Hotel secara amnya, dari 10. Pertama sekali, satu perkara yang perlu diketengahkan dan itu bagi saya adalah sangat penting. Katil yang menakjubkan, saya rasa saya tidak pernah berehat dengan baik di mana-mana hotel lain. Saya melihat label pada tilam untuk mengambil gambarnya dan mempertimbangkan untuk membelinya apabila saya menukar saya, indah. Makanan sangat sangat sedap. Semua yang saya cuba saya suka dan saya tidak menemui apa-apa yang buruk, dan kepelbagaiannya juga bagus. Satu-satunya kelemahan yang saya akan letakkan adalah untuk jus. Sebenarnya, apa yang boleh saya katakan adalah perkara yang baik, menghilangkan kelemahan kecil seperti jus, air di bilik mandi, bahawa suhu tidak tetap dan sukar untuk mencapai sasaran dan sesetengah pekerja tidak sepenuhnya mesra, tetapi sebaliknya, menakjubkan.

Stay here every year, and as always, was excellent. Professional, efficient, friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms and lots going on. What I like most, is the fact, we always get the early flight so arrive around 11am... most hotels say the standard ”Room isn't ready, put your luggage in luggage room, check in as at 2” Not here though, always make sure your room is ready no matter what time you arrive, which makes a huge difference to the start of our holiday, can go to our room, unpack, get changed and not have to worry about checking in later. Will be back next year.

Having seen recent hysteria around this hotel I thought it only prudent to write my own experiences at the Luxmar. I have stayed here three times since 2022 with my wife and even brought my son and his lovely wife on the most recent occasion. Having run several of my own successful businesses I can tell you that the staff here are some of the best and the quality to price ratio is staggering, at the Luxmar you truly get more than you paid for with friendly staff, clean apartments and for me one of the best locations in Benidorm. My Gareth (son) was flabbergasted at the measly amount charged and felt he had to leave a respectable tip given the great experience we had. Would highly recommend this hotel but would advise not to over do it on the refreshing and staggeringly cheap estrella as I fell asleep pool side luckily staff were on hand to wake me and remind me to top up my factor 50 so I didn’t burn.

Ok, I'll start with a positive. The view from the apartment (we were on the top floor) was stunning and only a 2 minute walk from the beach. There are some really nice bars and restaurants nearby, a couple of convenience stores and a big supermarket a 10 minute walk but up a bloody big hill. Now for the negatives... Where do I begin??? THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT 3 STAR!!!! Arrived at 02.35 in the morning after a flight delay. No staff at reception. To cut a long story short, in the end we had to go behind the reception desk where we found a note for 'the english' with a number to ring. Called the number, spoke to a guy whose English was about as good as my Spanish and who sounded annoyed that I had woken him up and really could not give a s***. Eventually established where our keys were located, in a drawer! Eventually got to our room, took 20 minutes to unlock the stupid door but eventually got in. As relief washed over me it then became apparent that the nightmare was only just beginning. Balcony was tiny for four (2 adults and two teenage girls) one bedroom and a sofa bed which essentially has a bed in a drawer underneath that was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. And then, reality dawned that it was 32 degrees at 03.30am and there was NO AIR CON!!! I a country as hot as Spain I feel this is absolutely unacceptable. They could have at least provided fans in the room but they didn't. There are five sunbeds around the pool in very poor nick for the entire block. It was a daily occurrence that some poor unsuspecting soul would end up straight through one. For the entire week not one member of staff spoke to us, came to see if we were OK after our disastrous check in, nothing. It was the most unbearable week and we absolutely dreaded night time and having to sleep in our oven of an apartment. It was between 32 and 35 degrees every day and at night there was just no relief. No maid service either so if you can, take som extra towels. This place is an absolute disgrace and ruined our holiday, especially disappointing as we were there for my partners 40th birthday. We are not at all snobby and can make the best of any situation but seriously, if you are even considering booking here just don't. You absolutely will regret it

Absolutely amazing! The best self catering apartment we’ve ever stayed in, it has everything you need in regards to facilities, kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, cutlery, cups and plates complete with smart tv and free Wi-Fi!! It really is home from home we couldn’t have been more comfortable. The manager contacted us direct and was extremely helpful. Shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep and ten minute walk to beach. A little gem!!
