The room is huge and is very accessible around chiang mai city. White market is just next to the hotel! The staffS are very friendly too!
Breakfast spread is good with lots of variety!
Love this hotel stay and I will recommend this hotel when you are in chiang mai!

The room is quit good. The staff is nice and good service. The location is good as well. only a little bit noisy because is close with the main road even the room on the high floor, it's good that the bike for free. And about the breakfast is not really good, not full of food and the food a bit dry look not really fresh.

GOOD:
1) The maintenance of the hotel is impressive, they make the hotel looks like a fully new one. You have to say that the hotel looks even newer than many new hotels that were opened in 2020-2023.
2) All facilities in both rooms & public area are professional and in extremely high quality, totally fulfil the international 5 stars standards even higher.
3) They have their own hotel app for guset to do almost everything such as to requset housekeeping / in room dining, etc. ---efficient & advanced.
4) The hotel has a special humane policy (a stay for 24hr), if you have a late check-in than you will get a late check-out.
5) free bike rental
6) invincible location: near "big3 " shooping malls (Maya, one Nimman, Think Park)
BAD:
1) The swimming pool is closed very very early everyday, only until 20:00, to be honest, many travellers only have time to swim in the evening after dinner, they visit landscapes in the day time. If hotel extand operation hour to 23:00 that would be much better.
2) The selection of the breakfast buffet is a bit little as a 5-star hotel, anyway the quality is more than enough.
3) except a library in the lobby, no other entertainment facilities, the hotel could consider to set up such as snooker table, table football, Dartboard outside the gym room area.

This hotel is in a great location within the Nimman area, in fact its directly opposite One Nimman and a five min walk to the nearby Maya Mall.
Now for the bad news:-
1. Room located on the 7th (Top Floor) came with two sets of earplugs?
These are obviously provided to help you sleep due to the excessive road noise as well aircraft noise from 06:00 until 00:00Hrs due to the fact
that the hotel is located on the flight line out of Chiang Airport.
2. Breakfast buffet was like other reviewers awful! Staff were grumpy, did not advise that there was an outside cooking station area with seating and
when ordering tea it took several follow ups to get the actual tea to our table. On the second day the tea was provided in a pot that had previously been
used to serve coffee in hence the hybrid tea / coffee taste.
3. If you like cereal for breakfast you can enjoy trying to eat it out of the mini rice bowls provided!!
In summary if like plane spotting from the pool area then this is the hotel for you, if not there are better hotel options available within the city which do actually provide a
nights sleep without earplugs!!
Travel Tip
If you like shopping I would recommend the Central Festival Mall which is approx 80THB Grab Fare.

this is my 6 days chiangmai trip and i was staying here for 5 nights, my comment: the location is good, the room is big, the food is yummy, and the only bad point is when i requested two bottles of water on the check out day, they ignored me from the app, i feel this is a bit stingy

Hotel location and their service is superb!
For those who booked for a corner room, please bear in mind that there will be a noise until 1 AM!!!
My room situated on the second floor, right next to main road and opposite with bar and restaurant on the other side which is a nightmare even though the hotel provide an ear plug, i still cannot sleep well 😕.
