"I have stayed at Tony’s Villas many times over the years and have always been a loyal customer. After a four-year gap since my last visit, I was looking forward to returning, but unfortunately, this stay was disappointing compared to past experiences. The property feels somewhat run down and no longer has the same charm or well-kept appearance it once did. The quality of the morning breakfast has also declined, with noticeably smaller portions and lower quality compared to what was once offered. Service began on a positive note, thanks to the familiar and friendly lady who has been with the property for years. However, after realizing that the room I was allocated was not the one I had requested, I called the front desk. The young man who answered was rude and argumentative, choosing to push back rather than truly listen to my concerns and work toward a solution. While a resolution was eventually found and I appreciated that, the experience was far from the warm, attentive service I had previously enjoyed here. Sadly, the overall quality has declined, and at this price range, there are now many better options in the area."

"⭐️ This property looks beautiful in photos, but the reality is deeply disappointing especially considering the price. The room is extremely dark, dominated by black walls and a black bathroom with very poor lighting. It feels uncomfortable rather than atmospheric. There is no proper table or working surface in the room, which means all personal belongings end up on the floor. This is impractical and unacceptable for accommodation at this price point. Soundproofing is almost nonexistent. Villas are extremely close together, and conversations, footsteps, and normal movements from neighboring guests are clearly audible. Privacy is essentially absent. For the amount charged, the overall experience does not meet even basic expectations. A hotel with international standards would offer far better comfort and functionality for the same price."

"The place is very cozy, quiet, and peaceful, with a gorgeous pool—I've never seen a more comfortable or beautiful place! The people who work there are amazing, they helped us with everything, explained everything, and provided everything we asked for! I was pleasantly surprised that they rented bikes. Great chairs on the veranda! Delicious breakfast! The staff was a huge help when they accommodated us and let us leave our luggage for an extra day—we were able to bike in the mountains. But, unfortunately, I also found some downsides, even though I usually only give hotels five stars. - The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, which seems a bit unimpressive for a hotel of this caliber. - The shower gel and shampoo have a strange smell, so it's best to buy your own 👍 - There are insects, ask for bug spray on your arrival day; it might help. (After the first night in this hotel, I developed a rash on my legs. I'm not sure and can't prove it, but I think it was bedbugs, although there could have been other causes.)"
