Sebagai contoh, jika seorang jurutera Malaysia diupah oleh syarikat Indonesia untuk mengambil bahagian dalam pembinaan projek kejuruteraan, atau seorang pelajar Malaysia ingin belajar sepenuh masa di universiti Indonesia, mereka semua perlu memohon visa kerja atau pelajar tertentu visa. This resort has many great restaurants right outside, making dining incredibly convenient. If you want to go shopping, Bali Collection is within walking distance – it's like an outlet mall and a good place to browse. The hotel pool is also very nice for a dip, perfect for relaxing on a floating mat. The shuttle bus takes you to Nusa Dua beach, which is great for swimming or surfing, and there's a dedicated lounge area on the beach. The in-room facilities are a bit dated, but the room itself is spacious, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast is delicious, and overall, it offers excellent value for money.

This is a premium hotel far outside of Ubud center. Be aware you are about 30 minutes from Ubud if you stay here and there really isn't much to do in the immediate area besides stare at the jungle. Staff was outstanding here with frequent greetings by name and remembering you like a Ritz Carlton. Because I enjoy regular outings I actually found the location quite inconvenient as an hour a day would have to be devoted just to getting to and from Ubud. The room I got was enormous and included a dining room, sitting room, bedroom, large bathroom. The in room amenities were great including a free restocking mini bar with snacks (no alcohol) and a large smart TV. The bed was huge, soft, and comfortable. The bathtub was a downside as it was quite small by western standards (not as small as a japanese tub though). I'm not a very big individual at 173cm and I felt it was too narrow and not long enough. Perhaps suitable for petite individuals only. Be aware of that if like me and many Americans you prefer baths over showers. The property is very large and you will likely want to regularly use the phone to request the on site golf cart shuttles to get around it as otherwise you will spend much of your time walking uphill from the rooms to the amenities near the entrance like the restaurant and pool.

A true home away from home. We were upgraded to a larger room, and our luggage was delivered directly. The staff were all very polite. Room service was very responsive, and we could even choose our pillows. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a great view. There were many live cooking stations at breakfast, and the food was brought to our table. Regarding the previously reported issue of trees being cut down on the east side of the hotel, new vegetation has grown in, and it no longer impacts the view. (See attached photos for reference.)

This was our first time visiting Bali, and we chose Ubud as our first stop. Honestly, we didn’t expect too much… until we arrived at Alaya. 🤍 Alaya truly exceeded all our expectations in every way possible. First of all, we are so grateful to be upgraded from Alaya Resort to the newly opened Alaya Suites (only opened for 3 months!). It was such an unexpected surprise and honestly one of the experiences that made us fall in love with Ubud. Our original booking did not include breakfast, and we planned to add it on the spot. But with the upgrade, breakfast was included for us as well. We kept wondering if there would be any hidden charges or extra payment later 😂 but NO - Alaya sincerely invited us to experience their new suites, and we really appreciated that kindness. The breakfast was amazing too! It’s not buffet style, but “eat all you can” with freshly made dishes upon order, which honestly made the food taste even better. Everything was delicious, and btw… the latte was really good ☕️ Another thing we truly loved was the staff. Everyone served with such genuine care and kindness. Their attitude and hospitality made us feel so comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. Thank you so much to every staff member who helped us during our stay - you guys were amazing 🤍 The room looked exactly like the photos online (search Alaya Suite) - super clean, spacious, comfortable, with huge mirrors and such a relaxing atmosphere. And the location? PERFECT. Ubud traffic can get quite busy, so staying here and being able to walk almost everywhere made everything so much easier. Of course, nothing is 100% perfect, so just a small note: - The soundproofing could be better as we could hear our neighboring room talking and laughing late at night. - The gym facilities are a little limited. But honestly, we really loved our stay here, and this will definitely be the first hotel we revisit when we come back to Ubud again soon 🤍 Thank you for everything, from room 308 | 10–13 May 🥳

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Discovery Kartika Plazza for five nights, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s amenities. The pools were beautifully maintained, and we enjoyed lounging by the water and soaking up the sun. We had breakfast at the buffet each morning, with a wide variety of delicious options. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made it an outstanding choice for our vacation. Our stay at the Visesa resort was excellent. It is located a couple of Km north of Ubud in a very serene and well maintained environment. We had a jungle room, which was a short walk from the restaurants and pool. The room was well-equipped and made up very quickly and efficiently each day. The only problem we encountered was the damp smell, which was caused by the air conditioning system. We were offered a choice of other rooms to move to, but all had the same issue to some extent; we selected the least worst! Even after cleaning the aircon filters, the problem persisted. The quality of the food in the restaurants was excellent. Breakfast consists of a comprehensive buffet of western, oriental ans Indian foods, so there is a wide choice for every palate, including veggie and vegan. Lunch and dinner can be selected from varied menus. The staff are the resort's best asset - every one of them was so polite and eager to do everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The bottom line is that you will have a fantastic stay!

Highly recommend this hotel! Great value for money! You get five-star service for just a few hundred yuan. If you're going to Ubud, definitely choose this place, you can't go wrong! 1: Convenient transportation nearby! You can get to Ubud Palace and Monkey Forest within 15 minutes by taxi, and it's less than 2km away if you prefer to walk. 2: The service is the best! You feel right at home! They are very friendly to Chinese guests! 3: The environment is beautiful and serene, nestled in the forest. The front desk gave me a room on the fifth floor, and all I could see was lush greenery! 4: The breakfast is quite abundant, with everything you'd expect and even my favorite congee. Very satisfying!

Pleasant experience with this hotel but never stay long enough to give valuable feedback. However, from check-in to check-out, it was a seamless experience. Staffs are very nice. Upon entering the room, the taps, shower head, and toilet flush are very rusty & mouldy.. We requested for a change but water output was not better.. It was splashing in all directions, making washing up not a very pleasant experience. But you pay for what you get which was reasonable as long as water is clean.

I recently stayed at the Prama Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, though there are a few points worth mentioning. The hotel and rooms are definitely showing their age, but everything was clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient, and I especially appreciated the well-equipped gym as well as the beach and pool area, which were real highlights. However, in my opinion, the hotel does not fully meet the standard of a true 5‑star property, even though it is advertised as such on Trip. The beds felt worn out and could really use an upgrade. All in all, it’s a good hotel with solid amenities, but it falls short of genuine 5‑star quality.

We like the hotel and we had pleasant stay. The pool and the room were very good. The door to the balcony couldn’t close but after contacting reception , they sent staff come to fixit straight away. The night we stay was Tuesday. The hotel had buffet dinner with dance. We heard the music from the pool and went there for dinner. They said that if will be until 10PM. But when we agreed to come, buffet almost gone, I asked few time why no more food? They asked what I want they will make. Thats not the way buffet supposes to be. And the music and dance often break very long. Form when I joined until I nearly full, no music or dance. I asked the man who stayed outside to invite customers in: what’s giọng on? He went to ask them to play music. But the dancers only started after 10 minutes. They danced 10 minutes and break again. I was very upset. That night was my last night in Bali. The next morning breakfast buffet was much nicer. I hope the hotel can manage the dance better to let customers enjoy. And FYI, that night music and dance finished at 8:30PM. Not 10PM like they told me. I posted some photos with full of food and some empty for your reference . than

We stayed at D’prima Hotel Seminyak for 3 nights during a shopping-focused trip, and the location was exactly what we needed — right in the center of Seminyak with easy access to shops, cafes, and everything within walking distance. The room was spacious with a very large, comfortable bed, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The hotel is not new and you can notice this in details like the bathroom fixtures and some general wear, but everything was clean and overall comfortable. For the price, it’s a solid budget-friendly option in a great area, especially if you plan to spend most of your time exploring rather than staying at the hotel. If you’re looking for a simple, well-located place to sleep while enjoying Seminyak, this is a good choice.

Right on a main street with countless bars and restaurants nearby. Very convenient for walking around the area. It is a busy street, but every street here is busy, so it’s expected. We felt very safe throughout our stay. Motorbike parking available and 24-hour reception. 2. Check-in / Check-out Experience Smooth and efficient for both check-in and check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted us with a SIM card issue at reception. 3. Room Quality & Comfort The room was bright, airy, and very clean. We had a balcony on the 5th floor (top floor) overlooking the pool, which had a beautiful view. Housekeeping was excellent — they made up the room every day. Strong air conditioning, comfortable bed, and good lighting. 4. Bathroom Really clean and well-maintained. Toiletries were provided and water bottles were replenished daily. 5. Staff & Service Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick response at reception and good daily housekeeping. 6. Facilities & Amenities The pool was really nice and well-kept. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. We didn’t try breakfast. Motorbike parking and 24-hour reception were useful. 7. Value for Money Really good value for money. We got a clean, bright room with a great pool-view balcony in a prime location at a fair price. No complaints. 8. Final Thoughts & Recommendation I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to couples or anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable base with a nice pool. Great spot if you want to be close to restaurants and nightlife.

Great location! Right in the middle of bustling Legian street but a little inside the alley, so there was no noise from night clubs. Such a variety of breakfast that changed everyday. The only thing to improve is amenities in the room as there were no face & hair towels, and bath towels were so old. They should’ve provided bathrobes for the pool also.

The resort grounds are stunning, enveloped by jungle, river valleys, and rice paddies. The popular infinity pool directly overlooks the rainforest and mountains – every photo is a masterpiece. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with a layout that perfectly captures the Balinese resort vibe, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, always available when needed, and the resort's shuttle service makes getting around very convenient. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including authentic Indonesian dishes. The SPA experience is also superb; a massage amidst the forest is incredibly blissful. Waking up naturally to birdsong, you're fully immersed in nature – it's so peaceful and healing. This is definitely my top choice for a Ubud getaway, absolutely worth the trip. I'll be back again!

An EXCELLENT HOTEL in ALL regards. HUGE room (better than most 5-star hotrls) complete with a very large, super comfy bed and FOUR pillows. A long, 8-feet upholstered winfow seat, desk and chair, fridge, kettle, and a modern, upscale bathroom with a rain shower. The extensive breakfast buffet was one of the best I've see in my travel to 40 countries! And the seating area was very large and delightful...including z long water feature with colorful fish. There is also an egg station and a cappuccino machine. The location couldn't be better! A 10-min walk on a smooth paved road to an awesome beach...with drinks anx dining available on tables on the sand in the evening. A perfect way to enjoy the spectacular sunsets..which you can also do from the rooftop infinity pool and bar.

The Kempinski Bali boasts stunning architecture with strong Balinese cultural elements. It's a massive property with numerous pools! They also have a ton of restaurants, I heard there are eight! I had a bit of an unpleasant experience right after check-in – the pillows and sheets had a distinct foot odor. When I reported it to the front desk, they actually asked if all the rooms were like that! I mean, seriously? Thankfully, with the help of Ctrip customer service, I was moved to a new room (on a higher floor, the fifth floor), which was a huge improvement! The rest of my two-day stay was very satisfying! Aside from the inconvenient location for getting around, everything else was great! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied!

The room was exactly as pictured and described. The breakfast wasn't great; there was no congee with noodles, only plain congee, milk, bread, and coffee (which was decent when made fresh). The 'Seafood Carnival' was a disappointment. 🤔 It wasn't as good as the first convenience store to the left across from the hotel. That place has a huge seafood platter for just over 300, and it's incredibly fresh. The lobster and tiger prawns with garlic butter sauce are especially worth trying there. The hotel's seafood tasted like it had been frozen and wasn't very fresh, though the live music and atmosphere were a plus. The seafood platter shown in the picture is not from the hotel. What truly stands out is the fantastic service and warm smiles from every single staff member. They genuinely care, and I would definitely come back again.

We booked a king room with lagoon access and was upgraded to a suite (Thank you Andaz, was a lovely surprise). We had a beautiful, clean and spacious room with a massive patio that backed onto a lagoon connected to the main pool with a sea view. It felt like paradise. There were toads croaking after the rain. We saw cockatoos and many other kinds of bird. Bird sang every morning. We even a monitor lizard swimming in the spa’s lily pond. This place is bathed in nature. Service was friendly and warm from top notch staff. The turndown service every evening was a special touch, and the grounds were immaculately kept! There were almost always staff working away to keep the grounds pristine and lush. We really like the hotel’s layout where it seems (to us) that all rooms provide a good level of privacy and some kind of a view, be it lush beautiful gardens, pool or the beach. Lastly, the à la carte unlimited breakfast was what brought us here (from the flip flop traveller, iykyk) and it did not disappoint. What an amazing treat! Andaz Bali is truly a gem.

This hotel was fantastic! They even prepared a honeymoon cake and decorations for us, which was such a lovely surprise. Honestly, it's the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed in. Highly recommend it! The location is superb, with plenty of massage places right outside. Even though it was just a quick stopover, I absolutely have to give it a great review. Next time, I'll bring my family and stay for a few more days.

Nice views from the rooms when it wasn't hazy from the humidity outside. The surrounding grounds of the gold course were also nice and lush. It was a quiet place to stay. Large rooms. Large bathroom. Didnt like that the design of the bathroom door though which slid across to open and that was then cupboard door. When the bathroom door was closed there is a light that come on automatically in the cupboard. So as the door did not close all the way the light stayed on all night so it was never quite dark enough in the room at night. Also I didnt like having the bathroom door open at night. If you went to the toilet and closed the door the cupboard light lit up the room. The facilities were pretty old and there was a stale smell in the dining room/restaurant when you enter. It was so cold in the room, there were droplets of water dropping down onto the tables from the a/c vents. The pool lounges had mould on them so you had to make sure you were sitting on your towel. Its pretty for from anything so you had a long car ride in the traffic to get anywhere, I wouldn't stay there again.

Mandapa is nestled in the Ubud forest, surrounded by rainforest and built into the mountainside. It's a secluded sanctuary, perfect for cleansing the soul and allowing me to slowly and peacefully savor every day of my vacation. I was particularly impressed with their butler service. During my three-day, two-night stay, everything was meticulously planned for me, from the transfer service to and from the hotel in Jimbaran Bay, to my river adventure, spa appointments, scheduled photography session, and dinner reservations. My butler orchestrated everything, acting like a personal secretary. Furthermore, most of the hotel's restaurants are outdoors, allowing guests to dine amidst the forest. Surprisingly, the environmental hygiene and insect control were excellent, which I truly appreciated. The villa's cleanliness was also ideal; I didn't spot a single spiderweb, ant, small spider, or any other insect or dust mite within the 430-square-meter villa. The hygiene was superb. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt incredibly serene and relaxing, making it perfectly suited for couples to enjoy a slow-paced, leisurely trip. Regarding the food, I tried breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner at three of their restaurants. The dining atmosphere and food quality were consistently excellent. The spa lived up to the standards of a 6-star hotel! Given its Michelin 3-star status, the hotel truly meets that benchmark. One minor thing to note is that during dinner at one of their Indonesian restaurants, there's a traditional Indonesian dance performance where performers wear a deity mask. This might make some guests, especially those with young children, feel uncomfortable or even frightened. This is something to be aware of.
