We had an excellent staycation at this hotel. They upgraded our sea view room to a family Villa with balcony and sea view. The staff specially Ivana at reception, Danilo who loaded luggage in our car and Lourds who assisted us with breakfast were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The international breakfast buffet was very yummy and fulfilling. The room was neat, clean, spacious with all required amenities. Overall it was an excellent staycation and I definitely recommend to visit this hotel for a joyful treat.

What an absolutely amazing place!! Spent 3 nights (wish it had been more) with family, including 3 young grandchildren. It is not your typical hotel but individual villas with plunge pool and the biggest bathroom I’ve ever seen. The villas are positioned so there is total privacy - apart from a passing camel or oryx! As the villas are within a large nature reserve bikes are provided to get around on which the children loved. The bird song is constant and so uplifting. There are horses to ride and camels, falconry displays, nature trips and a lovely swimming pool. The staff are wonderful and make you feel very special. The food is superb with the best service ever. There is a bar on the roof where you can have a drink and watch the sun set - beautiful. I cannot fault one thing about this hotel. We all (7 of us) loved it and really want to return one day. I can honestly say that, apart from the Ritz-Carlton in Bali which I visited many years ago, this is the most memorable and special place I have ever been to.

Amazing staff specially Recepiton team and thanks for Mr. Ahmed , Nader and 2 filipino ladies really all of them a role model for hospitality and how they are care about guests . Also good advantage for beach access in Hilton resort. Sure will come again. Thank you!

Our stay was very relaxing. The room assigned to us was very clean and with a nice view. After our longvtravel from Al Ain, we reached @ 1415H and was entertained as soon as we approached the reception. A very accomodating and friendly staff assisted us. Fast service with quality. Room nice and clean welcomed us. Overall experience was worth the value. Thank you very much, my birthday getaway turned out very nice. 😊

Perkhidmatannya sangat baik, sangat lembut dan sabar. Saya tinggal di bulan Ramadhan dan beranggapan akan ada sedikit orang yang bermain, tetapi masih banyak orang, 80% orang Eropah dan Amerika. Bilik itu tidak sebesar yang saya fikirkan. Walaupun itu adalah bilik deluxe, pemandangan balkoni dihalang oleh rumah di depan dan hanya sebahagian dari laut yang dapat dilihat. Sarapan pagi serupa dengan kebanyakan hotel, tidak ada yang istimewa. Dalam wabak ini, anda memerintahkan pelayan untuk menolong anda mengambilnya, dan jubah hitam itu memakai serban untuk mengambilnya. Sikapnya sangat sombong, jadi saya perlahan-lahan membawa anda pinggan dan berjalan perlahan-lahan. , Balas perlahan-lahan, dan klip perlahan-lahan ... We had our friends gathering in this hotel recently. Mr.Rifad has given full cooperation to make it smooth.also i would like to mentioned Ms.Nancy , Harshan, other stewards , chef & even reception staff was friendly and they were very helpful and make our day memorable.thanks to all and we’l come back again

Hotel yang benar-benar hebat terletak di lokasi yang sempurna. Kakitangan yang membantu dan ramah khasnya Alaa yang berada di atas dan hotel yang sangat baik. Kakitangan yang membantu dan ramah yang berada di atas dan seterusnya untuk memastikan anda mempunyai masa yang terbaik. Itu adalah hari lahir saya semasa kami tinggal, yang belum kami sebutkan, tetapi mereka jelas melihatnya semasa mendaftar masuk. Ia adalah kejutan yang indah ketika mereka meninggalkan sebotol sampanye di dalam bilik! Sarapan bufet yang sangat baik. Kami pasti akan kembali dengan rakan-rakan dan saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini. di luar untuk memastikan kita mempunyai masa yang terbaik. Itu adalah hari lahir anak saya selama kami tinggal, yang belum pernah kami sebutkan, tetapi dia jelas melihatnya semasa mendaftar masuk. The hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.
