Have read the comments about the hotel after booking Had worried about the hotel service However after arrival the related comments are not realistic The hotel is nice, new, clean. Staff service attitude is friendly enough. Location is also very nice. Hotel also arranged the buggy car service to soi 4 and soi 6 The destination is the kanpai restaurant and the empire nimman Close to the main venue in nimman Recommend of this hotel and will stay again if visit chiang mai next time

The hotel is clean and quiet. The inconvenience is no elevator which guests have to bring luggages by their own 😭 there is no hair dryer either.

Great location with lots of small cafes and restaurants nearby. Don’t bother getting the hotel breakfast as there are so many good options in the area. It gets pretty busy and crowded at night with lots of parties going on. So if you need a peaceful zone to be a night, this would not be the place to be. The pools on both buildings are of the same sizes with good lengths. Can’t say much about the gym thought, it’s small and poorly equipment but that’s more or less the same you get in most hotels here. Bathroom could do with some cotton buds and it’s annoying how the wifi keeps logging out frequently and I have to re-login every few hours.

Excellent place away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city. Very close walking to the Maya mall and great restaurants there like vegan buffet choices for take out on lower level or Dukes for a great hamburger on 4th floor! Hotel Pool was a great and rare addition for this city. I will be back. Tower rooms are more modern.

The hotel itself nearby main road and walking distance to Nimmanhaemin but in the back which is crowded area very dark and scary to walk through the room is big but the bathroom is too small for toilet the facilities is good as standard unfortunately they not 24 hours for front desk and the night my room up stairs very noisy from so one walks a lot .

Good 3-star hotel offers dorms as well as private rooms. Nice amenities inside the building, some cosy chill zones, balcony with atmospheric city view, dining/kitchen area. And free simple breakfast available for all guests. Location is good too for everything that typical tourist may like in Chiang Mai center. One feels as staying in a decent hotel while having a dorm bed.

A no frills hotel nestled in the vicinity of the airport. Basic amenities are provided and the staff in the hotel is very friendly and always on standby to help. The renovated rooms are clean and cozy but the passing by of airplanes at night can be bothersome at times. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Ia betul-betul di tepi jalan, tidak jauh dari bandar purba dan Jalan Ningman. Harganya lebih kurang 100🐖 untuk menaiki teksi. Terdapat kolam renang, tidak besar. Terdapat pusat meditasi di belakang hotel (terjemahan literal, saya tidak tahu sama ada ia betul. Anda boleh pergi dan melihatnya).

Dtay yang hebat di hotel ini. Bilik-bilik adalah luas, bersih dan dibersihkan setiap hari. Katil yang selesa, selipar dan jubah, peralatan mandian percuma dan tuala bersih. Air, teh dan kopi ditinggalkan di dalam bilik. Mandian dan air panas mengatasinya.. Gim yang hebat dengan banyak peralatan dan kolam renangnya bagus. Jadi hotel menyediakan semua yang saya perlukan. Hotel yang tinggi dengan 24 tingkat dan sangat sibuk. Stsy yang menakjubkan bernilai setiap sen. Pusat kepada semua pasar serta jalan pejalan kaki. 7/11 bertentangan dan seberang jalan dari kafe Hard Rock dan Mcdonalds. berhampiran dengan Phae Gates yang terkenal dan saya cadangkan untuk melakukan lawatan menaiki dan turun bas, yang anda boleh dapatkan berhampiran pintu pagar. Ia membawa anda ke taman gajah dan harimau juga. Selamat meneroka! .

Good service staff was friendly and house very clean the environment was very comfortable and cool, breakfast and dinner are delicious 🤤必须再来☺️

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีค่ะ วิวห้องพักสวยมากกๆถ้ามาตอนมีทะเลหมอกคงโรแมนติกน่าดู หมูกระทะใช้ได้เลย อาหารเช้าก็จัดมาน่ารักรสชาติกลางๆ แต่แอบรู้สึกว่าบ้านไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง พื้นในบ้านเดินแลเวรู้สึกแอบเหนียวเท้า ไม่แน่ใจว่าจากน้ำยาถูพื้น หรือ ถูความมันจากหมูกระทะรอบก่อนไม่สะอาดพอ ติดตรงนี้นิดนึง แต่ในห้องพักมีรองเท้าให้ใส่เราเลยไม่ได้เรียกมาทำคสามสะอาดเพิ่มค่ะ แต่ที่นอนนอนสบายมากกกนุ่มหลับสบาย เรื่องวิว บรรยากาศให้เลยวิวดีมากๆๆๆๆ

The hotel is comparatively close to our trail running start point. Just 15-20 mins walk to the PAO park. Rooms are clean and service ladies are welcoming except one old lady at the reception counter with bad manner. Every time i meet her at the counter, she never say any words or ever a simple ”hello” . when we left and asking for refund for deosit, she replied me with the same old words ”wait a minute”. She may be the owner of this hotel, but I think she demonstrates a very bad example to her staff showing bad service manner to the customers.

This is a hidden gem, the roadtrip is fun and the place is amazing, the view is great. Staff are super friendly and the food is great!

What I like If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, this place is considered to be one of them. With full facilities served in the middle of the mountain, you can pretty much enjoy nature and feel comfortable at the same time. The breakfast was awesome for those who would like to try Asian food. Staff were friendly and helpful. More info about the location The hotel was not easy to access for the fortravelers who don't have cars because the place is on the mountain. However, you could try to ask the hotel for the service, if they have. What I think could be improved When I entered the room, there was no tissue in the toilet and no tea bag at the minibar. But maybe they have many customers to serve on that day.

One of a kind Japanese inspired hotel and onsen in this region. You can’t miss this. It’s no wonder why royalty come here. The landscaping, the layout, architecture is amazing. Mon Cham camping / Glamping is delightful but after a while of semi rustic / unpredictable showers and sleeps, we enjoyed the hot onsen and shower here. We had a room with private onsen ＞ preferred that to the public onsen that was crowded while I was there. There are 2 main onsen pools, gender separated and a cold bath. The inner onsen is good. The outdoor onsen wasn’t very clean imo. Our tatami mat room was spacious and the bedsheets covers all in mint condition - as long as you like sleeping on the floor! Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choice - mostly Japanese but with western prepared eggs options ＞ yummy! One of our guests was celebrating her birthday and she was greeted with a slice of cheesecake at breakfast. All in all, it would have been easy to give a place like this 5 stars but the hotel rates are steep and there no similar alternative accommodation nearby. Also it’s not very high up in the mountains so no misty mountain experience if you get what I mean. our room 604 shower drainage would choke up after each quick shower, which meant the front garden would get flooded.

Proud Phu Fah was neat to stay at, but difficult for exploring Chiang Mai. We enjoyed feeling like we were staying in the jungle, and the room was clean and well-kept. There were three breakfast options, including one American breakfast, and the staff at the restaurant were especially pleasant. We were glad to have access to a pool, although it was a little chilly, even with pretty warm weather. In hindsight, we should have stayed closer to the city since we wanted to spend most of our time exploring Chiang Mai. There was a hotel driver available for an extra cost (1000 baht for a 1-way trip) who was very kind and flexible with our desires to go to the city. Once in the city, we had an easy time finding a Grab (like Uber) driver back to the hotel for a smaller cost. However, being about an hour away from the Old Town part of the city made for longer days. Overall, Proud Phu Fah would be a great place to stay if you are looking to hang out at the hotel most of the time! If you are wanting to explore Chiang Mai and go on excursions to an elephant sanctuary, the sticky waterfall, or Doi Inthanon, you're probably better off staying in the city instead!

We absolutely loved our stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai. The hotel is about a 30-min drive from Chiang Mai, nestled into a beautiful countryside with rolling hills. We booked the valley deluxe scenery room on the ground floor, which has a calming view of trees and mountains. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need; the bed is huge. The infinity pool overlooks a mountain with a white temple (worth a visit!). Food (Western and Thai) is delicious and reasonably priced. But what stood out above everything was how friendly the staff is here. We felt really welcome and well looked after. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed as a couple in November 2022, the hotel, it’s grounds, the rooms and the pool are beautiful. The staff are generally friendly especially the main reception gentleman who was there and always willing to help 24/7. Whilst the hotel was beautiful, there are a few improvements that are needed to allow guests to have a better stay. The breakfast wasn’t great at all and we paid quite a lot extra for this (as the hotel is a 30 minute drive from town). There are two options, a Thai breakfast (minced pork with eggs although we didn’t try this) or an American breakfast. There are no options for fruit, yoghurt or any cereals. The American breakfast shown on the menu doesn’t come as shown and instead comes with frozen vegetables (rather than beans, mushrooms etc). From the second day I just asked for eggs or eggs on toast which we found to be best. The pictures online led us to think there were lots of breakfast options so we paid extra for this but this isn’t the case. We raised this with staff but we’re told the pictures weren’t right. The hotel is quite far out, but we liked this for a peaceful and tranquil stay in between our day trips out. Whilst you can buy water, smoothies and tea & coffee it would have been nicer to have access to water (maybe a water fill up station) tea and coffee all day round the pool. You do have access to two bottles of water in the room each day but this wasn’t really enough if you’re spending the day round the pool. There is a mini market 5 mins away where you can get some supplies from. There is an on-site gym which has enough if you want to workout, the pool area is lovely and everything is decorated really beautifully. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but a better breakfast option at the least needs to be improved given how far away from any other food options the hotel is.

A short distance from downtown Chiangmai frequented by well-off locals. Yes, it might be a bit off the well trodden tourist sites in Chiangmai but if one could spare a day or two here, the beauty of this hotel and its gardens would leave any visitor breathless. One doesn't come here to savour the delicacies of Northern Thailand, there are other places to indulge oneself. One doesn't come here for 5 star service, there are both local and international hotels in town for that purpose. One comes here to get away from the hustlesof the city, to appreciate the expansive well-tended surroundings and most of all, to recharge and relax. Turn a blind eye to some of the little flaws and faults of this mangificient hotel, one would be rewarded with a break few tourists to Chiangmai would ever experience.

This was our second time to come and stay at the resort with the family last time. When we came first time we really enjoyed the resort. It was very beautiful small but clean stuff were very good. Breakfast was awesome and that's one of the reasons we came back second time with the family. Please keep up your promotion. Let us know whenever you have promotion. My family and I have had a wonderful experience at North Hill City Resort. This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The accommodations are lovely and even more attractive given that this hotel is relatively small and has a lovely boutique flavor. Everything worked perfectly in our rooms, and the showers are impressive in and of themselves with multiple jets of water that can soothe your aching muscles after a long round or two of golf at the world-class golf course (literally) 100 paces away from one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and cost-effective room service was. All of our food came promptly and was hot and delicious, which has not been my experience of most hotels in my years of travel. The one improvement I would make would be to the breakfast buffet, which was very good, but limited. All the food was well prepared and delicious, but if there were more options that would be helpful. Mostly, however, it was the generosity of the staff which was most impressive. Under the leadership of the resort manager, Mr. Pholkrit Poenmunkong, we were exceptionally well cared for by all staff members, but, in particular, by Mr. Poenmunkong and the front desk staff of Nada, Ploy, and Chainoi. Mr. Poenmunkong was warm and generous with his time. He greeted my young son with a formal handshake which helped him feel very proud. During our stay, he also ensured that we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. The front desk staff was an exquisite example of people going ”above and beyond” to help us feel at home. When you're in a new city, small things matter, and whether it was Nada making sure my four-year-old had his hat (or carrots to feed the rabbits), Ploy ensuring that we took the correct shuttles to the correct places, or Chainoi making sure we had fresh towels and teaching us archery, we felt their warmth and their competence, which was a gift. What happened as I type this review is an example of this generous hospitality. I am sitting in the hotel cafe writing this review and Nada (who works with the front desk staff), unsolicited, greeted me warmly and brought me a delicious drink, which was quite thoughtful and appreciated. This is the type of service we've experienced North Hill City Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great hotel, with delicious food and amazing hospitality.

I first stayed at Sela Chiangmai with my family in July 2022. I chose to stay here because I did not want to stay in a hotel that is crowded. I can only say that I made the right choice to stay at Sela. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable. There was everything you needed in a room. There were lots of sockets for all your needs. The bed was so comfortable that I did not want to get up. Breakfast was made individually and was so delicious. I just love the atmosphere there. The service was incredibly good. The staff were so friendly and helpful and would go out of their way to get things done for their guests. I went back there again 2 weeks after I came back. I just love it there. Very peaceful and quiet.

For city dwellers looking to unwind from the hustle and bustle, don't hesitate to get the slightly pricer mountain view suites - it is well worth the money! The Chantra suite was amazing (photos just don't do it enough justice). Very spacious, had a big bathtub, huge mirrors and balcony with a view to die for. Do note, however, that this place is truly VERY out of town with no grab service. There is quite literally no where you can walk to (aside from within the compound), so you are kinda 'stuck' in the resort - even for food you'll have to get from their (really good) restaurant. So this is not for those who want to explore the old town, temple hop or do shopping. BUT, this is absolutely perfect for that getaway where you do nothing but read, listen to music and well... waste the day away just staring at the mountains and clouds. Food is really good too, get the staff to recommend and you'll never go wrong! View of the restaurant is great and if you are lucky, you'll be in the company of two very gentle dogs. Some very minor room for improvement would be cleanliness, language and service... I guess. Don't get me wrong, these are already at a 7 point grade, but it could be much better! For cleanliness, floor was clean but high dusting was not done, so you see webs on the lights and stuff, curtains were dusty too. Place is also in need of some repainting/maintenance - some very obvious cracks could be seen on the walls. Language wise, one or two staff could do basic English, but it would seem they are not as used to foreign tourists as the hotels in the city centre. But even so, they were always very friendly and smiling :) Service was pretty good - they had a buggy to take you around, staff were always willing to help if you approached them and they even offered me a take away box when i had to check out early in the morning! Thank you! What i thought would sweeten the deal even more is if they could offer more snacks, fruits and drinks in the room - they provide the basics but to be 'stuck' in this place with no convenience store nearby, i think it would be great if we had more options beyond instant coffee, coke and a few pieces of cookies to last the whole stay. But all in all, this was a great place to stay. Pricey? Yes. But the view and serenity of the place is just so, so calming and rejuvenating. I would certainly come back! *P.S. I stayed in Sep during the monsoon season. It would seem this is a lull period so there aren't many guests. I only saw one other group of guests in my two days there.
