Among the hotels I have stayed in during this trip to Saudi Arabia, this one is generally cost-effective. The attitude of the hotel service staff is quite good. I feel that Saudi Arabia has hired many foreigners to serve them. In the hotel, I saw employees wiping the railings and floors bit by bit with rags.

The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, although renowned for its standard, unfortunately leaves something to be desired in several aspects. When we arrived, the welcome was far from warm, which is disappointing for an establishment of this size. Fortunately, the room staff was able to compensate with their professionalism and impeccable service. However, other aspects of the service were failing. At the pool, we were surprised to find that there were no staff to greet us and prepare towels, which is not up to the standards expected of a hotel bearing the Four Seasons name. It is crucial that these points are quickly improved to maintain the reputation of the establishment.

It’s an amazing experience to see how Saudi people hospitality and kind to Chinese . I m driving for 5 hrs Fromm Dubai to Riyadh for an exhibition. It’s too early to check in as there are all rooms occupied. But the duty managers were working hard to arrange a room for me even considering to offer their apartments nearby for my accommodation. I m touched not because of their general but their trust in our Chinese . All perfect !!! Not matter environments , service , equipments but also price reasonable.

The hotel is newly opened. Everything is new. This is my first criterion for choosing a hotel. A very design hotel. The staff, especially the receptionist, are very warm and polite. Their smiles make people feel warm. The location is also very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is not far from the landmark building King Tower. The bedding is also very clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations, so I gave it a full five-star rating.

This hotel is centrally located in Riyadh, right across from Kingdom Tower. There's a small supermarket nearby, and a Chinese restaurant about a kilometer away. The metro station is just a few hundred meters from the hotel, but public transport in Riyadh isn't very developed, so you'll still need to use Uber to get around. The hotel service is excellent.

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

The hotel's single room is well-equipped, but the mold is large. The double room is small, and there is no washstand, just a wall-mounted washbasin. There is a mosque next door, and the loud speaker on the minaret starts shouting before 4 a.m. every day. People with poor sleep quality are not recommended to stay here

The surrounding area is really bad; it's hard to find places to shop or eat, and you always need a taxi. The hotel's service attitude was also poor. I checked out a day early, and they refused to refund the price difference, even with Ctrip's intervention. What's more, I left a power bank worth over 300 RMB in the room, and they didn't bother to inform me, it was just overlooked! I ended up losing over 1000 RMB, including the room fee and power bank. I will never book a hotel under Accor again. Even as a Gold Accor member, I'm utterly disgusted with their hotels!

The location is excellent, right next to Kingdom Centre and Kingdom Mall, and close to the subway station (though I never used it). The building is very prominent; you can basically use it as a landmark to find your way around the bustling downtown area. The front desk is odd, slanted, and quite small. It might be a business hotel, as there were many Caucasians discussing work in the lobby, and plenty of sofa areas for meetings. When I arrived, I requested a high-floor room, but they wouldn't switch it, claiming I arrived too late. The next day, I tried again, and they said they were fully booked. There was a noticeable difference in their attitude towards Chinese guests. The hospital across the street seems abandoned and desolate, and there's a building under construction next door, so the noise was significant. The decor is quite clean and simple. Breakfast was average—nothing special but not terrible either. The cleanliness was decent, though it's the usual standing in the bathtub to shower, haha. I really don't understand this about hotels in the Middle East.
