Semuanya okey Bilik luas & bersih , walaupon tengah2 pekan tapi bilik yg kami tempah memang kedap bunyi tak dengaq pon bunyi2 dri luaq .. tidur dengan aman

Kami agak terkejut melihat sarang burung di atas bumbung dan banyak burung jatuh di bawah sarang, yang berhampiran dengan laluan ke bilik kami... Apabila kami bertanya kepada kakitangan mengapa pihak pengurusan tidak mengambil apa-apa tindakan untuk mengambil bersarang dari bangunan, kakitangan menjawab bahawa mereka akan membersihkan kucar-kacir sekali setiap minggu.. Ya ampun!! Semoga tetamu hotel tidak akan ”beruntung” mendapat ”hadiah” ini dari atas. Dan kadar hotel ini agak mahal. Kami fikir ia tidak berbaloi dengan harganya.

Ipoh Concept Services is a very basic service apartment that is linked to the Ritz Garden Hotel in Ipoh. The location is in the centre of town, but not exactly where all the famous eateries are - it’s about a 500m-800m walk away. The hotel parking is very narrow and limited, but it’s relatively well lit and safe. The room is well maintained and the water pressure in the bathroom is excellent, although the room is a little dim and more lights would have helped. There is also a couple of pubs directly behind the hotel hence you do hear loud music at night till about midnight. There is also a swimming pool and a very small gym - with no treadmill. Overall though, this was a pleasant stay for the price we paid.

The room has a foul smell and can be kept cleaner. The towel provided had stains on it and they did not provide shampoo. The cuckoo water dispenser definitely useful. The onsen pool is very enjoyable. itvery good location as it is just next to lost world of tambun.

Stayed 3D2N at this hostel. It totally gave me a whole new experience about traveling at Taiping. The hostel owner, Tricia, is superbly wonderful, very patient with my queries, great at recommending things to do and to eat at Taiping. We had a great chat and the other guest had a great chat too. The rooms are clean, well maintained, the process to check-in and check-out are fast and simple. The place has wonderful deco for IG. The cafe also serves nice drinks, which I had, sat at the table, do people watching and relax as time passed by. Taiping is a town I would definitely want do go back to visit again. And Sojourn would definitely be my first choice in accomodation selection. For those who are driving up to Taiping, there are other offsite street parking and just need to pay an hourly parking fee to the town council. Towel is provided, toiletries are available in the bathroom.

Kedai yang baru dibuka mempunyai perkhidmatan dan lokasi yang sangat baik. Taman Tasik Taiping terletak tepat di luar pintu. Sarapan sangat bersih dan bersih. Pengurusnya adalah orang Cina yang cantik dan perkhidmatannya sangat baik. Ada juga seorang pakcik Cina yang juga baik! Terima kasih atas keramahan yang mesra dan tinggal di rumah anda pada masa yang seterusnya anda datang ke Taiping!

Kawasan cantik..rumah bersih.. Halaman menenangkan...puas hati cima susah dri segi checkin n out...kena col tanya n ibarat self service... So far ************* okay kawasan n tenang....

“A Slice of Santorini in Ipoh!” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning Santorini-inspired aesthetics of this place. The white and blue theme was picture-perfect, making me feel like I was transported straight to Greece. The attention to detail in the design was exceptional, from the charming decor to the cozy and well-maintained rooms. impeccably clean, cozy, and well-equipped with modern amenities, yet it retained a rustic charm that made it feel special. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the balcony was a delightful bonus. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or wind down in the evening. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on, making my trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely return!

The apartment complex is situated on a beautiful hillside, offering panoramic views of Ipoh’s lush greenery and limestone hills. Apartment Features: The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather. Service: While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Amenities: One of the standout features of The Cove Hillside is the range of amenities. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

Zum Zimmer: Wir haben das Hotel noch am Tag der Ankunft gewechselt und gar nicht dort geschlafen, die „Matratze“ ist steinhart, das Bett ist sehr klein für zwei Personen, das Moskitonetz ist trotzdem zu klein, um es zu schließen, man hört aus dem Nachbarzimmer jedes einzelne Geräusch und Wort, im Bad gab es Käfer. Zur Buchung: Die Buchung über die Hotelwebsite funktionierte nicht, weil die Zahlung nicht abgeschlossen werden konnte. Wir haben daraufhin eine Mail geschickt und mussten dann den Betrag vorab überweisen, wobei eine Transaktion von einem Schweizer auf ein malaysisches Konto natürlich ein paar Tage dauert. (War natürlich unser Fehler, uns überhaupt darauf einzulassen.) Obwohl der Betrag auf unserem Konto verbucht und die Transaktion abgeschlossen war, hat das Hotel bis zum Schluss behauptet, die Zahlung sei bei ihnen nicht eingegangen und wir mussten dann vor Ort nochmals bar bezahlen. Die Überweisung wollten sie zurückerstatten, sobald sie bei ihnen auf dem Konto eintrifft. Der Kontakt vor Ort an der nur sehr sporadisch besetzten Rezeption lief über einen jungen Mitarbeiter, der nur schlecht Englisch sprach, der Mailverkehr mit dem Geschäftsführer o.Ä. Antwort auf Mails kam dann aber auch nur noch sporadisch. Das Geld wurde uns bislang nicht zurücküberwiesen.

The look and feel of Sarang Paloh is lovely. It has an old world style which we loved. The location is also great, ten minutes from the station and close to lots of restaurants and spots in the old town. The room has a nice style to it as does the garden you walk through. The room facilities were lacking, with no fridge and no safe which we would expect at this price point. Hot water in the shower doesn’t last long and they provide a 3 in 1 body wash, shampoo and conditioner, again something we wouldn’t expect at this price point. The hotel also doesn’t offer room cleaning. This may have been because we stayed for two nights only but this is not communicated on the website or at check in. This meant used cups or water bottles aren’t cleared nor is the rubbish bin emptied. We were also not made aware of locally available discounts for staying at the hotel. All in all an ok stay but several small things made this not value for the money we paid.

If you’re looking for a cozy place, a quiet environment, a nice lady with a happy smile who will welcome you to this tiny guesthouse, a clean and comfortable room, with the door that you have to remember to lock with a real key like in the old days, if you want to sleep surrounded by silence and be awakened by the chirping of birds, well, this is the place for you. The name itself and the interior decoration want to give a perception of old English cottage, although with a bit too many modern reproductions of old furniture. But it’s cute – and unusual. You can park the car inside – on a first come first serve basis. I was lucky to get the room at the first floor with the larger balcony. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the night silence helps having a perfect sleeping experience. They do not serve breakfast in the morning, but this is not a big issue for me. You can find places for that within a few minutes’ drive from here. That was my first experience there, just for one night. I will probably choose it again on my next trip to Ipoh.

The location of the property is opposite the bar, so it's kinda noisy. The bed sheet has a dirty stain. Water pressure is good. Parking is limited if you check in early then you got the spot. The room is quite spacious. Overall it is an average stay.

The facilities were great. Room, linen, towels, etc were very clean and I was impressed with the quality of everything in general about the room. Service provided by Mr. Kor was also responsive, friendly and helpful. Location was good with short walks to most places of interest in KS. Beautiful views of life in the river as well. Did not managed to patronize the restaurant as it was only a short trip. Maybe next trip. Everything was great. Maybe not as suitable at the moment for the less mobile/elderly as the Elevators are not yet installed, but everything else is top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area.

Nice homestay with wonderful views of the river from the balcony. The owners are very nice and helpful. This homestay is also near to eating places.
