This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Hong Kong. The location is absolutely unbeatable – it's right above Harbour City, so you have endless options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Plus, there's a direct walkway from the back entrance to the Star Ferry, making it super convenient to get to Central. This was my third stay in six months, and I always feel right at home. I arrived late at night, and the front desk staff, Aaron Xu, thoughtfully asked if I had a power adapter. When I said no, he immediately arranged for one to be sent to my room. It was also lovely to see the Chinese flag pin on his uniform. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be staying here again!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. The room was also spacious and the bed was very comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the room I was assigned this time didn't have much of a view – all I could see when I opened the curtains was the building opposite. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The Cordis Hong Kong is a fantastic hotel with modern facilities and exceptionally clean, dry rooms. Given Hong Kong's notoriously high land prices, the room size was surprisingly generous and incredibly comfortable. The staff were all very warm, attentive, and patient when answering questions. I also loved the unique and atmospheric art installations in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Langham Place, with an underground tunnel providing direct access to the bustling Mong Kok shopping district and Mong Kok MTR station, making it super easy to get around and shop.

I stayed here during the Dragon Boat Festival. I had asked Trip.com customer service to arrange a quiet, high-floor room near the elevator if possible. Upon check-in, the hotel front desk upgraded me to an executive floor room based on the Trip.com note, and it was indeed very quiet. For Hong Kong, this hotel is quite spacious; there's enough room to open two suitcases simultaneously. They also provide bed rails, which is perfect if you're traveling with kids. The hotel lobby connects directly to a plaza, making dining very convenient. The only downside is if you're traveling with kids and have a lot of stuff on a stroller, it's better to take a taxi. We took bus A21 from the airport (the bus was pretty fast), but after getting off, we had to drag our luggage quite a long way, which was really exhausting.

Seriously good! The service was excellent; they accommodated my late check-out and gave me a free upgrade. The location is also incredibly convenient. It's close to the subway, and you can walk to Times Square, SOGO, and other shopping centers in just a few minutes. There are tons of restaurants, a fruit market nearby, and plenty of bus stops too. Highly recommend! 👍👍

The location of the hotel is relatively convenient since it’s a few minutes away from Jordan Station. The temple night market and anytime fitness is close too from the hotel (approx 10-15min walk). The breakfast options aren’t the best but food was hot and decent. We had 2 main issues with the hotel which is the cleanliness and fire alarm. We found several cockroaches in the room but the staff moved us to a different room right after we reported it. Regarding the fire alarm, it went off at 2am waking us up. We evacuated and went downstairs immediately. However, they told us there was no fire and it was just gas leak issue. No apologies. Just told us that it’s normal and we should just go back to our rooms.

Hygiene: The bed sheets and duvet covers didn't seem to have been changed, as there were a few strands of hair on the pillow, and more hair was found when I pulled back the duvet at the foot of the bed. After the sheets were changed, my skin felt itchy when I slept at night. Service: The service was alright. They were cooperative when I asked for new sheets, trash removal, and extra tissues. Environment: The hotel's location is quite central, making it convenient to get around. Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, but that's understandable for Hong Kong. I just hope the hygiene conditions can be improved.

This hotel is located near Tsim Sha Tsui, one of Kowloon's busiest areas, surrounded by numerous shops and supermarkets. The rooms are quite spacious for this locality, and the beds are a comfortable 105cm wide. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and nearby bus stops. There's a direct A21 bus service to the airport, and Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars are within a kilometer's walk, making the location incredibly convenient.

Our stay at The Imperial Hotel Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong was truly exceptional, with professional and incredibly warm service! We didn't have an umbrella when it started raining, and the front desk staff proactively offered us a hotel umbrella, which was a huge lifesaver. When checking out, the front desk auntie was so thoughtful and professional; she even gave us Ferrero Rocher chocolates, considering that tourists might experience low blood sugar. That attention to detail was so touching. The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Hong Kong!

I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews before booking, but decided to give it a try, especially since the price point meant I couldn't expect too much. The room was small but had everything I needed. There wasn't any musty smell as some mentioned, but the air conditioner vent was quite noisy, and the soundproofing wasn't great. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend booking a higher-end hotel, otherwise, you might struggle to fall asleep, like myself. The front desk staff on the 5th floor and the security guard downstairs were both very helpful.

Very convenient location to TST station where nearest exit N5 (stairs access only) to hotel. If you have big luggage, you can via iSquare mall, take escalator to ground level and cross the road to hotel. The renovated room is spacious with 2 double beds. But there is only 1 seater in the room and no bottled water or laundry bag provided. Toiletries are provided via dispensers. Counter staff at check in can be more polite. I will choose this hotel for it's location and room size. Many food options like Red Tea, Bakehouse, dim sum, wanton mee, chagee around. K11 mall just behind hotel. Self check in and out counter is available.

The room design is excellent. The air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the room cool. The shuttle bus service is very convenient, and the complimentary breakfast vouchers lead to a delicious meal. The hotel's location is fantastic, and overall, it offers incredible value for money! I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is good. The location is excellent, close to many famous restaurants, and it's easy to walk around. There's an MTR station downstairs. However, the reception was slow; it took 20 minutes to get the key card, and everyone else around me had already left. The hotel doesn't provide water or amenities, but you can buy them at a reasonable price. I'd recommend having a water dispenser if you're not going to provide water. The breakfast was just average, not a lot of variety. But if I were to stay again, I would, because I really liked the location.

This hotel is always my first choice because of its excellent location, making it incredibly convenient to get to West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, the Hong Kong Cultural Centre, and Elements Cinema. However, with fewer tourists recently, the room rates fluctuate significantly. I wouldn't recommend booking too far in advance. I booked two months ahead, and when I contacted Trip.com and the hotel about canceling due to price changes, the hotel refused. Trip.com, however, compensated me for the price difference. I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries and slippers – the hotel's slippers are as flimsy as paper and practically unusable. I've spoken to the cleaning staff multiple times about it, and they say there's nothing they can do. Despite that, it's still a great hotel for tourists, and the staff are very polite and enthusiastic. Both times I've stayed recently, I've been able to check in early, probably due to the low occupancy. A big thank you to Trip.com! And the lobby service desk, which offers luggage storage, has always been friendly over the years. Facilities: Good👍 This time I stayed in a room near the stairs and it was great👍 The hallway was spacious and the elevator was large~

Sha Tin Hong Kong|8.21km dari pusat bandar
This is a very good hotel for Hong Kong standards. The only minor inconvenience is that it's not directly above an MTR station, but they do offer a shuttle bus service to West Kowloon and Sha Tin. Many hotels in Hong Kong are quite old, but this one is not only newly renovated and clean, but the service is also warm and attentive, always ready to help. Most importantly, the soundproofing is excellent, which is incredibly rare and a huge plus! Highly recommended. [The following content is unrelated to the hotel]: The Ctrip flight ticket promotion, 'Buy 19.9 RMB to get 15 RMB off 4 flight tickets,' is a complete scam and rip-off. Do not buy it! There are numerous restrictions that make it unusable. The so-called 'complaint specialist' - Fudoudou - is an *****, repeating the same single sentence even more than a robot. Ctrip is rotten to the core, stay away!
