The hotel is perfectly well located in the South side of Castro (avoiding the high congestion of the city), and it has great views .... also the restaurant of the hotel is actually excellent ... the food we tried was spectacular. However, there some points that need attention: 1) Staff shortages ... we suffered it because we didn't get our room until 7pm on the day of arrival .. which was actually very late .... also, one day our room was not made until very late as well, after several conversations with Reception. 2) We have 2 rooms ... in one of them, there was no fridge to cool drinks ... in the second one we didn't get any complimentary bottle of water ... 3) not all rooms have air conditioning (something we learned the hard way in the first night) but luckily we were able to move to other room .... 4) the accessories in the room were missing or were broken ... the toilet paper hanger was loose, the sink was clogged and you needed to be careful no to wet all the room. Evidently there were small reparations that they have not done in several years ... and they are not expensive things, but it appears there is a lack of maintenance in the hotel 5) Staff looked ”bored” ... not all of them, but you can sense they were working not with a very big smile ... and definitely they need more people to cater for the guests !

Reserve una habitación vía web y al llegar no encontraban la reserva , la habitación que me asignaron y ocupamos estaba con la calefacción baja pero se podía regular, en general limpia y ordenada pero con los vidrios bastante sucios por el exterior. Lo molesto fue que mientras descansábamos abrieron la puerta de la habitación personas los cuales comentaron tener asignada la misma . No hubo ningún llamado de recepción ni explicación. Mas tarde manifesté mi molestia en recepción y se mostraron sorprendidos pero desinteresados del tema pedí hablar con un gerente pero no estaba disponible. Al día siguiente previo al desayuno solicite lo mismo y me señalaron que posterior al desayuno estaría . cosa que tampoco ocurrió tomamos desayuno dentro del horario estipulado y no habia fruta , vasos ni endulzante Al regresar a la habitación tenia las tarjetas de acceso bloqueadas . e resumen no fue una estadía agradable ni tranquila. Ni descansamos ni nos sentimos seguros ni acogidos.
