The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport. Arriving late at night is really like being in the Arab world for a thousand and one nights. As you can see from my booking, I had reserved a room with a double bed. However, upon arrival, I was informed that all of those rooms were “occupied” so I was given a room with two single beds pushed together instead. It felt quite unprofessional, but I decided to let it go. The housekeeping staff were excellent, and the hotel was kept very clean. However, the reception team could have been more welcoming and helpful. The hotel also lacks some of the basic amenities you’d typically expect. The bathroom only had a single body wash for everything, with no separate shampoo or conditioner. Other essentials, such as combs, were also unavailable. I stayed on the fifth floor, and the soundproofing was poor. I could hear families and other guests throughout the night, which was quite disruptive, especially since I had an early flight the next morning. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and suitable for travelers looking for a simple place to stay. However, there are definitely areas where the guest experience could be improved.

Overall , I had a very good stay at Ascott Rafal Olaya Riyadh. The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. There are only two things that could be improved. First, there are no individual bottled waters provided in the room. Instead, drinking water is provided through a water dispenser with a large refillable water bottle. Personally, I would prefer sealed individual water bottles in the room. Second, food delivery orders are not allowed to be delivered directly to the room, so guests have to go downstairs to collect them, which can be inconvenient. Other than these two points, everything was excellent. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.

Amazing hotel! Room is spacious, bed is soft and very comfortable. We kindly requested later check-out since we checked in after midnight, and they accommodated our request. Excellent staff — very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We arrived well before check-in, and the team kindly arranged an early room, which was greatly appreciated. I can’t thank the staff at check-in, the restaurant, and room service enough for their hospitality, kindness, and respect. The room was large, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable king bed, plenty of power outlets, quiet and efficient air-conditioning, and good amenities. The buffet breakfast was very good, with daily variety, fresh juices, an omelette station cooked to order, a good bread selection, and decent machine coffee. Location as with 15 to 20 minutes from all attractions and malls. Ubers and Bolt was ready available. Sky bridge was walkable during cold but would be a challenge during the hot season. Down points: • Premium room was expected to be on a higher floor, but the room faced the roof line with no view. • Shower head would not stay in position and kept sliding down. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, with only minor room issues.

Terima eVisa melalui e-mel/portal; cetak atau simpan salinan untuk dibawa.

2) Visa-on-Arrival (VoA)

Sahkan kelayakan/kaunter VoA di lapangan terbang destinasi Arab Saudi; bawa kad bank untuk bayaran, gambar, dan butiran penginapan. Namun, jangka masa menunggu boleh lebih panjang berbanding eVisa.

3) Stopover/Transit Visa (hingga 96 jam)

Mohon ketika menempah tiket penerbangan (integrasi dengan SAUDIA/Flynas) atau melalui saluran yang diarah oleh VisitSaudi; anda akan menerima visa elektronik selepas kelulusan.

Umrah: Dengan dasar 2025, pemegang mana-mana visa sah kini boleh menunaikan Umrah (selain peraturan musim Haji). Semak Nusuk/VisitSaudi untuk keperluan operasional terkini (tempahan permit, dsb.).

Berapa Lama Proses Permohonan Visa Arab Saudi?

eVisa Pelancong: Lazimnya pantas (sering dalam 1–2 hari bekerja; kadangkala lebih awal), tertakluk semakan keselamatan/insurans. Masa tepat bergantung pada permohonan dan beban sistem.
Stopover Visa: Diproses semasa tempahan/permohonan; gunakan butiran pasport yang tepat untuk mengelakkan kelewatan. Yuran visa percuma tetapi terdapat yuran pemprosesan/insurans kecil.
VoA: Bergantung kepada barisan di lapangan terbang dan melibatkan pengambilan biometrik/bayaran di tempat. (Jika masa kritikal, pilih eVisa.)
