房間寬敞明亮衛生(尤其我們剛才倫敦到圖爾庫，更覺得房間超大了)唯一不好是設施陳舊，沒有一個USB插口，對於沒有轉換插頭的人來說不太友好，現在手機充不上電簡直不能想象。

Trip.com service was really poor. This was self service hotel. Tou share only my name to the hotel so hotel could not contact to me and send access code and room number. It takes log of time from me to clear your mistake. I have never used so poorlu organized hotel reservation system like trip.com

Hotel bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, blisko centrum. Obsługa w porządku. Łazienka niestety była okropna. Drzwi prysznica uszkodzone, ledwo „chodzące”, w uszczelnieniu brodzika dziura, dzięki czemu po dwóch kąpielach było bardzo mokro. Reszta na plus, pokój ok, wyposażenie również.

Hotell is located at very good place. Hotel has extremely good brekfast service. Hotel employees was very nice and easy to talk to. I was on a trip with my girlfried celebrating our engagement. Both of us war very happy about the Hotel service.

On a freezing cold and windy April day at Ruissalo we called at the Spa hotel for a warm meal while waiting for bus transportation. The restaurant was offering a buffet lunch with hot soup and we thought it was ideal for the occasion. However the staff were most objectionable when we asked for a table and in spite of there being an abundance of empty seats we were refused entry on the basis of only groups should be admitted. When asked for their definition of group - there were four in our party - we were ushered to the cafe counter where the only offerings were underwhelming and overpriced bread rolls and weak coffee. I have not experienced such service and would not recommend anyone to patronise the restaurant.

A wonderful place to visit during this cold and harsh finnish winter. During my visit I very much enjoyed my time at the spa. The water was nice and warm, making me feel like nemo from the hit movie Finding Nemo™. The other customers around were pleasant and very helpful when the clerk didnt quite understand my english. I enjoyed the view of the great ocean but the wind was chilling me to my very core. I also got myself a ”hot stone massage” which to be honest was not quite to my liking. I wasnt made aware that the hot stones would be THAT hot, almost scolding my skin and flesh. When it came to my hotel room, it was quite compact as in small but pleasantl. It made me feel comfy enough to nuzzle my favourite plushie under the warm and joyoys blankets. Overall I enjoyed my experience at this spa & hotel and would recommend this to all ”water beasts” like myself.

We stayed one night before our Viking Glory cruise which was departing early in the morning. There is a couple of minutes walk to bus 1 that takes you to the harbor. This time we made the booking with my partner's name because he will get the senior discount with the code SENIOR on the hotel's webpage. The price was just 115 euros for a Superior room. We booked a Superior Twin room because they are more spacious than Superior King rooms. However, the price is the same. We were lucky to get again the only Superior Twin room facing to the market place which is still in construction but no noise could be heard. The breakfast was pleasant with a very calm atmosphere at 6:45. The food selection was wide.
