朋友在撫仙湖買了套公寓避暑房。這個民宿就在朋友房間樓上。房間挺大的，有廚房，房間配套非常齊全，我們感覺比朋友家還齊全。但這個小區不屬於撫仙湖核心景區，去遊玩都比較開車。如果衹是為了朋友一起避暑玩可以選擇，因為空氣環境挺不錯的。有個崖頂公園可以坐着眺望撫仙湖大家一起聊聊天

房間整體很不錯，實景比圖片漂亮，沒有讓我失望，衞生乾淨，床品不錯，是帶前後花園的小別墅，還提供了一次性馬桶墊，免費的鮮花餅、酸角汁，還有鮮花[強]，總體來説這個價格性價比很高，推薦大家！它是自助式酒店，無前台那種，導航能到門口。這個小院是在一個小鎮上，酒店位置距離高速路口3公里，離撫仙湖孤山島風景區3公里，老闆説開車5分鐘就到，的確沒錯，還貼心準備了沙灘椅，不説我還沒有注意看，孤山島個人推薦登島！周邊環境比較成熟，出門就是飯店、超市、商業街、車站、燒烤街、衞生院各種，距離都很近，基本都能步行到位，最厲害的是一個小鎮上居然支持**外賣

該酒店位於撫仙湖的西岸，比較喜歡他家的整體風格。
1. 酒店整體裝修有一定設計，大堂左邊是一個巨大的吧枱，設定有各種酒類和咖啡，品種很多，總能讓你挑到合適自己的一款，不過美中不足的是有咖啡卻沒有小點心之類的搭配，建議店家考慮，會增加服務價值。
2. 房間較大，床也較大，睡着是挺舒服的，不過兩張床之間的床頭桌太短，對於任何一個人都不好夠到東西，建議換一張長些的桌子。
3. 大玻璃窗正對撫仙湖，窗户可以打開通風，窗前設有飲茶區，可以邊喝茶邊賞景，陽光十分好，很享受。
4. 早餐主要是米線、小玉米、小紅薯、雞蛋、粥，服務人員很周到，都會盡量滿足大家的要求。
5. 酒店門口免費停車，停車位較充足。
給店家的建議，酒店不錯，但還應加強細節處理，提高服務品質：
1. 建議店家在床腳或房間相應的位置設定感應燈，因為晚上關燈後房間真是很黑，半夜起來上廁所容易磕碰到桌椅床腳什麼的，影響居住體驗。
2. 房間裏的熱水要放很長時間才能有點兒熱，洗臉刷牙還湊合，但洗澡真是不行（尤其是冬天），建議店家改善。
3. 房間裏的浴袍太過皺皺巴巴，看着實在有礙觀瞻，如果提供，請保持平整。

服務、衞生、環境、舒適度等都非常棒的民宿，且性價比極高，如果喜歡侘寂風的小夥伴一定會喜歡這裏（現學現賣）兩位管家，小姨和燕子都超級有愛，老闆姐姐也可愛，入住當天是中秋，姐姐晚上帶着小零食和月餅過來和大家分享。另外，姐姐是個非常聰慧樂觀的人，和她聊天后，感覺自己也充滿了能量，又能繼續快樂前進了！雖然玉溪不是旅遊城市，但跟着姐姐依然能感受這個城市的美好，這份美好更多的是來自於陌生人的善意和寵愛，真心感謝！玉溪有很多咖啡館，但三樓棲屋的小哥就是最棒的，有機會一定要去試一下，做咖啡的他又認真又温柔，也會分享自己見解與感受，是一次很好的學習了！

PPeipeideRich各方面都很滿意的一家民宿，雖然不是千篇一律的網紅風湖景房，但是很有自己的特色，而且位置非常好，就在廣龍小鎮，去哪裡都很方便，出門幾分鐘就到紅沙灘，去夜市逛街吃飯也很近。整個民宿打造的是宋代建築風格，裝修佈置都很有品味，用品用料都很有質感，房間和公區有很多字畫和瓷器，超級喜歡他家的小院，院子裏還有很多珍貴的樹木。房間提供的洗漱用品也是很有品質的，還有不得不説，床品是真的舒服，就像在家裡睡覺一樣，每天睡得都很好。早餐也很豐富好吃，特別是米線，比外麪店裏還好吃。我們是帶狗狗入住，對狗狗也很友好。整個入住都很滿意，以後來撫仙湖會直接想到再到這裏來，這次呆的時間不夠，以後時間長點可以多在院子裏呆呆喝喝茶，真的蠻舒服的。老闆和做早餐阿姨人都很好，熱情又親切。

PPengguna TetamuWe are American expats living in Hong Kong and came to Kunming area for our school’s Easter holiday. We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, located in a picturesque village along the northeastern coast of Fuxian Lake. Positives: 1. the location is AMAZING. The village itself feels very Mediterranean and houses over 30 boutique-style hotels. 2. This specific hotel has the most beautiful Chinese garden. My husband and I spent ample time just sitting in the garden chatting and looking at the beautiful flowers. They also have a basket swing our kids played on. 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful…..thatched roofing and wooden doors on the outside, reeded ceilings with wooden beams on the inside…..it all looked so warm and lovely. 4. Our specific room was a 2-level lake view family suite that had a terrace outside the upper level bedroom (which was the “master”). The view from this upper bedroom was so gorgeous….prime view of the lake. 5. The bathroom in our suite was modern and seemed to have some kind of heating fan over the shower area which was an added bonus. 6. The breakfast was traditional Chinese style. By this time, we were at the end of our trip and were a bit tired of rice noodles for breakfast (we are used to western-style breakfasts), but as soon as we tasted this hotel’s rice noodles, it was easy to forget we were tired of them. They were delicious! The owner also served us steamed milk and some kind of sweet steamed bread. It was all very tasty!
Negatives: I truly do not have any. And I usually always have something I critique about hotels. But this place was truly a 5-star stay for us. It was gorgeous and the owner was so sweet.

EEva13I had a very comfortable stay in this small hotel. The room was big enough and everything was very clean, the bed smelled nice and the owner is very kind and ready to help. The location is nice too, a bit away from the main street, so it is very peaceful at night, but still close to all the places in the city. If you prefer to stay in a smaller more private place than a big hotel, then this is a good place for you! Highly recommend it!

The view is really nice, specially when the sun goes down.
After arriving we really want see the rooftop with the pool first, because the pictures looked amazing. But the pool was empty, the rooftop dirty and trash was in the corner.
The room design was nice, but need some fresh paint. Nobody checked the room before we checked in. The windows are dirty, some lights doesn’t work also.
The open balcony with the bathtub was the highlight. We had a nice warm bath with 0 degrees outside temperature and an amazing sunset.
The restaurant was a little disappointing. Because, there is no restaurant. They only provide a little breakfast.
So you definitely need a car. The hotel is in the middle of the mountain. No bus or shuttle was here to go to another restaurant. There is also no car or bike center.
The owner and the team was really nice. He offered us his car for sightseeing. They also immediately repaired the broken lights. But the housekeeper just went into the room without checking if anyone is in the room.
So after all, it was ok. But the hotel really need a refreshment and a makeover.

🌷老闆一家都是真誠又熱情，阿姨會關心我們的住的好不好吃的好不好 像母親一樣給予大家温暖，叔叔“內斂又熱情”地向我們表示歡迎，給我們做好吃的，抽時間專門和我們來聊天 分享經驗，看到我們離景點太遠怕我們玩不好主動騎摩託載我們去，一遍又一遍的歡迎我們再次回來。衹要是合理的需求，儘管提就好啦～老闆是一位很厲害的人，清醒又獨立。民宿設計和管理運營強就罷了，打排球更是超級棒，還是雲南少有的帥哥 痞帥痞帥的 一家人都是顏值又高又有能力待人又真誠的銀啊～

🌸時隔兩年，終於有時間又來撫仙湖啦，第一次來的時候，我和朋友遇到了人生中的小挫折，身體和靈魂都疲憊死了，是這家民宿治癒了我們，讓我們消除了疲憊，放鬆了身心，堅定了目標。老闆主動詢問的晚飯邀請，那夜的晚風，飯桌上的歡聲笑語我們都有好好銘記，在叔叔阿姨和哥哥的治癒下，我回到學校重新振作啦，拿到了很多的獎項～這次再去的感覺是 時光在變但我們的相處模式沒有變 叔叔更會表達自己的熱情啦哈哈哈 賓至如歸～有機會一定會再去滴 祝老闆未來的發展越來越好呀
