Fast check in process by Mr Saran. Easy parking access (no need to take any parking ticket. Receptionist will register your car plate number and you can enter and out from parking lot how many time you want). Requested birthday decorations and im so happy when i saw the decoration. It was so amazing! And we get small cake too! Thanks St Giles Wembley Penang for this hospitality! Booked Premier King room. I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort room. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable just the pillow is a bit hard for me. Nice view from the room. Quiet room. Breakfast 9/10. Many varieties of food. Delicious! Especially the taufufa. I repeat 3 times 😊. Gym is pretty nice and had adequate equipment. Pool view is Komtar 💜 Great location. Walking distance to 1st Avenue Mall, and most places. Hope this hotel will maintain the services, and cleanliness for long time. Will certainly return to St Giles Wembley Hotel on my next visit to Penang.

Such a wonderful stay, staff is super friendly and helpfull. Room amenities and facilities is excellent, got USB charger provided and this is super helpful in the room. The room condition is excellent with all the equipment working well. Water park is nice for a family with kids and spend time here is soo valuable with the sea is directly in front of the building. Room special gifted is really made my day for relaxing.

The hotel is located about 10–15 minutes away from the town. The surrounding area is rather quiet, with no eateries nearby, but there’s a cozy café at the lobby. Check-in was smooth and efficient, each guest even received a drink voucher, which can be redeemed for coffee, tea, or orange juice. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The shower area doesn’t have a door, so water tends to splash outside. The bathroom drainage is slightly clogged, and the bathroom door cannot be fully closed, which may feel a bit awkward if staying with friends. Lastly, the bed sheet had an unpleasant smell, which was quite disappointing. Overall, the stay was consider ok in terms of space and service, but cleanliness and bathroom maintenance could be better.

Everything is excellent for this hotel. From the check in session til check out. Staffs were friendly and helpful. we enjoyed the welcome drinks given after a long drive. the room was squeaky clean and spacious. Unfortunately i cant see any sea view eventhough my booking was for deluxe seaview. Kids enjoyed the pools very much. And the beach also. Breakfast buffet offered variety of foods. Even their sambal also varied. overall we love park royal and definitely will repeat in the future.

It is more budget friendly hotel for families. It's basic, but adequate. Reception is too big and void of furniture and decor. I was given a corner room with door opening to the side away from corridor, though it made room smaller, but it was good as it prevented light spill underneath the door, and noise from noisey neighbors. Only partial view of the sea, as very high rise condos infront of hotels took all the prime estate. The shower is too near the glass panels and hot water doesn't work the maintenance guy have to come on 2 days to get it right. I hate the cold shower. The AC is cold, newly renovated, but noisey. TV channel is not the best, get to watch very old movies, like 60s. Breakfast is Buffett style, not the 5 star hotel type, but still a good spread. Didn't use the pool but it's fun for families. Getting to the beach is thru lifts on the 7th floor, which brings you down to 1st floor to beach, but access is only from 8am to 8 pm. Signage is no good. Wouldn't stay here again, though cheaper, but too basic, it's a watered down Holiday inn.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers a pleasant stay. However, the centralized hot water supply can be improved, as I’ve occasionally experienced a lack of hot water. The fan is noisy and could benefit from some maintenance. On the positive side, the air conditioning works well, and the daily room cleaning is thorough. The bed is comfortable, and everything else is well-maintained. Parking is available but limited. The view from the hotel is truly breathtaking!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The service really stood out — the staff at check-in and check-out were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making everything smooth and easy. Special thanks to Mr. Hong, Mr. Adi and Mr. Maran! The room was spotless and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop bar was a highlight, with stunning views, and attentive service. The pool area was also amazing — relaxing, clean, and beautifully maintained. Overall, an excellent experience that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Located around a new area that is going to be developed so almost nothing much to do around the area but very quiet. Luckily the food (scallop pesto pasta) in the hotel is good if you are feeling lazy and they are building a small mall at the GF and 1F so currently there is only Luckin Coffee downstairs. Nearest mall is about 12min drive away but a lively one. Great view of the river from the swimming pool.

The hotel provide iron board and iron in closet , easy to access parking , and not noisy room , toilet with bathtub , the ac is good , overall i recommend this for your staycation.

It is a beachfront hotel. There is a food court in the walking distance. There is a variety of local food. The lobby is facing sea views. So you can have a relaxing view there. The check in is fast . The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. But you can hear the sound of vehicles in the night. The WiFi connection is not stable. The gym has sea views. The equipment is not variable. There is a swimming pool besides the gym. The pool is kids friendly. The is a nice beach area. The breakfast is not varied but have a relaxing atmosphere.
