This stay included an upgrade to a Chocolate Room. The front desk and other staff at the resort were generally very friendly and welcoming. I suspect that due to a higher number of guests this time or a lack of staff for a while, breakfast was extended to the second-floor restaurant on Sunday. Guests dining after 8 am had to wait a bit. However, the most concerning experience was my dinner on Saturday evening. I'm unsure if it was due to uneven staff allocation or a lack of support measures, but it seems there were many more guests not on the reservation list. While there wasn't a shortage of front-of-house staff, I don't understand why one person at the counter had to run around so much. Shouldn't there be at least two people on duty at the counter to seat guests? Waiting for a table for dinner took over 15 minutes. Each group of guests just stood at the door waiting, with piles of empty tables. There were no walkie-talkies in the kitchen or back, and the flow of people and guests was chaotic. As for the dinner buffet, I don't think it's worth the resort's price. Think twice before eating at the resort's buffet; the selection wasn't very diverse, and the barbecue wasn't as good as expected. The white shrimp was fresh, though. I hope senior management sees this feedback. The duplex room was incredibly stuffy and had a damp smell when we first checked in. We recommend setting the air conditioner to dehumidify to remove the smell and cool it down faster. The bathroom had plenty of water, but the temperature control was inconsistent depending on the number of guests and the time of day. The elevator was very slow, and the layout of the basement wasn't great. The water facilities were maintained daily, and there were shows to enjoy in the evenings. I was very satisfied with this stay. It was my first time in Kenting, and I chose the Caesar Park Hotel. I pre-booked the shuttle from Zuoying, Kaohsiung, and everything went smoothly from the start. We arrived at the hotel in over two hours. Although it's 40 years old, the hotel is very well-maintained, the decor is modern, and the service attitude was excellent. Upon check-in, the front desk gave us dining vouchers for the Little Bay Bar and the hotel lobby bar. Sitting on Little Bay Beach opposite the hotel in the evening was very pleasant. The food at the lobby bar was also delicious!
The room came with new flip-flops, which were quite comfortable. All the facilities are new, there's a coffee machine, water dispensers on every floor, and self-service washing machines and dryers. The room also had complimentary drinks and snacks, and the soundproofing was excellent! Even with a garden view, it was still very beautiful, and you could see the mountain scenery.
The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of Kenting Main Street. The lobby has bicycles available for rent, and there are also Ubikes outside. Taxis are also quite convenient! You need a ********* ID to rent a car.

Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The male front desk staff on duty was fluent in English and very kind, which made our late check-in smooth.
The hotel room furniture and amenities are a bit dated, but overall they were kept clean.
However, we had a very unpleasant experience at the fitness center. After using the swimming pool, we tried to use the spin dryer in the changing room, but it didn't work. When we asked the fitness staff for help, they rudely dismissed the issue and bluntly said it was impossible without even checking.
Fortunately, when we inquired at the 1st-floor lobby, a staff member named William helped us deal with this issue. He personally accompanied us back to the fitness center and thoughtfully arranged for us to use the staff dryer. We are deeply grateful for William’s professional and kind service.
That being said, the hotel needs to address a few operational issues:
The mini spin dryer in the changing room should be repaired or replaced promptly.
The senior staff member at the fitness center showed a poor professional attitude —shirked responsibilities by pushing tasks onto a subordinate who claimed that day was her first day working at the hotel fitness center (believe it or not), and was impolite to guests.

A pleasant surprise! I randomly picked this hotel on Ctrip and was very satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious, and we ended up staying two nights. The main highlight is the convenient location, right near Jiefangbei, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. It's easy to get to all the attractions. There's even a pretty good hotpot restaurant (Li Enen Xiaoyuan Hotpot) diagonally across the street. My little one also enjoyed the hotel's pool, and we savored wine and city views from the executive lounge on the top floor. Highly recommend! Location: Situated inside Chongqing's landmark 'Grand Sail' building, directly above Raffles City and with direct metro access. Within walking distance to Chaotianmen, Hongyadong, Jiefangbei, and the pier. There are three hotels in the 'Sail' building: InterContinental Raffles City, Hotel Indigo, and Ascott. Ascott is wholly owned by CapitaLand, the developer of Raffles City, so its quality is undoubtedly top-notch.
Facilities: Positioned as a serviced apartment, the public areas are compact yet comfortable and practical. The lobby offers complimentary tea and fresh flowers. A significant portion of the public space is dedicated to guests. The gym is well-equipped with at least two treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes, as well as a full set of resistance machines. There's also a yoga room with river views, comparable to a small commercial gym. It provides hot/cold water, sanitizing wipes, towels, and even headphones with sterilized covers. The swimming pool was closed during our two-day stay, so we hope to check it out next time.
Below the hotel is Raffles City's urban garden, leading directly to a river-view platform – a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle.
Room: We were fortunate to be upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, so spacious it was astounding. It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a bathtub in the master. It includes a washer and dryer, perfect for families. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and range hood. A complete set of dishes and cookware is provided. The facilities are excellently maintained; the microwave and oven looked almost unused.
The room offers a pillow menu and abundant storage space.
Due to its unique location, Ascott's rooms offer either unbeatable river views, stunning city views, or like ours, views of both.
Service: Special thanks to Miss Genny at the front desk, who was incredibly patient during our check-in, attentively asked about our needs, and efficiently arranged our room. We arrived early, intending only to store our luggage, but to our surprise, we received our room key immediately. We are very grateful.
All hotel staff were exceptionally proactive, friendly, and helpful – carrying luggage, greeting us upon sight, making us feel right at home. The staff member on the ground floor was also wonderful, assisting with getting in and out of cars/moving luggage and patiently giving directions.

I came to Chongqing for my second brother's concert and used a Dolphin voucher I had saved to book a Saturday and Sunday night. My overall experience at Chongqing Yaqi Hotel (Jiefangbei Qixinggang Branch) was outstanding. This hotel is located right across from Bayi Square and is also close to the subway. Stepping out, you're on Bayi Road Food Street, where you can find all sorts of local specialty snacks. The staff were very warm and attentive. When we arrived, they immediately offered us refreshing lemon and plum juice from the hotel's self-service, which was incredibly crisp and tasty. Housekeeping was prompt; they even helped us with laundry while we were out exploring. Food delivery riders can bring orders directly to your room. Honestly, if it's not too hot, a short walk will get you to a ton of great food options. You can easily walk to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong from here, and to get to Liziba, you can take Line 2. I really have to give a huge shoutout to the Grand Hyatt! Its excellent location goes without saying – it's convenient for getting anywhere. With the connecting door open, it couldn't have been more convenient! During our stay, I urgently needed to print some documents, and the front desk quickly helped me out, which was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Everyone was so nice and kind. The service was top- notch. The amenities were plenty and easy accessible. A few extras that made everything worth it were the full- sized refrigerator, with freezer, the washing machine (for which they provided soap as well), dish washer, stove top, towel drier ( in the washroom) and full sized closet. The view was so beautiful and calming as well. Everything about this room was just so nice and exactly what I needed.
I didn’t realize how perfect the location was in relation to almost everything that I wanted to see. When I figured that out, I just got up every day and walked to everything that I needed or wanted to see. It was extremely close to a lot of restaurants, malls, local shops and smaller attractions. I was less than a 10 -15 minute walk to Raffles City Shopping Center where there is a 5 story mall, Movie theatre, roof top attraction with the swing, SKY WALK and also the river front park with amazing views. Same distance for Hongyadong, the viewing platform, the Qiansemen Bridge- if you wanted to walk across the bridge at night- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! There is so much to see and experience between the hotel and these attractions. Your days will be filled with fun and adventure.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights. It's a five-star hotel, and the lobby, hallways, and even the six elevators are quite grand. However, being over ten years old, it does show its age a bit. I stayed in a duplex room, which was very spacious and satisfying in terms of size. What surprised me though was that in a two-bathroom setup, the downstairs bathroom didn't have a shower. The upstairs bathroom had a good wet and dry separation. But the shower drain was very slow; the water would quickly rise above your ankles when showering. I even changed rooms because of this, but the new room had the same issue.
The room provided welcome fruit and drinks, and there was also an afternoon tea. Breakfast was served until at least 10 AM, I think even until 12 PM. There was also a refrigerator in the room.
The hotel breakfast wasn't lacking in variety, but I always felt the quality wasn't very high. The hot dishes in the hot food section were mostly vegetarian, with only an occasional dish like minced pork with long beans appearing daily.Dari£ 37

Definitely not recommended on WARM DAYS because the hotel will turn off AC completely. I stayed at this hotel from 5/8 to 5/11, In-room HVAC only worked on daytime when outdoor temperature reached about 30 degrees, in room temperature was cooling down and comfortable enough. However, the hotel shut down AC system at night because outdoor temperature is not hot enough, that leading to in room temperature went back to 27 degrees, I got totally sleepless. Understood the hotel tried to save money on electricity, but AC system is the one of basic amenity systems and should not shut down the mostly of the days.
Moldy grout, moldy caulking are all around the shower, the picture attached. Non adjustable shower head with fixed holder need upgraded. That shows lack of the maintenance for rooms.
Room attendant provided great service she could and made me feel comfortable and welcome.

I was on a business trip to Chongqing and had a friend book a popular influencer hotel for me. I couldn't stand it after one night. I switched to this hotel, but only booked two days, worried about the same situation. However, after checking in, I found both the hotel environment and cleanliness to be excellent. The hotel gym, in particular, had new equipment and great service, making me want to work out every day. I ended up extending my stay for another two days. It's a very good hotel, and I'll consider staying here again next time I'm in Chongqing. I also want to mention that this hotel is next to Changjiang International, so the views are especially good, and the night view is also excellent. The key is that there are many young people checking in for photos, which is quite a sight to see every day when coming and going. The only downside is that the doormen in the lobby lack service awareness. There were no measures to store umbrellas on rainy days, and they didn't bother to help with food deliveries, just telling guests to find the front desk, as if it had nothing to do with them. The Huabang Hotel, located within Fairy Mountain National Forest Park, was our chosen destination for a late-summer getaway with my parents before school started. With classes resuming soon, the hotel wasn't overly crowded, and the booking price was quite reasonable, offering excellent value for money.
**Environment:** This is one of the older hotels in Fairy Mountain, so the interior facilities in the rooms look a bit dated due to its age. However, the overall cleanliness is good, and the hotel is very quiet, making for a comfortable stay. Plus, the natural scenery around the hotel is fantastic, with attractions like Red Maple Stone Forest and grasslands. Guests staying at the hotel, as well as those from the adjacent Zhuoya Hotel, can access the vast grassland by swiping their room cards, which is very convenient.
**Dining:** Since we only stayed one night, we mainly experienced the breakfast. The variety of dishes was quite rich, and the noodles were particularly delicious.
**Service:** The staff were all very friendly and attentive to guests' needs, doing their best to accommodate requests. For our group of three, who booked a twin room, the front desk kindly arranged an extra breakfast portion for us.
**Suggestions for Improvement:**
When we went for breakfast and provided our room number, the staff checked and informed us that two people from our room number had already entered. This forced me to prove that we were indeed the legitimate guests of that room. The hotel could easily upgrade its system, perhaps by installing a machine to scan room cards for dining, which would avoid such awkward situations and simplify record-keeping. Also, we stayed in Building 1, and for some reason, possibly renovations, there was a knocking sound from construction work for both days we were there. Although they were careful with the timing, it was still a bit noisy for those who come to the mountain specifically to relax. The hotel might consider either not selling rooms in this building during the off-peak season to carry out renovations all at once or proactively inform guests about the times when construction noise might occur.
**Overall Impression:** Overall, we were very satisfied, and my mom has already decided she wants to come back again. Just a few minor details could be improved upon.Dari£ 66

Hygiene: Probably because the hotel is quite old, there's a distinct smell of aging facilities when you enter the room. Also, I had to wait over half an hour for the ice cream and Americano I ordered (and only got them after I called to chase it up), so their sense of time isn't great. The view is very good and it's quiet. Overall, for a Marriott in China, it's just average. And one last important point, I don't know what the security guard at the entrance is even there for; they never opened the car door for me, whether I was arriving or leaving. Location is great! Everything about this hotel is almost perfect. This my first time staying here during summer season. ONLY ISSUE IS THE AIR CONDITIONS SYSTEMS, I had set the temperature to 15c but the room remain at 25c-27c. ( outdoor temperature is at 35c-38c daytime and 30c-32c nighttime ) They even change the room for me the next day. But it even worst cause they put me to higher floor and a corner room which have a larger window which track more sun and heat. Those 3 nights I can get a good night sleep. some how able to pre-program the system and leave it at 26c. Even the hallway is a lot cooler than the room.
