Great view, decent service and location however I was put in the room next to the lifts and was kept awake/woken up for a large portion of the night until late, and early in the mornings on both nights of my stay. Complained at reception however they weren’t much help nor did they offer a discount on my stay. Very disappointed - otherwise great just make sure they don’t put you next to the noisy elevators!

Before I could even react, the front desk staff immediately offered complimentary breakfast for the next day as an apology, along with a voucher for two drinks at the lobby bar while we waited. Of course, we happily accepted! The hotel's location is a little outside the very center, situated behind Parliament House and right next to St. Patrick's Cathedral, which you can see from the rooms. Fitzroy Gardens, home to Cook's Cottage, is also within walking distance and worth a visit. I was very impressed with the hotel's amenities. The room even had a three-prong power outlet, a feature I didn't find in any other hotel. The 'old money' decor gave it a grounded and understated elegance. Breakfast was excellent and very extensive, with freshly made Western pastries that were incredibly delicious. I heard their flat white is even better than those from popular specialty coffee shops. The heated pool was long and narrow, feeling like it was definitely more than 25 meters. There's also a tennis court available for A$50 an hour, though you need to bring your own racket.

No car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

The beach environment is still beautiful, perfect for watching the sunset and also great for kids to play. We happened to be there during Chinese New Year, so there were many activities like lion dances and delicious food. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of spots perfect for photos, including a romantic Ferris wheel. However, we paid an extra AUD 40 a night to upgrade to a sea view room, and the air conditioning in the room was terrible. Despite repeated complaints about the AC not working, they wouldn't move us to another room. After one night, it was so hot that we had to ask for a fan. In the end, the front desk offered some compensation before we checked out. They definitely need to improve the customer experience!

First time trying out a hostel, and overall it was quite clean. The restrooms and showers are in a common area outside the room, but you need a key card to access them, and they were also quite clean. There's a dedicated area for large luggage on the first floor, as well as a kitchen. I recommend bringing a small padlock; each person has a locker in the room, but it doesn't have a lock, so you can bring your own.

The hotel is very dated and my shower floor leaked into the bedroom and made the room smell damp  This let to me having to run a fan all the time to stop the room smelling  Tuti the cleaning lady was very good and always made a refreshing change  They were down to one  elevator so it was getting to be a pain to use  No bar for the night time and no hot food for breakfast this lead to eating out everyday  Parking was good and worked well  Case storage is available if you ask the right person I was at first told no but when checking out given the opportunity to do this  Hotel is right on the train station  and can be easy access for trips away  Summing up my stay it worked ok bit dated and a leaking shower ment I went out every day and never stayed in  The tv was also not very good channels never worked and stopped and started all the time

The receptionist didn't check who I was and didn't disclose the hotel room number when I told her that my partner has already checked in and I had paid for the hotel room. They don't provide a spare key when 2 adults are staying in 1 room. The amenities were decent however they need to have their signs laminated for DO NOT DISTURB or for HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE as I couldn't put the sign on the door knob because it's made out of cardboard. I could hear mobile notification noises from the room next door throughout the early morning which is annoying, there should be a sign about that. Other than that, the amenities were functional and easy to use, the bed was comfortable for me to sleep in after 20 hour flight and easy to get to. The check out reception were great.

I highly recommend the Adina Apartment Hotel Adelaide Treasury! It offers excellent value for money. The hotel has a charming European style, it's elegant and compact, and spotlessly clean throughout. The location is perfect – quiet yet close to the action. It's about a 10-minute walk to the CBD, and there are also bus routes available. The hotel has a spacious common kitchen with all the necessary facilities. Breakfast is available outside the hotel for $25 per person. The hotel doesn't provide free slippers or toothbrushes; slippers are $3 and toothbrushes are $2 if you need to buy them. I'd suggest bringing your own if you don't want to purchase them on-site. The only minor downside was that the duvet was encased by two sheets, which made it feel a bit less clean. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

This is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

The hotel's design is very colorful and youthful, a refreshing change from the usual dull hotel aesthetics. It felt very new and unique. You can request various services and amenities, like different pillows, through the app and they arrive in about 10 minutes, which is quite efficient. We booked a twin room, and both beds were double beds, very comfortable. It's incredibly close to the must-visit Central Market, just across the road, making dining super convenient – no need to even book breakfast at the hotel. The air conditioning was excellent, so the summer heat wasn't an issue at all. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent, right in the city center. Everything is within easy reach. Parking is available nearby until 10 a.m. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it perfect for a family trip. The bedding is comfortable and soundproofed. I slept until noon on my first day. The hotel also has a historic cottage, which you need to contact the front desk to unlock. After the tour, you just need to close the door. The hotel also provides toothbrushes, so if you forget, you can ask the front desk for them. They also provide laundry detergent, which is rare in Australia; most hotels cost 3 Australian dollars. Occasionally, the official website offers a lower price than OTAs, and you can choose to order wine, late check-out, or early check-in. Consider the trade-offs.

Driving to a winery only takes about 20 minutes, and for $25, you can sample 6 wines, which is a great deal. However, the taste might not appeal to Chinese palates; they all tend to be quite tart, and I honestly couldn't detect any fruity notes. Hotel parking costs $25 per day. The entrance and exit to the underground parking are very narrow, so I wouldn't recommend it for new drivers. You might consider an alternative parking lot a bit further away.

The location is excellent, right next to the beach where little one can play in the playground. It’s a good spot to see the sun set though. Drive to harbour town is only 6 mins. The apartment has everything we need, I didn’t use the laundry though, as it looks like the washing machine is operated by a couple of coins which I didn’t bother to do😂. I would recommend this place , quiet and family friendly. The only drawback I would say is the floor is a bit too dirty ( properly only be vacuumed) My little one likes running around with bare feet, after she walks around the apartment I can barely see her feet 😜 I didn’t know Launceston street is actually more clean than an apartment floor before.

At the end of our stay, 10 AUD were charged from our deposit for the bottles of water in the fridge, which we thought were complimentary. Apparently, the fact that they are chargeable is only indicated by a small badge inside the fridge, which is easy to miss if you're staying for just one night. Two bottles of water and nothing else is what they call a 'mini-bar' here. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy on the weekend nights. There were many drunk people around, shouting and making a lot of noise, which affected the overall experience, especially when trying to rest. As the cheapest non-dorm room available in central Adelaide, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has history and character. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the food was good and the range of beer was great. The room was a bit basic, but hey, it’s a place to get your head down for the night. The washrooms are shared, but no hotel from that period will have en-suites. The water ran hot in the showers, just if you’re tall like me, be prepared to contort if you want to get under the stream of water to wash your hair!!

However, there’s no bottled water, dental set, body lotion, etc. Toilet looks old and there was 1 incident that water started to come out from the drain when I drained the bathtub. Told the staff, they were quick to come and clean up for me and send a plumber to check the next day. Water pressure and temperature was not consistent which means that it will suddenly turn cold/hot while showering. Staff were overall friendly and professional. Breakfast was the normal continental breakfast. There were many parking lots in the hotel premises.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, beginning with the very friendly and helpful staff at reception, who happily stored my luggage as I had arrived before check in time. The suite was very spacious and comfortable, very clean bathroom with all the amenities inc hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, etc. I had asked for a quiet room and they delivered with a suite at the end of the corridor. There is also water refilling stations at each level. Hotel is at an excellent location, everything within walking distance inc the bus stop for the airport bus and the free bus service. There is a wonderful restaurant at the hotel itself.

Great hotel, pool wasn’t that warm when me and my partner stayed so it wasn’t that enjoyable. It was also quite small more of a lap pool than anything. Our fan above the shower was quite dusty they sent someone in the room to clean it when we left and they did. Claimed that the fans are cleaned weekly but I beg to differ. The room was quite small for the price as well our sink had to be closed almost the whole time because it stunk out the room so badly. Didn’t get that well or a view from our room either. Beds are comfy and feel good. Shower was great we didn’t have a bath in our room. Overall I wouldn’t spend that much for that room again cause it wasn’t that worth it

The sea view apartment definitely worth it, the only down side is that there were plenty of flying insects at the balcony and not advisible to open the blind in the evening.
