will properly train its staff on service awareness and amend the incorrect wording of the tuk-tuk usage rules! This should be a bonus service, so why isn't it being fully utilized? Why is it hindering the experience instead? If this service is as good as useless, consider abandoning it.

The room features fixed bunk beds, not extra rollaway beds, which is perfect for families. The swimming pool is also quite large. The room was great, very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The air conditioning was also quite strong. However, the bath towels didn't seem to dry overnight when hung in the room. My only slight concern was that the hotel is located deep in an alley, which is a bit dark. A woman walking alone might feel a little scared. You can definitely tell that the hotel has some history to it, and unfortunately, its age is starting to show. There were noticeable stains on the curtains and bedsheets, as well as quite a bit of wear and tear on the furniture and amenities. The lift buttons also didn’t work very well and could be frustrating to use.
The biggest concern for me, however, was the bathroom floor. I’m not sure if it was due to the material used, but the floor became extremely slippery once it got wet, which is difficult to avoid when using the shower. It felt like a potential safety issue and was ultimately the deal breaker for me.
The location is also quite a distance from the nearest MRT station, so it may not be the most convenient option if you plan to rely heavily on public transport.
On a positive note, the hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I genuinely appreciated their hospitality and assistance, and they were definitely one of the highlights of the experience.
Unfortunately, despite the wonderful service from the staff, the overall condition of the hotel and the bathroom safety concern mean that I would likely choose to stay elsewhere on my next visit.DariRM268
