I came from the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, took the Tsuen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui, and then followed the signs in the MTR underground all the way to the hotel. I paid extra to upgrade to a Sky Seaview room and even received complimentary butterfly pastries. The front desk staff were all very friendly and polite. What's more, the hotel is only a ten-minute walk from Victoria Harbour. I personally think it offers excellent value for money.

There's also a bus terminal downstairs, ensuring efficient travel. The location is excellent for shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying local cuisine. The room size is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and it was clean and tidy with comprehensive facilities. The pool and gym were also well-maintained. Our room had one king-size bed, two single beds, two bathrooms, a shower room, a refrigerator, and a walk-in closet.

The room details are well-crafted, with exquisite wood carvings on the curtain rods and under the TV cabinet. Natural Mountain View: The back of the room faces a mountain, offering an expansive view. Spacious Bathroom: The bathroom is very roomy, with a well-designed separation of wet and dry areas. It also features a large, triangular bathtub. Prompt Service: The service attitude is excellent. When I called the front desk for an extra blanket, it was delivered to the room very quickly. Convenient Luggage Storage: The luggage storage service after check-out was smooth, making it easy to enjoy the last day of my trip without hassle.

Pleasant experience with this hotel but never stay long enough to give valuable feedback. However, from check-in to check-out, it was a seamless experience. Staffs are very nice. Upon entering the room, the taps, shower head, and toilet flush are very rusty & mouldy.. We requested for a change but water output was not better.. It was splashing in all directions, making washing up not a very pleasant experience. But you pay for what you get which was reasonable as long as water is clean.

The hotel is very conveniently located – close to the beach and a promenade. It's quite busy, but no one bothers anyone. In 5 minutes, you're in the city, with shops, a pharmacy, and currency exchange nearby. There are plenty of cafes to suit all tastes. The breakfast at the hotel is good enough. The hotel is no longer new, and they try to maintain it, BUT some of the power outlets didn't work, and some were broken. The room cleanliness upon check-in was about a 4 out of 5. The shower had no issues with water, the air conditioning worked, and the bed and mattress were fine. The room had good soundproofing. In the evenings, there were always some programs or performances. I didn't particularly enjoy the 'Balinese dinner' – everything was very spicy. I understand it's Asia, but they should consider guests' taste preferences. On the other hand, everything at breakfast was fine. Overall, despite some minor issues, I would recommend the hotel.

Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room had a damp smell, which was bearable, but the slippers were as thin as A4 paper. The only positive was the good water pressure. There was practically no service to speak of. I guess since Hong Kong is a tourist hotspot, they'll always have an endless stream of visitors no matter what. But I definitely won't choose this place again unless I absolutely have to.

I used to stay at a hotel near Mong Kok Station when I was in town for business. This time, I saw a promotional rate for this hotel and decided to give it a try for 5 nights. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained and quite clean. The faucet in the room is a bit too close to the sink, making handwashing a little inconvenient. I'd suggest providing hand soap in the rooms. The restaurant, while not having a huge variety, does make small changes to the menu daily. There's an older chef who often comes out to check empty trays and replenishes food promptly, which is very professional. The front desk staff are friendly and resolve issues quickly. It's close to Olympic Station and the hotel also offers a shuttle, making transportation quite convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby. I'd definitely stay here again.
