A very new hotel. Everything worths the price and is up to standard, especially the shower. It’s definitely one of the best shower amenities I’ve ever used. The service is excellent and staff was attentive. Just one thing, it’s very close to the walking street. It was very noisy before the stores closed (11pm) and after they opened (9am), which means you couldn’t sleep early or sleep in in the morning. Otherwise, the location is probably the most convenient.

服務非常好，幫忙拿行李，有求必應，熱情接待，房間潔凈衞生，住在曾厝安附近非常方便，而且不在鬧鬧的街巷，所以説簡直是特別好，不會吵鬧，出門兩步就可以吃喝逛，真是最優的民宿。去海灘超方便，公交也是去哪裡都OK，出行方便至極！定的帶滑梯的親子房，很棒，孩子超喜歡。不錯不錯，此行很滿意！

Great location in the center of the city. Our room had a large balcony to the street, it was nice to listen to the city life and voices from below. Our driver that took us to the Tulou told us this beautiful house used to be the People's Court of Xiamen - and it definitely feels like a place with a history. It has a small café downstairs, and friendly staff, who gave us some tea as a farewell gift. The only thing we didn't like was the aircon that was a bit too cold and we didn't find a way to regulate it in the room.

感謝店家掌櫃友善親切的款待，附近不遠有停車場，周邊也有很多好吃的特色餐館和便利店～很方便，民宿在一條很有故事感的巷子裏，巷口有指路牌，不難找。店內有衹可愛的小鸚鵡，會説“你好”“壞蛋”可愛極了～房間內裝修審美不錯，環境乾淨，晚上在露台上吹吹風很舒服，運氣好的話可以看到星星～很美好的入住體驗，下次出遊廈門的話一定會再來的！（謝謝店家幫我簽收那麼多快遞，辛苦啦🫡）

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

Ggoward1為什麼定：自駕遊，免費停車，離演武大橋較近。 2住的情況：約13點到店，等房間時熱情引導在休閑吧送小吃咔啡，約二十多分未得就先去逛了，回到近21點吧，次日早6點退房。體驗以房間內為主。 3優點：①服務主動、熱情、有需求響應快態度好②等車方便③半山腰環境安靜。 4個人體驗到不太好的地方：房間大但佈置差點意思（老闆主動配的），具體無桌子（筆記本電腦用），冰箱噪音太大（後拔電了），左馬桶中洗漱台右沖浴間相互間隔但浴毛巾放在馬桶上方。連網稍麻煩需手機號和驗證碼，且易掉線。開關貼示不清楚，工作人員現場演示確認方才明白。總的來説，這是一家2025新開的店，位置好服務態度好，但還有一些細節需調整打磨，以使物有所值。願更好！

DDamian GrayWe stayed two nights and loved our stay. We had a room with the balcony area and that was lovely. The room was finished to a high standard and lots of quality touches and care into the details. The hosts were fantastically friendly, helpful and accommodating even though we had no real Chinese and they had limited English. The Villa was in a quiet location on the hill away from the busy areas of town which meant it was quiet and peaceful in the evening and we hardly heard the other guests during our stay. They helped us organise the Ferry and had a porter ready when we arrived. They gave us a great recommendation for food that was so good we ate there both nights. We didn't use the pool as it was late January and a little cold but it looked great for a dip in warmer months. The only negative we had was the door lock and handle didn't work properly and so the staff had to help us close it each time we went in and out but they were very apologetic about it.

IIsmael KenigBy excellent location I mean it's very close to the airport (far from main attractions, though). Maybe you can walk to T3, not so much to T4 (45 minutes). Regardless, they provide an airport drop-off service. The room was clean, the shower was a little bit of a hassle because it couldn't stay in place. They provide a disposable towel instead of a fabric one, which is okish. A little bit hard to find the entrance, I was looking for it and was approached by a nice lady asking if I was looking for the hotel and it happened she works there. To the best of my knowledge, they don't have a reception or guest room, the rooms are mixed with residential ones.

FFan of Sun Cuifengthe location of the hotel(homestay) is just a junction away from the main road.. also located towards the end of the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street... its a few mins walk away from the pier, where the ferry will dock if coming back from Gulangyu. below the hotel is Luckin Coffee where we get our coffee fix every morning. the room we booked is the one on the rooftop where we share the public area with the hotel lobby.. comes with a separate shower and bathtub area.. room comes with projection and tv box, plenty of hangers for hanging clothes.. top to floor glass window panels.. we were to excited and forgot to take photos of the room.. but it looks exactly like the posted pics.. rooms are of reasonable size, able to let us open our luggages (2x 20” and 1 x 24”).. comes with bathroom slippers, shared shampoo soap conditioner, toothbrush towels(replaced everyday).. homestay owners are prompt to replies when i msg them thru trip.com.. got added to their wechat chatroom and can further enquiry directly.. they are really nice to send some things to take note of.. kudos to the team... will recommend to friends heading to xiamen last pic is view from the room of the pedestrian street

ZZeederworldGreat location ! Just right next to Bayi Market and 15 mins walk to Zhongshan Lu. On our last day, we could leave our luggage and continue with our food hunt nearby before heading to Xiamen airport. The taxi trip to Xiamen Airport took around 30 mins on Friday 5 pm. Super convenient. Room size is just nice for 2 pax and 2 luggage. All the basic amenities are provided. There are additional at the lobby if needed. We appreciate having free water dispenser at the lobby as well as the use of fridge to store our food. I wanted to get some local taro fishballs and ”ban cheng kueh” home but couldn't decide on which stall as there were so many nearby! So I asked minshu owner for recommendations and everyone loved it back home. Thank you. I made this booking in English via trip.com. Didn't receive notifications sent out by minshu owner before my trip. I wouldn't be able to read it anyway. No biggie as we managed to locate the minshu easily based on Baidu map.

PPengguna Tetamu非常愉快的一次旅遊。 1、酒店環境衞生乾淨整潔。 2、酒店前台小哥哥很友好，熱情~~幫忙提行李幫行李 3、服務很周到，工作認真細心，服務也很好。 4、地理位置真的很完美，就在中山路，下樓就是中山路，中山路幾百米就是廈門當地很火的八市。各種海鮮和廈門當地特色小吃~~完全不愁吃啊~酒店外面就是公交站台，太方便了。出行公交BRT，地鐵搞定。離沙坡尾，雙子塔，演武大橋觀景台...都很近。去胡里山炮台和廈門大學，一國兩制沙灘，曾厝垵，集美學村也是公交直達~~~ 去鼓浪嶼可以去東渡客運碼頭，下島可以從三丘碼頭到輪渡碼頭，就在酒店對面~~ 酒店去高崎機場。你也不用打車了，直接對面坐公交機場專線，人少，通風透氣，還很快!1元搞定~~~

PPengguna TetamuNear airport so no complaints. Took a DiDi cos it's damn affordable. Bus is even more affordable but have to walk slightly further. Either free pickup or drop off only. I choose drop off cos I had a early morning flight. Anyway there was a sign saying no drop offs after 8am. Dunno why. I reached early and the corridor was like a battlefield, linens all over the floor. At least it showed they really changed the linens in every room. My room has this frosted window pane and another clear transparent pane on top just outside the toilet. There were no curtains at the window but there is one nearer the bed so I suggest not walking naked from the bed to the toilet. Receptionist/?boss/driver is the same man. I'm not too sure if I should complain that he was without a smile throughout my check-in process. Oh and no elevator, for those carrying luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor. But lots of nice food in the vicinity!
