This hotel is a fantastic property. The best photographic spots are only a short walk away, and the hosts directed us to the best spots for the light and shadows photography of the sea-weeds and oyster farms. The room is spacious, and elegantly designed. And the roof deck provides a relaxing spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a cup of tea! The hosts are simply fantastic people! They are super friendly and helpful, even went out of the way to pick us up when we went to a wrong trail instead of simply giving directions over the phone! When they found out that we didn't really enjoy the local food, they offered to cook for us with a very minimal service fee added to the ingredient costs. Their food made us feel so much at home, and was so delicious! We would return for another stay if we visit Xiapu again!

非常感謝山風予月！我們來的當天還晴空萬里，在房間裏就能看到無敵海景。沒想到第二天就開始遭遇今年最大的颱風“格美”，並且導致我回程當日的高鐵全部取消，不得已衹能延期一天回家。碰巧我又開始發燒，真是屋漏偏逢連夜雨。民宿老闆不僅幫我找來了葯，非常關心我的健康狀況，而且還非常體諒我們的情況，幫我們及時反饋路況並讓我們延住一晚。 雖然颱風的到來讓我們的霞浦之行有不少遺憾，但是這次的遭遇讓我體會到山風予月民宿老闆善良與美好的用心。感恩！

服務：雲水棧必須給予最高評價，原本衹住一天，隔天要去龍潭古鎮的4X樹民宿住宿，強烈感受到非常**我最*的溝通態度，果斷退掉。繼續再住一晚雲水棧，果然相信直覺是對的。住宿前三天就主動打電話來加微信，溝通後續行程安排，以及入住注意事項。還有推薦旅遊攻略，以及漲退潮要去趕海的要注意時間。入住之後除了幫忙拿行李到房間門口，並細心介紹房間熱水如何使用及窗簾如何自動開關。後面備品有需求也是及時補充。更不用説外賣還立馬手刀奔跑送上來，真的大感謝。 設施：有電梯，所以三樓以下都很方便，有帶長輩住的話，也非常好。 環境：乾淨整潔，落地窗的無敵海景沒話説，早晨被陽光照醒~非常舒服！頂樓還有180度無死角海景，另外有獨立的休息室空間可以在這邊看投影或是打遊戲。並且可以免費使用洗衣機。 總評:整體住宿下來，感覺服務真的是扛扛的，不管是晚班的小哥或是小姐姐。白班的小姐姐也是非常貼心會送上熱呼呼的福鼎白茶。臨走的時候，還送了零食點心怕我們回程途中餓，真是非常貼心。個人對他們的服務真的必須點滿五星!

我衹能説，這不是一家隨意跟風的網紅民宿，她很有設計，難得自己堅持的設計，從始至終。兼有實用性的室內設施和佈置，以應付海邊潮濕的環境。又考慮到美感運用了愛琴海和温暖系的極簡風。 衞生方面因為新裝修各個環節都很好，衹是室內垃圾清理不是很勤，另外民宿周圍壞境很一般，也沒辦法，太出類拔萃了，周圍還很荒蠻。服務很周到，對於外地遊客太友好了有求必應。設施一流，一樓餐廳和小童活動室，二樓茶室和壁爐書吧、音樂吧，6樓露台晚宴和自助洗衣房，天台觀景台露天茶吧。

環境；太美了，已經期待夏天的東壁村是有多美麗。 服務：非常好，前台的服務非常細緻，幫忙聯繫車輛接送，回城的時候手機落在車裡，前台幫忙郵寄回來。晚餐也是去老闆娘推薦的那家海鮮館，價格不貴，海鮮鮮甜肥美，價格也合理便宜，本地菜也做得非常好。還可以在樓頂觀看日出日落
