每次有朋友一来吉隆坡，我都会推荐他们多搭 LRT。因为老实讲，在 KL 开车有时候真的会超级塞车🚗，加上停车费也不便宜💰，所以搭 LRT 反而省时间又省钱。我自己每次要去市区都会选择直接搭 LRT，尤其是去 KLCC、Masjid Jamek、Pasar Seni 这些地方的时候。而且车站都有清楚的指示牌🚸，就算是第一次来吉隆坡，也不用担心会迷路。而且最重点的是车费不贵‼️，几块钱就能去到很多地方，对想省 budget 的旅客来说真的很友好。

所以如果你打算来吉隆坡走走逛逛，不用担心 😂，这篇文章我会用最简单、最容易理解的方式，带你认识吉隆坡 LRT 路线、主要换乘站，以及一些实用搭车小技巧。只要看懂这份 KL LRT Map，就能轻松去到吉隆坡大部分热门景点啦！🚆✨

吉隆坡的 LRT 其实主要可以分成 3 条线，不过有一组是 “同一个系统共享路线”，所以很好理解 👇

首先是安邦线（LRT Ampang Line）和大城堡线（LRT Sri Petaling Line），这两条其实是同一个网络一起运行的。全长大概 45km 左右，一共有 36 个站，连接了很多热门地点。像我自己就很常用它去康乐夜市、茨厂街附近一带，或者转去别的线路都很方便✅~ 然后是另一条比较独立的主线，就是格拉那再也线（LRT Kelana Jaya Line）。这条线路比较长，全长约 46km，有 37 个车站，算是 KL 最重要的一条 LRT 线之一。它是全自动列车系统，大部分路段都是高架或地下运行，所以坐起来很平稳、也比较快，不太会有那种卡卡停停的感觉😂。基本上你要去 KLCC 或者转去其他交通系统，这条线几乎都会用到 🚆

1️⃣ LRT Kelana Jaya Line

颜色：	蓝色
路线：	这条线路是吉隆坡最受欢迎的 LRT 线路之一，从北部的 Gombak（鹅麦）一直连接到南部的 Putra Heights（布特拉高原）。
主要站点：	KL Sentral、Bukit Nanas、KLCC、Pasar Seni、Lembah Subang 和 Subang Jaya 等。
亮点：	Kelana Jaya Line 贯穿多个重要商业区和住宅区，不管是旅客还是本地人都会经常使用这条线路。像 KL Sentral 和 KLCC 这些站点，也可以方便转乘其他公共交通，让在吉隆坡出行变得更加轻松。

2️⃣ LRT Ampang Line

路线：	这条线路主要连接东部的 Ampang 一直到南部的 Putra Heights，是吉隆坡 LRT 网络中其中一条重要线路。
主要站点：	KL Sentral、Titiwangsa、Tunku Abdul Rahman 和 Gombak 等。
亮点：	这条线路在 KL Sentral 可以转乘 KTM Komuter 和 KL Monorail，让你更方便前往吉隆坡不同区域。如果计划到 Pandan Indah、Ampang 一带走走，这条 LRT 线路会非常方便。

路线：	这条线路从北部的 Sentul 一直到南部的 Putra Heights，贯穿吉隆坡多个重要区域。
主要站点：	KL Sentral、Pudu、Titiwangsa 和 Bandar Tasik Selatan 等。
亮点：	和 Ampang Line 一样，这条线路同样会经过 KL Sentral，方便转乘其他公共交通。如果你想前往 Pudu、Bukit Jalil 或 Bandar Tasik Selatan 等热门区域，搭乘这条 LRT 线路会非常方便。

🚈 KL Monorail（单轨列车）

颜色：	粉色
路线：	KL Monorail 主要连接 KL Sentral 附近的 KL Sentral / Tun Sambanthan 一带到 Titiwangsa，途中会经过市中心多个热门区域，例如 Bukit Bintang、Chow Kit 和 Bukit Nanas。
主要站点：	Bukit Bintang、Imbi、Chow Kit、Bukit Nanas 和 Titiwangsa 等。
亮点：	KL Monorail 是穿梭吉隆坡市中心非常方便的交通方式，尤其适合前往 Bukit Bintang 商圈。搭乘这条线路可以轻松抵达 Pavilion KL、Berjaya Times Square 等热门购物中心，非常适合想逛街和探索市区的游客。

🕛 KL LRT 运营时间

KL LRT 基本上每天都是从早上 6:00 左右开始运行，一直到晚上 11:00 左右。整体来说算是蛮方便的，不管是早出门还是晚上回酒店，都还可以搭得到。班次方面也蛮多，高峰时段（早上通勤 & 下班时间）通常 3–5 分钟就有一班车，不会让你等到焦虑 😆。而且如果刚好遇到大型活动、演唱会或节庆，LRT 有时候也会特别延长运营时间，最晚甚至可能开到 凌晨 1:00 左右，让大家散场后也能顺利回家或回酒店。

🎫 KL LRT 购票方式

搭 KL LRT 其实很简单，大致有这几种方式👇

1️⃣ MyRapid 卡
- 如果你会在吉隆坡待几天，我最推荐直接用 MyRapid 卡。它是一种可以充值的交通卡，进出站直接 “嗶“ 就可以，不用每次排队买票，真的省很多时间。
2️⃣ 单程票（现金购票）
- 如果只是临时搭几趟，也可以在车站柜台或自动售票机买单程票，用现金或电子支付都可以。
3️⃣ Touch ‘n Go 卡
- 现在也越来越方便了，可以直接用 Touch ‘n Go 卡进出站，基本上跟交通卡一样用法。有些车站系统也在逐步支持更多电子支付方式，让出行更 “无脑化” 一点 😆。

💰 票价

KL LRT 的票价整体来说真的很亲民，不用担心会很贵。一般短距离大概 RM1.10 起跳，如果是跨比较远的路线，通常也大概在 RM5 – RM6 左右。

🚆 KL LRT 乘车指南

第一次搭 KL LRT 其实一点都不复杂，跟着这个步骤走就可以了👇

1️⃣ 先规划路线
- 出发前我通常会直接开 Google Maps，输入目的地，它会自动帮你安排最顺的路线，包括要搭哪一条 LRT、在哪里换线、甚至大概多久到，一目了然。

2️⃣ 看好运营时间
- KL LRT 一般是 早上 6:00 到晚上 11:00 运行，太早或太夜的话就要注意有没有最后一班车。

3️⃣ 买票 / 进站方式
- 你可以选择在车站用自动售票机或柜台买单程票，也可以直接用 Touch ‘n Go 卡，进站 “嗶” 一下就搞定，真的很方便。

4️⃣ 进闸机 & 找站台
- 刷卡或买票后就可以进站，然后跟着指示牌走去对应的 Platform（站台）。站内指示还算清楚，不会迷路。

5️⃣ 看清楚方向
- 上站台后一定要确认列车方向，有些线路是双向的，记得看清楚是不是往你要去的目的地，不然真的会坐反 😂。

6️⃣ 等车上车
- LRT 通常几分钟就来一班。等车的时候记得站在黄线后面，车一到就可以上车了。

7️⃣ 轻松搭乘
上车后可以站着或找位子坐着，基本上就是一路滑过去目的地，过程很轻松。

8️⃣ 到站出站
- 到站后跟着 Exit 指示走出去就完成旅程啦，有些站还可以直接连接商场或转乘其他交通系统 🚆✨

The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spacious with a bathtub. However, those are the only two positives. The elevator has no display, and once you get to it, it's incredibly eerie. The lighting starts getting very dim from there, and the hallway is even scarier with its dark green walls and carpet. The room door is difficult to open; you need to insert the card, wait for a green light, and immediately pull it out to open the door. Otherwise, it instantly turns red and fails. We weren't told this and tried many times before a passerby helped us. The room itself is also dim, with no main light, just two bedside lamps, a tiny ceiling light above the dressing table, a desk lamp, and a floor lamp. The mirror faces the bed, which is quite unsettling. The bathroom light is a dull gray, like something out of a horror movie, and there's a white curtain in front of the bathtub… I understand the hotel is a bit old, but I hope they can improve the lighting. What's even more terrifying is that on the second night, around 1 AM, my friend was already asleep, and I was lying on my side playing with my phone. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a shadow pass outside the window. It definitely wasn't a bird; the shadow was not fast and quite large. I hadn't fully closed the curtains, leaving about half a meter open, and the room was on the 15th floor. This really scared me…

The hotel's location is pretty good. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast buffet is very generous. Downstairs, there are plenty of massage parlors and small restaurants, and a 7-Eleven right across the street. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the BTS station, and you can even see the Pixel Building from the room. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old, but I can live with that.

The room was excellent – clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the doorman/tuk-tuk driver, Ton. He was exceptionally polite! The entire hotel made for a very pleasant stay. The location was also great, easy to find, and in a quiet area with a 7-Eleven nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Thailand.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The location is perfect, right on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, offering lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel also provides a complimentary boat shuttle service to the nearest pier, making it incredibly convenient to explore IconSiam, WatArun, WatPho, Asiatique etc. Hotel has an outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff—from the bell attendants and reception team to the housekeeping staff, are warm, courteous, professional, and always eager to help. We even got a complimentary upgrade from a Deluxe Premium Room to a Suite, which made our stay even more memorable. The suite was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. Breakfast got a huge variety to offer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with exceptional service in Bangkok. We would definitely love to return on our next visit. View from our room is attached.

This is the most ceremonial hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok. There were welcome fruits, desserts, and little elephant toys. The room was very spacious, perfect for a family stay. It's also convenient for getting to the airport, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby, with Champion Cafe just a few minutes' walk away. Especially the staff member Boat, who was incredibly responsive to all our requests. My child loved the animal toys and would get a new one upon returning. The next day, when I mentioned wanting a surprise, he decorated the bed with fresh flowers, making it feel like a honeymoon.

I felt like I was being treated differently. Aside from the young lady who checked me in, everyone else, especially another staff member, had a really bad attitude. It seemed like the hotel caters mostly to white guests, judging by its British decor. They only emptied the trash in my room, no actual cleaning. I brought my own towel, but used one of the hotel's to dry my hair. When I asked for a replacement, I got an old, dirty-looking one that clearly showed its age and couldn't be washed clean. The one initially provided when I checked in was brand new and good quality. I even took comparison photos. If they don't want to host Chinese guests, they shouldn't accept bookings. There's no need for this kind of behavior. I would have been fine if all the towels were old and dirty from the start, but not for them to replace a good one with a noticeably worse one.

The hotel's location is great, less than 300 meters from the subway station. The hotel itself is quite upscale and grand, and the room facilities are comprehensive. The view from the room is beautiful. The main issues are that the room decor is a bit dated and the facilities aren't very new. The air conditioning is also quite noisy, which can affect sleep at night.

Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive, always smiling. The hotel environment is also excellent, and the pool is beautiful. The Japanese-style architecture in the atrium is quite unique. What really stood out this time was the package deal: two hours of unlimited cocktails, beer, wine, and snacks from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily at the poolside bar or The Junction. This was fantastic value, and the snacks were plentiful. Breakfast was also very extensive. The dining vouchers provided by the hotel were also a great deal. I highly recommend booking a package. My only complaint is that the Trip.com staff were very unprofessional and impatient during the booking process. After we bought the package, it was upgraded later, but Trip.com offered no help at all. We had to contact the hotel directly to upgrade our package.

Thank you for everything🩷 All the staff is so lovely and kind to us, which make our stay memorable. I wouldn’t expect either for such a surprise arrangement for our honeymoon. Really made our day after a total of 20 hours flight to Bangkok. The room is surprisingly clean and almost spotless despite the hotel seems a bit dated. Good job for the teams, and hope in the future the hotel can earn the extra star ⭐️ will definitely visit again!

Environment: It's close to an elevated highway, so I expected it to be noisy, but it was actually very quiet. I slept soundly at night, which was a huge plus. Facilities: Standard level, clean and hygienic. The hotel's soundproofing is also excellent. Location: It's near Sathorn Pier and two BTS stations (about a 10-minute walk). Getting to IconSiam and Chinatown is very convenient. The Pixel Building is also within walking distance. There are also many 7-Elevens and shops nearby (I recommend the 7-Eleven to the left of the hotel entrance, further down the road – it's bigger and has a wider selection).

The location is excellent, easily accessible on foot from Nana Station. The price is reasonable, but the service might reflect that. There was hair in the refrigerator, which made me reluctant to chill my drinks. Overall, the cleaning was subpar. The lighting was dim, and the hotel facilities were old, creating a somewhat eerie atmosphere. A bit scary, actually. The pool is located on a mid-floor, surrounded by walls, so there's no view. There was a very deep pool, but a lifeguard (or attendant?) was present, which was reassuring. When I borrowed a towel, they warned me about the deep end, which was helpful. Even though it was a Saturday, check-in was smooth with no queue.

The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the room facilities and service are also good. However, they require a deposit of 1000 baht per day. Taxis are convenient. There's a 24-hour Big C supermarket about a 5-minute walk away, and the M line subway is also very close, which takes you directly to Chatuchak Market. Chulalongkorn Night Market is a short walk away, but it's not very interesting. Getting to the Siam commercial area is a bit of a hassle; taxis get extremely stuck in traffic, and walking 2 kilometers under the blazing sun is a bit far. But Central Department Store is definitely worth a visit!

The hotel staff work very efficiently and everything is well organized. The service feels professional and smooth from check-in to check-out. There is also a convenience store available 24 hours a day, which makes it very easy to buy food, drinks, or anything you need at any time. It’s really convenient for guests who arrive late or get hungry at night. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I absolutely enjoyed the stay so much I wanted to extend my trip because of this hotel! The service was top notch, similar to the experience I had at a luxury hotel in Singapore! The receptionist accompanies you to the room, pointing out the different facilities and where you are able to find everything! This hotel is also the tallest in Chinatown, so the sunset view is gorgeous at the very top, where there is a 360 panoramic view in a revolving restaurant and bar. However, I enjoyed the 17th level bar even more, as they have a nostalgia set when I was there, costing only 450 baht for soup, salad, pizza and 2 pints of beer! P.S Colouring my hair (roots) was 800baht at the salon downstairs, look for TangMo! She did a wonderful job and even threw in hair treatment at this price! Lots of food nearby, with 7-11 across the street. The markets are open both day and night, so no matter what time you wake, you are able to shop and eat just a street away.

This hotel is incredibly convenient – affordable and directly connected to the station. However, the station-direct entrance only has stairs, so I'd recommend using the street-level access if you have large luggage. The facilities are a bit old, and the shower head is fixed, but it's acceptable for the price. In Bangkok, it's surprisingly hard to find hotels right next to a station, but during the rainy season, a direct station connection is a must! That's why I chose to stay here this time.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: I've stayed here many times and haven't encountered any issues so far. Environment: The location is great, with easy access to food and shopping. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a Somboon Seafood restaurant right across the street. Service: The service is consistently excellent. I accidentally ripped a bedsheet, and the front desk staff told me not to worry and that I wouldn't be charged. I really appreciate their understanding. I'll definitely stay here again. It's small but has everything you need, and for the price, you really can't complain about the location. Very satisfied.

I stayed in a SPACE ZONE 72nd-floor room for the first time. The daytime view from the room was breathtaking, and the nighttime view was incredibly beautiful. I think this hotel is worth staying in for its high-floor rooms. The 84th-floor rotating observation deck is also free to use, and the 360-degree panoramic view is superb. On the morning of the second day, the shower water was cold and the drainage was poor, but when I asked at the front desk, they fixed it properly while I was out sightseeing during the day. So, I think their response to issues is excellent. Breakfast can also be enjoyed at the restaurant on the 81st floor, which offers great views. Considering the price, it's a hotel worth staying at, and I would like to stay here again when I'm in Bangkok.

Stayed at W Bangkok recently and had a mixed experience. The room itself was nice and comfortable, with a cozy bed and decent overall cleanliness. It’s still a pleasant space to relax after a long day out in the city. However, there are a few areas that really need improvement. The room fixtures feel quite dated and could definitely use an upgrade as soon as possible—it doesn’t quite match the premium image the hotel is going for. One inconvenience was that Grab deliveries are not sent up to the room. Orders are left at the drop-off point, which can be a hassle, especially at night or after a long day. The pool area was another downside. It was too dark and dimly lit at night, making it difficult to see clearly. I actually hit my toe on the steps, which could have been avoided with better lighting. Overall, a comfortable stay but falls short in terms of maintenance and guest convenience. Would consider staying again only if improvements are made.

Hotel is conveniently located just 5 min from BTS Nana. Tourists travelling with luggage can consider taking the elevator at the opposite end of Exit 2 (instead of the stairs on Exit 2 itself which is closest to the hotel). Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is a good spread. However, service can be improved: (1) the staff at the breakfast area could have been more attentive, used plates all over the tables, (2) the kettle in the room kept leaking water (refer to photo), we called front desk and requested for another one on Feb 16, 10pm, the male attendant came and dismissed the problem, left our room within 5 min. We were left with a leaking kettle (which is kinda dangerous). The towel we placed below the kettle is dripping wet at the end of each day due to the leakage.

The Banyan Tree Bangkok truly lives up to its reputation as a luxurious hotel. From the moment we stepped in, the staff's service was impeccable and attentive to every detail. We were greeted with fragrant wristbands and delicious roasted pumpkin, and our room was incredibly comfortable and beautiful. It offers great value for money, and if they have special offers again, I will definitely choose to stay here on my next trip to Bangkok. It's a fantastic choice.

Beautiful resort, fantastic service, and plenty of options for restaurants. The breakfast is also a worthy add on. The staff are welcoming and attentive. They allow use of facilities if your flight is a bit later in the day which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommend staying here, you can easily enjoy your stay by not leaving the resort and when you do, they have boat shuttle service to sathorn and iconsiam piers.

Addressed to Jon Warmington, the General Manager I recently stayed at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium room 842 from 27 May to 1 June and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The hotel, facilities, and the majority of the team members provided excellent service, and overall I had a pleasant experience. In fact, I am not the type of guest who frequently raises complaints. During my travels, I spend very little time in my hotel room. Most of my day is spent outside the property, and my interaction with the hotel is generally limited to breakfast and sleeping. As such, it takes a significant issue for me to feel compelled to formally raise a concern. The first issue relates to breakfast. During my stay, I invited a Muslim friend to join me for breakfast. He entered the restaurant with me but did not consume any food because he was unable to find suitable options that met his dietary requirements. While I acknowledge that I did not raise this directly with the restaurant team at the time, I was surprised when Reception later informed me that they had verified that my friend had taken breakfast. From my perspective, entering the restaurant should not automatically be considered as consuming breakfast when no food was actually taken. Nevertheless, I have decided to let this matter rest and move on. The second issue is far more serious and is the primary reason for this email. On my final night at the hotel, I was expecting a visitor. However, Reception did not contact me to verify whether I was expecting anyone before allowing my visitor access to the guest floors. Instead, my visitor was simply directed to my room and arrived at my door unannounced. Having worked within the Accor group for approximately 15 years as a Duty Manager in Singapore, I am very familiar with hotel operational procedures, guest privacy standards, and security protocols. It has always been my understanding that when a visitor arrives for an in-house guest, Reception should first contact the guest to obtain authorization before granting access to the room floors. While my visitor was indeed expected on this occasion, Reception had no way of knowing that without contacting me first. Had the visitor not been known to me, this could have resulted in a serious security and privacy issue. In my professional opinion, allowing a visitor direct access to a guest room without prior verification is unacceptable and falls short of the standards expected from an Accor property. What further disappointed me was the handling of the matter after I raised my concern. I wish to be clear that I am not seeking compensation of any kind. My concern is not financial. Rather, I expect an appropriate resolution and acknowledgement of the seriousness of the issue. Simply being told ”sorry” was not sufficient given the nature of the security lapse. The alternatives presented to me by the Night Manager were also, in my view, unreasonable. One option was for me to move to another room on my final night. Considering that I was due to check out the following morning, I found this solution impractical and disruptive. Being asked to pack my belongings and relocate because of an issue that was not caused by me did not seem to be an appropriate resolution. I was also informed that a Reception Manager would speak with me. However, I was unable to wait indefinitely for the manager's arrival. As a guest who was raising a legitimate concern, I do not believe I should have been expected to delay my evening plans or remain available for an uncertain period of time. Furthermore, I was scheduled to leave the hotel at 7:00 AM the next morning in order to arrive at the airport early for my flight. For these reasons, I felt that the issue was not properly addressed during my stay, which is why I am bringing it directly to your attention. I am raising this matter not only as a guest but also

Our family stayed in two rooms with balconies on the 9th floor (the lowest residential hotel floor). We had a pleasant city view, though higher floors might offer a better one. The living room and bedroom were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the linens nice. We didn't have bathtubs in our rooms, even though we expected them from the photos. The soundproofing was good, but the air conditioners were very noisy, even on the lowest setting, which could be disruptive. Housekeeping was daily and high-quality. There are only two elevators, so we sometimes had to wait a while. Breakfast wasn't included, but we tried it twice for 400 baht. It was generally varied, with European and Thai options, and quite tasty. However, there are many alternative dining options in the area for that price. The pool is quite large, and the water isn't chlorinated but seems to be acidified with something – I'm not sure what it was, but everyone seemed fine after swimming. We specifically chose this location, so everything was satisfactory, with the metro just a few steps away. We might consider returning next time.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip in May and had a good experience, so I re-booked the same hotel for another business trip in July. However, this time the service was exceptionally bad. When I booked the hotel on July 8th, I specifically requested two separate beds. Five minutes later, I received confirmation from the hotel acknowledging our request. On July 14th at 7 PM, we arrived at the hotel to check in, and they told us there were no twin rooms available and expected two grown men to share a king-sized bed. Isn't that ridiculous? We immediately called Ctrip to mediate, but the communication was fruitless. The hotel refused to switch us to a twin room, citing full occupancy. They then suggested we add an extra bed (for 1177 THB per night, which is about 240 RMB). They also said that our request was 'subject to availability' and if they had it, they'd provide it, but if not, there was nothing they could do. What kind of excuse is that? We clearly stated our request when placing the order, and when you confirmed my booking, it implied you understood this requirement. Hotel bookings are made with prior knowledge of requests, not with a last-minute 'subject to availability' clause. If you couldn't provide it, you shouldn't have confirmed my order in the first place. It was clearly the hotel's mistake, yet they wouldn't switch our room and expected the customer to bear the extra cost for an additional bed due to their error. Since our booking was non-refundable and it was late, we didn't have time to find an alternative hotel. Ultimately, we ended up paying an additional 4708 THB / 960 RMB (for 4 nights). Ctrip eventually reimbursed us for the extra bed, but the hotel's behavior was completely outrageous and frankly disgusting.

As you’d expect from IHG, they always deliver great service. The hotel is conveniently located by the road, and you’ll find plenty of massage spots nearby. Plus, the Tops supermarket is just a short walk away, and the famous mango sticky rice shop is also close by. The breakfast is quite good, even though the choices are a bit limited. I’ve seen smaller hotels offer noodle and egg stations, which is a nice touch. The gym is a bit small, but they make up for it with an onsen, sauna, and swimming pool.

It’s really a nice stay, with a lot of facilities available & well maintained. There’re also free activities (gym, social networking) available. The breakfast spread was nice & adequate. A free half-hourly shuttle bus to Emporium (Suite) is provided. Convenience shops are at door step. Many restaurants around. Food delivery was also conveniently close/fast. There’s a washing machine /dryer provided which was helpful esp for people who might be staying more than a couple of days. The onsen & the pool were my favourite facilities & the highlights of my stay. The only complaint I had was the AC in my room felt inadequate. Even the hallway felt cooler.

Breakfast offered a wide selection, including made-to-order items, hot dishes, desserts, bread, fruit, and salads; the menu varied slightly each day during our four-night stay. A shuttle bus conveniently departed every hour to the shopping mall. The swimming pool was large, with a separate children's splash pool. The location was convenient, surrounded by many chain massage parlors and convenience stores. The hotel staff were all very friendly. My family had a wonderful experience; it's very family-friendly, and we will definitely stay here again.

This new hotel is part of a chain. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but the front desk lady handled it very professionally. The extra bed was set up quite late, but the housekeeping staff were very professional, providing a complete set of toiletries, towels, and slippers, and even turndown service with a small gift. I was surprised to find the cutlery fully equipped, and you can scan a QR code to order breakfast to be delivered to your room. Overall, the facilities are excellent. The pool is a must-visit; it's an infinity pool, 25 meters long, with two hot tubs – I really loved it. My schedule was tight, so I didn't get to try the breakfast. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and a Cantonese restaurant. The complimentary coins can be exchanged for gifts or items at the restaurant. It's a 400-meter walk to Lumphini MRT Station (Blue Line) and within walking distance of Lumphini Park. I noticed there was a corporate event happening, so it was quite busy. A 3000 THB cash deposit is required.

You might be lucky and get a good room right away (do not book the orange one!!!), but I had to change room twice. One was on the floor with carpets, very old, dark and with the smell of mold, AC was making unbearable noise. Another one was fully renovated with the smell of paint or glue, so after a night there, I had a terrible headache (assuming mild chemical poisoning), so please be careful. It was new, but wasn't very clean (someone fake eye lashes on the table, some lost jewelry piece and some tiny rocks here and there, taking a shower, water was literally everywhere because of the way it flows, not very well thought through). Some other friends heard construction all the time. Then staff showed me 2 other rooms the next day and I finally got a good one. Was a very comfortable roo. With a great view. (The door wasn't working well, so had to ask staff twice for help). They were helpful, but they obviously know hotel is not in the best condition. I will avoid this place in the future, as it wasn't the most pleasant experience, it shouldn't take seeing 4 rooms to find one to be able to rest in.

It’s a 20 minute walk to Platinum Fashion Mall and main shopping district. Busy area and lots of walking. The breakfast and dinner buffet is good with Thai,local,Western choices. The rooftop pool has a good view by day and night but just a small pool. Have your pictures reserved on your first day since it’s a busy hotel and everyone wants to have a picture souvenir,which we were not able to have due to the busy sightseeing schedule. Our room had a nice view of the front view of the hotel. The pillows and bed is okay. They clean the room daily and give coffee and tea. The bathroom is rather small but still okay. They give free popcorn and apple juice at the lobby is a treat. The birthday surprise in the room was nice with free cake and drinks was to my delight. The service and people/staff were polite and kind. This is a family hotel that is value for the price. Not really a 4 star for me but a 3 star at it’s best.

Great breakfast. There was also a laundry facility on the first floor and if prefer there was also a laundromat with larger machines about 5 min walk away behind the hotel.

The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent location, reasonable pricing, and rooftop pool with fantastic city views. Excellent hotel! It's 15 mins walk to the nearest bts train station (Sala Deng) but the hotel provides shuttle bus service every hour to Dusit Central Park which is right next to the bts. Though it's a bit far from the bts, the hotel is surrounded by fabulous restaurants, like Mimosa Italian Mediterranean Restaurant and the reputable thai restaurant called Baan Khanitha & Gallery. The breakfast at the hotel provides a good variety of western food. You can order eggs the way you like it to your table. The highlight was the spaciousness and cleaniness of each of the rooms, especially the 2 bedroom suite. Everyone enjoyed swimming at the pool, which wasn't too crowded. Perfect for families! I chose this hotel after seeing a blogger's recommendation. I stayed on a floor above the 30th. All their rooms are windowless, which presents a problem: poor air circulation. When I first entered, there was a strong AC smell. Although the hotel tried to mask it with a grassy scent after I complained, the smell started returning on the second and third days of my stay. Another issue I noticed upon check-in was the extremely unpleasant and pungent smell of their hand soap – it wasn't fragrant at all, more like an indescribable greasy odor. Also, the trash can next to the toilet has a lid and is located on the left side, making it very inconvenient to dispose of trash after using the toilet, especially since it's a pedal bin that requires you to stand up to operate. However, their service is truly excellent, and the rooms are cleaned meticulously. Every day, the housekeeping staff would fold our clothes and make the bed perfectly. The service attitude of the front desk, including the manager, was top-notch. Even the greeters at the entrance helped us with our luggage and assisted with check-in. There's also a scale on the ground floor to check luggage weight, with staff on hand to help. Their breakfast selection is incredibly diverse, featuring cuisines from various countries. However, as two people with 'Northeastern palates,' we couldn't handle the mix after two days – it was too much of a jumble with Indian, Middle Eastern, Western, and European dishes. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, almost directly opposite a huge Lotus supermarket. On our last day, we bought all our souvenirs for family from there. The supermarket is open from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. There's also a night market nearby with all sorts of Thai food, but by the end of our trip, we were too full to eat anymore. Overall, that's roughly the situation. However, I probably won't stay here again if I come to Bangkok next time, as the indoor air quality is my biggest concern. It was too humid.

The hotel's location is convenient; it's a 5-8 minute walk from National Stadium BTS station. There are two 7-Eleven stores nearby and a large Lek Massage branch that handled the high volume of customers well, even on a Sunday night. MBK and other shopping malls are within easy reach. The breakfast at Siam@Siam was plentiful, and although we stayed for 4 nights, the menu changed daily. The only minor complaint was that the fish balls had a slightly strong, fishy taste and weren't very palatable; everything else was excellent. The hotel design has an artistic flair, and the infinity pool on the 11th floor is open from 8 am to 8 pm, though unfortunately, we didn't have time to use it. Our deluxe room was on a high floor, comfortable, quiet, and located internally, offering views of the stadium and the 'infinity' inner view. The shower water pressure was good, but the bathroom door lock required significant force to engage. The room was clean, and toiletries were replenished daily.

The room itself and the overall environment felt very cozy and relaxing. The only minor downsides were outside the hotel. When walking out, there is a section of the road that has a strong, unpleasant odor, which smells like a drainage issue. Also, the shopping mall downstairs feels quite outdated and deserted, and the nearby 7-Eleven is a bit too small with limited options. Overall, the hotel itself is great, but the immediate neighborhood could use some improvement.

Two very beautiful swimming pools, but the filter pump seemed to be off when we were there (or couldn't handle it), as the water was very dirty. The room was spacious and the beds were good. Free bottled water in the room and friendly staff. We paid a lot for what we got, but we booked late, so that's probably why. There's a wide selection for breakfast, and they have containers with lids to keep flies away (I didn't see any) and the food warm. Unfortunately, everything was lukewarm at best. Fresh omelets are made to order.

This hotel was quite good and located in a quiet and calm suburban area which was apparently the embassy suburb in Bangkok. The service at the hotel was very good. The facilities were very good with a special mention going out to the gym which was huge for a hotel gym and had a lot of new Technogym equipment. The pool was also very big. The room service was prompt and efficient however the flavour was somewhat lacking. The breakfast buffet was reasonable however not the best that I’ve had would stay again simply because of the price and service.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to ICONSIAM, and the hotel has its own pier to shuttle guests across the river. You can even use it before checking in; just show your reservation to the staff, which is a nice touch. Across the road from ICONSIAM is a street full of massage parlors. The hotel guests are all very polite, always greeting each other in the elevator, much better than in Pattaya. I saw on Doubao that the hotel had self-service laundry, but don't be fooled, it's no longer available. However, if you walk along the road next to ICONSIAM, past the 7-Eleven, there's a local laundry shop that's very cheap, and the clothes come out smelling great. This time I stayed in an executive room, but unfortunately, I was out and about so much that I didn't get to enjoy it. The sky bar on the 31st floor has a great atmosphere; two cocktails cost 1100 baht.

We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Bangkok Siam Square! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it very convenient for shopping and getting around. What truly made our stay memorable was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Mr. Jib and Mr. May for their excellent service and dedication in keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Their effort and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. Although it's a 10-minute walk to the BTS station, it's still a good choice considering the traffic in the city center. The hotel breakfast was very rich. The only downside was that the hotel wasn't attentive enough. We stayed in a family room but only two bath towels were provided, so we had to call room service every night. Also, the shower gel dispenser was a bit too high for kids; they needed help to reach the shower gel and shampoo.

I stayed for two days alone, and then my daughter joined me on the third day. Since I had initially booked for two people and mentioned it at check-in, my daughter's check-in was seamless. After I left a $20 tip, toothbrushes and bath salts started appearing in the room from the next day onwards. Countries with tipping culture are interesting! The breakfast had great reviews, so even though I hadn't booked it with my stay, I paid to try it, and it was a very extensive buffet – definitely lived up to its reputation. There was almost no Thai food, though. I also checked out the rooftop bar, but decided not to use it as it had just rained. I forgot to check out the pool, but overall, this hotel has a great location, is clean, and the staff are friendly. I noticed there were many high-quality guests, mostly Western and diverse nationalities. Highly recommended!

Not bad at all. It's located right in the center of Bangkok, with a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy just outside, and plenty of food options nearby. The steak at the restaurant to the right of the lobby entrance is absolutely top-notch. Overall, it's pretty good.

I booked this place for two nights. I saw other reviews saying the accommodation was clean, but for me, the bathroom was quite dirty, as if the housekeeper hadn't cleaned it at all. There were stain marks on the walls and the sink was also stained. However, the duvet and bedsheets were quite clean. On the second night, the housekeeper forgot to provide towels, so I called reception to request some. But after a long wait, no one brought them up, so my partner had to go down to get them himself. The towels for the second night also had a musty smell. The swimming pool and gym were pretty decent for the price. I booked a room with breakfast, and the breakfast was fine. The staff at the restaurant provided excellent service; they were very cheerful, especially a female staff member who took great care of us, and the male staff member who drove us to the main road was also very helpful. Overall, it was quite okay, but I have to deduct points for the cleanliness of the bathroom, as it seemed the housekeeper hadn't cleaned the walls at all.

This was my first time staying here, and everything was excellent. One thing I especially want to praise is how clean and quiet the room was. I slept very comfortably. The room was spacious, and considering the price I paid, it was great value for money. There are several restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The staff were friendly and always smiling. Even the housekeeping staff were very polite and kind to me.

Overall, the stay was decent. The location was convenient and the room was clean. However, for a five-star hotel, the hardware and common areas felt a bit underwhelming and lacked that 'wow' factor of luxury. The most disappointing aspect was breakfast. The selection wasn't extensive, the taste was average, and the speed and quality of refilling dishes didn't meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. It fell quite short of expectations. The staff were friendly, and there were no major issues during the stay. But if we're comparing it to other five-star hotels, there's definitely room for improvement in the overall experience. It's acceptable if you get it at a reasonable price, but if you're coming with five-star expectations, you might be a bit disappointed.

We stayed for two nights and booked a one-bedroom suite. Everything seemed great: the room was clean, service was good, breakfast was enjoyable, and the location was excellent. The only peculiar thing for a 5-star hotel was the empty mini-bar. The pools were fantastic, and the view was splendid. What I didn't like, and didn't see mentioned in other reviews (if I had, I definitely wouldn't have stayed here), was the 'closed' door connecting to the next room. You could hear the neighbors extremely clearly, which was quite bothersome. I had no desire to hear our Chinese neighbors or see light spilling from under their door at 1 or 2 AM. We definitely won't be staying at this hotel again, or perhaps we'd need to book a higher room category.

I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is very clean and the staff was so friendly. It is very easy to take a ride. There are many taxi, tuk-tuk and 7e is really near. There is a lot of massage nearby. I am very happy to stay here. Thank you so much. Will come again here for my next trip.
